Abstract

一種車燈,適用於安裝在一車輛,並包含一透鏡、一反射件、一發光件、一遮片,及一光柵單元。該透鏡位於一沿該車輛長度方向延伸之光軸上,並包括一入光面、一相反於該入光面的出光面,及一位於該光軸的後焦點。該反射件包括一第一焦點,及一供反射之光線通過的第二焦點。該發光件朝該反射件發射光線。該遮片用於使該透鏡射出之光線形成明暗截止線。該光柵單元位於該光軸下且位於該後焦點與該透鏡間,並包括一可旋轉的光柵片,該光柵片用於反射或遮蔽至少部分通過的光線,使至少部分通過的光線經該出光面的上半部射出。藉由該光柵單元過濾部分通過的光線,達到減少明暗截止線附近之散光及色散之功效。

Description

車燈
本發明是有關於一種照明設備,特別是指一種車燈。
習知的一種車燈如美國專利號第7736036號專利案所揭露之車燈,參閱第7736036號專利案的圖2與圖5,以下說明加註申請當時的標號。該車燈主要包含一投射透鏡12、一發光件14,及一反射件16。該投射透鏡12定義出一沿前後方向延伸的光軸Ax,並包括沿該光軸方向相間隔的一入光面12a與一出光面12b。該發光件14位於投射透鏡12的後焦點附近。該反射件16反射來自該發光件14的光線。該出光面12b上形成有複數左右延伸且上下間隔排列的透鏡構件12As與12Bs,該等透鏡構件12As與12Bs之截面為波浪狀。
當車燈的明暗截止線過於清楚時,會造成駕駛對遠方區域識別不清,且經由該反射件16所反射的光線經由該投射透鏡12分光後,會造成明暗截止線上方附近出現波長較短的光譜色,造成對向駕駛的不適。
因此,第7736036號專利案主要是以形成在該出光面12b上的透鏡構件12As與12Bs,使該反射件16所反射的光線經由該投射透鏡12適當的色散,藉此,部分光線會色散至明暗截止線的上方,使明暗截止線模糊,來達到減少對向來車駕駛的不適。
惟,該等透鏡構件12As與12Bs的角度及位置須精準控制,才能使發散光收斂,否則會有光線過度色散而使位於明暗截止線上方的亮度增強,造成對向駕駛眼睛刺眼,或是明暗截止線下方的亮度因過度色散而減弱,造成光線不足的情形。
因此,本發明的目的,即在提供一種光學配置精簡,且能減少明暗截止線附近之散光及色散現象之車燈。
於是,本發明車燈,適用於安裝在一車輛,該車燈包含一透鏡、一反射件、一發光件、一遮片,及一光柵單元。
該透鏡位於一沿該車輛長度方向延伸之光軸上,並包括一用於供光線入射的入光面、一相反於該入光面且供光線射出的出光面,及一位於該光軸的後焦點。
該反射件包括一遠離該後焦點的第一焦點,及一鄰近該後焦點的第二焦點,該第一焦點與該第二焦點二者至少其中之一供反射之光線通過。
該發光件鄰近該反射件的第一焦點,且朝該反射件發射光線。
該遮片用於使該透鏡射出之光線形成明暗截止線。
該光柵單元位於該光軸下且位於該後焦點與該透鏡間,並包括一可旋轉的光柵片,該光柵片用於反射或遮蔽至少部分通過的光線,使至少部分通過的光線經該出光面的上半部射出。
本發明之功效在於:藉由該光柵單元過濾部分通過的光線,達到減少明暗截止線附近之散光及色散現象之功效。
參閱圖1、圖2、圖3,本發明車燈的一實施例,適用於安裝在一車輛(圖未示),該車燈包含一透鏡3、一透鏡支架4、一散熱件5、一反射件6、一發光件7、一光柵單元8,及一遮片9。
該透鏡3位於一沿該車輛(圖未示)長度方向延伸之光軸X上,並包括一用於供光線入射的入光面31、一相反於該入光面31且供光線射出的出光面32,及一位於該光軸X上的後焦點33。
值得說明的是,在本實施例中,該透鏡3為一平凸透鏡,在本實施例的其他變化態樣中,該透鏡3也可以是其他折射率為正的透鏡,如:雙凸透鏡。
該透鏡支架4用於支撐並固定該透鏡3。
該散熱件5連接該透鏡支架4,並用於散熱。
該反射件6設置於該散熱件5上,並包括一遠離該後焦點33的第一焦點61,及一鄰近該後焦點33並供反射線之光線通過的第二焦點62。
該發光件7相對該反射件6設置於該散熱件5上,鄰近該反射件6的第一焦點61,並朝該反射件6發射光線。
值得說明的是,該發光件7是由至少一半導體晶片所構成之發光二極體。
該光柵單元8設置在該透鏡3與該後焦點33間,並包括一樞設在該透鏡支架4上且可被旋轉的光柵片81。
參閱圖2、圖4、圖5,該光柵片81呈ㄇ形,且對可見光波長400nm~700nm的穿透率≤ 80%,並具有一鄰近該光軸X的頂面811,及二樞設於該透鏡支架4的側部812。該頂面811與該光軸X呈一夾角θ,該夾角θ可以對應不同暗區光形設計,而調整位置及角度。
值得說明的是,在本實施例中,該頂面811是平面,在本實施例的其他變化態樣中,該頂面811也可以如圖4所示,是一上凹的曲面,或如圖5所示,是一下凹的曲面。
值得說明的是,在本實施例中,該夾角θ為32.5度,在本實施例的其他變化態樣中,該夾角θ為0度~45度,較佳的,該夾角θ為30度~40度。
