Abstract

一種利用卡銷彈出卡止之防墜裝置,主要包括:蝸桿連接於門機之輸出軸;驅動軸驅動門片之捲軸,驅動軸上包含一限位盤,及限位盤之端面設有複數穿孔;蝸輪固設在驅動軸上與蝸桿嚙合,蝸輪端面對應設有複數收容槽;從動輪介於限位盤與蝸輪之間,可自由轉動而不能軸向移動地隨著蝸桿從動,從動輪延伸複數擋板擋住複數穿孔;複數卡銷蓄有彈力位能被複數擋板壓縮,限制在複數穿孔和複數收容槽內;及前蓋包含複數卡槽封閉在限位盤的外側。據此,當蝸輪過度磨耗或齒崩而與從動輪產生錯位時,複數擋板會移開使複數卡銷彈出嵌入複數卡槽,而鎖死蝸輪使捲軸不能轉動。

Description

利用卡銷彈出卡止之防墜裝置
本發明係關於一種用於升降門之防墜裝置,特別地指一種門機與捲軸間應用蝸桿與蝸輪軸轉接,當蝸輪過度磨耗或齒崩時,會藉由卡銷彈出鎖死捲軸之防墜裝置。
一般垂直升降門系統之門機與捲軸間,通常藉由鏈條與鏈輪作為軸轉接機構,此機構相較於控制機構或其他機構而言故障率相對較低,屬於安全性較高的機構,故而往往容易忽略它的潛在危險性。
習知以鏈條與鏈輪作為軸轉接機構而言,最可能發生危險之主要因素包括在斷電或斷鏈的情況下,門片會失速下墜所造成不可預測的傷害。本領域具有通常知識者,可以理解的是,透過控制機構之改善容易克服斷電門片失控下墜的問題,惟斷鏈的情況最難以預防。或許,對於使用頻率少之小型門片而言,斷鏈的情況永遠都不會發生。
但相對於大型的倉庫門而言,特別是門片,重量甚至可達數噸之多,由於門片每一次之開或關都是重複的固定行程,因此軸轉接機構之間也是固定的點重複磨耗,而且隨著使用時間及使用頻率磨耗程度逐漸加 大,使用者很難以察覺,萬一斷鏈門片失控下墜,其重力加速度所造成之破壞力及殺傷力相當嚴重。
再者,為了環保節能避免冷氣或暖氣外洩等目的,一般倉庫門的開啟或關閉變得相當頻繁,且電動門機之運轉的速度也相對提高,使用壽命也因此相對縮短,一旦鏈條與齒輪耗損至一定程度又無有效偵測機制,將成為安全上的不確定因素。
為了防止升降門系統門片失速墜落之安全上的不確定因素,已知有許多相關文獻被提出,例如DE 29502273揭示有,驅動裝置具有由連接到驅動蝸輪之螺栓保持的止動件。經由接合到輔助蝸輪的導向螺栓使止動件在驅動蝸輪和輔助蝸輪之間的旋轉接觸,止動件的邊緣在凹槽內旋轉調節構件。凹槽中的塑料環可由止動件的邊緣旋轉,並在變形的情況下致動開關,中斷驅動馬達的控制電壓。
又,如本案發明人於美國專利US 7,686,150提供一種安全門限速裝置,主要包括一入力軸,一端耦接至門機之輸出軸,另一端包括第一齒輪和第二齒輪,第一齒輪驅動一中空軸用來轉動門片之捲軸,第二齒輪同時驅動一第三軸,及在第三軸上設有一主動齒輪。一制動裝置包括一離合器機構設置在中空軸上,離合器機構在無位差之情況下約束一被動齒輪同步與主動齒輪從動,當捲軸轉速異常變化時離合器機構即產生錯位,鎖定捲軸防止門片失速而墜落。
另外,再如本案發明人於美國專利US 9,376,864提供一種電動捲門之防墜落裝置,包括一轉軸、一減速機構、一煞車機構、及一轉速偵測模組,轉軸與捲軸從動,將來自捲軸之轉速藉由減速機構二次減速,使煞車機構能用很小的煞車力即能鎖定捲軸。當門機驅動捲軸時由轉速偵測模組偵測捲軸之轉速,一旦偵測到捲軸轉動速度異常時,由煞車機構隨即鎖定捲軸防止門片墜落。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種利用卡銷彈出卡止之防墜裝置,應用蝸桿與蝸輪介於門機與捲軸間之軸轉接,當蝸輪過度磨耗或齒崩時會藉由卡銷彈出鎖死捲軸,以消除升降門系統安全上的不確定因素。
