Description
本發明係關於一種充電方法及系統,尤其是關於一種電動車之充電方法及系統。
電動車,包括電動機車及電動汽車等,由於使用電池做為電力來源而具有避免燃油造成空氣污染的優點,近年來有越來越多使用者選擇電動車取代汽油動力的車輛。
電動車主要的動力來源係由車內的電池所提供,因此需要普遍地設置電動車充電用的充電站,以方便使用者對電動車充電。每一充電站具有一充電纜線,纜線的一端為充電接頭。將充電接頭連接至電動車的充電接口,即可使充電站對電動車充電。
有數種充電付費的方式。一種是使用者先投入固定的費用到充電站內,當充電量達成預付費用時即停止充電。或是等充電完成後再刷信用卡或由充電站產生付費單據到收費站繳費。
依據所需的電量的大小,充電站可能需要十至數十分鐘才能完成充電。於等待充電完成的期間,使用者有時會暫時
離開充電站。一般充電站大多僅具有充電站設備而無配置管理人員,因此當使用者不在充電站時,可能有其他人將連接於充電中電動車的充電接頭移動至別的電動車進行充電。亦即在充電的過程中發生的盜電的情況。因此需要一種新的充電方法及系統以防止盜電的情況。
本發明之主要目的在提供一種防止盜電情況之電動車之充電方法及系統。
本發明提供一種電動車之充電方法,適用於使用一充電站對一電動車進行充電,其中該充電站使用一充電接頭連接於該電動車之一充電接口而傳送電力予該電動車,該方法包括步驟:(a)一手持式電子裝置傳送一配對請求訊號予該充電站,(b)該充電站接收該配對請求訊號並於確認配對成功後,隨機產生一充電認證碼並傳送該充電認證碼予該手持式電子裝置,(c)該手持式電子裝置傳送該充電認證碼予該充電站,(d)該充電站接收該充電認證碼並確認該充電接頭連接於該充電接口時,開始對該電動車充電;其中,於該電動車被充電期間,該充電站持續偵測該充電接頭是否與該充電接口分離,並於偵測該充電接頭與該充電接口分離時停止對該電動車充電,並傳送一充電確認請求予該手持式電子裝置,以及(e)當該手持式電子裝置傳送一繼續充電指令至該充電站時,該充電站要求該手持式電子裝置提供該充電認證碼,並於接收該充電認證碼後,繼續對該電動車充電。
本發明另提供一種電動車之充電系統,包括一充電站以及具有一第二監控程式之手持式電子裝置。充電站用以提供電力予一電動車,該充電站包括:一充電接頭,用以連接於該電動車之一充電接口而傳輸電力予該電動車,以及一第一監控程式。該充電站與該手持式電子裝置與該充電站形成配對後,該第
一監控程式隨機產生一充電認證碼並發送該充電認證碼予該手持式電子裝置,且該第一監控程式於該充電站對該電動車充電期間持續偵測該充電接頭是否與該充電接口分離,並於偵測到該充電接頭與該充電接口分離時停止對該電動車充電並傳送一充電確認請求予該手持式電子裝置,以及,該充電站之該第一監控程式於接收到該手持式電子傳送之一繼續充電指令並傳送該充電認證碼予該充電站後,繼續對該電動車充電。

請參照圖1,圖1係本發明電動車之充電系統之一較佳實施例示意圖。圖1顯示本發明之充電系統100包括:一充電站10以及一手持式電子裝置20。充電站10具有一第一監控程式11以及充電接頭12。手持式電子裝置20,本處以行動電話為例,包括一第二監控程式21。電動車30則具有一充電接口31用以與充電接頭12連接而接受來自充電站10的電力。
請一併參照圖2。圖2為本發明充電方法之一較佳實施例之流程圖。當電動車30的使用者欲使用充電站10對電動車30充電時,使用者啟動使用行動電話20的第二監控程式21以發送一配對請求SA至充電站10(步驟S1)。此處的配對係指建立二
電子裝置之間的短距離無線連結的配對。可以使用,例如藍芽配對。在配對的過程中,使用者以行動電話20發送該行動電話20之一裝置識別碼DID給充電站10。充電站10的第一監控程式11於確認該裝置識別碼DID確實對應一已註冊之行動電話時,即可確定配對成功。當充電站10確認配對成功後,則發出一充電認證碼CID給行動電話20(步驟S2)。詳細地說,於本發明系統中,使用者預先於設立充電站的系統商所提供的資料中心40登錄想用於其充電系統的行動電話的裝置識別碼DID。例如行動電話20的IMEI(國際移動設備標識)碼,此IMEI碼即被視為行動電話的裝置識別碼DID。當然,此裝置識別碼DID的確認係由第一監控程式11將裝置識別碼DID傳送到資料中心40進行核對而完成。
接著,使用者使用行動電話20傳送開始充電的指令給充電站10。當充電站10的第一監控程式11收到行動電話20傳送之開始充電的指令後,將要求行動電話20傳送該充電認證碼CID以及使用者預先於資料中心40中登錄的密碼PW至充電站10。(步驟S3)當第一監控程式11確認已收到正確的充電認證碼CID以及密碼PW之後,即開始對電動車30充電。當然,每次當充電站10欲對電動車30充電之前,都必須先確定充電接頭12已經連接至充電接口31才進行充電。在充電期間,充電站10的第一監控程式11持續偵測充電接頭12是否脫離充電接口31(步驟S4)。
第一監控程式11於充電結束之前偵測到充電接頭12脫離充電接口31時,表示充電接頭12可能被盜用。因此第一監控程式11使充電站10立即停止對電動車30充電,並傳送一充電確認請求SB至行動電話20(步驟S5),以提示使用者可能的盜電情況。使用者可依據實際的情況決定是否繼續充電。若使用者未發現異狀,則可使用行動電話20傳送一繼續充電指令CC給充電站10。充電站10於接收繼續充電指令CC之後,將要求行動電話20再次傳送該充電認證碼CID給充電站10(步驟S6)。當第一監控