該遮片9鄰近於該反射件6之第二焦點62,並用於遮蔽來自該反射件6的光線,用於使由該透鏡3射出之光線形成明暗截止線。
參閱圖3與圖6,該發光件7發出複數光線,為敘述清楚,圖中僅繪製出光線A、光線B、光線C、光線C’、光線D及光線E六條代表性光線。
該光線A、該光線B、該光線C與光線D經該反射件6反射後通過該遮片9朝該入光面31前進,該光線A並未通過該光柵片81,所以直接入射該入光面31,並經該透鏡3折射後由出光面32射出。該光線B、該光線C與該光線D則入射該光柵片81。
此時,該光線B與該光線C代表部分被該光柵片81反射之光線,該光線B經由入光面31之位於該光軸X以上的部分入射,經該透鏡3折射後,由該出光面32射出。該光線C由入光面31之位於該光軸X以下的部分入射,經該透鏡3折射後,由該出光面32射出。
應該注意的是,該光線C’用於表示在未設置該光柵單元8的情形下,由該出光面32射出的光線,由圖6可知,該光線C與該光線C’雖然同樣是將該反射件6反射,朝該遮片9前進,然而,比較該光線C與該光線C’,該光線C’遠離該光軸X,該光線C因為被該光柵片81反射,所以由出光面32之靠近該光軸X射出,相對於該光線C’而言,造成的色散情況較小。
該光線D代表未被該光柵片81反射的光線,該光線D經該光柵片81折射後,由該入光面31入射該透鏡3後由該出光面32射出,相對於該光線C而言,造成的色散情況較大。
該光線E則在經該反射件6反射後,朝該遮片9行進,並被該遮片9遮蔽。該光線F該反射件6反射後,朝該散熱件9行進且被該散熱件5反射,並被該遮片9遮蔽。該光線E與該光線F被該遮片9遮蔽,形成明暗截止線(參閱圖8)。
一般車燈的光形梯度圖如圖7所示,可以看出明暗截止線上方或附近,光線較為分散,由圖8本發明之實施例的光形梯度圖,則能夠清楚的看出,由於該光柵單元8的設置,使部分通過的光被該光柵單元8反射,達到減少明暗截止線附近之雜散光及色散現象的功效。更進一步的是,由於該光線B經該出光面32之上半部射出,造成明暗截止線上方暗區的光形,使得在駕駛中較容易看到路面上方的路標(圖未示),並符合在歐規ECE R112系統中,暗區(Zone III)中的配光點符合標準。
值得說明的是,該夾角θ的調整,僅會影響暗區的光形,而不會影響明暗截止線附近的光形。
由於本領域中具有通常知識者根據以上說明可以推知擴充細節,因此不多加說明。
經由以上的說明,可將前述實施例的優點歸納如下:藉由該光柵片81,反射部分來自該反射件6所反射的光線,達到減少明暗截止線附近之雜散光及色散現象的功效。更進一步的是,可以藉由調整該光柵片81之頂面811與該光軸X的該夾角θ,來增加暗區的亮度,使駕駛中可以清晰看見路標。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明的實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施的範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作的簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋的範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種車燈,適用於安裝在一車輛,該車燈包含: 一透鏡,位於一沿該車輛長度方向延伸之光軸上,並包括一用於供光線入射的入光面、一相反於該入光面且供光線射出的出光面,及一位於該光軸的後焦點; 一反射件,包括一遠離該後焦點的第一焦點,及一鄰近該後焦點的第二焦點,該第一焦點與該第二焦點二者至少其中之一供反射之光線通過; 一發光件,鄰近該反射件的第一焦點,且朝該反射件發射光線; 一遮片,用於使該透鏡射出之光線形成明暗截止線;及 一光柵單元,位於該光軸下且位於該後焦點與該透鏡間,並包括一可旋轉的光柵片,該光柵片用於反射至少部分通過的光線。
  2. 如請求項1所述的車燈,其中,該發光件位於該光軸下方。
  3. 如請求項1所述的車燈,其中,該光柵片使至少部分通過的光線經該出光面的上半部射出。
  4. 如請求項1所述的車燈,其中,該發光件是由至少一半導體晶片所構成之發光二極體。
  5. 如請求項1所述的車燈,還包含一散熱件,且該反射件、該發光件與該遮片設置於該散熱件上。
  6. 如請求項1所述的車燈,其中,該光柵片與該光軸呈一夾角,該夾角介於0度~45度。
  7. 如請求項6所述的車燈,其中,該夾角介於30度~40度。
  8. 如請求項1所述的車燈,其中,該光柵片具有一頂面,該頂面可以是平面、曲面其中之一。
  9. 如請求項1所述的車燈,還包含一用於支撐並樞接該透鏡的透鏡支架,該光柵片可拆卸地樞設於該透鏡支架,並呈ㄇ形。
  10. 如請求項9所述的車燈,其中,該光柵片具有二樞設於該透鏡支架的側部。
