Abstract

本發明關於一種全息立體影像投影醫療裝置,包括:一三維影像裝置,其包括一投影機構及一成像機構,該投影機構包括一殼部及一投射單元,該投射單元投射複數影像通過殼部至該成像機構,以於該成像機構之一成像空間形成一三維影像,該殼部設有複數反射部,各該反射部設有一貫孔及複數圍構於該貫孔之反光片,該投射單元設於該殼部;一動作辨識器,其感測一操作手勢而產生一相應之控制訊號;及一處理器,其接收該控制訊號並依據該控制訊號控制該三維影像。

Description

全息立體影像投影醫療裝置
本發明係與影像裝置有關,特別是有關於一種全息立體影像投影醫療裝置。
傳統衛教教學及醫療模擬多採用數位平面顯示或實體模型教學等教學模式,因而受到許多限制,例如,以平面教學模式只能進行單方向單視角探索、以實體模型教學僅能滿足少數人實體操,若以電腦輔助之數位形式,則人機介面都是透過鍵盤或滑鼠等裝置來進行互動操控輸入,較不具人性化,除了操作不便以外,學習效果也多所受限。
因此,有必要提供一種新穎且具有進步性之全息立體影像投影醫療裝置,以解決上述之問題。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種全息立體影像投影醫療裝置,可提供直覺視操作一立體影像。
為達成上述目的,本發明提供一種全息立體影像投影醫療裝置,包括:一三維影像裝置,其包括一投影機構及一成像機構,該投影機構包括一殼部及一投射單元,該投射單元投射複數影像通過殼部至該成像機構,以於該成像機構之一成像空間形成一三維影像,該殼部設有複數反射部,各該反射部設有一貫孔及複數圍構於該貫孔之反光片,該投射單元設於該殼部;一動作辨識器,其感測一操作手勢而產生一相應之控制訊號;及一處理器,其接收該控制訊號並依據該控制訊號控制該三維影像。
以下僅以實施例說明本發明可能之實施態樣,然並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇,合先敘明。
請參考圖1至圖7,其顯示本發明之一較佳實施例,本發明之全息立體影像投影醫療裝置1包括一三維影像裝置10、一動作辨識器20及一處理器30。
該三維影像裝置10包括一投影機構11及一成像機構12,該投影機構11包括一殼部13及一投射單元14,該投射單元14投射複數影像141至該成像機構12,以於該成像機構12之一成像空間形成一三維影像40,該複數影像141例如取自一立體物件不同視角的平面影像,該殼部13為金屬殼體,該殼部13設有複數反射部15,各該反射部15設有一貫孔16及複數圍構於該貫孔16之反光片17,於本實施例中該貫孔16係貫穿該殼部13,以兼具散熱及提升光反射效果。該投射單元14設於該殼部13上方。該投射單元14投射的複數影像141的光線可藉由該複數反光片17減少光線損耗,提升該複數影像141的清晰度。於本實施例中,該複數反射部15設於該殼部13的周側。此外,該殼部13設有一透光面(圖未示),可穿透該複數影像141。進一步說明,該投影機構11設於該成像機構12之上方,以提供較佳的成像效果。
該動作辨識器20感測一操作手勢50而產生一相應之控制訊號,於本實施例中該動作辨識器20為一即時性手勢辨識器,可以非接觸的方式感應、偵測、追蹤與紀錄手部特徵、辨識態樣及軌跡等,例如手部在空間中的位置、角度、方向、指尖位置等,如此可對該操控手勢對該三維影像40之旋轉、縮放、位移、元件爆炸透視等控制。其中該操作手勢50 可為例如手掌、手指的動作、亦可為其他部位的作動。
該處理器30接收該控制訊號並依據該控制訊號控制該三維影像40,進一步說明該處理器30可同時更換所有影像141,或僅更換部分的影像141。藉此,可供直覺操作且可直接地從多方向觀看該三維影像40。
該複數反光片17朝該殼部13內凸出。於本實施例中,該投射單元14另定義一朝向該成像機構12之投影方向,該各該反射部15之反光片17橫向於該投影方向延伸,以提供較佳地光折射及反射效果。於本實施例中,該複數反射部15係陣列排列,以提供均勻的反射及折射效果。
