Abstract

一種透氣防水複合布包含一布片及一防水的塑膠膜。該布片包括兩相反的第一表面及第二表面,以及多個位在該第一表面上的絨頭,該布片界定出多個延伸穿過該第一表面及該第二表面的微孔,相鄰兩絨頭的間距小於相鄰兩微孔的間距。該塑膠膜包括一內表面及一外表面,該內表面與該布片的第一表面接觸並黏合,且該塑膠膜形成多個分別地延伸入該等微孔的中空凸緣及多個分別位在相鄰兩絨頭之間的中空凸部。每一中空凸緣界定出一第一通道,每一中空凸部界定出一第二通道,該第一通道及該第二通道延伸穿過該內表面及該外表面,以使該塑膠膜具有透氣性。

Description

透氣防水複合布
本發明是有關於一種透氣防水複合布(breathable and waterproof composite fabric),特別是指一種包含一布片及具有延伸入該布片中的微孔之中空凸緣及位在該布片中相鄰兩絨頭之間的中空凸部的塑膠膜的透氣防水複合布。
習知用於外出服的Gore-tex®透氣防水布包含一外罩、一內襯裡及一夾置於二保護層之間且透氣防水的類海綿多孔性膜。該類海綿多孔性膜是由一聚合物[例如Teflon®、聚二氟乙烯(PVDF)或聚氨酯(PU)]所製得,並藉由美國專利第3953566號及第4187390號所揭示的方法形成孔洞。為了容許水氣蒸散(transpiration)並阻止水通過,該等形成在該類海綿多孔性膜中的孔洞的孔徑層級為小於1μm。該類海綿多孔性膜的厚度範圍為50μm至數百μm。
美國Voormi®公司開發出一種透氣防水布的製法(名為CORE CONSTRUCTIONTM),是在布料的織造過程中將透氣防水的薄膜織入布的組織中,因此不具有多層結構。
上述兩種透氣防水布的透氣防水膜皆僅具有形狀不規則且隨機分布的孔洞,因此對於布本身的透氣性仍有一定程度的阻礙,且其製程繁複,製造成本也相當高。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種透氣防水複合布,可以克服上述先前技術的缺點。
於是,本發明透氣防水複合布包含一布片及一防水的塑膠膜。該布片包括兩相反的第一表面及第二表面,以及多個位在該第一表面上的絨頭(pile),該布片界定出多個延伸穿過該第一表面及該第二表面的微孔,相鄰兩絨頭的間距小於相鄰兩微孔的間距。該塑膠膜包括一內表面及一外表面,該內表面與該布片的第一表面接觸並黏合,且該塑膠膜形成多個分別地延伸入該等微孔的中空凸緣及多個分別位在相鄰兩絨頭之間的中空凸部。每一中空凸緣界定出一第一通道,每一中空凸部界定出一第二通道,該第一通道及該第二通道延伸穿過該內表面及該外表面,以使該塑膠膜具有透氣性。
本發明之功效在於:該透氣防水複合布可藉由該防水的塑膠膜阻止水滴通過,並可藉由該塑膠膜的第一通道及該第二通道維持良好的透氣性。
以下將就本發明內容進行詳細說明:較佳地,該第一通道呈一漏斗形,且沿一從該塑膠膜朝向該布片的方向孔徑漸縮地延伸。
較佳地,該第二通道呈一漏斗形,且沿一從該塑膠膜朝向該布片的方向孔徑漸縮地延伸。
較佳地,該第一通道的最小直徑範圍為小於10μm且大於0.2μm。更佳地,該第一通道的最小直徑範圍為小於5μm且 大於0.5μm。更佳地,該第二通道的最小直徑範圍為小於0.2μm,以得到良好的防水性及透氣性。
較佳地,該微孔的直徑範圍為20μm至200μm。
較佳地,該塑膠膜的內表面是熱熔黏合(melt-bonded)於該布片的第一表面。更佳地,每一微孔是由一孔定義壁(pore-defining wall)所界定,每一中空凸緣是熱熔黏合於該各自的微孔的孔定義壁。
較佳地,該塑膠膜是由一熱塑性材料所製成,該熱塑性材料是選自於聚烯烴、聚酯或熱塑性彈性體。更佳地,該塑膠膜是由熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體(TPU)所製成
較佳地,該布片還包括多個經紗及多個與該等經紗交織(interlace)的緯紗,以界定出其中的該等微孔。
較佳地,該塑膠膜的厚度範圍為10μm至70μm。

