Description
本發明係與車輛有關,特別是指一種座椅傾斜角度控制裝置。
所知車輛的座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,大部分無法作調整。即便有可調整,其調整的角度不易控制及得知調整狀態。
再者,習知車輛的座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,必須拆開很多零件,始可作調整,造成作業上的極大不便。另外,對於各種不同的車型,其重量配置各有不同,必須配備各種不同的座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,其構件無法共用,也造成生產管理成本等各方面的問題。
因此,習知座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,其缺失仍然有待改進。
有鑑於此,本發明之主要目的在於提供一種座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,其可準確調整傾斜限制角度,且無須拆卸太多零件即可完成調整,更具方便性及安全性。
為達成上述目的,本發明所提供的一種座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,包含有一傾斜單元具有一驅動裝置可驅動使該傾斜單元作動傾斜預定角度,以及一裝設件;一控制單元可調整角度地裝設於該傾斜單元的裝設件,該控制單元具有一開關電性連接該驅動裝置,該開關於一第一角度區間時控制該驅動裝置可驅動,該開關於一第二角度區間時控制該驅動裝置
不可驅動再傾斜。
本發明座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,藉由該控制單元可方便調整角度地裝設於該傾斜單元,可方便且準確地調整控制傾斜角度。
有關本發明所提供之座椅傾斜角度控制裝置的詳細構造及特點,將於後續的實施方式中予以詳盡描述。然而,本技術領域中具有通常知識者理應瞭解,該等詳細說明以及實施本發明所列舉的特定實施例,僅用於說明本發明,並非用以限制本發明的專利申請範圍。

以下將藉由所列舉之實施例配合隨附之圖式,詳細說明本發明的技術內容及特徵,其中:申請人首先在此說明,於通篇說明書中所指之內、外、上、下等有關方向性的形容詞,皆是以本發明圖式中的方向為基準。
如第1圖至第3圖所示,本發明一較佳實施例之座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,本實施例傾斜單元(1)是應用在一車輛座椅的一椅背,包含有:一傾斜單元(1),具有一傾斜支撐組(10),一驅動裝置(20)可驅動使該傾斜單元(1)作動傾斜預定角度,以及一裝設件(30)裝設在該驅動裝置(20)。
其中,該驅動裝置(20)具有一馬達(21),一連動件(22),以及一組接部(23)。
該裝設件(30)具有一組接部(31)套抵於該驅動裝置(20)的組接部(23),多個組接固定孔(32)供螺栓(B1)螺設固定於該驅動裝置(20)的組接部(23);該裝設件(30)具有一穿孔(33),以及多個調整定位孔(34)呈圓周排列,該傾斜單元(1)的裝設件(30)還設有指標(35)。
一控制單元(4),可調整角度地裝設於該傾斜單元(1)。
該控制單元(4)具有一調整件(50)供調整固定於該傾斜單元(1)的裝設件(30),一開關裝件(60)連結於該調整件(50),以及一開關(70)裝設於該開關裝件(60),該開關(70)電性連接該驅動裝置(20)。
該調整件(50)具有兩連結孔(51),該開關裝件(60)具有兩連結孔(61),螺栓(B2)穿設固該調整件(50)的連結孔(51)與開關裝件(60)的連結孔(61)固定之。
該控制單元(4)的調整件(50)設有調整定位孔(52),於本實施例係為一長圓孔,可供螺栓(B3)調整不同角度固定裝設於該裝設件(30)的調整定位孔(34)。換言之,該控制單元(4)設有調整定位孔(52)供調整預定角度區間地固定裝設於該傾斜單元(1)的裝設件(30);另言之,該控制單元(4)具有調整定位孔(52)可固設在該裝設件(30)的各調整定位孔(34)。
該控制單元(4)設有指標(53)對應該傾斜單元(1)的指標(35)。
該開關裝件(60)穿設該裝設件(30)的穿孔(33),該開關裝件(60)具有一開關裝孔(62)。
該開關(70)係裝設於該開關裝件(60)的開關裝孔(62),該開關(70)於本實施例中係為一水銀開關,但本發明不限僅包含水銀開關。
