Description

具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置及其電極片製造方法
本發明係關於一種導電導熱電極裝置,由指一種具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置及其電極片製造方法。
隨著科技日新月異,許多用於緩解疼痛之醫療器材,已不需要透過專業醫療人員操作才能使用,現有技術中利用市售的電極貼片配合電刺激神經(電療)的技術已相當普遍,其可透過不同頻率之微弱交流電流刺激淺層表皮神經與刺激大腦,使大腦釋放出具有止痛效果之腦內啡(Endor phine),以達到紓緩疼痛的目地。
舉例而言,當以電極貼片進行電療,電刺激頻率2Hz~10Hz具有長效止痛效果,而10Hz~30Hz對肌肉組織有消腫及促進血液循環作用,並具有按摩消除肌肉疲勞的功能。但是,人體皮膚有很大的阻力,低頻電刺激的穿透力並不好,止痛效果只能達到比較表淺的地方,雖然中頻的電刺激頻率(一般定義在1kHz~10kHz)就可穿越到深層肌肉層(即頻率越高越容易穿透物質),但中頻電刺激止痛效果不明顯,所以現有技術中,又有一種低頻調制中頻的技術(mdulated medium frequency electrotherap),此調制中頻的電刺激技術應用在臨床醫學上對於人體的止痛效果較佳。
但是目前市面上使用的電極貼片經常需要更換,但其貼片品質要求甚嚴,即使有可重複使用的電極貼片,也需透過一條以上的電極導線,才能將主機與電極貼片透過有線的方式連接,並透過皮膚為介質形成電子迴路進行電療,為使電極貼片能夠均勻且服貼地接觸皮膚,通常會在皮膚與電極貼片 的接觸面之間,使用含導電物質的凝膠進行固定,使得電療的電流能夠均勻的分佈在肌肉神經,進而達到局部舒緩之電刺激效果。
由上述現有技術可知,需經常更換的電極貼片品質要求甚高,即使有可重複使用的電極貼片仍受有線連接方式的限制,造成使用不方便,而且現有的電極貼片只有單純之導電刺激功能,對於皮膚與肌肉深層的紓緩效果並不明顯,因此,對於如何提升使用者的方便性並有效提升肌肉淺層與深層之紓緩效果,確實有待提出更佳解決方案的必要性。
有鑑於上述現有技術之不足,本發明主要目的係提供一種具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置及其電極片製造方法,其具有可方便更換之導電、導熱與具有遠紅外線效果的一電極結構,並且該電極結構可同時結合放射出遠紅外線、發熱、令電極導電,以提升皮膚下不同層度之神經刺激效果。
為達成上述目的所採取的技術手段係令前述具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置的電極片製造方法,該方法包括以下步驟:提供一遠紅外線發熱層;將一電極保護層貼合在該遠紅外線發熱層的一第一側;將一電極絕緣層貼合在該遠紅外線發熱層的一第二側;提供一電極導電層,並貼合在該電極絕緣層的表面;將一導電凝膠層包覆該電極導電層。
藉由上述方法,主要係將該電極保護層貼合設置於該遠紅外線發熱層的第一側,並於該遠紅外線發熱層的第二側貼合設置該電極絕緣層,提供該電極導電層,並將該電極導電層貼合設置於該電極絕緣層的表面,再將一導電凝膠層將該電極導電層包覆在該電極保護層之間,透過方便更換之導電、 導熱與具有遠紅外線效果的電極結構,可同時放射出遠紅外線、發熱、令電極導電,以達到提升皮膚下不同層度之神經刺激效果的目的。
為達成上述目的所採取的又一技術手段係令前述具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置包括:一連接組件,具有至少一電極連接端;一組電極片,係與該連接組件的電極連接端連接,該組電極片包括一電極保護層、一遠紅外線發熱層、一電極絕緣層、一電極導電層以及一導電凝膠層;其中,該電極保護層設置於該遠紅外線發熱層的上表面,並於該遠紅外線發熱層的下表面設置該電極絕緣層,該電極導電層的上表面設置於該電極絕緣層的下表面,以及該導電凝膠層覆蓋於該電極導電層的下表面。