該成像機構12包括複數反射片18,該複數反射片18圍構該成像空間。於本實施例中,該複數反射片18相互鄰接構成一錐體,例如金字塔型;各該反射片18可為三角形片、或梯形片。於本實施例中該投射單元14設於該殼部13上方,使該複數影像141可分別投射於該複數反射片18,並經該複數反射片18反射與折射後形成該三維影像40;於其他實施例中亦可設於該殼部的周部或內部。進一步的說明,各該反射片18為感光材料。於本實施例中,各該反射片18的表面具有一通過真空磁控濺射鍍膜之感光塗層,以具有較高的透過率(99.99%)並兼具較高反射率。
較佳地,該動作辨識器20可拆卸地電性連接該處理器30,如此易於收納、攜帶、及利於調整該動作辨識器20的位置;進一步說明,該動作辨識器20可以有線或無線的方式與該處理器30連接。
該三維影像裝置10另包括複數立架19,該複數立架19連接該殼部13,可穩固地支撐該投影機構11。於本實施例中,該複數立架19為立柱,其結構強度佳、耐用。
該三維影像裝置10另包括一板體60,該成像機構12設於該板體60,該投影機構11可分離地設於該板體60,各該立架19設有一磁件70,藉以供磁吸於一可磁吸物件上。如此,該三維影像裝置10可定位於各角度可供磁吸的支撐面2(例如水平面或垂直面),以利於多方向展示。較佳地,該板體60為金屬板,如此該磁件70可吸附於該板體60定位,而不易滑移。
此外,該全息立體影像投影醫療裝置1另包括一立體影像掃描器80,該立體影像掃描器80可供掃描該立體物件產生一立體掃描影像,該處理器30接收該立體掃描影像產生該複數影像141。
進一步該全息立體影像投影醫療裝置1另包括一氣味產生器90,該處理器30依據該操作手勢50產生一相應之氣味訊號,該氣味產生器90接收該氣味訊號並釋放一氣味(例如血腥味、香味等),藉此可提升操作上的臨場感。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種全息立體影像投影醫療裝置,包括:一三維影像裝置,包括一投影機構及一成像機構,該投影機構包括一殼部及一投射單元,該投射單元投射複數影像通過殼部至該成像機構,以於該成像機構之一成像空間形成一三維影像,該殼部設有複數反射部,各該反射部設有一貫孔及複數圍構於該貫孔之反光片,該投射單元設於該殼部;一動作辨識器,感測一操作手勢而產生一相應之控制訊號;及一處理器,接收該控制訊號並依據該控制訊號控制該三維影像;一立體影像掃描器,可供掃描一立體物件產生一立體掃描影像,該處理器接收該立體掃描影像並將該立體掃描影像轉換成該複數影像;該複數反射部係陣列排列;其中,該三維影像裝置另包括一板體,該成像機構設於該板體;其中,該成像機構包括複數反射片,該複數反射片圍構該成像空間;該複數反射片相互鄰接構成一錐體;各該反射片為感光材料;該板體為金屬板;該殼部為金屬殼體。
  2. 如請求項1所述的全息立體影像投影醫療裝置,其中該動作辨識器可拆卸地電性連接該處理器。
  3. 如請求項1所述的全息立體影像投影醫療裝置,其中該複數反光片朝該殼部內凸出。
  4. 如請求項1所述的全息立體影像投影醫療裝置,其中該投影機構設於該成像機構之上方。
  5. 如請求項1所述的全息立體影像投影醫療裝置,其中該投射單元另定義一朝向該成像機構之投影方向,該各該反射部之反光片橫向於該投影方向延伸。
  6. 如請求項1所述的全息立體影像投影醫療裝置,其中該三維影像裝置另包括複數立架,該複數立架連接該殼部。
  7. 如請求項6所述的全息立體影像投影醫療裝置,其中該投影機構可分離地設於該板體,各該立架設有一磁件。
  8. 如請求項7所述的全息立體影像投影醫療裝置,其中該動作辨識器可拆卸地電性連接該處理器;該複數反光片朝該殼部內凸出;該投影機構設於該成像機構之上方;該投射單元另定義一經過該成像機構之投影方向,該各該反射部之反光片橫向於該投影方向延伸。
  9. 如請求項1至8其中任一項所述的全息立體影像投影醫療裝置,另包括一氣味產生器,該處理器依據該操作手勢產生一相應之氣味訊號,該氣味產生器接收該氣味訊號並釋放一氣味。
