本發明關於一種驅動工具,包括一驅動端,該驅動端包括呈三角間隔配置之三凸部,各該凸部為矩形之一部分且包括二直角,該三凸部之任相鄰二者之間設有一溝槽。

驅動工具
本發明是有關於一種驅動工具。
習知多角的驅動工具例如TWM583354及US8302255之六角扳手,其於部分或全部之抵接平面形成凹槽,藉以避免扳手相對緊固件打滑且避免損壞打圓緊固件之穴孔角部,造成無法固緊或拆卸之問題。
然而,此類習知多角的驅動工具之凹槽使得各該抵接平面具有鈍角或/及銳角,其扭力無法較佳地施加於該緊固件,且該驅動工具之鄰近該凹槽之稜緣部分結構強度較弱,容易受損。
因此,有必要提供一種新穎且具有進步性之驅動工具,以解決上述之問題。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種驅動工具,結構強、扭力大、不易打滑。
為達成上述目的,本發明提供一種驅動工具,包括一驅動端,該驅動端包括呈三角間隔配置之三凸部,各該凸部為矩形之一部分且包括二直角,該三凸部之任相鄰二者之間設有一溝槽。

以下僅以實施例說明本發明可能之實施態樣,然並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇,合先敘明。
請參考圖1至5,其顯示本發明之一較佳實施例,本發明之驅動工具1包括一驅動端10,該驅動端10包括呈三角間隔配置之三凸部11,各該凸部11為矩形之一部分且包括二直角12,該三凸部11之任相鄰二者之間設有一溝槽13。該驅動工具1結構強、扭力大、不易打滑。該驅動端10可插接於一具有與該驅動端10形狀對應之被驅動元件20(例如緊固件)之孔穴21而供驅動該被驅動元件20(如圖5)。然而,該驅動端10亦可插接於六角形之孔穴。
該三凸部11較佳為等角距配置,扭力分佈均勻;該三凸部11之任相鄰二者之間連接有一平行一該凸部11之一徑向面向側面14的平面15,各該徑向面向側面14之寬度相等,該平面15之寬度較佳不小於該徑向面向側面14之寬度的1/2,各該溝槽13徑向朝外擴口,藉此具有較大抵靠面積及分散施力。然而,該溝槽之槽底亦可為凹面(弧形或多段凹面)或凸面(弧形或多段凸面)。各該凸部11之一側面16之高度H為該溝槽13之深度D乘以[1/sin(30°)],該溝槽13之深度D為0.20至1.50毫米,藉此具有較佳驅動力及結構強度。該驅動端10包括一端面101,該端面101具有一中心C,各該溝槽13之一槽底至該中心C之一第一距離L1小於各該凸部11之徑向面向側面14至該中心C之一第二距離L2約0.20至1.50毫米,該高度H較佳介於該第二距離L2之1/5至1/3之間,藉以具足夠咬合能力又具有足夠的結構強度。各該直角12的一側邊17之延伸E係通過另一該直角12之頂點18,結構強度大且扭力傳遞佳。
在本實施例中,該驅動工具1為一桿體且具有一固定之截面,該桿體為L型,各該凸部11及各該溝槽13延伸於該桿體之全長。然而,該驅動工具1a亦可另包括一供套接另一驅動具(可為手動、氣動、電動工具)之套筒19,如圖6及7所示,方便依需求配合工具使用及拆換具有不同驅動端10之驅動工具。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種驅動工具,包括一驅動端,該驅動端包括呈三角間隔配置之三凸部,各該凸部為矩形之一部分且包括二直角,該三凸部之任相鄰二者之間設有一溝槽;其中各該凸部之一側面之高度為該溝槽之深度乘以[1/sin(30°)]。
  2. 如請求項1所述的驅動工具,其中該三凸部之任相鄰二者之間連接有一平行一該凸部之一徑向面向側面的平面。
  3. 如請求項1所述的驅動工具,其中該驅動端包括一端面,該端面具有一中心,各該溝槽之一槽底至該中心之一第一距離小於各該凸部之一徑向面向側面至該中心之一第二距離0.20至1.50毫米。
  4. 如請求項1所述的驅動工具,其中各該直角的一側邊之延伸係通過另一該直角之頂點。
  5. 如請求項1所述的驅動工具,其為一桿體且具有一固定之截面。
  6. 如請求項5所述的驅動工具,其中該桿體為L型。
  7. 如請求項1所述的驅動工具,另包括一供套接另一驅動工具之套筒。
  8. 如請求項3所述的驅動工具,其中該三凸部等角距配置;該三凸部之任相鄰二者之間連接有一平行一該凸部之一徑向面向側面的平面,該平面之寬度不小於該徑向面向側面之寬度的1/2;各該溝槽徑向朝外擴口;各該徑向面向側面之寬度相等;各該凸部之一側面之高度為該溝槽之深度乘以[1/sin(30°)];該高度介於該第二距離之1/5至1/3之間;各該直角的一側邊之延伸係通過另一該直角之頂點;該驅動工具為一L型之桿體且具有一固定之截面。
  9. 如請求項1至8任一項所述的驅動工具,其中該溝槽之深度為0.20至1.50毫米。
