Abstract

本發明電路板之導線連接器,供以為一電線插設,其包括一電路板及一一插線連貼片,該插線連貼片具有中空柱狀體的主體部以及自主體部延伸之擋抵彈片,主體部具有一周壁,周壁間圍繞形成一插設空間,擋抵彈片係自周壁之側面傾斜一角度的伸入插設空間內,使擋抵彈片常態朝周壁之方向抵頂,其主要係藉由將電線插入插設空間內,並利用擋抵彈片將電線夾抵於周壁,讓電線無法順利的逆向脫出,進而達到快速的將電線結合於電路板上以及使電路板及該電線之連接關係穩固的目的。

Description

電路板之導線連接器
本發明係關於一種電路板周邊配件,特別係關於一種電路板之導線連接器。
電路板為各種電子設備不可或缺的零件之一,隨著電子設備的種類不同,其內的電路板態樣及接線形態亦有所不同,然而每種形態的電路板都需要連接供以輸入及輸出的電源線,以往,主要係藉由焊接的方式將電源線裝設於電路板上,然而,於焊接的過程往往需要依賴大量的人力施作,且電路板的焊點不僅數量多且相當的微小,工人於焊接時需要耗費大量的時間,且若焊接不當將有可能造成各焊點之間短路,或者電線脫落等狀況,產生不必要的危險與危害,是以急需一種能夠快速的將電線結合於電路板上之電路板插線連接貼片結構。
本發明提供一種電路板之導線連接器,其主要目的係快速的將電線結合於電路板上。
本發明之另一目的係使電路板及該電線之連接關係穩固,提高使用的安全性。
本發明之又一目的係提供一種前述電路板之導線連接器的結合方法。
為達前述目的,本發明電路板之導線連接器,供以為一電線插設,並供以接合於一電路板之一接點,而該電路板之導線連接器,包括:一主體部,接合於該接點,呈中空柱狀體,該主體部由導電材質製成,該主體部具有一周壁,該周壁間圍繞形成一插設空間,該周壁具有相對之一外面及一內面,該外面及該內面的兩端分別銜接一側面;以及一擋抵彈片,成形於該周壁之該側面,該擋抵彈片傾斜一角度的伸入該插設空間內,使該擋抵彈片常態的朝該內面之方向抵頂;定義該周壁具有二第一側壁與二第二側壁,二該第一側壁係平行面對設置且間隔一距離,二該第二側壁係平行面對且間隔一距離,該第一側壁及該第二側壁係交互排列連接,該擋抵彈片成形於其中一個該第一側壁之側面,二該第二側壁分別具有一閃避凹;藉此,該電線插設於該插設空間內便為該擋抵彈片推抵貼於該周壁。
為達前述目的,本發明電路板之導線連接器的結合方法,包括:設置網板步驟,取一網板,並將錫膏設置於網板上相對於電路板之接點處;覆上錫膏步驟,將網板覆蓋於複數電路板上,使網板上的錫膏塗佈於各該電路板的接點上;貼片步驟,將各電路板插接線連貼片分別設置於各該電路板之接點處,並藉由接點上的錫膏使各該電路板插接線連貼片黏附於接點;以及 加熱固定步驟,將各該電路板加熱,使錫膏融化進而固定各該電路板插接線連貼片,使各該電路板插接線連貼片固定結合於該接點上。
由前述可知,本發明電路板之導線連接器主要係藉由該擋抵彈片抵壓該電線,使該電線緊貼在該周壁之該內面,使該電線穿入該插設空間內後,便無法順利逆向脫出,進而達到快速結合電線於電路板以及連接關係穩固之功效。
再者,各該電路板插接線連貼片之體積係與各該電路板接點的大小相互對應,又各該接點之間具有一距離,因此各該電路板插接線連貼片之間係不會相互接觸者,使各電線間不會有短路的問題,以達到提高安全性之目的。