本發明另一目的在於提供一種利用卡銷彈出卡止之防墜裝置,使門機與捲軸間之軸轉接機構簡單化、小型化、及降低生產成本。
為達成上述目的及其他目的,根據本發明利用卡銷彈出卡止之防墜裝置,主要包括一齒輪箱,具有一入力端及一出力端,該入力端連接在一門機之輸出端,該出力端負載一門片。
該防墜裝置又包括一蝸桿、一驅動軸、一蝸輪、一從動輪、至少一卡銷、一前蓋;其中,該蝸桿沿該齒輪箱第一方向配置,一端樞設在該齒輪箱上,另一端耦接至該門機之該輸出端之一輸出軸。
該驅動軸沿該齒輪箱第二方向配置,該第二方向垂直於該第一方向,該驅動軸一端樞設在該齒輪箱上,另一端驅動該門片之一捲軸,在該驅動軸的外徑包含有一限位盤,及在該限位盤之徑向端面上設有至少一穿孔。
該蝸輪固設在該驅動軸上與該蝸桿嚙合,在該蝸輪與該限位盤相對側的端面上,設有至少一收容槽對應於該至少一穿孔。
該從動輪可自由轉動而不能軸向移動地套設在該驅動軸上,並鄰接於該蝸輪之一側;該從動輪具有對應於該蝸輪齒輪比的齒槽且與該蝸桿嚙合而從動,及自與該蝸輪鄰接的端面之相對側的端面上,延伸至少一擋板擋住該至少一穿孔。
該至少一卡銷之一端蓄有彈力位能,收容在該至少一收容槽中,另一端被該至少一擋板壓縮限制在該至少一穿孔內。
該前蓋固接至該齒輪箱,該前蓋包含一設定內徑的端盤封閉在該限位盤的外側,及沿該端盤內徑邊緣設有複數卡槽對應於該至少一穿孔。
較佳地,本發明在限位盤之徑向相對側設有一對穿孔,當然並不以此為限,設置一個、一對或二個以上穿孔都能適用本發明。
較佳地,本發明沿蝸輪內徑邊緣之徑向相對側設有一對收容槽,對應於該一對穿孔,及在該每一收容槽中又設有一限位槽。
較佳地,本發明包括一對卡銷對應收容在該對收容槽中,及在該每一卡銷一端之端底面上設有一嵌槽。
較佳地,本發明更可包括一對彈性元件,以壓縮的方式蓄積勢能,該彈性元件之一端對應嵌設在該收容槽之限位槽中,該彈性元件之另一端對應嵌設在該卡銷之嵌槽中。
較佳地,本發明在從動輪之徑向相對側設有二對擋板,該二對擋板之一端等角地從該從動輪之內徑沿該限位盤之外徑延伸,另一端為自由端成L形狀向該限位盤另一側面之圓心方向伸設,且該二對擋板其中一對擋板之自由端對應擋住該限位盤之一對該穿孔。
較佳地,本發明沿端盤內徑邊緣以預定間距設有複數卡槽,並使該複數卡槽中每一卡槽與徑向相對側的另一卡槽匹配,且該每一對卡槽之徑距對應於該限位盤之該對穿孔。
根據本發明,該從動輪之硬度係大於該蝸輪之硬度。例如,該蝸輪之磨耗率相對較高,及該從動之磨耗率相對較低,因此該蝸輪與該從動輪相對於該蝸桿會產生不同程度的磨耗。據此,當蝸輪過度磨耗而與從動輪之齒槽產生錯位時,會使擋板移開造成卡銷彈出,並對應嵌入前蓋複數卡槽之對應的卡槽中,而鎖死蝸輪連帶地使門片之捲軸不能轉動。
再者,由於蝸桿直徑小、齒數少,相對於蝸輪直徑大、齒數多,蝸桿與蝸輪間之傳動轉速比大,可 以代替多級式的齒輪減速傳動,不但構件少、結構緊湊、簡單化、小型化及低成本,更可以達到工作平穩、噪音小及振動小的功效。

以下將配合實施例對本發明技術特點作進一步地說明,該實施例僅為較佳代表的示範例並非用來限定本發明之實施範圍,謹藉由參考附圖結合下列詳細說明而獲致最好的理解。
首先,用第1及2圖來說明本發明利用卡銷彈出卡止之防墜裝置之一較佳實施例,應用在一般垂直升降門系統之軸轉接機構。如圖所示,根據本實施例之防墜裝置,主要包括一齒輪箱2,具有一入力端及一出力端,該入力端連接在一門機1之輸出端,該出力端連接在一門片之捲軸3。由於本發明並不涉及垂直升降門系統及基本結構之改變,對此不進一步說明。
