Abstract

一種複合材質輪圈的強化結構,主要是在複合材質輪圈的輪輻在以碳纖維布堆疊成型時,部分碳纖維布是以零度角的方向設置,且由輪輻的位置一直延伸至輪框位置進行堆疊,藉此,將輪輻與輪框兩部分連結,以提升整個輪圈(或輪框)的環向抗壓力、抗衝擊力、抗扭曲力及剛性者。

Description

複合材質輪圈的強化結構
本發明係有關於一種複合材質輪圈的強化結構,尤指一種可提升輪圈的環向抗壓力、抗衝擊力、抗扭曲力及剛性的複合材質輪圈。
按,複合材質主要是由碳纖維(Carbon fiber) 與其他材料結合而成,因具質地強而輕,耐高溫、防輻射、耐水及耐腐蝕等特性,致廣泛被應用於大型風力發電機的葉片,賽車、汽機車、自行車的車身,甚至大型飛機上,以減輕重量。該複合材質以應用於車輛輪圈為例,輪圈包含有輪框及輪輻兩部分,習知複合材質輪圈的做法,是將輪框及輪輻兩部分個別以複合材質獨立成型後,之後再加以結合,以形成一完整的複合材質輪圈。該種作法,雖然輪框與輪輻間有結合工序處理,惟結合力仍不足,對輪框的環向抗壓力(即由輪框周面向軸心的徑向力)而言,會有抗壓力差之缺失,相對的亦影響到整個複合材質輪圈的抗衝擊力、抗扭曲力及剛性。
本發明人有鑑於此,乃加以設計改良,遂有本發明的產生。
爰是,本發明的主要發明目的,是在提供一種可提升輪圈的環向抗壓力、抗衝擊力、抗扭曲力及剛性的複合材質輪圈。
本發明的主要特徵,是在複合材質輪圈的輪輻在以碳纖維布堆疊成型時,部分碳纖維布是以零度角的方向設置,且由輪輻的位置一直延伸至輪框位置進行堆疊,藉此,將輪輻與輪框兩部分成型時即連結,以提升整個輪圈(或輪框)的環向抗壓力、抗衝擊力、抗扭曲力及剛性者。
有關本發明為達成上述目的功效所採用的技術手段及結構,茲舉以下實施例加以說明。
請參閱圖1〜6所示。本發明實施例的複合材質輪圈1,包含有環形中空設置的一輪框10,及複數支輪輻20。其中該輪框10的外週面用以固定輪胎,內部具一框內部11,用以容納剎車卡鉗及剎車盤等。該輪輻20,是位於該框內部11的一側,對應於該輪框10的軸心位置是區隔有一中心孔21,各該輪輻20再由該中心孔21的周緣往外放射狀延伸,外端與前述輪框10的內側壁連接,將該輪框10支撐。
請參閱圖4〜6所示,堆疊成型輪輻20的碳纖維布,主要部份是由±45度角交叉配置的第一碳纖維布22所堆疊而成,經由該第一碳纖維布22的±45度角交叉配置,以提升輪輻20的側向應力;次要部分是由穿插在堆疊排列的該第一碳纖維布22之間,並以零度角的方向延伸設置的複數個第二碳纖維布23所組成,該第二碳纖維布23是由輪輻20的位置一直延伸經過轉折轉至輪框10位置進行堆疊,以將輪輻20與輪框10連結。而且藉由該第二碳纖維布23為零度角的方向延伸,以提升該輪圈1(輪框10)的環向抗壓力。該輪框10部分另堆疊有零度角方向延伸的第三碳纖維布24,該第三碳纖維布24係與第二碳纖維布23垂直交叉堆疊設置。
請參閱圖4所示,成型時的步驟,是(1)設置一預型模;(2)以上述配置方式堆疊第一、二、三碳纖維布22、23、24至預型模上後成型一具厚度且具軟性的輪圈雛型;(3)移開及脫離預型模;(4)將輪圈雛型移入一成型模內;(5)對成型模進行加溫、加壓;(6)完成,由成型模取出複合材質輪圈。
本發明的輪圈1在以碳纖維布堆疊成型時,該第二碳纖維布23以零度角的方向設置,由輪輻20的位置一直延伸至輪框10位置進行堆疊,將輪輻20與輪框10兩部分成型時即連結,致可提升整個輪圈1(或輪框10)的環向抗壓力、抗衝擊力、抗扭曲力及剛性。
綜上所述,本發明確可改善習知複合材質輪圈的輪輻與輪框個別型成後再結合,所造成的環向抗壓力差的缺失,致具產業利用性。依法提出發明專利申請,懇請惠予審查並賜予核准,實感德便。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種複合材質輪圈的強化結構,包含有環形中空設置的一輪框,及複數支輪輻;其中該輪框的內部具一框內部,該輪輻是位於該框內部的一側,以放射狀延伸,外端與該輪框連接;其中該輪輻是以複數個第一碳纖維布所堆疊而成;其特徵在於,複數個該第一碳纖維布之間是穿插有複數個第二纖維布,該第二纖維布是以零度角的方向設置,由該輪輻的位置一直延伸至該輪框位置進行堆疊,將該輪輻與該輪框兩部分連結者。
  2. 如請求項1所述的複合材質輪圈的強化結構,其中該第一纖維布是以±45度角交叉配置。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述的複合材質輪圈的強化結構,其中該輪框更堆疊有零度角方向延伸的複數個第三碳纖維布,該第三碳纖維布係與該第二碳纖維布垂直交叉堆疊設置。
