Abstract
一種可調整坡度的爬坡機,包含一機架、一軸設於該機架的擺動單元、一樞接於該擺動單元的踏板單元、一可提供該踏板單元產生擺動阻尼的阻尼單元、一樞接於該踏板單元的導引單元及一調整單元。該擺動單元包括一對擺臂,該踏板單元包括一對分別樞設於該等擺臂的踏桿,該阻尼單元具有一轉輪,該轉輪具有一轉軸,該導引單元包括一對固接於該轉軸兩端的曲柄、一對樞接於該曲柄的搖桿及一對樞接於該搖桿的連桿,該調整單元安裝於該機架,可驅動該等連桿且可調整該等搖桿的一後樞轉部與該底座之間的間隔距離。藉此,可達到調整坡度之目的。
Description
本發明是有關於一種運動器材,特別是指一種可調整坡度的爬坡機。
現有一種健身用之爬坡機(中華民國公告編號355379號專利案),是在一機架的前端利用一樞座樞接有一對轉桿,該等轉桿近末端處各插設有一插梢,且一斜度調整架設有若干調整孔,可供該等轉桿之插梢穿置。當要調整坡度時,必須先將該等插梢卸除,且將該斜度調整架相對於該等轉桿伸出或縮入,再將該等插梢插置定位。
雖然這種爬坡機可以調整坡度,但是當要調整坡度時,必須將整個機體的前端向上抬起,或在整個機體收折時進行調整,所以調整的方式較為麻煩且不方便。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種調整容易之可調整坡度的爬坡機。
於是,本發明可調整坡度的爬坡機,包含一機架、一擺動單元、一踏板單元、一阻尼單元、一導引單元及一調整單元。該機架包括一底座及一固接於該底座的支
撐件,該擺動單元包括一對軸設於該支撐件且可相對於該機架產生往復擺動的擺臂,該等擺臂各具有一樞接於該支撐件的樞接部及一相反於該樞接部的擺動部,該踏板單元包括一對分別樞設於該等擺臂的踏桿,該等踏桿各具有一樞接於所對應之擺動部的前端部及一相反於該前端部的後端部,該阻尼單元可提供該等踏桿產生擺動阻尼,並具有一轉輪,該轉輪具有一軸設於該機架的轉軸,該導引單元包括一對固接於該轉軸兩端且可驅動該轉輪轉動的曲柄、一對分別樞接於該等曲柄的搖桿及一對分別樞接於該等搖桿的連桿,該等搖桿各具有一樞接於該曲柄的中樞轉部、一設於該中樞轉部一側且與所對應的踏桿的後端部樞接的後樞轉部及一設於該中樞轉部另一側且與所對應的連桿樞接的前樞轉部,該等連桿各具有一相反於該等前樞轉部的受掣端部,該調整單元安裝於該機架,可驅動該等連桿的受掣端部相對於該支撐件產生移動,且可調整該等後樞轉部與該底座之間的間隔距離。
本發明之功效:利用該調整單元驅動該等連桿的受掣端部相對於該支撐件產生移動,即可調整該等後樞轉部與該底座之間的間隔距離,且可調整該等踏桿的坡度,整體結構簡單、調整相當容易。

參閱圖1、圖2與圖3,本發明可調整坡度的爬坡機之一實施例,包含一機架10、一擺動單元20、一踏板單元30、一阻尼單元40、一導引單元50、一調整單元60及一把手單元70。
該機架10具有一底座11及一固接於該底座11前端的支撐件12,該支撐件12具有一設於頂部的立柱13,該立柱13具有一設置於近頂部的橫軸131。
該擺動單元20具有一對軸設於該立柱13的橫軸131且可相對於該機架10產生往復擺動的擺臂21,該等擺臂21各具有一樞接於該橫軸131兩端的樞接部211及一相反於該樞接部211的擺動部212。
該踏板單元30具有一對分別樞設於該等擺臂21的踏桿31及一對分別設置於該踏桿31的踏板32。該等踏桿31各具有一樞接於所對應之擺臂21之擺動部212的前端部311及一相反於該前端部311的後端部312,該等踏板32分別設置於該等踏桿31的後端部312。
該阻尼單元40可提供該等踏桿31產生擺動阻
尼,並具有一軸設於該支撐件12的轉輪41及一軸設於該支撐件12且可受該轉輪41連動的阻尼輪42,該轉輪41具有一沿自身軸線設置且軸設於該支撐件12的轉軸411。
該導引單元50包括一對反向固接於該轉軸41兩端且可驅動該轉輪41轉動的曲柄51、一對分別樞接於該等曲柄51的搖桿52及一對分別樞接於該等搖桿52的連桿53,該等搖桿52各具有一樞接於該曲柄51的中樞轉部521、一設於該中樞轉部521一側且與所對應的踏桿31的後端部312樞接的後樞轉部522及一設於該中樞轉部521另一側且與所對應的連桿53樞接的前樞轉部523,該等連桿53各具有一相反於該等前樞轉部523的受掣端部531。