請一併參閱第1至6圖,本發明較佳實施例之防墜裝置,至少又包括一蝸桿、一驅動軸、一蝸輪、一從動輪、至少一卡銷、及一前蓋。其中,該蝸桿21軸向設有螺旋狀的齒槽,沿該齒輪箱2第一方向配置,一端樞設在該齒輪箱2上,另一端耦接至該門機1輸出端之一輸出軸(圖中未示)。
該驅動軸22沿該齒輪箱2第二方向配置,該驅動軸22之一端即第一端樞設在該齒輪箱2上,另一端即第二端用來驅動該門片之捲軸3,該第二方向係垂直於第一方向,亦即該驅動軸22之軸線與該蝸桿21之軸線互相垂直。及在該驅動軸22第二端的外側包含有一限位盤221,及在該限位盤221之徑向端面上設有至少一穿孔222。較佳地,在該限位盤221之徑向相對側設有 一對穿孔222,當然不以此為限,該穿孔222設置一個、一對或二個以上都可適用於本發明,圖示一對穿孔只是示範說明用。
該蝸輪23經由例如鍵元件固設在該驅動軸22上,其外周具有設定減速比的齒槽與該蝸桿21嚙合,在該蝸輪23與該限位盤221相對側的端面上,設有至少一收容槽231。較佳地,沿該蝸輪23內徑邊緣之徑向相對側設有一對收容槽231,當然該收容槽231的數量視該穿孔222的數量而定,圖示設有一對收容槽231係對應於該一對穿孔222,且該每一收容槽231與該每一穿孔222彼此的中心位置應一致。並且,在該每一收容槽231中又設有一限位槽232。
該從動輪24可自由轉動而不能軸向移動地套設在該驅動軸22上,並鄰接於該蝸輪23之一側。該從動輪24具有內徑,外周設有對應於該蝸輪23之齒輪比的齒槽並與該蝸桿21嚙合而從動,及從與該蝸輪23鄰接的端面之相對側的端面上,延伸有複數擋板241。
再如第6圖所示,由於本實施例中,該從動輪24與該蝸輪23係同步被該蝸桿21作動,為了彼此之密合度及同步性更佳,該從動輪24之徑向相對側伸設有二對擋板241。該二對擋板241之一端係等角地從該從動輪24之內徑沿該限位盤221之外徑延伸,另一端為自由端,向該限位盤221另一側面之圓心方向伸設,成L形狀夾持在該限位盤221的外側。
再者,該二對擋板241其中一對擋板241之自由端,對應擋住該限位盤221之一對穿孔222。此外,本實施例更包括有四個定位螺絲223,沿四個面向固定在該限位盤221的外側,並分別介於該擋板241與擋板241之間,用來限制該擋板241的可移動行程,同時也限制了該從動輪24可自由轉動的範圍。
在本實施例中,包括一對卡銷25,對應於該限位盤221之一對穿孔222,該卡銷25一端之端底面上設有一嵌槽251,被收容在該蝸輪23之對應的收容槽231中。根據本實施例,更包括一對彈性元件26,該彈性元件26例如圈式伸縮彈簧,以壓縮的方式蓄積勢能,該彈性元件26之一端穿設在該收容槽231之限位槽232中,另一端穿設在該卡銷25之嵌槽251中,及該卡銷25另一端被上述擋板241壓縮限制在該對應的穿孔222內,使該卡銷25蓄積有彈力位能(如第6及7圖)。
另外,該前蓋27固接至該齒輪箱2,該前蓋27包含有一設定內徑的端盤271封閉在該限位盤221的外側,及沿該端盤271之內徑邊緣以預定間距設有複數卡槽272。可以理解的是,該複數卡槽272中每一卡槽272應與徑向相對側的另一卡槽272匹配的方式配置,且使該每一對卡槽272之徑距對應於該限位盤221之一對穿孔222。
