Description
本發明係相關於一種生理狀態監測裝置,尤指一種可方便固定於撓性物的生理狀態監測裝置。
為了長時間監測人體(例如病人、老人或嬰兒)的體溫、心跳或呼吸等生理狀態,先前技術必須將生理狀態監測裝置黏貼於皮膚上,以持續或定期地監測人體的生理狀態。然而,當長時間將生理狀態監測裝置黏貼於皮膚上時,生理狀態監測裝置的黏貼材料有可能會造成使用者的皮膚過敏,或者讓使用者感覺不適。習知生理狀態監測裝置不舒適的佩戴方式會降低使用者的佩帶意願,甚至不願意使用,進而使習知生理狀態監測裝置無法有效地發揮功能。
本發明之目的在於提供一種可方便固定於撓性物的生理狀態監測裝置,以解決先前技術的問題。
本發明生理狀態監測裝置包含一監測模組以及一固定模組。該監測模組包含一第一殼體,用以設置於一撓性物的第一側;一監測
單元,設置於該第一殼體內,用以監測一人體的生理狀態;一第一處理單元,電連接於該監測單元,用以控制該監測單元之操作;以及一第一磁力固定單元,連接於該第一殼體。該固定模組包含一第二殼體,用以設置於該撓性物的第二外側;以及一第二磁力固定單元,連接於該第二殼體。其中該第一磁力固定單元及該第二磁力固定單元用以利用磁力將該第一殼體及該第二殼體夾持固定於該撓性物上。
在本發明一實施例中,該監測單元是一非接觸式監測單元。
在本發明一實施例中,該監測單元是用以監測該人體的體溫、心跳及/或呼吸。
在本發明一實施例中,該第一殼體及該第二殼體其中之一具有一凹陷結構,該第一殼體及該第二殼體中另一殼體具有一凸起結構對應於該凹陷結構,該凸起結構及該凹陷結構用以相嵌合以夾持該撓性物。
在本發明一實施例中,該生理狀態監測裝置另包含一指示燈,用以指示該監測單元的監測結果。
在本發明一實施例中,該監測模組另包含一無線傳輸模組,用來以無線方式傳送該監測單元的監測結果。
在本發明一實施例中,該無線傳輸模組是一藍芽傳輸模組,用來以無線方式傳送該監測結果至一外部電子裝置。
在本發明一實施例中,該固定模組另包含一無線接收模組,用來接收該無線傳輸模組傳送的該監測結果;一顯示單元;以及一第二處理單元,電連接於該無線接收模組及該顯示單元,用以控制該顯示單元顯示該監測結果。
在本發明一實施例中,該無線傳輸模組是一紅外線傳輸模組,該無線接收模組是一紅外線接收模組。
在本發明一實施例中,該生理狀態監測裝置另包含一開關,用以產生一控制訊號至該第一處理單元。
相較於先前技術,本發明生理狀態監測裝置可以利用磁力方便地固定於撓性物,以持續或定期地監測人體的生理狀態,而不需要黏貼於皮膚上,避免習知生理狀態監測裝置因長時間黏貼於皮膚上而成的皮膚過敏或不適等問題。

請參考第1圖。第1圖是本發明生理狀態監測裝置的第一實施例的示意圖。如第1圖所示,本發明生理狀態監測裝置10包含一監測模組100以及一固定模組200。監測模組100包含一第一殼體110、一監測單元120、一第一處理單元130以及一第一磁力固定單元140。固定模組200包含一第二殼體210以及一第二磁力固定單元220。第一殼體110是用以設置於一撓性物20的第一側(例如衣物或棉被的內側),且第一殼體110內形成有一容置空間。監測單元120是設置於第一殼體110內,用以監測一人體的生理狀態。
舉例來說,監測單元120可以是一接觸式或非接觸式監測單元,用以監測人體的體溫、心跳及/或呼吸等生理狀態。另外,第一殼體110上可形成一開口,用以讓監測單元120面向人體以進行監測。第一處理單元130是電連接於監測單元120,用以控制監測單元120之操作。舉例來說,處理單元130可以根據使用者的設定控制監測單元120持續地或定期地監測人體的生理狀態。第一磁力固定單元140是連接於第一殼體110。
