Abstract

一種健身裝置,包含一機架、一踏板單元、一驅動單元及一垂直阻尼單元,該機架具有一對可轉動的轉軸,該踏板單元具有一對分別套設於該等轉軸的套管、一對分別連接於該等套管的擺臂及一對分別樞接於該等擺臂的踏桿,該驅動單元具有一對分別固接於該等轉軸的掣動輪及一對分別連接於該等掣動輪與該等踏桿之間的掣動撓性件,該垂直阻尼單元受該驅動單元連動可分別提供該等踏桿對應於一垂直向量的阻尼。利用該等轉軸與該等套管的配合,可達到簡化構件、降低成本之目的。

Description

健身裝置
本發明是有關於一種運動器材,特別是指一種健身裝置。
現有一種健身裝置(US 2013/0053218專利申請案),包含一機架、一踏板單元、一驅動單元及一垂直阻尼單元。該機架具有一底座、一固接於該底座的立柱、一連接於該立柱與該底座的支撐框架及一固接於該立柱與該支撐框架之間的軸桿,該踏板單元具有一對分別可轉動地套設於該軸桿兩側的旋轉連動件、一對分別套設於該等旋轉連動件外部的套管、一對分別連接於該等套管的擺臂及一對分別樞接於該等擺臂的踏桿,該驅動單元具有一對分別連接於該等旋轉連動件與該等踏桿之間的掣動索,該等掣動索呈可滑動地穿設於該支撐框架內部,該阻尼單元安裝於該機架,受該驅動單元連動可分別提供該等踏桿產生阻尼。
雖然這種健身裝置可提供使用者進行踩踏健身之操作,但是由於該軸桿呈固定不動,且該踏板單元的旋轉連動件分別可轉動地套設於該軸桿兩側,該等套管又分 別套設於該等旋轉連動件外部,這樣的結構使得元件數量較多、增加製造組配的麻煩且提高成本。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種結構簡單、製造組配容易且可降低成本的健身裝置。
於是,本發明的健身裝置,包含一機架、一踏板單元、一驅動單元及一垂直阻尼單元。該機架具有一底座、一固接於該底座的立柱、一連接於該立柱與該底座的支撐框架及一對可轉動地軸設於該立柱與該支撐框架之間的轉軸,該踏板單元具有一對分別可與該等轉軸相對轉動且套設於該等轉軸的套管、一對分別連接於該等套管的擺臂、一對分別樞接於該等擺臂的踏桿及一對分別設置於該等踏桿的踏板,該等踏桿各具有一樞接於所對應之擺臂的前端部及一相反於該前端部且可相對於該等擺臂產生上下擺動的後端部,該驅動單元具有一對分別固接於該等轉軸的掣動輪及一對分別連接於該等掣動輪與該等踏桿之間的掣動撓性件,該等掣動輪可掣動該等轉軸轉動,該垂直阻尼單元安裝於該機架且趨近於該立柱,受該驅動單元連動可分別提供該等踏桿對應於一垂直向量的阻尼。
本發明之功效:利用該等轉軸可轉動地軸設於該立柱與該支撐框架之間,且使該等套管分別套設於該等轉軸外部,在該等掣動輪受到該等掣動撓性件掣動時,可分別掣動該等轉軸轉動,以達到連動及產生阻尼的目的,且整體配合可產生簡化構件、降低成本之功效。

本發明之其他的特徵及功效,將於參照圖式的實施例詳細說明中清楚地呈現,其中:圖1是一立體組合圖,說明本發明健身裝置的一實施例;圖2是本發明上述實施例之一部分立體分解示意圖;圖3是本發明上述實施例之一側視組合圖;圖4是沿圖3中之線Ⅳ-Ⅳ的一剖面圖;及圖5是沿圖3中之線V-V的一剖面圖。
參閱圖1與圖2,本發明健身裝置之一實施例,包含一機架10、一踏板單元20、一驅動單元30、一垂直阻尼單元40、一連動單元50及一水平阻尼單元60。
配合參圖5,該機架10具有一底座11、一固接於該底座11的立柱12、一連接於該立柱12與該底座11的支撐框架13、一對可轉動地軸設於該立柱12頂部與該支撐框架13之間的轉軸14、多數分別套設於該等轉軸14上的軸承15及兩組分別固設於該立柱12頂部與該支撐框架13的軸座16。該立柱12具有一對設於中間位置的導輪121,該支撐框架13具有一銜接呈U形中空管狀的頂框131及一對分別軸設於該頂框131兩端的滑輪132,該頂框131具有一對設於頂部的開孔133,其中兩個軸座16固設於該等開孔133一側。