在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
本發明將就以下實施例來作進一步說明,但應瞭解的是,該實施例僅為例示說明之用,而不應被解釋為本發明實施之限制。
參閱圖1與圖2,本發明透氣防水複合布之一實施例包含一布片1及一防水的塑膠膜2。
該布片1包括兩相反的第一表面11及第二表面12,以及多個位在該第一表面11上的絨頭13。該布片1還包括多個經紗14及多個與該等經紗14交織(interlace)的緯紗15,以界定出多個延伸穿過該第一表面11及該第二表面12的微孔3,相鄰兩絨頭13的間距小於相鄰兩微孔3的間距。
該塑膠膜2包括一內表面21及一外表面22,該內表面21與該布片1的第一表面11接觸並黏合,且該塑膠膜2形成多個分別地延伸入該等微孔3的中空凸緣23及多個分別位在相鄰兩絨頭13之間的中空凸部24。
在本實施例中,該塑膠膜2的內表面2是與該布片1的第一表面11相符地熱熔黏合(melt-bonded),以形成一對應該布片1的第一表面11之布紋的壓紋紋理(embossed texture)。
每一中空凸緣23界定出一第一通道230,該第一通道230呈一漏斗形,且沿一從該塑膠膜2朝向該布片1的方向孔徑漸縮地延伸。每一中空凸部24界定出一第二通道240,該第二通道240呈一漏斗形,且沿一從該塑膠膜2朝向該布片1的方向孔徑漸縮地延伸。該第一通道230及該第二通道240延伸穿過該內表面21及該外表面22,以容許水氣通過並阻止水滴通過,且該第二通道240延伸撐開相鄰兩絨頭13的間隙,藉此使該塑膠膜2具有良好的透氣性。
參閱圖3,該實施例可由包含以下步驟的方法製得:黏合該塑膠膜2及該布片1;將該塑膠膜2及該布片1一併疊置於一網狀模具(圖未示);加熱並軟化該布片1上的塑膠膜2;利用一抽氣裝置(圖未示)透過真空打孔技術抽吸該軟化的塑膠膜2,以在該塑膠膜2上形成該等中空凸緣23及該等中空凸部24,並容許該塑膠膜2熱熔黏合於該布片1,藉此形成該複合布;以及使該複合布冷卻並脫離該網狀模具。
本發明的方法有利於藉由調整該塑膠膜2的厚度及該布片1之微孔3的直徑輕易調整該塑膠膜2中第一通道230的最小直徑(dm)。此外,該等中空凸緣23的長度可藉由調整該等微孔3的直徑而調整,且該等中空凸緣23的密度可藉由調整該網狀模具的網孔數目而調整。該等中空凸部24的密度可藉由調整該布片1之絨頭13的數目而調整。基本上,在該等第一通道230及該等第二通道240的最小直徑不變的狀況下,該等中空凸緣23及該等中空凸部24的密度越高,該塑膠膜2的透氣性就越高。另外,在其他實施例中,亦可以使一部分該等第一通道230或一部分該等第二通道240是盲孔(亦即未穿過該內表面21),藉此可調整該複合布的防水性。
綜上所述,本發明透氣防水複合布可藉由該防水的塑膠膜2阻止水滴通過,並可藉由該塑膠膜2的第一通道230及該第二通道240維持良好的透氣性,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種透氣防水複合布,包含:一布片,包括兩相反的第一表面及第二表面,以及多個位在該第一表面上的絨頭,該布片界定出多個延伸穿過該第一表面及該第二表面的微孔,相鄰兩絨頭的間距小於相鄰兩微孔的間距;及一防水的塑膠膜,包括一內表面及一外表面,該內表面與該布片的第一表面接觸並黏合,且該塑膠膜形成多個分別地延伸入該等微孔的中空凸緣及多個分別位在相鄰兩微孔之間的相鄰兩絨頭之間的中空凸部;其中,每一中空凸緣界定出一第一通道,每一中空凸部界定出一第二通道,該第一通道及該第二通道延伸穿過該內表面及該外表面,以使該塑膠膜具有透氣性。
  2. 如請求項1所述的透氣防水複合布,其中,該第一通道呈一漏斗形,且沿一從該塑膠膜朝向該布片的方向孔徑漸縮地延伸。
  3. 如請求項1所述的透氣防水複合布,其中,該第二通道呈一漏斗形,且沿一從該塑膠膜朝向該布片的方向孔徑漸縮地延伸。
  4. 如請求項1所述的透氣防水複合布,其中,該第一通道的最小直徑範圍為小於10μm且大於0.2μm。
  5. 如請求項4所述的透氣防水複合布,其中,該第一通道的最小直徑範圍為小於5μm且大於0.5μm。
  6. 如請求項4所述的透氣防水複合布,其中,該第二通道的最小直徑範圍為小於0.2μm。
  7. 如請求項1所述的透氣防水複合布,其中,該微孔的直徑範圍為20μm至200μm。
  8. 如請求項1所述的透氣防水複合布,其中,該塑膠膜的內表面是熱熔黏合於該布片的第一表面。
  9. 如請求項1所述的透氣防水複合布,其中,該塑膠膜是由一熱塑性材料所製成,該熱塑性材料是選自於聚烯烴、聚酯或熱塑性彈性體。
  10. 如請求項1所述的透氣防水複合布,其中,該布片還包括多個經紗及多個與該等經紗交織的緯紗,以界定出其中的該等微孔。