使貴審查委員對本發明之目的、特徵及功效能夠有更進一步之瞭解與認識,以下茲請配合圖式簡單說明詳述如後: 本發明提供一種電路板之導線連接器,如圖1至圖6所示,供以為一電線L插設,並供以接合於一電路板A之一接點A1,而該電路板之導線連接器,而該電路板之導線連接器,包括:一主體部10,呈中空柱狀體,該主體部10由導電材質製成,該主體部10供以設置於該電路板A之接點A1,該主體部10具有一周壁11,該周壁11間圍繞形成一插設空間12,該周壁11具有相對之一外面11A及一內面11B,該外面11A及該內面11B的兩端分別銜接一側面11C,該側面11C係垂直於該內面11B及該外面11A;一擋抵彈片13,成形於該周壁11之該側面11C,該擋抵彈片13由導電材質製成,該擋抵彈片13係伸入該插設空間12內,該擋抵彈片13具有彈性,使該擋抵彈片13常態的朝該內面11B之方向抵頂,該擋抵彈片13具有依序連接一反轉蓄力段131、一受力段132及一抵制段133,該反轉蓄力段131係呈反折之形態,該受力段132具有一斜度的朝該插設空間12內延伸,該抵制段133供以將該電線L抵於該周壁11之該內面11B;於本施例中,該主體部10為剖面呈矩型之中空柱狀體,定義該周壁11具有二第一側壁111與二第二側壁112,二該第一側壁111係平行面對設置且間隔一距離,二該第二側壁112係平行面對且間隔一距離,該第一側壁111及該第二側壁112係交互排列連接,該擋抵彈片13成形於其中一個該第一側壁111之該側面11C,另一個該第一側壁111具有一連接縫M,二該第二側壁112別具有一閃避凹U,各該閃避凹U能夠使該電路板插接片之結構強度更佳。
較佳的,於該主體部10外另套設一塑膠蓋,該塑膠蓋係用以進一步的防止二該電路板插接線連貼片間相互接觸造成短路。
以上為本發明電路板之導線連接器的主要構件及結構組態,至於本發明實施例的使用方式及功效詳述如下,如圖2至圖6所示:當使用者欲將電線L結合於本發明電路板之導線連接器時,僅需將電線L金屬的部分插入該插設空間12內,讓該擋抵彈片13之抵制段133抵壓該電線L,使該電線L為該周壁11及該擋抵彈片13夾制,由於該擋抵彈片13及該主體部10皆由導電材質所製成,該主體部10又結合於該電路板A之接點A1上,因此電線L便能透過本發明電路板插接線連接貼片導電至該電路板A的接點A1;甚且,本發明電路板之導線連接器更藉由該擋抵彈片13抵壓該電線L,使該電線L緊貼在該周壁11之該內面11B,使該電線L穿入該插設空間12內後,便無法順利逆向脫出,進而達到快速結合電線L於電路板A以及使電線L及電路板A連接關係穩固之功效。
再者,各該電路板插接線連貼片之體積係與各該電路板A之接點A1的大小相互對應,又各該接點A1之間都間隔有一距離,因此各該電路板插接線連貼片之間係不會相互接觸者,使各電線L間不會有短路的問題,以達到提高安全性之目的。
本發明電路板之導線連接器的結合方法如圖7及圖8所示,包括:設置網板步驟W,取一網板S,並將錫膏T設置於網板S上相對於電路板A之接點A1處;覆上錫膏步驟X,將網板S覆蓋於複數電路板A上,使網板S上的錫膏T塗佈於各該電路板A的接點A1上; 貼片步驟Y,將各電路板插接線連貼片分別設置於各該電路板A之接點A1處,並藉由接點A1上的錫膏T使各該電路板插接線連貼片黏附於接點A1;加熱固定步驟Z,將各該電路板A加熱,使錫膏T融化進而固定各該電路板插接線連貼片,使各該電路板插接線連貼片固定結合於該接點A1上。
較佳的,於貼片步驟Y中,係將各該電路板A置放於SMT機台上,使SMT機台自動將各電路板插接線連貼片貼附於各該電路板A的接點A1上。
較佳的,於加熱固定步驟Z中,係令各該電路板A通過於錫爐,進而使錫膏融化。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種電路板之導線連接器,供以為一電線插設,並供以接合於一電路板之一接點,而該電路板之導線連接器,包括:一主體部,接合於該接點,呈中空柱狀體,該主體部由導電材質製成,該主體部具有一周壁,該周壁間圍繞形成一插設空間;以及一擋抵彈片,成形於該周壁,該擋抵彈片傾斜一角度的伸入該插設空間內,使該擋抵彈片常態的朝該內面之方向抵頂;定義該周壁具有二第一側壁與二第二側壁,二該第一側壁係平行面對設置且間隔一距離,二該第二側壁係平行面對且間隔一距離,該第一側壁及該第二側壁係交互排列連接,該擋抵彈片成形於其中一個該第一側壁之側面,二該第二側壁分別具有一閃避凹;藉此,該電線插設於該插設空間內便為該擋抵彈片推抵貼於該周壁。
  2. 一種電路板之導線連接器,供以為一電線插設,並供以接合於一電路板之一接點,而該電路板之導線連接器,包括:一主體部,接合於該接點,呈中空柱狀體,該主體部由導電材質製成,該主體部具有一周壁,該周壁間圍繞形成一插設空間,該周壁具有相對之一外面及一內面,該外面及該內面的兩端分別銜接一側面;一擋抵彈片,成形於該周壁之該側面,該擋抵彈片傾斜一角度的伸入該插設空間內,使該擋抵彈片常態的朝該內面之方向抵頂;以及定義該周壁具有二第一側壁與二第二側壁,二該第一側壁係平行面對設置且間隔一距離,二該第二側壁係平行面對且間隔一距離,該第一側壁及該第二側 壁係交互排列連接,該擋抵彈片成形於其中一個該第一側壁之側面,另一個該第一側壁具有一連接縫;藉此,該電線插設於該插設空間內便為該擋抵彈片推抵貼於該周壁。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項或2項所述之電路板之導線連接器,其中,該擋抵彈片具有依序連接一反轉蓄力段、一受力段及一抵制段,該反轉蓄力段係呈反折之形態,該受力段具有一斜度的朝該插設空間內延伸,該抵制段供以將該電線抵於該周壁。