藉由上述構造可知,本發明遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置可透過該連接組件無線組接於一主機,而且該組電極片與該連接組件的電極連接端連接,具有方便使用者拆卸更換的效果;由於該電極保護層設置於該遠紅外線發熱層的上表面,並於該遠紅外線發熱層的下表面設置該電極絕緣層,該電極導電層的上表面設置於該電極絕緣層的下表面,以及該導電凝膠層覆蓋於該電極導電層的下表面,當該主機供電,能夠使該組電極片放射出遠紅外線、發熱、令電極導電,達到提升皮膚下不同層度之神經刺激效果的目的。

關於本發明具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置的第一較佳實施例,請參考圖1、2所示,其中包括一主機10、一組電極片20以及一連接組件30,如圖2所示,該組電極片20係與該連接組件30的至少一電極連接端31電連接,並透過該電極連接端31與該主機10的一端構成電連接;本實施例中,該組電極片20的數量可由一片或兩片以上組成,該組電極片20的尺寸、形狀可依照使用者的身體、不同部位之皮膚或接觸面積而有不同的設計。
於本實施例中,該連接組件30與該主機10係可為一組公母扣件連接器之橋接方式,達到無線連接的目的,舉例而言,該連接組件30為一公扣件連接器、該主機10為一母扣件連接器,當該公扣件連接器與該母扣件連接器橋接後,該電極連接端31係與該主機10內的一電源迴路電連接;又該連接組件30為一母扣件連接器、該主機10為一公扣件連接器,當該母扣件連接器與該公扣件連接器橋接後,該電極連接端31同樣係與該主機10內的該電源迴路電連接。進一步的,該組公母扣件連接器可為一組磁吸式連接器或一組磁吸式單針彈簧連接器(Pogo pin),皆具有磁力、對位吸附之特性。
必須先說明的是,一般遠紅外線被稱為生命光線,係最能深入皮膚與皮下組織的光線,雖然人類無法用肉眼看見遠紅外線,但它的性質與光相似,不但可於光軸方向直線前進,而且還可以進行反射、放射等光的性質。因此,遠紅外線能夠迅速的被人體皮膚吸收,且深入人體的遠紅外線會引起物質中的原子和分子的振動,再透過共振吸收形成反應促使皮膚下深層的溫度上升,將該組電極片20用於人體皮膚時,更能達到使微血管擴張、促使血液循環等效果。
故如圖2所示,該組電極片20係包括一電極保護層21、一遠紅外線發熱層22、一電極絕緣層23、一電極導電層24以及一導電凝膠層25;其中,該電極保護層21貼附設置於該遠紅外線發熱層22的上表面,並於該遠紅外線發熱層22的下表面設置該電極絕緣層23,該電極導電層24的上表面設置於該電極絕緣層23的下表面,以及該導電凝膠層25的上表面覆蓋於該電極導電層24的下表面。
進一步的,於本實施例中該遠紅外線發熱層22係以一高溫碳化技術’將一聚丙烯腈系碳纖維(PANCF)經一高溫處理(約1100度)後作為一多孔性的碳纖維發熱材料,該碳纖維發熱材料能在產生高溫時同時放射出4-16微米的一遠紅外線波段,該碳纖維發熱材料有別於一般金屬發熱體,其不會產生電磁波。本實施例中,該電極導電層24可由一導電油墨印刷技術所形成,或者該電極導電層24可為一具導電特性之摻雜物,且該電極導電層24能印刷或貼附於前述的電極絕緣層23。該導電凝膠層25的上表面覆蓋於該電極導電層24的下表面,該導電凝膠層25的下表面貼附於使用者欲舒緩部位的皮膚上,本實施例中,該導電凝膠層25是透過一導電凝膠內的導電離子而達成導電的特性,且使用者可依照電刺激舒適程度與否選擇性地進行凝膠層更換。
本發明遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置可透過該連接組件30無線組接於該主機10,而且該組電極片20與該連接組件30的電極連接端31連接,具有方便使用者拆卸更換的效果,當該主機10供電,能夠使該組電極片20放射出遠紅外線、發熱、令電極導電,確實能提升皮膚下不同層度之神經刺激效果;藉由上述第一較佳實施例的說明,可歸納出一具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置的電極片製造方法,該方法包括以下步驟:提供該遠紅外線發熱層22,將該電極保護層21貼合在該遠紅外線發熱層22的一第一側,將該電極絕緣層23貼合 在該遠紅外線發熱層22的一第二側,提供一電極導電層24,並將該電極導電層24貼合在該電極絕緣層23的表面,再將該導電凝膠層25包覆該電極導電層24。