配合參圖3、圖4及圖5,該踏板單元20具有 一對分別可與該等轉軸14相對轉動且套設於該等轉軸14外部的套管21、一對分別連接於該等套管21的擺臂22、一對分別樞接於該等擺臂22的踏桿23及一對分別設置於該等踏桿23的踏板24。該等套管21各具有一沿徑向朝外延伸的連動桿211及一向上延伸的把手212,該等踏桿23各具有一樞接於所對應之擺臂22底部的前端部231及一相反於該前端部231且可相對於該等擺臂22產生上下擺動的後端部232。該等踏板24分別設置於該等踏桿23的後端部232。
該驅動單元30具有一對分別固接於該等轉軸14且伸設於該等開孔133中的掣動輪31、一對分別連接於該等掣動輪31與該等踏桿23之間的掣動撓性件32、一對分別固接於該等轉軸14的連動輪33及一對分別連接於該等連動輪33與該機架10之間的連動撓性件34。該等掣動輪31可分別掣動該等轉軸14轉動,該等掣動撓性件32各具有一圍繞且固接於所對應之掣動輪31之外周面的掣動端321、一連接於所對應之踏桿23的後端部232的連接端322及一可滑動地穿設於該支撐框架13之頂框131內部且繞過該等滑輪132的中段323。該等連動輪33分別受該等轉軸14連動,該等連動撓性件34各具有一圍繞且固接於所對應之連動輪33之外周面的受掣端341及一連接於接近該底座11的定位端342,該等連動撓性件34可滑動地繞過該等導輪121。
該垂直阻尼單元40安裝於該機架10且趨近於 該立柱12,受該驅動單元30連動可分別提供該等踏桿23對應於一垂直向量Y的阻尼。該垂直阻尼單元40具有一軸設於該機架10之立柱12的煞車輪41、一軸設於該底座11且位於該煞車輪41一側的驅動輪42、一連接於該煞車輪41與該驅動輪42的傳動件43、一固接於該驅動輪42的曲柄軸44及一對分別軸設於該曲柄軸44兩端且相對於該驅動輪42呈偏心設置的導輪45,該等連動撓性件34分別繞過該等導輪45,可掣動該等導輪45且帶動該驅動輪42轉動,並連動該煞車輪41以產生應於該垂直向量Y的阻尼。
配合參圖4,該連動單元50具有一可相對於該立柱12產生擺動的轉桿51、一對分別固設於該轉桿51兩側的牽動件52及一對樞接於該轉桿51兩側與該等套管21的連動桿211之間的連桿組53。
配合參圖4,該水平阻尼單元60具有一軸設於該機架10之立柱12的阻尼輪61及一繞設於該阻尼輪61與該等牽動件52之間的連動件62。該阻尼輪61具有一齒輪611,本實施例的該連動件62可為嚙合於該齒輪611與該等牽動件52表面的單面齒條。利用該等套管21透過該連動單元50帶動該轉桿51擺動,且該轉桿51再帶動該等牽動件52往復旋擺,可透過該連動件62帶動該阻尼輪61轉動,且可提供該踏板單元20對應於一水平向量X的阻尼。
利用上述部件所組成的健身裝置,再配合圖3所示,當操作者的雙腳踩踏於該等踏板24上,並利用雙腳 對該等踏板24與該等踏桿23進行上下踩踏動作時,該等擺臂22與該水平阻尼單元60幾乎不被驅動,此時,該等踏桿23的後端部232會分別拉動該等掣動撓性件32,利用該等掣動撓性件32的掣動端321圍繞且固接於所對應之掣動輪31之外周面的作用、以及該等掣動輪31與該等轉軸14固接的作用,即可掣動該等轉軸14相對於該機架10產生轉動。且該等轉軸14會再帶動該等連動輪33轉動,利用該等連動撓性件34的受掣動端341圍繞且固接於所對應之連動輪33之外周面的作用,即可再掣動該等連動撓性件34,該等連動撓性件34又分別掣動該等導輪45且帶動該驅動輪42轉動,並連動該煞車輪41以產生應於該垂直向量Y的阻尼,可使操作者達到腿部的訓練目的。
當操作者的雙腳踩踏於該等踏板24且朝前施力時,除了如上述所述可產生垂直向量Y的阻尼外,該等踏桿23的前端部231會掣動該等擺臂22的底端,該等擺臂22會分別帶動該等套管21相對於該等轉軸14及該機架10產生前後往復擺動動作,同時,該等套管的連動桿211會分別牽動該連動單元50的連動桿53,且帶動該轉桿51相對於該立柱12產生往復擺動,該轉桿51再帶動該等牽動件52往復旋擺,即可透過該連動件62帶動該阻尼輪61轉動,產生水平向量X的阻尼,可使操作者達到腿部的訓練目的。
