本發明係關於螺線管操作閥。
螺線管操作閥提供對一流體(諸如加壓空氣)之控制,其可用於操作諸如分類機、封裝機、食物處理器及類似者之設備。此等閥可操作達數百萬個循環。
如藉由美國專利第8,783,653號例示,螺線管閥通常包括一磁極件及用組裝成一單件式外殼或容器之電感器電線之一線圈纏繞之一同心繞線管。當線圈通電時,產生吸引一電樞之磁力,該電樞亦安置於容器內。電樞界定敞開(或閉合,此取決於閥構形)以控制流體之流量之一閥部件。通常,閥部件或電樞抵抗一偏置部件或彈簧操作,該偏置部件或彈簧操作用於在線圈未通電時將閥部件推動至其靜止狀態。

參考圖9,第一容器組件14之第一螺紋部分18及第二容器組件16之第 二螺紋部分19允許兩個容器組件14、16藉由將該兩個容器組件14、16螺合在一起而可調節地連接。第二容器組件16具有穿過一環形凸緣部分72之經定大小以接納電樞64之一縱向延伸鑽孔70,其具有足夠間隔以允許電樞64在一斷電位置(圖11A)與一通電位置(圖11B)之間往複移動。第一容器組件14及第二容器組件16之內部區域13具有平行於縱軸A延伸之一縱向尺寸L。在第二容器組件16之凸緣部分72之面向內表面與第一容器組件14之閉合端部14c之間量測內部區域13之縱向尺寸L。如下文中將說明,縱向尺寸L係可調節的。環形凸緣部分72之面向外表面充當一肩部,偏置部件56之一個末端按壓抵靠該肩部以使電樞64返回至斷電位置。偏置部件56之另一末端接觸電樞64之一軸向向外延伸肩部部分73。偏置部件56之此另一末端施加一偏置力,其將電樞64推動至其斷電位置。當電力經供應至螺線管線圈60時,產生一磁力,其將電樞64拉向磁極件62且拉至通電位置,從而壓縮偏置部件56。
第一螺紋耦合器74與閥體32配合以將電樞64支撐在第二容器組件16中。第一螺紋耦合器74提供一內圓周表面,其與繞電樞64之一放大直徑部分安置之一O形環78界定一密封件。閥體32螺合至第二螺紋耦合器80上,且在82處進一步螺入第二容器組件16之開端中。在第一螺紋耦合器74與閥體32之間提供一O形環密封件84。
閥部件54與電樞64一起滑動。閥部件54可與電樞64一體或可係附接至電樞64之一分離組件。閥部件54及其在敞開及閉合多埠閥10中之操作在圖11A及圖11B中最佳可見。圖11A展示處於斷電位置之電樞64。當電樞64處於斷電位置時,閥部件54之遠端86與閥體32進行靜止接觸。圖11B展示處於通電位置之電樞64。當電樞64處於通電位置時,閥部件54之近 端88與閥座90進行密封接觸。閥部件54可具備一彈性護套或包覆模製以輔助形成一緊密密封件。
在比較圖11A及圖11B時,應注意,在螺線管線圈60通電時間隙66在大小上減小。可藉由相對於彼此轉動第一容器組件14之第一螺紋部分18及第二容器組件16之第二螺紋部分19而以高精度調節內部區域13之縱向尺寸L及因此間隙66之精確間隔。在一些應用中,磁極件62與電樞64之間之實體接觸可係所要的。在此等情況中,藉由第一容器組件14與第二容器組件16之間之螺紋耦合促進此接觸。在其他應用中,可能期望能夠精確地調節螺線管線圈60在通電時拉動電樞64所用之力。此亦可藉由使第一容器組件14及第二容器組件16繞縱軸A且相對於彼此旋轉以調節間隙66之大小而進行調節。當電樞64位於較接近磁極件62處時(即,減小間隙66且因此集中磁通量),產生一較大拉力。相反地,當電樞64經移動更遠離磁極件62時(即,增大間隙66且因此減少磁通量),產生一減小拉力。因此,藉由調節內部區域13之縱向尺寸L,可相當精確地微調磁拉力。
與習知螺線管閥設計相比,具有係第一容器組件14之部分之一磁極件62之所揭示兩件式容器12藉由建立具有最小間隙或不連續性之一磁通量路徑而產生較強螺線管拉力。此將參考圖12更充分地說明。
圖12展示由螺線管線圈60產生之例示性磁通量線100如何通過磁極件62及電樞64集中。磁通量線100界定閉合路徑,此處圖解說明為長形橢圓。第一容器組件14及第二容器組件16由鋼或其他鐵磁材料製造。因而,第一容器組件14及第二容器組件16提供集中磁通量之一極好通量路徑,其中其將對電樞64具有最大影響。一般而言,雖然鐵磁材料提供一良好通量路徑,但氣隙提供一差得多的通量路徑。因此,磁極件62及第一容 器組件14之統一構造,及第一容器組件14與第二容器組件16之間之緊密螺紋實體耦合導致氣隙在很大程度上被消除之一閉合通量路徑電路。
此藉由通量線100(舉例而言)追蹤路徑如何在點A處從磁極件62橫穿、在點B處通過第一容器組件14之閉合端部14c、在點C處通過第一容器組件14之外殼、在點D處通過之第一容器組件14與第二容器組件16之間之螺紋耦合件、在點E處通過之第二容器組件且接著最終在點F處跨第二容器組件16之環形凸緣部分72與電樞64之間之一小間隙且在點G處進入電樞64中而進行圖解說明。除經提供以允許電樞64之滑動移動之點F處之小間隙以外,藉由通量線100圖解說明之通量路徑能夠基本上橫穿兩個統一鋼結構,其等自身藉由實務上不提供氣隙之一緊密螺紋連接結合。
在與其總成併入實現大表面積上方之氣隙之內部組件間隔之習知構造比較時,磁通量線100藉由第一容器組件14及磁極件62之一體式構造之此集中,及藉由兩個容器組件14、16之間之緊密螺紋連接之集中給定通量集中之一可量測改良。在螺線管線圈60通電時,此改良轉化成作用於電樞64上之較強吸引力。

