Abstract
一種客製化鞋件的方法,主要是根據至少一緩衝特徵由一應用程式產生一訂單,該緩衝特徵由消費者依一需求條件所產生,且用於決定至少一緩衝材的硬度、設置位置及使用的材料,然後,選用一基材,該基材界定有至少一容置空間,該至少一容置空間的位置由該緩衝特徵產生,且與該至少一緩衝材的設置位置相對應,最後,使該至少一緩衝材成形在該基材的該至少一容置空間,以完成該客製化鞋件。藉此,消費者可以根據不同訂單的需求條件,選用不同緩衝效果的緩衝材,獲得最佳的緩衝效果。
Description
本發明是有關於一種客製化鞋件,特別是指一種客製化鞋件的方法。
參閱圖1,一種中華民國公告號第M419436號專利案所揭露之球鞋1,主要包含一鞋底11,及設置在該鞋底11的一緩衝塊12。該緩衝塊12由彈性材料構成,能夠在變形過程中吸收能量,達到緩衝或避震的效果。
惟,由於不同的消費者會因為體重、身高、個人喜好、運動類型、腳型的不同,而需求不同的緩衝效果,而前述緩衝塊12並無法滿足不同消費者的不同需求,以致於緩衝或避震效效果也大打折。
本發明的目的,即在提供一種能滿足個人使用需求與喜好且提升緩衝效果與舒適性的客製化鞋件的方法。
於是,本發明客製化鞋件的方法,包含以下步驟:
a:根據至少一緩衝特徵由一應用程式產生一訂單,該緩衝特徵由消費者依一需求條件所產生,且用於決定至少一緩衝材的硬度、設置位置及使用的材料。
b:選用一基材,該基材界定有至少一容置空間,該至少一容置空間的位置由該緩衝特徵產生,且與該至少一緩衝材的設置位置相對應。
c:使該至少一緩衝材成形在該基材的該至少一容置空間,以完成該客製化鞋件。
本發明之功效在於:消費者可以根據不同訂單的需求條件,選用不同緩衝效果的緩衝材,獲得最佳的緩衝效果。
參閱圖2、圖3與圖4,本發明客製化鞋件的方法的一實施例,由一電子裝置(圖未示)通過一應用程式而實現,或由一電子裝置(圖未示)通過網際網路連線一雲端系統(圖未示)執行一應用程式而實現。在本實施例中,該電子裝置可以是行動裝置如手機、或平板,也可以是電腦。該客製化鞋件的方法通過該應用程式實現以下步驟:
步驟301:根據一緩衝特徵由該應用程式產生一訂單,該緩衝特徵由消費者依一需求條件所產生,且用於決定一緩衝材4的硬度、設置位置及使用的材料。
在本實施例中,是由用戶通過該電子裝置輸入需求條件後,由連線的雲端系統通過一應用程式分析消費者所輸入之需求條件,產生包括該緩衝特徵與需求條件的訂單。
該需求條件包含有自身條件、需求與喜好等,可以是消費者的鞋尺寸、體重、或身高、或個人喜好、或運動類型(如慢跑、快跑、球類運動、登山活動等)、或腳型(如低足弓、高足弓等)、或走路姿態(如(內旋足、外旋足或大、小腳等)…等其中一條件,或多個條件的組合。
該緩衝特徵在決定該緩衝材4時,包含有該緩衝材4的材料、或體積、或數目、或硬度、或形狀…等其中一條件,或多個條件的組合。該緩衝材4的材料可以是彈性發泡體、或矽膠、或乳膠、或凝膠、或氣墊…等材料,或該等材料的組合,主要是由該應用程式根據該需求條件,及預設的選用標準所產生。
重要的是,當決定該緩衝材4的硬度時,有下列二種方式:
第一種方式為固定該緩衝材4的體積:由於該緩衝材4的填充量與該緩衝材4的密度成正比關係,通過改變該緩衝材4之填充量的方式,改變該緩衝材4的密度,當緩衝材4的填充量變多,緩衝材4的密度就變高,隨之緩衝材4的硬度也就變大。
第二種方式為固定該緩衝材4的填充量:由於體積與密度成反比關係,因此,通過改變該緩衝材4之體積的方式,在填充一定的緩衝材4填充量時,該緩衝材4的密度會該隨該緩衝材4之體積的變化而改變;當該緩衝材4的體積變大時,在該緩衝材4之填充量固定的情況下,該緩衝材4的密度就會變低,隨之該緩衝材4的硬度也就變小,反之當緩衝材4的體積變小時,在該緩衝材4之填充量固定的情況下,該緩衝材4的密度會變高,該緩衝材4的硬度也就隨之變高。
應當注意的是,前述需求條件可以由消費者操作該電子裝置通過該應用程式輸入,或由實體店面的服務人員操作該電子裝置通過該應用程式輸入,或操作該電子裝置結合一足部量測系統(圖未示)通過該應用程式取得量測資料。
步驟302:選用一基材5。在本實施例中,該基材5為一大底,並包括由上表面所界定的一容置空間51。該容置空間51的位置由該緩衝特徵產生,且與該緩衝材4的設置位置相對應。該基材5可以是塑膠、或橡膠、或聚氨酯(PU)、或熱塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、或乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、或尼龍彈性體、或纖維材、或軟性複合材…等其中一種材料或該等材料的組合。
在本實施例中,該基材5所選用的材料除了可以是由系統預設外,也可以由如消費者、或實體店面的服務人員通過該電子裝置輸入。