所以,利用操作者進行不同的操作模式:(1)水平向量X的阻尼、(2)垂直向量Y的阻尼、(3)水平向量X的 阻尼與垂直向量Y的阻尼,可以產生不同的阻尼組合,操作者可以針對需求選擇不同的操作模式,諸如:前後滑步、上下踏步、前後上下橢圓運動軌跡之操作模式。
因此,本發明利用該等轉軸14可轉動地軸設於該立柱12與該支撐框架13之間,且該等踏板單元20的套管21分別與該等轉軸14相對轉動且套設於該等轉軸14外部的作用,可以簡化該踏板單元20與該驅動單元30的連結結構,且可簡化元件數量、減少製造組配的麻煩,且可降低高成本,確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種健身裝置,包含:一機架,具有一底座、一固接於該底座的立柱、一連接於該立柱與該底座的支撐框架及一對可轉動地軸設於該立柱與該支撐框架之間的轉軸;一踏板單元,具有一對分別可與該等轉軸相對轉動且套設於該等轉軸的套管、一對分別連接於該等套管的擺臂、一對分別樞接於該等擺臂的踏桿及一對分別設置於該等踏桿的踏板,該等踏桿各具有一樞接於所對應之擺臂的前端部及一相反於該前端部且可相對於該等擺臂產生上下擺動的後端部;一驅動單元,具有一對分別固接於該等轉軸的掣動輪及一對分別連接於該等掣動輪與該等踏桿之間的掣動撓性件,該等掣動輪可掣動該等轉軸轉動;及一垂直阻尼單元,安裝於該機架且趨近於該立柱,受該驅動單元連動可分別提供該等踏桿對應於一垂直向量的阻尼。
  2. 如請求項1所述的健身裝置,其中,該等掣動撓性件各具有一圍繞且固接於所對應之掣動輪之外周面的掣動端、一連接於所對應之踏桿的後端部的連接端及一可滑動地穿設於該支撐框架內部的中段。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述的健身裝置,其中,該驅動單元還具有一對分別固接於該等轉軸的連動輪及一對分別連接於該等連動輪與該機架之間的連動撓性件,該垂直阻 尼單元具有一軸設於該機架的煞車輪、一軸設於該底座且位於該煞車輪一側的驅動輪、一連接於該煞車輪與該驅動輪的傳動件、一固接於該驅動輪的曲柄軸及一對分別軸設於該曲柄軸兩端且相對於該驅動輪呈偏心設置的導輪,該等連動撓性件分別繞過該等導輪,可掣動該等導輪且帶動該驅動輪轉動,並連動該煞車輪以產生對應於該垂直向量的阻尼。
  4. 如請求項1所述的健身裝置,其中,該踏板單元的該等套管各具有一沿徑向朝外延伸的連動桿,該踩踏健身裝置還包含一連動單元,該連動單元具有一可相對於該立柱產生擺動的轉桿、一對分別固設於該轉桿兩側的牽動件及一對樞接於該轉桿兩側與該等套管的連動桿之間的連桿組。
  5. 如請求項4所述的健身裝置,其中,還包含一受該連動單元連動的水平阻尼單元,該水平阻尼單元具有一軸設於該機架的阻尼輪及一繞設於該阻尼輪與該等牽動件之間的連動件,該等套管透過該連動單元帶動該轉桿擺動,且該轉桿再帶動該等牽動件往復旋擺,可透過該連動件帶動該阻尼輪轉動,且可提供該等擺臂對應於一水平向量的阻尼。
  6. 如請求項5所述的健身裝置,其中,該阻尼輪具有一齒輪,該連動件為嚙合於該齒輪與該等牽動件表面的單面齒條。
  7. 如請求項1所述的健身裝置,其中,該機架還具有多數 套設於該等轉軸上且用於支撐該等套管的軸承及二分別固設於該立柱與該支撐框架的軸座。
  8. 如請求項1所述的健身裝置,其中,該立柱具有一對設於中間位置的導輪,該支撐框架具有一銜接呈U形中空管狀的頂框及一對分別軸設於該頂框兩端的滑輪,該頂框具有一對設於頂部的開孔,其中兩個軸座固設於該等開孔一側。
  9. 如請求項1所述的健身裝置,其中,該等套管各具有一沿徑向朝外延伸的連動桿及一向上延伸的把手,該等踏板分別設置於該等踏桿的後端部。