配合參閱圖4,該調整單元60安裝於該機架10,可驅動該等連桿53的受掣端部531相對於該支撐件12產生移動,且可調整該等後樞轉部522與該底座11之間的間隔距離。該調整單元60包括一樞接於該支撐件12前側的連動件61、一螺合於該連動件61的螺桿件62及一樞接於該支撐件12的驅動件63,該連動件61具有一樞接於該等連桿53的受掣端部531的軸桿611及一樞接於該軸桿611一側且可與該螺桿件62螺合的螺套612,該驅動件63可驅動該螺桿件62轉動,且帶動該連動件53沿該螺桿件62相對於該支撐件12產生樞轉。本實施例中,該驅動件63具有一伺服馬達631、一可傳遞該伺服馬達631動力的變速箱632,該螺桿件62連接於該變速箱632的輸出端,啟動該伺服馬達631可驅動該螺桿件62轉動,且帶動該連動件53
沿該螺桿件62相對於該支撐件12產生樞轉。
該把手單元70具有一對分別連接於該等擺臂21頂部且位於該橫軸131上方的握把71。
再如圖3、圖4所示,利用上述部件所組成的爬坡機,當操作者利用雙腳對該等踏板32與踏桿31進行水平方向且朝前施力時,該等踏桿31的前端部311會推掣該等擺臂21的擺動部212,該等擺臂21會以該橫軸131為轉動中心產生擺動,且再利用該等踏桿31帶動該等搖桿52、該等曲柄51後,可再透過該等曲柄51連動該轉輪41轉動,且利用該轉輪41再帶動該阻力輪42轉動,即可產生阻尼,且達到運動健身的目的。
如圖5及圖6所示,當操作者啟動該驅動件63的伺服馬達631,且利用該螺桿62的轉動而帶動該螺套612朝該變速箱632設置方向趨近時,即可連動該連動件61、該等連桿53,亦即,驅動該等連桿53的受掣端部531相對於該支撐件12產生移動,且使該等搖桿52的前樞轉部523相對於該底座11的高度產生變化,且可調整該等後樞轉部522與該底座11之間的間隔距離,該等搖桿52可再牽動該等踏桿31產生較大的坡度。
相反地,當再啟動該驅動件63的伺服馬達631,且利用該螺桿62的轉動而帶動該螺套612朝反方向移動時,即可將該等踏桿31調整成較小的坡度。
因此,本發明利用該調整單元60驅動該等連桿53的受掣端部531相對於該支撐件12產生移動,即可調整
該等後樞轉部522與該底座11之間的間隔距離,且可調整該等踏桿31的坡度,整體結構簡單、調整相當容易,利用本發明整體結構更可達到無段調整坡度之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。
Claims (3)
- 一種可調整坡度的爬坡機,包含:一機架,包括一底座及一固接於該底座的支撐件;一擺動單元,包括一對軸設於該支撐件且可相對於該機架產生往復擺動的擺臂,該等擺臂各具有一樞接於該支撐件的樞接部及一相反於該樞接部的擺動部;一踏板單元,包括一對分別樞設於該等擺臂的踏桿,該等踏桿各具有一樞接於所對應之擺動部的前端部及一相反於該前端部的後端部;一阻尼單元,可提供該等踏桿產生擺動阻尼,並具有一轉輪,該轉輪具有一軸設於該機架的轉軸;一導引單元,包括一對固接於該轉軸兩端且可驅動該轉輪轉動的曲柄、一對分別樞接於該等曲柄的搖桿及一對分別樞接於該等搖桿的連桿,該等搖桿各具有一樞接於該曲柄的中樞轉部、一設於該中樞轉部一側且與所對應的踏桿的後端部樞接的後樞轉部及一設於該中樞轉部另一側且與所對應的連桿樞接的前樞轉部,該等連桿各具有一相反於該等前樞轉部的受掣端部;及一調整單元,安裝於該機架,可驅動該等連桿的受掣端部相對於該支撐件產生移動,且可調整該等後樞轉部與該底座之間的間隔距離。
- 如請求項1所述的可調整坡度的爬坡機,其中,該調整單元包括一樞接於該支撐件的連動件、一螺合於該連動件的螺桿件及一樞接於該支撐件的驅動件,該連動件樞 接於該等連桿的受掣端部,並具有一可與該螺桿件螺合的螺套,該驅動件可驅動該螺桿件轉動,且帶動該連動件沿該螺桿件相對於該支撐件產生樞轉。
- 如請求項2所述的可調整坡度的爬坡機,還包含一把手單元,該把手單元具有一對分別連接於該等擺臂頂部的握把。