關於本發明具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置的第二較佳實施例,請參考圖3、4所示,其中本較佳實施例的主要技術內容與第一實施例的技術內容大致相同,惟本較佳實施例的電極片20、連接組件30的構造有所不同;於本較佳實施例中提供一組電極片20A、一連接組件30A,該組電極片20A主要係由一電極保護層21A、一遠紅外線發熱電極單元26、該導電凝膠層25所組成,本實施例中該導電凝膠層25更包含一絕緣層(圖中未示)、一導電層25A、一凝膠層27;該遠紅外線發熱電極單元26係由前述該遠紅外線發熱層22、電極絕緣層23、電極導電層24所構成。
請參考圖4、5所示,本實施例中該連接組件30A係包括一個以上的第一連接器31A、一個以上的第一固定件33A,該第一連接器31A係設於該遠紅外線發熱電極單元26上,該第一固定件33A設於該導電層25A的上表面;該電極保護層21A上分別形成與該第一連接器31A、該第一固定件33A之尺寸大小相對應的複數穿口;當使用者欲將該組電極片20A透過該連接組件30A,以可拆卸的方式與該主機10連接時,僅需將該導電層25A上的第一固定件33A、該遠紅外線發熱電極單元26上的第一連接器31A穿過該電極保護層21A上的複數穿口,並以可拆卸方式的固定在該主機10的底部。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置的電極片製造方法,該方法包括以下步驟:提供一可拆卸更換之遠紅外線發熱層;將一電極保護層貼合在該遠紅外線發熱層的一第一側;將一電極絕緣層貼合在該遠紅外線發熱層的一第二側;提供一電極導電層,貼合或印刷在該電極絕緣層的表面;將一導電凝膠層包覆該電極導電層。
  2. 如請求項1所述之具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置的電極片製造方法,該遠紅外線發熱層係將一聚丙烯腈系碳纖維經一高溫處理後作為一多孔性的碳纖維發熱材料。
  3. 如請求項2所述之具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置的電極片製造方法,該碳纖維發熱材料在產生高溫時同時放射出4-16微米的一遠紅外線波段。
  4. 如請求項1所述之具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置的電極片製造方法,該電極導電層由一導電油墨印刷技術所形成,或者該電極導電層為一具導電特性之摻雜物。
  5. 如請求項1所述之具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置的電極片製造方法,該導電凝膠層是透過一導電凝膠內的導電離子而達成導電的特性。
  6. 一種具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置,其包括:一連接組件,具有至少一電極連接端;一組可方便更換之電極片,係可拆卸的與該連接組件的電極連接端連接,該組電極片包括一電極保護層、一遠紅外線發熱層、一電極絕緣層、一電極導電層以及一導電凝膠層; 其中,該電極保護層設置於該遠紅外線發熱層的上表面,並於該遠紅外線發熱層的下表面設置該電極絕緣層,該電極導電層的上表面設置於該電極絕緣層的下表面,以及該導電凝膠層覆蓋於該電極導電層的下表面。
  7. 如請求項6所述之具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置,該組電極片的數量由一片或兩片以上組成。
  8. 如請求項6所述之具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置,該連接組件為一公扣件連接器或一母扣件連接器。
  9. 如請求項6所述之具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置,由該遠紅外線發熱層、該電極絕緣層、該電極導電層組成一遠紅外線發熱電極單元,該連接組件包括一個以上的第一連接器、一個以上的傳導部、一個以上的第一固定件,該第一連接器、該傳導部分設於該遠紅外線發熱電極單元上;該導電凝膠層包含一導電層、一凝膠層,該第一固定件設於該導電層的上表面。
  10. 如請求項9所述之具有遠紅外線之導電導熱電極裝置,該連接組件的電極連接端以無線的方式組接於一主機,該主機的底部設有一個以上的第二連接器、一個以上的第二固定件。
