Abstract

本發明為有關一種氣泡機之熱封裝置及其方法,其包括有一氣泡機本體、至少一設於該氣泡機本體上之電磁加熱組件、至少一設於該氣泡機本體上且位於該電磁加熱組件側處之導磁熱封組件、至少一界定於該氣泡機本體上且連接該電磁加熱組件之支撐部、一界定於該電磁加熱組件與該導磁熱封組件之間的間隔空間、及至少一設於該導磁熱封組件上之傳動軸體;如此,利用支撐部支撐電磁加熱組件,使導磁熱封組件與電磁加熱組件設置於氣泡機本體上時,讓導磁熱封組件與電磁加熱組件之間產生間隔空間,並藉由電磁加熱組件產生磁力,當磁力通過間隔空間,以電磁感應與導磁熱封組件相互作動,並以非接觸方式對導磁熱封組件加熱,藉此令本發明達到加熱迅猛且均勻,使得工作溫度穩定,並具有節省能源之實用進步性。

Description

氣泡機之熱封裝置及其方法
本發明為提供一種氣泡機之熱封裝置及其方法,尤指一種利用電磁感應以非接觸方式將導磁熱封組件加熱,使加熱更為迅猛且均勻,並可穩定控制工作溫度,更可達到節省能源之功效的氣泡機之熱封裝置及其方法。
按,氣泡膜是一種用來包裝物品的充氣緩衝材,藉由將空氣灌入封閉袋體中,使袋體撐起形成緩衝保護的結構,目前氣泡膜已經是全球流行的包裝材料,因其特性符合當代環保與更有效的利用倉儲空間的訴求,比較傳統包材又更加具有美觀及保護力,所以使許多國際知名企業都使用氣泡膜來包裝商品,習用生產氣泡膜的氣泡機,其封口裝置一般為熱壓條或加熱板等加熱元件,當氣泡膜利用導輪傳輸而經過封口裝置下方時,因加熱元件係固定於氣泡膜行徑路線的一側,使加熱元件必須由氣泡膜的一端一路抵持加壓到氣泡膜的另一端以完成封口動作。
然上述氣泡機於使用時,為確實存在下列問題與缺失尚待改進:
一、習用之氣泡機係以鎳絡絲結合滾輪作為加熱元件,透過將鎳絡絲通電使其加熱,而為了防止鎳絡絲發生短路必須使鎳絡絲之兩端保持間隔,卻產生熱封閉氣泡膜不美觀或是封閉不完整的問題。
二、氣泡機之加熱元件係以接觸方式加熱,而影響加熱元件的運轉動作,且具有能源消耗過大的問題。
三、氣泡機之加熱元件也可藉由紅外線以非接觸方式加熱,卻具有加熱效率過低的問題。
是以,要如何解決上述習用之問題與缺失,即為本發明之發明人與從事此行業之相關廠商所亟欲研究改善之方向所在者。
故,本發明之發明人有鑑於上述缺失,乃蒐集相關資料,經由多方評估及考量,並以從事於此行業累積之多年經驗,經由不斷試作及修改,始設計出此種利用電磁感應以非接觸方式將導磁熱封組件加熱,使加熱更為迅猛且均勻,並可穩定控制工作溫度,更可達到節省能源之功效的氣泡機之熱封裝置及其方法的發明專利者。
本發明之主要目的在於:透過電磁加熱組件及導磁熱封組件的設計,使得電磁加熱組件以電磁感應與導磁熱封組件相互作動,並以非接觸方式對導磁熱封組件加熱,使加熱更為迅猛且均勻,並可穩定控制工作溫度,更可達到節省能源之功效。
本發明能夠達成上述目的之主要結構包括有一氣泡機本體,該氣泡機本體上設有至少一供產生磁力之電磁加熱組件,而該氣泡機本體上設有至少一位於該電磁加熱組件側處之導磁熱封組件,藉由該磁力以電磁感應對該導磁熱封組件加熱,以熱封至少一氣泡膜,並於該氣泡機本體上界定有至少一連接該電磁加熱組件之支撐部,係供支撐該電磁加熱組件使該電磁加熱組件與該導磁熱封組件之間產生一間隔空間,再於該導磁熱封組件上設有至少一傳動軸體;如此,利用支撐部支撐電磁加熱組件,使導磁熱封組件與電磁加熱組件設置於氣泡機本體上時,讓導磁熱封組件與電磁加熱組件之間產生間隔空間,並藉由電磁加熱組件產生磁力,磁力通過間隔空間,以電磁感應與導磁熱封組件相互作動,並以非接觸方式對導磁熱封組件加熱,使得導磁熱封組件的加熱相當迅猛且溫度均勻,使用者也可穩定控制工作溫度,由傳動軸體帶動導磁熱封組件使氣泡膜移動,並當氣泡膜移動時藉由導磁熱封組件對氣泡膜進行熱封,藉此提高能源的使用效率。
藉由上述技術,可針對習用之氣泡機所存在之熱封閉氣泡膜不美觀或是封閉不完整、以接觸方式加熱,而影響加熱元件的運轉動作,且具有能源消耗過大、及紅外線加熱效率過低的問題點加以突破,達到本發明如上述優點之實用進步性。

