Claims (12)
- マルチポート弁であって、
少なくとも1つのポートを備える弁箱と、
前記弁箱内に長手軸に沿って摺動可能に配置される弁部材と、
第1ねじ部と筒状本体を有する第1容器部品と、
前記第1ねじ部と噛み合う第2ねじ部と筒状本体を有し、前記第1容器部品と調節可能に連結し、前記第1容器部品と共に内部領域を形成する第2容器部品と、
前記第1容器部品と前記第2容器部品の前記内部領域内に配置される磁極片と、
前記第1容器部品の前記筒状本体内と前記第2容器部品の前記筒状本体内とに配置され、前記磁極片を中心として環状に延びる電磁コイルと、
前記長手軸と同軸上に配置され、その少なくとも一部分が前記電磁コイル内に摺動可能に配置され、前記電磁コイルに電気が供給された時に、非通電位置から通電位置まで前記長手軸に沿って移動し、前記弁部材が前記弁箱を封止するように配置されて前記弁箱の前記少なくとも1つのポートを開閉するように前記弁部材と連結される電機子と、を備えるマルチポート弁において、
前記内部領域は、前記第1容器部品と前記第2容器部品を前記長手軸回りに互いに対して回転させることによって調節可能な長手方向寸法を有し、前記電機子に対する前記磁極片の長手軸方向位置を変更させ、
前記弁箱は、前記第2容器部品に螺合されている
ことを特徴とするマルチポート弁。 - マルチポート弁であって、
少なくとも1つのポートを備える弁箱と、
前記弁箱内に長手軸に沿って摺動可能に配置される弁部材と、
ボビンに巻回される電磁コイルと、
前記長手軸と同軸上に配置され、その少なくとも一部分が前記ボビン内に摺動可能に配置され、前記電磁コイルに電気が供給された時に、非通電位置から通電位置まで前記長手軸に沿って移動し、前記非通電位置と前記通電位置の一方にある時、前記弁部材が前記弁箱を封止するように配置されて前記少なくとも1つのポートを閉じるように前記弁部材と連結される電機子と、
前記ボビンの少なくとも一部の内部に配置される磁極片と、
第1ねじ部と筒状本体を有する第1容器部品と、
前記第1ねじ部と噛み合う第2ねじ部と筒状本体を有し、前記第1容器部品と調節可能に連結し、前記第1容器部品と共に内部領域を形成する第2容器部品と、
前記第1容器部品に固定されるエンドキャップと、を備えるマルチポート弁において、
前記コイルおよび前記ボビンは、前記第1容器部品の前記筒状本体と前記第2容器部品の前記筒状本体とに配置され
前記磁極片および前記電機子の少なくとも一部分は、前記内部領域内に配置され、
前記内部領域は、前記第1容器部品と前記第2容器部品を前記長手軸回りに互いに対して回転させることによって調節可能な長手方向寸法を有し、前記電機子に対する前記磁極片の長手軸方向位置を変更させ、
前記弁箱は、前記第2容器部品に螺合されている、ことを特徴とするマルチポート弁。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のマルチポート弁において、
前記電機子が前記非通電位置にある時、前記磁極片と前記電機子との間に隙間が形成され、
前記内部領域の前記長手方向寸法が増加するにつれて前記隙間が増加し、前記磁極片と前記電機子との間の磁力が減少し、
前記内部領域の前記長手方向寸法が減少するにつれて前記隙間が減少し、前記磁極片と前記電機子との間の磁力が増加する、ことを特徴とするマルチポート弁。 - 請求項3に記載のマルチポート弁において、
前記磁極片は、前記第1容器部品と一体形成される、ことを特徴とするマルチポート弁。 - 請求項4に記載のマルチポート弁において、
前記第1容器部品は、本体部と、連続した閉端部とを有し、前記磁極片は、前記第1容器部品の前記連続した閉端部から長手軸方向に延出する、ことを特徴とするマルチポート弁。 - 請求項3に記載のマルチポート弁において、
前記磁極片は、前記第1容器部品に構造的に装着される別部品である、ことを特徴とするマルチポート弁。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のマルチポート弁において、
前記電機子と前記弁部材の少なくとも一方と当接して配置され、前記電機子を前記非通電位置に向かって付勢する付勢部材をさらに備える、ことを特徴とするマルチポート弁。 - 請求項7に記載のマルチポート弁において、
前記第2容器部品は、環状フランジを備え、
前記電機子は、外側延出肩部を備え、
前記付勢部材は、前記電機子周りに螺旋状に、かつ、前記第2容器部品の前記環状フランジと前記電機子の前記外側延出肩部との間を長手方向に延出する、ことを特徴とするマルチポート弁。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のマルチポート弁において、
前記第1容器部品および前記第2容器部品は、強磁性材料からなる、ことを特徴とするマルチポート弁。 - マルチポート弁であって、
少なくとも1つのポートを備える弁箱と、
前記弁箱内に長手軸に沿って摺動可能に配置される弁部材と、
第1ねじ部を有する第1容器部品と、
前記第1ねじ部と噛み合う第2ねじ部を有し、前記第1容器部品と調節可能に連結し、前記第1容器部品と共に内部領域を形成する第2容器部品と、
前記第1容器部品と前記第2容器部品の前記内部領域内に配置される電磁コイルと、
前記電磁コイル内に少なくとも部分的に配置される磁極片と、
前記長手軸と同軸上に配置され、その少なくとも一部分が前記電磁コイル内に摺動可能に配置され、前記電磁コイルに電気が供給された時に、非通電位置から通電位置まで前記長手軸に沿って移動し、前記弁部材が前記弁箱を封止するように配置されて前記弁箱の前記少なくとも1つのポートを開閉するように前記弁部材と連結される電機子と、を備え、
前記内部領域は、前記第1容器部品と前記第2容器部品を前記長手軸回りに互いに対して回転させることによって調節可能な長手方向寸法を有し、前記電機子に対する前記磁極片の長手軸方向位置を変更させ、
前記磁極片と前記第1容器部品は、一体形成され、連続して途切れのない磁束経路を形成するワンピース構造を形成し、
前記弁箱は、前記第2容器部品に螺合されている、ことを特徴とするマルチポート弁。 - 請求項10に記載のマルチポート弁において、
前記第2容器部品は、前記マルチポート弁をマニフォールドに係合させるための座部として機能する環状肩部を備える、ことを特徴とするマルチポート弁。 - 請求項10に記載のマルチポート弁において、
前記第2容器部品は、押え板を収納するより小さな径の腰部を有する、ことを特徴とするマルチポート弁。
