Description

膠槍
本發明係與膠槍有關。
按，一般膠槍可供於壁間角落的縫隙填補或是兩物件結合後的縫隙填補，相當快速且方便。
然，一般習知膠槍存在有空行程，於按壓壓柄時無法立即使帶動件帶動推桿往前抵頂膠罐，影響使用效率，且抵頂限位件用的彈性件係設於槍體外側或套設於推桿，前者容易損壞或脫落，後者則易與推桿產生摩擦並產生噪音，且需額外設一空間供彈性件設置，存在亟待改善之缺弊。
因此，有必要提供一種新穎且具有進步性之膠槍，以解決上述之問題。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種膠槍，具有簡單穩固的結構且不具有空行程。
為達成上述目的，本發明提供一種膠槍，包括：一槍體，包括一側壁，供一膠罐組接；一限位件，可擺動地設於該槍體；一推桿，可移動地設於該槍體且穿過該限位件及該側壁，可選擇性被該限位件摩擦制動，供推擠該膠罐；一帶動件，可活動地設於該槍體中且與該限位件位於該側壁之相對二側， 且可帶動該推桿；一抵頂機構，可活動地穿設於該側壁且可直接徑向遠離該推桿，兩端分別可與該帶動件及該限位件抵接，包括一抵頂部及一彈性件，該彈性件設於該抵頂部及該帶動件之間。

以下僅以實施例說明本發明可能之實施態樣，然並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇，合先敘明。
請參考圖1至6，其顯示本發明之一較佳實施例，本發明之膠槍1包括一槍體2、一限位件3、一推桿4、一帶動件5及一抵頂機構6。
該槍體2包括一側壁21且供一膠罐10組接。該限位件3可擺動地設於該槍體2，該限位件3於遠離該側壁21時可限制該推桿4朝遠離該槍體2方向作動。該推桿4可移動地設於該槍體2且穿過該限位件3及該側壁21，且可選擇性被該限位件3摩擦制動以供推擠該膠罐10。該帶動件5可活動地設於該槍體2中且與該限位件3位於該側壁21之相對二側，且可帶動該推桿4。該抵頂機構6可活動地穿設於該側壁21且設於該推桿4之徑向一側且未封繞該推桿4設置，且兩端分別可 與該帶動件5及該限位件3抵接，該抵頂機構6徑向地受到該側壁21限制而限定與該側壁21之徑向相對位置，該抵頂機構6包括一抵頂部60及一彈性件67，該彈性件67設於該抵頂部60及該帶動件5之間，在此該彈性件67整體位於該推桿4之徑向一側外，該彈性件67可使該抵頂部60常態推抵該限位件3使該限位件3保持遠離該槍體2。要說明的是，該推桿4係於至少一徑向方向上不被該抵頂機構6止擋而可遠離該推桿4，當然，於該抵頂機構6及該推桿4設置於該膠槍1時兩者係被定位而無法徑向分離。
於本實施例中，該抵頂部60包括一塊體61及二由該塊體61延伸而出之柱體66，該二柱體66可活動地穿設於該側壁21，該塊體61及該二柱體66分別可與該帶動件5及該限位件3抵接。該膠槍1另包括一樞設於該槍體2之按壓柄7及一連桿機構8，該連桿機構8包括一樞設於該側壁21之第一連桿81及一與該第一連桿81樞接之第二連桿82，該第二連桿82與該塊體61位於該推桿4之二側並抵接於該帶動件5，該第一連桿81與該第二連桿82樞接處另設有一轉件83，該按壓柄7抵接該轉件83。該側壁21貫設有二開槽22，該二柱體66穿設於該二開槽22。
該限位件3沿一假想平面9(圖5中平行紙面)擺動，該假想平面9係平行於該推桿4之作動方向且亦平行於該轉件83的徑向方向，該二柱體66位於該假想平面9之二側且同步抵接該限位件3以使該限位件3可穩定地作動。該塊體61設有一容槽62(該帶動件5及該塊體61至少其中一者設有容槽即可)，該彈性件67容設於該容槽62，藉此可使該槍體2不需額外提供放置該彈性件67之空間，同時亦可保護該彈性件67不易脫落、損壞及摩擦該推桿4。該塊體61凹設有一導槽63，該導槽63跨置於該推桿4，該導槽63可使該塊體61定位於該推桿4上方而不易脫離。
該推桿4穿設過該帶動件5，該帶動件5與該槍體2之間另設有一回復彈性件23，該回復彈性件23使該帶動件5具有常態朝該塊體61移動之趨勢，藉 此，該帶動件5受到該回復彈性件23的推抵及該連桿機構8的抵接限位而常態的傾斜，該帶動件5位於該推桿4上方之部分朝該側壁21方向傾斜，且位於該推桿4下方之部分朝該回復彈性件23方向傾斜，藉此該帶動件5常態的卡抵該推桿4使該膠槍1不存在有空行程。
該第一連桿81與該第二連桿82成V形且開口朝向該推桿4，藉此該連桿機構8可具有一定之伸縮空間以推抵該帶動件5或復位該帶動件5。該塊體61與該二柱體66位於該推桿4之一同側。該塊體61包括一與該帶動件5抵接之推頭64及一薄於該推頭64之接部65，該二柱體66可拆卸地插接於該接部65以加強結構穩固性且方便視需求而更換該塊體61或該二柱體66。