步驟303:根據該訂單產生一辨識碼81。該辨識碼81包含有該緩衝特徵(即包含有緩衝材料、密度、位置等)、基材5的材料、生產參數及符合訂單中之鞋尺寸的一模具單元82等資訊,該辨識碼81可以是條碼如QR code、二維條碼或具辨識功能等其中一種。
步驟304:根據該辨識碼81選擇相對應的模具單元82。
步驟305:使該辨識碼81顯示於該模具單元82或基材5上。在本實施例中,是先以列印方式列印該辨識碼81後,黏貼於該模具單元82,也可以直接印刷在該基材5。但不限於此,亦可直接顯示於生產線上之終端裝置或其他習知之方式。
步驟306:一成型機(圖未示)依據該模具單元82上的辨識碼81,並根據該辨識碼81所包含的內容,獲得該緩衝材4需求的材料填充量或體積,而用於進行生產前置作業,如準備生產之相關材料等。
步驟307:成型該緩衝材4與該基材5,使該緩衝材4形成在該基材5的該容置空間51,以完成該鞋件。在本實施例中,是通過該成型機(圖未示)以雙料射出成型的方式,成型該緩衝材4與該基材5並完成後續相關鞋件組裝流程。
應當注意的是,該基材5的容置空間51不限於如圖4所示由該基材5的上表面所界定,也可以如圖5、圖6所示,為由上表面朝一下表面延伸的凹槽,藉此,該緩衝材4是嵌入該基材5的容置空間51,且如前所述,可以根據用戶的選擇,客製化該容置空間51與該緩衝材4相對於腳掌的位置,而如圖5所示,使該容置空間51相對於腳掌的前掌,或如圖6,該容置空間51相對於腳掌的後跟。且該容置空間51與該緩衝材4的數目不限於1個,在本實施例的其它變化例中,也可以是複數個,如前所述,可以根據應用程式的分析,計算該緩衝材4相對於足部的位置、數量、材料及軟硬度等而產生最佳的緩衝特徵,使該緩衝材4的數量與設置位置相對應於該容置空間51的數量與位置,且每一緩衝材4裝設在各別的容置空間51,由於本領域中具有通常知識者根據以上說明可以推知擴充細節,因此不多加說明。
另外,該基材5不限於是大底,也可以如圖7所示,是一種成型在一大底6上的中底,或如圖8所示,是一種包覆緩衝材4且界定有該容置空間51的包覆件,該包覆件可以是布料如織布、不織布或尼龍布或膠膜層等,藉此,以包覆件作為基材5可以減輕以該客製化鞋件方法所製成之鞋件的重量。
另,值得說明的是,該緩衝材4與該基材5不限於是個別成型,在本實施例的其他變化例中,也可以是以3D列印技術形成,可以多噴嘴交互列印方式同時形成不同材料之緩衝材4與基材5以大量縮短生產時間與成本。藉此,結合不同特性的緩衝材4與基材5,使該鞋件的客制化條件更廣泛,同時,可以節省製造時間。另外,該基材5也可以如圖9所示,還包括有形成在一外表面的圖案7或紋路。
經由以上的說明,可將前述實施例的優點歸納如下:
本發明能夠使消費者根據個人的使用需求,選用不同的緩衝材4或基材料5,使消費者能夠依體重、身高、個人喜好、運動類型、腳型及施力的不同,而獲得不同及需求的彈力,達到更舒適及更省力的目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (8)
- 一種客製化鞋件的方法,包含以下步驟:a:根據至少一緩衝特徵由一應用程式產生一訂單,該緩衝特徵由消費者在消費時,依一需求條件所產生,且用於決定至少一緩衝材的硬度、設置位置及使用的材料;及b:選用一基材,該基材界定有至少一容置空間,該至少一容置空間的位置由該緩衝特徵產生,且與該至少一緩衝材的設置位置相對應;及c:使該至少一緩衝材成形在該基材的該至少一容置空間,以完成該客製化鞋件。
- 如請求項1所述的客製化鞋件的方法,其中,該需求條件可以是消費者的體重、身高、個人喜好、運動類型、腳型、大小腳、走路姿態至少其中一種,該至少一緩衝特徵是根據該需求條件所產生。
- 如請求項1所述的客製化鞋件的方法,其中,該緩衝材可以是彈性發泡體、矽膠、乳膠、凝膠、氣墊至少其中一種。
- 如請求項1所述的客製化鞋件的方法,其中,該基材可以是包覆件、中底、大底其中之一。
- 如請求項1所述的客製化鞋件的方法,其中,該基材可以是塑膠、橡膠、聚氨酯(PU)、熱塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、尼龍彈性體、織布、不織布、纖維材其中一種。
- 如請求項1所述的客製化鞋件的方法,其中,該緩衝材的硬度調整,是以固定該緩衝材的填充量,及改變該緩衝材的體積來達成。
- 如請求項1所述的客製化鞋件的方法,其中,該緩衝材的硬度調整,是以固定該緩衝材的體積,及改變該緩衝材的填充量來達成。
- 如請求項1所述的客製化鞋件的方法,還包含在步驟b後步驟c前的步驟:d:根據該訂單產生包括該緩衝特徵的一辨識碼;e:根據該辨識碼選擇用於成型該緩衝材與該基材的一模具單元;及f:一成型機讀取該辨識碼,及根據該辨識碼所解譯的緩衝特徵,獲得該緩衝材需求的填充量、體積至少其中之一。