程式11確認充電認證碼CID無誤之後,將重新對電動車30充電。當然,也持續偵測充電接頭12是否脫離充電接口31(步驟S7)。
請參照圖3,其顯示本發明系統提供給行動電話20之使用者介面23之一較佳實施例示意圖。第二監控程式21可提供多個使用者介面供使用者進行充電過程的指令及資料接收/輸入之用。此使用者介面被顯示於行動電話20的顯示幕22。於圖3中之使用者介面23提供充電進度的資訊。例如圖像24表示已進行的充電量的比例,而圖像25則顯示100%充電完成所剩的時間。因此使用者藉由行動電話20即可知道目前的充電進度。
當充電完成之後,接著進行扣款程序若使用者已預先於資料中心40登錄一扣款帳戶,則充電站10可直接從該帳戶扣款(步驟S8)。
由以上的描述可知,本案充電方法使充電站與行動裝置進行配對,因此不論使用者是否在充電站旁,都可經由行動電話得知充電的情況。此外,本發明於配對完成後,由充電站傳送一充電認證碼給行動電話。此充電認證碼為充電站隨機產生。當新的配對連結建立時,充電站將產生另一個充電認證碼。當充電接頭脫離充電接口的情況產生時,充電站可藉由要求行動電話傳送該充電認證碼而確保繼續充電的請求確實是由原使用者所下達的指令,因此可防止盜電的情況產生。
以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施例,並非用以限定本發明之申請專利範圍,因此凡其它未脫離本發明所揭示之精神下所完成之等效改變或修飾,均應包含於本案之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)
- 一種電動車之充電方法,適用於使用一充電站對一電動車進行充電,其中該充電站使用一充電接頭連接於該電動車之一充電接口而傳送電力予該電動車,該方法包括步驟:(a)一手持式電子裝置傳送一配對請求訊號予該充電站;(b)該充電站接收該配對請求訊號並於確認配對成功後,隨機產生一充電認證碼並傳送該充電認證碼予該手持式電子裝置;(c)該手持式電子裝置傳送該充電認證碼予該充電站;(d)該充電站接收該充電認證碼並確認該充電接頭連接於該充電接口時,開始對該電動車充電;其中,於該電動車被充電期間,該充電站持續偵測該充電接頭是否與該充電接口分離,並於偵測該充電接頭與該充電接口分離時停止對該電動車充電,並傳送一充電確認請求予該手持式電子裝置;(e)當該手持式電子裝置傳送一繼續充電指令至該充電站時,該充電站要求該手持式電子裝置提供該充電認證碼,並於接收該充電認證碼後,繼續對該電動車充電。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之電動車之充電方法,其中,於該步驟(b)中,該充電站接收該配對請求訊號後更包括要求該手持式電子裝置提供一裝置識別碼,該充電站於確認該裝置識別碼為一已登錄之裝置識別碼時確認配對成功,其中,該裝置識別碼被該充電站傳送至一外部資料中心,由該資料中心確認該裝置識別碼是否為已登錄之裝置識別碼。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項之電動車之充電方法,其中該裝置識別碼係該手持式電子裝置之IMEI(國際移動設備標識)碼。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之電動車之充電方法,於該步驟(c)中,該手持式電子裝置更包括傳送一密碼予該充電站,以及於該步驟(d),該充電站更包括確認該密碼為已登錄之密碼時開始對該電動車充電,其中,該密碼被該充電站傳送至一外部資料中心,於該資料中心確認該密碼是否為已登錄之密碼。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之電動車之充電方法,於該步驟(e)之後更包括:步驟(f)該充電站於充電完成後確認該手持式電子裝置是否具有一預設付款帳戶,並於該手持式電子裝置具有該預設付款帳戶時對該預設付款帳戶執行扣款程序。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之電動車之充電方法,其中該手持式電子裝置係一行動電話。
- 一種電動車之充電系統,包括:一充電站,用以提供電力予一電動車,該充電站包括:一充電接頭,用以連接於該電動車之一充電接口,而傳輸電力予該電動車;一第一監控程式;以及一手持式電子裝置,包括一第二監控程式;其中,該充電站與該手持式電子裝置與該充電站形成配對後,該第一監控程式隨機產生一充電認證碼並發送該充電認證碼予該手持式電子裝置,且該第一監控程式於該充電站對該電動車充電期間持續偵測該充電接頭是否與該充電接口分離,並於偵測到該充電接頭與該充電接口分離時停止對該電動車充電並傳送一充電確認請求予該手持式電子裝置,以及,該充電站之該第一監控程式於接收到該手持式電子傳送之一繼續充電指令並傳送該充電認證碼予該充電站後,繼續對該電動車充電。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之電動車之充電系統,其中該第二監控程式更包括提供一使用者介面顯示於該手持式電子裝置之一顯示幕。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之電動車之充電系統,其中該使用者介面顯示該電動車之一目前充電量資訊以及一剩餘充電時間資訊。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之電動車之充電系統,其中該手持式電子裝置係一行動電話。