固定模組200的第二殼體210是用以設置於撓性物20的第二側(例如衣物或棉被的外側)。第二磁力固定單元220是連接於第二殼體210。第一磁力固定單元140及第二磁力固定單元220可以利用磁力將第一殼體110及第二殼體210夾持固定於撓性物上20。舉例來說,第一磁力固定單元140可以是由磁性材料(例如鐵、鈷、鎳)所製成,而第二磁力固定單元220可以是一永久磁鐵,用以吸引第一磁力固定單元140,如此第一殼體110及第二殼體210即可以藉由第一磁力固定單元140和第二磁力固定單元220之間的磁力夾持固定於撓性物20上,但本發明不以此為限。在本發明其他實施例中,第一磁力固定單元140和第二磁力固定單元220皆可以是一永久磁鐵,且第一磁力固定單元140和第二磁力固定單元220互相吸引;或者第一磁力固定單元140可以是一永久磁鐵,而第一磁力固定單元220可以是由磁性材料所製成。
另一方面,為了避免第一殼體110及第二殼體210在撓性物20上滑動,第一殼體110可以具有一凸起結構116,第二殼體210可以具有一凹陷結構212,凸起結構116是對應於凹陷結構212,且凸起結構116及凹陷結構212可用以相嵌合以夾持撓性物20,如此可以避免第一殼體110及第二殼
體210在撓性物20上滑動,但本發明不以此為限。在本發明其他實施例中,凸起結構及凹陷結構的位置可以互換,亦即第一殼體110具有凹陷結構,而第二殼體210具有一凸起結構。或者,凸起結構及凹陷結構可以有複數個,且第一殼體110及第二殼體210皆可具有凸起結構及凹陷結構。
依據上述配置,本發明生理狀態監測裝置10可以利用磁力固定於撓性物上以長時間地監測人體的生理狀態,而不需黏貼於皮膚上,因此本發明生理狀態監測裝置10可以避免因長時間黏貼於皮膚上而造成的皮膚過敏或不適等問題。
再者,監測模組100可另包含一第一無線傳輸模組150,用來以無線方式傳送監測單元120的監測結果。舉例來說,第一無線傳輸模組150可以是一藍芽傳輸模組,用來以無線方式傳送監測結果至一外部電子裝置,例如智慧型手機或電腦等,以方便醫護人員或相關人員隨時觀看監測結果。
另一方面,監測模組100可另包含一開關170,用以產生一控制訊號至第一處理單元130。舉例來說,開關170可以是一按壓開關,第一殼體110可另具有一按壓結構114對應於開關170。當按壓結構114被按壓時,開關170被啟動以產生一控制訊號至第一處理單元130,第一處理單元130可以根據控制訊號控制監測單元120進行相對應動作,例如量測人體的生理狀態。如此,監測單元120除了可以根據使用者的設定持續地或定期地監測人體的生理狀態外,亦可以隨時視使用需求於開關170被啟動時監測人體的生理狀態。再者,在本發明中,開關170並不限於是按壓開關,開關170亦可以是其他類型的開關,例如觸碰感應式開關。使用者亦可以藉由觸碰以啟
動開關。當開關170是觸碰感應式開關或其他類型的開關時,第一殼體110可以具有其他相對應結構。