該開關(70)於一第一角度區間時控制該驅動裝置(20)可驅動,該開關(70)於一第二角度區間時控制該驅動裝置(20)不可驅動再傾斜。於本發明一較佳實施例中,該第一角度區間與第二角度區間係以水平線為
基準。
本實施例之特點及功效,玆說明如下:如第3圖所示,即為該開關(70)於該第一角度區間位置狀態,該開關(70)並無導通控制該驅動裝置(20)不可驅動再傾斜,因此該傾斜單元(1)可任意驅動各種角度作動。
如第4圖所示,作動到限制最大角度時,即該開關(70)於該第二角度區間,該開關(70)即導通控制該驅動裝置(20)不可驅動再傾斜,即該傾斜單元(1)停止再往後傾斜,因此確保防止翻覆的安全性。
藉此,其調整不同傾斜限制角度時,只要把該螺栓(B3)旋鬆即可供該調整件(50)的調整定位孔(52)微調轉動該調整件(50)。或者,將該螺栓(B3)重新螺固於該裝設件(30)的另一調整定位孔(34),該控制單元(4)即可旋轉調整到較大不同角度。
緣此,該裝設件(30)的多個調整定位孔(34)可提供多種角度之選擇裝設,另在配合該調整件(50)的調整定位孔(52)呈長圓孔,幾乎可以配合調整到任意微小的各種角度。
除此之外,該傾斜單元(1)的指標(35)與控制單元(4)的指標(53)配合對應,係可目視準確得知其調整角度。
因此,因為可以作任何調整,可以配合適用裝設於各種車輛機種,不會因為不同機種而須有各自不同不可共用的座椅傾斜角度控制裝置。因此,本發明還具有可共用節省零件的各種優點。
除了前述的實施方式之外,本發明亦可任意搭配實施以下各種態樣:例如,該控制單元(4)除了裝設在該驅動裝置(20)以外,該控制單元(4)也可改為裝設在該傾斜支撐組(10)。
或者,該開關(70)除了如前所述水銀開關之外,其也可為滾珠開關等類似結構裝置。
另如,該座椅傾斜角度控制裝置不限定如前述只應用在椅背,其也包含應用於椅墊或整個座椅。
以上所述的任何實施態樣均可一者或多者互相搭配使用,均可達成本發明之目的。
綜合前述,本發明座椅傾斜角度控制裝置其可準確調整傾斜限制角度,且無須拆卸太多零件即可完成調整,更具方便性及安全性,因此確實達成本發明之目的。

Claims (8)
- 一種座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,包含有:一傾斜單元(1),具有一驅動裝置(20)可驅動使該傾斜單元(1)作動傾斜預定角度,以及一裝設件(30);一控制單元(4),可調整角度地裝設於該傾斜單元(1)的裝設件(30);該控制單元(4)具有一開關(70)電性連接該驅動裝置(20),該開關(70)於一第一角度區間時控制該驅動裝置(20)可驅動,該開關(70)於一第二角度區間時控制該驅動裝置(20)不可驅動再傾斜;其中該裝設件(30)具有多個調整定位孔(34)呈圓周排列,該控制單元(4)具有調整定位孔(52)可固設在該裝設件(30)的各調整定位孔(34)。
- 如請求項1所述的座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,其中該控制單元(4)具有一調整件(50)供調整固定於該傾斜單元(1),以及一開關裝件(60)連結於該調整件(50)供裝設該開關(70)。
- 如請求項2所述的座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,其中該傾斜單元(1)設有指標(35),該控制單元(4)設有指標(53)對應該傾斜單元(1)設有指標(35)。
- 如請求項3所述的座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,其中該裝設件(30)係裝設於該驅動裝置(20)。
- 如請求項2所述的座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,其中該裝設件(30)係裝設於該驅動裝置(20)。
- 如請求項1所述的座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,其中該裝設件(30)係裝設於該驅動裝置(20)。
- 如請求項1所述的座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,其中該傾斜單元(1)設有指標(35),該控制單元(4)設有指標(53)對應該傾斜單元(1)設有指標(35)。
- 如請求項7所述的座椅傾斜角度控制裝置,其中該裝設件(30)係裝 設於該驅動裝置(20)。