Claims (20)

  1. 一種多埠閥,其包括:一閥體,其包含至少一個埠;一閥部件,其沿著一縱軸滑動地安置於該閥體內;一第一容器組件,其具有一第一螺紋部分;一第二容器組件,其具有經調適以與該第一螺紋部分配合且藉此將該第二容器組件可調節地結合至該第一容器組件之一第二螺紋部分,該第一容器組件藉由該第二容器組件連接至該閥體,該第一容器組件及該第二容器組件合作以界定一內部區域;一磁極件,其經安置於該第一容器組件及該第二容器組件之該內部區域內;一螺線管線圈,其經安置於該第一容器組件及該第二容器組件之該內部區域內,該螺線管線圈繞該磁極件環形地延伸;及一電樞,其與該縱軸同軸對準,該電樞之至少部分滑動地安置於該螺線管線圈內以在電力供應至該螺線管線圈時沿著該縱軸從一斷電位置移動至一通電位置,該電樞耦合至該閥部件使得該閥部件與該閥體安置成一密封關係以敞開及閉合該閥體中之至少一個埠,其中該內部區域具有一縱向尺寸,其可藉由使該第一容器組件及該第二容器組件繞該縱軸相對於彼此旋轉進行調節以改變該磁極件相對於該電樞之一縱向位置。
  2. 如請求項1之多埠閥,其中當該電樞處於該斷電位置時在該磁極件與 該電樞之間界定一間隙,其中該間隙隨該內部區域之該縱向尺寸增加而增加以減小該磁極件與該電樞之間之磁吸引,且其中該間隙隨該內部區域之該縱向尺寸之減小而減小以增大該磁極件與該電樞之間之磁吸引。
  3. 如請求項2之多埠閥,其中該磁極件係與該第一容器組件一體。
  4. 如請求項3之多埠閥,其中該第一容器組件包含一本體部分及一連續閉合端部且其中該磁極件從該第一容器組件之該連續閉合端部縱向延伸。
  5. 如請求項2之多埠閥,其中該磁極件係結構上附接至該第一容器組件之一分離組件。
  6. 如請求項1之多埠閥,其進一步包括:一偏置部件,其經安置成與該電樞及該閥部件之至少一者接觸,該偏置部件使該電樞偏置朝向該斷電位置。
  7. 如請求項6之多埠閥,其中該第二容器組件包含一環形凸緣部分,其中該電樞包含一向外延伸肩部部分,且其中該偏置部件繞該電樞螺旋形地且在該第二容器組件之該環形凸緣部分與該電樞之該向外延伸肩部部分之間縱向延伸。
  8. 如請求項1之多埠閥,其中該第一容器組件及該第二容器組件由鐵磁材料製成。
  9. 如請求項1之多埠閥,其中該閥體螺紋結合至該第二容器組件。
  10. 一種多埠閥,其包括:一閥體,其包含至少一個埠;一閥部件,其沿著一縱軸滑動地安置於該閥體內;一螺線管線圈,其繞一繞線管延伸;一電樞,其與該縱軸同軸對準,該電樞之至少部分滑動地安置於該繞線管內以在電力供應至該螺線管線圈時沿著該縱軸從一斷電位置移動至一通電位置,該電樞耦合至該閥部件使得該閥部件與該閥體安置成一密封關係以在該電樞處於該斷電位置及該通電位置之一者時閉合該至少一個埠;一磁極件,其經安置於該繞線管之至少部分內;一第一容器組件,其具有一第一螺紋部分;及一第二容器組件,其具有經調適以與該第一螺紋部分配合且藉此將該第二容器組件可調節地結合至該第一容器組件之一第二螺紋部分,該第一容器組件藉由該第二容器組件連接至該閥體,該第一容器組件及該第二容器組件合作以界定一內部區域;其中將該螺線管線圈、該繞線管、該磁極件及該電樞之至少部分安置於該內部區域中;其中該內部區域具有一縱向尺寸,其可藉由使該第一容器組件及該第二容器組件繞該縱軸相對於彼此旋轉進行調節以改變該磁極件相對於該電樞之一縱向位置。
  11. 如請求項10之多埠閥,其中當該電樞處於該斷電位置時在該磁極件與該電樞之間界定一間隙,其中該間隙隨該內部區域之該縱向尺寸增加而增加以減小該磁極件與該電樞之間之磁吸引,且其中該間隙隨該內部區域之該縱向尺寸之減小而減小以增大該磁極件與該電樞之間之磁吸引。
  12. 如請求項11之多埠閥,其中該磁極件係與該第一容器組件一體。
  13. 如請求項12之多埠閥,其中該第一容器組件包含一本體部分及一連續閉合端部且其中該磁極件從該第一容器組件之該連續閉合端部縱向延伸。
  14. 如請求項11之多埠閥,其中該磁極件係結構上附接至該第一容器組件之一分離組件。
  15. 如請求項10之多埠閥,其進一步包括:一偏置部件,其經安置成與該電樞及該閥部件之至少一者接觸,該偏置部件使該電樞偏置朝向該斷電位置。
  16. 如請求項15之多埠閥,其中該第二容器組件包含一環形凸緣部分,其中該電樞包含一向外延伸肩部部分,且其中該偏置部件繞該電樞螺旋形地且在該第二容器組件之該環形凸緣部分與該電樞之該向外延伸肩部部分之間縱向延伸。