該按壓柄7樞設有一擺件71，該擺件71具有一弧抵面72，該弧抵面72抵接該轉件83，該弧抵面72可降低該按壓柄7與該連桿機構8間的摩擦，該第二連桿82銷設有一推塊84，該推塊84抵接於該帶動件5，該第二連桿82與該推塊84相銷設而能相對活動，可以降低該帶動件5與該連桿機構8間的摩擦。
請參考圖4至圖6，於使用時按壓該限位件3使該抵頂機構6推抵該帶動件5，此時該帶動件5垂直於該推桿4並解除對於該推桿4之制動使該推桿4可朝遠離該槍體2之方向移動，停止按壓該限位件3則該彈性件67驅使該抵頂部60推抵該限位件3使該限位件3遠離該槍體2，並於該槍體2與該膠罐10組接後即可按壓該按壓柄7使該連桿機構8延伸推抵該帶動件5，該帶動件5帶動該推桿4推抵該膠罐10以實施作業。
請參考圖7及圖8，於另一實施例中，該槍體2a之側壁21a亦可貫設有二貫孔22a，該二柱體66a穿設於該二貫孔22a以穩固的導引及限位該二柱體66a。
於其他實施例中，該膠槍亦可不設置該按壓柄或/及該連桿機構，而改以電動之方式使該帶動片帶動該推桿，又或該按壓柄係直接抵接該帶 動片且該膠槍不設有該連桿機構；該抵頂機構之二柱體亦可視需求而為非同步抵接該限位件，且該二柱體並不限位於該假想平面之兩側；該膠槍之帶動件及塊體亦可皆設有容槽，該彈性件之兩端分別容設於該二容槽；該抵頂機構之塊體亦可為環繞該推桿之態樣，且該塊體與該二柱體亦不限位於該推桿之一同側；該抵頂機構之彈性件亦可設於該塊體及該側壁之間，且改以常態使該塊體往該限位件方向移動之方式亦無不可；該膠槍之帶動件亦可為非圓形的夾固該推桿之型態，例如但不限於以U型夾固之方式限位該推桿；該膠槍之帶動件亦可有其他方向之常態傾斜，惟使該帶動件可常態摩擦制動該推桿即可。
綜上所述，該膠槍不具有空行程，該二柱體及該塊體之導槽可加強該抵頂機構之平衡與穩固，該彈性件置於該塊體之容槽內具有保護、減少摩擦及簡化結構之效。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種膠槍，包括：一槍體，包括一側壁，供一膠罐組接；一限位件，可擺動地設於該槍體；一推桿，可移動地設於該槍體且穿過該限位件及該側壁，可選擇性被該限位件摩擦制動，供推擠該膠罐；一帶動件，可活動地設於該槍體中且與該限位件位於該側壁之相對二側，且可摩擦帶動該推桿；一抵頂機構，可活動地穿設於該側壁，設於該推桿之徑向一側且未封繞該推桿設置，兩端分別可與該帶動件及該限位件抵接，包括一抵頂部及一彈性件，該彈性件設於該抵頂部及該帶動件之間，該抵頂機構徑向地受到該側壁限制而限定與該側壁之徑向相對位置。
  2. 如請求項1所述的膠槍，其中該抵頂部包括一塊體及二由該塊體延伸而出之柱體，該二柱體可活動地穿設於該側壁，該塊體及該二柱體分別可與該帶動件及該限位件抵接。
  3. 如請求項2所述的膠槍，其中該側壁貫設有二貫孔，該二柱體穿設於該二貫孔。
  4. 如請求項2所述的膠槍，其中該限位件沿一假想平面擺動，該二柱體位於該假想平面之二側。
  5. 如請求項2所述的膠槍，其中該側壁貫設有二開槽，該二柱體穿設於該二開槽。
  6. 如請求項2所述的膠槍，其中該帶動件及該塊體至少其中一者設有容槽，該彈性件容設於該容槽，該彈性件整體位於該推桿之徑向一側外。
  7. 如請求項2所述的膠槍，其中該二柱體可拆卸地連接該塊體。
  8. 如請求項2所述的膠槍，其中該塊體凹設有一導槽，該導槽跨置於該推桿。
  9. 如請求項2所述的膠槍，另包括一樞設於該槍體之按壓柄及一連桿機構，該連桿機構包括一樞設於該側壁之第一連桿及一與該第一連桿樞接之第二連桿，該第二連桿與該塊體位於該推桿之二側並抵接於該帶動件，該第一連桿與該第二連桿樞接處另設有一轉件，該按壓柄抵接該轉件。
  10. 如請求項9所述的膠槍，其中該側壁貫設有二開槽，該二柱體穿設於該二開槽；該限位件沿一假想平面擺動，該二柱體位於該假想平面之二側且同步抵接該限位件；該帶動件及該塊體至少其中一者設有容槽，該彈性件容設於該容槽；該二柱體可拆卸地連接該塊體；該塊體凹設有一導槽，該導槽跨置於該推桿；該推桿穿設過該帶動件，該帶動件與該槍體之間另設有一回復彈性件，該回復彈性件使該帶動件具有常態朝該塊體移動之趨勢；該第一連桿與該第二連桿成V形且開口朝向該推桿；該塊體與該二柱體位於該推桿之一同側；該塊體包括一與該帶動件抵接之推頭及一薄於該推頭之接部，該二柱體插接於該接部；該按壓柄樞設有一擺件，該擺件具有一弧抵面，該弧抵面抵接該轉件，該第二連桿銷設有一推塊，該推塊抵接於該帶動件。