請參考第2圖。第2圖是本發明生理狀態監測裝置的第二實施例的示意圖。如第2圖所示,本發明生理狀態監測裝置10’的監測模組100是相似於第1圖的監測模組100,因此不再加以說明。本發明生理狀態監測裝置10’的固定模組200’可另包含一第二無線傳輸模組230、一顯示單元240以及一第二處理單元250。第二無線傳輸模組230是用來接收第一無線傳輸模組150傳送的監測結果。舉例來說,第一無線傳輸模組150可以是一紅外線傳輸模組,第二無線傳輸模組230可以是一紅外線接收模組,第一無線傳輸模組150可以利用紅外線傳送監測結果至第二無線傳輸模組230。另外,第一殼體110及第二殼體210上可分別形成有開口,以方便第一無線傳輸模組150及第二無線傳輸模組230傳送及接收紅外線。在上述實施例中,第一無線傳輸模組150及第二無線傳輸模組230的類型只是舉例,本發明第一無線傳輸模組150及第二無線傳輸模組230不以上述實施例為限。第二處理單元250是電連接於第二無線傳輸模組230及顯示單元240。第二處理單元250可以控制顯示單元240顯示監測結果。
另外,固定模組200’可另包含一指示燈260,用以指示監測單元120的監測結果。舉例來說,當第二處理單元250判斷監測對象的人體體溫超過一預定值時,第二處理單元250可以控制指示燈260發出警示燈光,以告知醫護人員或相關人員監測對象的人體體溫超標。
另一方面,固定模組200’亦可另包含一開關270,用以產生一控制訊號至第二處理單元250。舉例來說,開關270可以是一按壓開關,
第二殼體210可另具有一按壓結構214對應於開關270。當按壓結構214被按壓時,開關270被啟動以產生一控制訊號至第二處理單元250,第二處理單元250可以根據控制訊號控制顯示單元240進行相對應動作,例如顯示量測到的生理狀態,或者經由第一無線傳輸模組150及第二無線傳輸模組230通知監測單元120量測人體的生理狀態。再者,在本發明中,開關270並不限於是按壓開關,開關170亦可以是其他類型的開關,例如觸碰感應式開關。使用者亦可以藉由觸碰以啟動開關。當開關270是觸碰感應式開關或其他類型的開關時,第二殼體210可以具有其他相對應結構。
相較於先前技術,本發明生理狀態監測裝置可以利用磁力方便地固定於撓性物,以持續或定期地監測人體的生理狀態,而不需要黏貼於皮膚上,避免習知生理狀態監測裝置因長時間黏貼於皮膚上而成的皮膚過敏或不適等問題。

Claims (10)
- 一種生理狀態監測裝置,包含:一監測模組,包含:一第一殼體,用以設置於一撓性物的第一側;一監測單元,設置於該第一殼體內,用以監測一人體的生理狀態;一第一處理單元,電連接於該監測單元,用以控制該監測單元之操作;以及一第一磁力固定單元,連接於該第一殼體;以及一固定模組,包含:一第二殼體,用以設置於該撓性物的第二側;以及一第二磁力固定單元,連接於該第二殼體;其中該第一磁力固定單元及該第二磁力固定單元用以利用磁力將該第一殼體及該第二殼體夾持固定於該撓性物上。
- 如請求項1所述的生理狀態監測裝置,其中該監測單元是一非接觸式監測單元。

- 如請求項1所述的生理狀態監測裝置,其中該監測模組另包含一無線傳輸模組,用來以無線方式傳送該監測單元的監測結果。
- 如請求項6所述的生理狀態監測裝置,其中該無線傳輸模組是一藍芽傳輸模組,用來以無線方式傳送該監測結果至一外部電子裝置。
- 如請求項6所述的生理狀態監測裝置,其中該固定模組另包含:一無線接收模組,用來接收該無線傳輸模組傳送的該監測結果;一顯示單元;以及一第二處理單元,電連接於該無線接收模組及該顯示單元,用以控制該顯示單元顯示該監測結果。
- 如請求項8所述的生理狀態監測裝置,其中該無線傳輸模組是一紅外線傳輸模組,該無線接收模組是一紅外線接收模組。
- 如請求項1所述的生理狀態監測裝置,另包含一開關,用以產生一控制訊號至該第一處理單元。