請參閱第一圖至第三圖所示,係為本發明較佳實施例之立體圖至局部側視圖,由圖中可清楚看出本發明包括:一氣泡機本體1,該氣泡機本體1上設有至少一供產生磁力之電磁加熱組件11;至少一設於該氣泡機本體1上,且位於該電磁加熱組件11側處之導磁熱封組件12,該導磁熱封組件12包含至少一導磁熱封元件121、及至少一設於該導磁熱封元件121上之摩擦元件122,而該導磁熱封元件121之材質係為鐵、銣、錋、鈷、或鎳其中之一者,藉由該磁力以電磁感應對該導磁熱封組件12加熱,以熱封至少一氣泡膜;至少一界定於該氣泡機本體1上且連接該電磁加熱組件11之支撐部13,係供支撐該電磁加熱組件11使該電磁加熱組件11與該導磁熱封組件12之間產生一間隔空間131;至少一設於該導磁熱封組件12上之傳動軸體14;及至少一設於該導磁熱封組件12側處之溫度感測元件15,而該導磁熱封組件12側處設有至少一抵持元件16。

而再針對上述之步驟做進一步詳細解說,使用者可將氣泡膜2置於氣泡機本體1上,而電磁加熱組件11係為線圈,該電磁加熱組件11可產生強弱不停變化的磁場,並且導磁熱封組件12上之導磁熱封元件121係為導磁材質,係為鐵、銣、錋、鈷、或鎳其中之一者,導磁熱封組件12藉由支撐部13支撐於氣泡機本體1上,並與電磁加熱組件11之間具有間隔空間131,而電磁加熱組件11產生的磁力會通過間隔空間131,以電磁感應與導磁熱封組件12相互作動,並以非接觸方式對導磁熱封組件12加熱,其加熱原理如下,電磁加熱組件11上具有控制電路,控制電路可將直流電轉變成高週波電流(有規律地改變方向之電流),該電磁加熱組件11內通過高週波電流,因此電磁加熱組件可產生不斷改變方向的磁場,電磁加熱組件11產生的磁力會通過間隔空間131,以電磁感應與導磁熱封組件12相互作動,並且導磁熱封組件12可藉由電磁感應而產生渦電流,當渦電流受到導磁熱封組件12本身電阻的影響,便會產生熱能而達到加熱之效果,使得電磁加熱組件11以非接觸方式對導磁熱封組件12加熱,因此電磁加熱組件11與導磁熱封組件12之間的間隔空間131需為適當距離,若是間隔空間131過大,則電磁加熱組件11則需要通過大電流才得以對導磁熱封組件12加熱,若是間隔空間131過小,則可能會因為電磁加熱組件11與導磁熱封組件12本身機構上的誤差,而使得電磁加熱組件11與導磁熱封組件12相互接觸,便無法以電磁感應加熱,再者,當導磁熱封組件12加熱後由傳動軸體14帶動導磁熱封組件12旋轉,而氣泡膜2被夾持於導磁熱封組件12與抵持元件16之間,本實施例之導磁熱封組件12與抵持元件16皆為滾輪態樣,當導磁熱封組件12旋轉時可使氣泡膜2移動,同時藉由導磁熱封組件12對氣泡膜2進行熱封,並且導磁熱封組件12上包含有橡膠材質之摩擦元件122,該摩擦元件122具有摩擦係數高的特性,使得導磁熱封組件12得以帶動氣泡膜2,而導磁 熱封組件12之表面更包含鐵氟龍,使熱封作業時,氣泡膜2不會沾黏於導磁熱封組件12上,並且導磁熱封組件12側處設有溫度感測元件15,該溫度感測元件15係為溫度計,可感測該導磁熱封組件12之溫度,以使氣泡機本體1將導磁熱封組件12維持於適當之主作溫度,讓使用者可穩定控制工作溫度,而加熱也更為迅猛且均勻,藉此使本發明達到節省能源之功效,另外,本新型也可加裝磁屏蔽裝置,以遮蔽電磁加熱組件11產生的磁力,以避免人體內的心律調節器受到磁力干擾,而發生危險。
是以,本發明之氣泡機之熱封裝置及其方法為可改善習用之技術關鍵在於:
一、透過電磁加熱組件11及導磁熱封組件12的設計,使得電磁加熱組件11以電磁感應與導磁熱封組件12相互作動,並以非接觸方式對導磁熱封組件12加熱,使加熱更為迅猛且均勻,並可穩定控制工作溫度,更可達到節省能源之功效。
惟,以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,非因此即侷限本發明之專利範圍,故舉凡運用本發明說明書及圖式內容所為之簡易修飾及等效結構變化,均應同理包含於本發明之專利範圍內,合予陳明。
綜上所述,本發明之氣泡機之熱封裝置及其方法於使用時,為確實能達到其功效及目的,故本發明誠為一實用性優異之發明,為符合發明專利之申請要件,爰依法提出申請,盼 審委早日賜准本發明,以保障發明人之辛苦發明,倘若 鈞局審委有任何稽疑,請不吝來函指示,發明人定當竭力配合,實感公便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種氣泡機之熱封裝置,主要包括:一氣泡機本體;至少一設於該氣泡機本體上之電磁加熱組件,係供產生磁力;至少一設於該氣泡機本體上,且位於該電磁加熱組件側處之導磁熱封組件,藉由該磁力以電磁感應對該導磁熱封組件加熱,以熱封至少一氣泡膜;至少一界定於該氣泡機本體上且連接該電磁加熱組件之支撐部,係供支撐該電磁加熱組件使該電磁加熱組件與該導磁熱封組件之間產生一間隔空間;及至少一設於該導磁熱封組件上之傳動軸體。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之氣泡機之熱封裝置,其中該導磁熱封組件側處設有至少一溫度感測元件。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之氣泡機之熱封裝置,其中該導磁熱封組件側處設有至少一抵持元件。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之氣泡機之熱封裝置,其中該導磁熱封組件包含至少一導磁熱封元件、及至少一設於該導磁熱封元件上之摩擦元件。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之氣泡機之熱封裝置,其中該導磁熱封元件之材質係為鐵、銣、錋、鈷、或鎳其中之一者。
  6. 一種氣泡機之熱封方法,主要方法包括:(a)利用支撐部支撐電磁加熱組件,使導磁熱封組件與電磁加熱組件設置於氣泡機本體上時,讓導磁熱封組件與電磁加熱組件之間產生間隔空間;(b)藉由電磁加熱組件產生磁力,磁力通過間隔空間,以電磁感應與導磁熱封組件相互作動,並以非接觸方式對導磁熱封組件加熱;(c)傳動軸體帶動導磁熱封組件使氣泡膜移動;(d)氣泡膜移動時藉由導磁熱封組件對氣泡膜進行熱封。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之氣泡機之熱封方法,其中該導磁熱封組件側處設有至少一溫度感測元件。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之氣泡機之熱封方法,其中該導磁熱封組件側處設有至少一抵持元件。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之氣泡機之熱封方法,其中該導磁熱封組件包含至少一導磁熱封元件、及至少一設於該導磁熱封元件上之摩擦元件。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之氣泡機之熱封方法,其中該導磁熱封元件之材質係為鐵、銣、錋、鈷、或鎳其中之一者。