根據本發明,該從動輪24之硬度係大於該蝸輪23之硬度,亦即該蝸輪23之磨耗率相對較高,及該從動輪24之磨耗率相對較低,因此該蝸輪23與該從動 輪24相對於該蝸桿21會產生不同程度的磨耗。在門機正常驅動捲軸的情況下,該從動輪24與該蝸輪23受該蝸桿21之導程角同步推動時,該卡銷25被該擋板241壓縮蓄積有彈力位能而保持在該穿孔222與該收容槽231內(成如第6及7圖所示)。
請一併再參閱第6a~6c、7及7a圖,當該蝸輪23隨著使用時間及使用頻率而磨耗程度逐漸加大,與該蝸桿21間的密合度逐漸鬆動,萬一過度磨耗而造成齒崩的情況下,該蝸輪23無法被該蝸桿21推動時會相對延滯;同時,該從動輪24繼續被該蝸桿21推進而會相對越前,造成兩者之齒槽產生錯位,連帶地使該複數擋板241移開及使該對卡銷25彈出,嵌入該複數卡槽272之對應的卡槽272中而鎖死該蝸輪23,使捲軸不能轉動而門片也不會往下墜。
此外,當捲軸鎖死不能轉動的情況下,門機電路之電流會過載使過載開關跳脫,安全性可以確保。
以上,僅為本發明的較佳實施例,並不侷限本發明的實施範圍,舉凡不偏離本發明申請專利範圍所作之均等變化與修飾,應仍屬本發明之涵蓋範圍。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種利用卡銷彈出卡止之防墜裝置,包括:一齒輪箱,具有一入力端及一出力端,該入力端連接在一門機之輸出端,該出力端負載一門片;一蝸桿,沿該齒輪箱第一方向配置,一端樞設在該齒輪箱上,另一端耦接至該門機之該輸出端之一輸出軸;一驅動軸,沿該齒輪箱第二方向配置,一端樞設在該齒輪箱上,另一端驅動該門片之一捲軸,在該驅動軸的外徑包含有一限位盤,及在該限位盤之徑向端面上設有至少一穿孔;一蝸輪,固設在該驅動軸上與該蝸桿嚙合,在該蝸輪與該限位盤相對側的端面上,設有至少一收容槽對應於該至少一穿孔;一從動輪,可自由轉動而不能軸向移動地套設在該驅動軸上,並鄰接於該蝸輪之一側;該從動輪具有對應於該蝸輪齒輪比的齒槽且與該蝸桿嚙合而從動,及自與該蝸輪鄰接的端面之相對側的端面上,延伸至少一擋板擋住該至少一穿孔;至少一卡銷,一端蓄有彈力位能收容在該至少一收容槽中,另一端被該至少一擋板壓縮限制在該至少一穿孔內;一前蓋,固接至該齒輪箱,該前蓋包含一設定內徑的端盤位在該限位盤的相對側,及沿該端盤內徑邊緣設有複數卡槽對應於該至少一穿孔; 其中,當該蝸輪過度磨耗而與該從動輪之齒槽產生錯位時,該至少一擋板會移開使該至少一卡銷彈出,嵌入該複數卡槽中至少一卡槽而鎖死該蝸輪,使該門片之捲軸不能轉動。
  2. 如請求項1之防墜裝置,其中該從動輪之硬度係大於該蝸輪之硬度。
  3. 如請求項1之防墜裝置,其中在該限位盤之徑向相對側設有一對穿孔。
  4. 如請求項1之防墜裝置,其中沿該蝸輪內徑邊緣之徑向相對側設有一對收容槽對應於該一對穿孔,及在該每一收容槽中又設有一限位槽。
  5. 如請求項1之防墜裝置,其中包括一對卡銷,對應收容在該對收容槽中,及在該每一卡銷一端之端底面上設有一嵌槽。
  6. 如請求項1之防墜裝置,其中又包括一對彈性元件,以壓縮的方式蓄積彈力位能,該每一彈性元件之一端對應嵌設在該每一收容槽之限位槽中,該每一彈性元件之另一端對應嵌設在該每一卡銷之嵌槽中。
  7. 如請求項1之防墜裝置,其中該從動輪之徑向相對側設有二對擋板,該二對擋板之一端等角地從該從動輪之內徑沿該限位盤之外徑延伸,另一端為自由端成L形狀向該限位盤另一側面之圓心方向伸設,且該二對擋板其中一對擋板之自由端對應擋住該限位盤之一對該穿孔。
  8. 如請求項1之防墜裝置,其中沿該端盤內徑邊緣以預定間距設有複數卡槽,並使該複數卡槽中每一卡槽與徑向相對側的另一卡槽匹配,且該每一對卡槽之徑距對應於該限位盤之該對穿孔。
