在當今世界上，值得一提的是，越來越多人有可攜式裝置，以同時使用上述裝置，即使是在看一個廣播器的節目。
各種技術解決方案，允許使用者同步或控制在手持式裝置上所顯示的內容與顯示於數位電視接收器上的內容。這樣可以提出作為這些解決方案的例子：藉由遠端裝置，將模式或廠牌之識別插入於電視節目之音頻，其將檢索自網際網路伺服器所識別到與模式或廠牌相關之資訊，以立即提交給使用者。在這種情況下，目前尚未有數位電視接收器和可攜式裝置之間的連結。

在專利方面及文獻中，有描述用於同步數位電視相關內容之系統。以下將列出接近本發明設計之文獻，但其並未預 期或甚至暗示本發明的技術特徵。
BR MU8601367-0顯示了一種多個觀眾與互動式數位電視節目同時互動之系統，其同時允許多個觀眾與在電視裝置上所顯示的互動數位電視節目互動。
從本研究中係為顯而易見的，並未有文件發現本發明所示之預期或暗示，以至於在這裡所提出的解決方案，本案發明者認為，有鑑於現有技術係具有新穎性和進步性。
本發明之創新與目前現有的機制顯著不同。

廣播器按照現有的互動式標準數位電視系統(銀河，MHP等)開發互動式應用程式，其係包含所需相同的算法，且透過無線電訊號發送，再加上視頻、音頻及其他資訊等，標準互動式數位電視接收器係與現行標準相容。在互動式數位電視接收器(RDTVi)實施之情況下，這種互動式應用程式(AI)利用稱為MAGIC(以互動性、發現及連結之先進管理機制)以識別可攜式裝置，其係共享互動式數位電視接收器之相同連結環境，且具有已安裝之遠端媒介(AR)。一旦此裝置被定位且為可用的，在互動式數位電視接收器中正在執行之互動式應用程式(AI)間之自動的及透明的傳送內容，係起始於手持式裝置上之遠端媒介(AR)，且其內容可以由廣播器所發送之新資訊及指令更新調諧至數位電視接收器頻道。
在觀眾/使用者更改頻道之情況下，安裝在手持式裝置上之遠端媒介(AR)，於此情況下將可被用來接收在數位電視接 收器之新諧調內容，同時也使用MAGIC將新頻道傳送其他互動式應用程式(AI)。
安裝在手持式裝置上之遠端媒介係具有顯示及/或執行由數位電視接收器傳送之內容的功能。
優點
有別於現今最先進的解決方案，所建議的解決方案係避免強制存取網路。
由於互動式應用程式中之資訊係為隱藏式的，此解決方案不需要識別階段。
同步階段省卻強制網路存取沿著廣播訊號上之互動式應用程式(AI)所傳送之內容及資訊。反之，互動式應用程式(AI)可將這些資訊及內容，傳送至以供使用者的可攜式裝置中之遠端媒介。
對觀眾/使用者之優勢
觀眾/使用者使用附加內容可顯著擴大的體驗，在互動式數位電視信號接收器中所顯示之主要視頻並未有干擾。
廣播器之優點
它可以提供更豐富的內容，確保觀眾/使用者的忠誠度，位顯示內容生產商創造更多的商機且擴大範圍的機會。
內容生產商的好處
本發明可提高內容製作的能力，提供使用者視聽內容之附加資訊，在不影響原來的內容將其完全顯示在屏幕上。
使用範例
下面描述使用本發明之某些情況。
方案1
觀眾/使用者觀看數位電視接收器上之節目，並且可以於可攜式裝置之屏幕上同時觀看與數位電視接收器調諧頻道同步的多媒體內容。
方案2
通過將可攜式裝置與數位電視接收器所調諧之頻道同步，觀眾/使用者可以存取由廣播器所傳送之音頻內容。
方案3
通過將可攜式裝置與數位電視接收器所調諧之頻道同步，觀眾/使用者可以存取由廣播器所傳送之多媒體應用程式。由互動式數位電視接收器傳送到可攜式裝置中之應用程式將能夠使用接收到的內容，或存取在網際網路上所建立之服務供應器之內容，以多種方式進行通信，擴展觀察者的體驗。
方案4
觀眾/使用者可以存取所觀看到的內容資訊，舉例來說，但不限於此：電影、作家、導演、演員、影片的描述、發行年份或照片的名稱等。
方案5
能夠將觀眾/使用者於問卷調查、測試所應對表達意見反饋至網際網路上或在資訊同步媒介(互動式數位電視接收器)上之合適伺服器。

Claims (19)

  1. 一種含有與一數位電視系統之一互動性標準相容的一互動式應用程式之系統，係由一廣播器中之一數位電視訊號所傳送，當調諧至該廣播器之頻率時，於一數位電視接收器中係下載並執行該互動式應用程式，該互動式應用程式利用可在該數位電視接收器中互動之一軟體介面，透過一當地數據網路以聯繫執行於一可攜式裝置上之一或多個相容媒介；且該系統還包含一機制，其能夠發現存在於安裝有該數位電視接受器之該可攜式裝置中的該當地數據網路。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之系統，包含一通訊機制，其適於發送資訊以執行識別該互動式數位電視接收器。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之系統，包含一通訊機制，其適於發送資訊以識別該互動式數位電視接收器中之使用者。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之系統，包含一通訊機制，其適於發送一指令以執行存在於一或多個該可攜式裝置中之一或多個遠端媒介。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之系統，包含一通訊機制，其適於接收並執行由存在於一或多個該可攜式裝置中之一或多個遠端媒介所發送之一指令。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之系統，包含一通訊機制，其適於傳送自存在於一或多個該可攜式裝置中之一或多個遠端媒介所立即呈現或歸檔後顯示之資訊及/或一多媒體內容。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之系統，包含一通訊機制，其適於接收自存在於一或多個該可攜式裝置中之一或多個遠端媒介所立即呈現或歸檔後顯示之資訊及/或一多媒體內容。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之系統，其中一遠端媒介係實行該機制，以於該可攜式裝置中能夠執行該互動式應用程式之方法。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之系統，其中該通訊機制適於接收該互動式數位電視接收器執行的該互動式應用程式所識別之該資訊，其中該資訊可儲存於該互動式數位電視接受器中，以傳送至一網際網路伺服器或用於選擇內容以呈現給使用者。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之系統，其中該通訊機制適於接收該互動式數位電視接收器執行的該互動式應用程式所識別使用者之該資訊，其中該資訊可儲存於該互動式數位電視接受器中，以傳送至一網際網路伺服器或用以選擇內容呈現給使用者。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之系統，其中該通訊機制執行該互動式應用程式所發送之一指令，其中該指令可包含自一網際網路伺服器所顯示之內容。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之系統，其中一遠端媒介適於通過該通訊機制以產生及發送一指令，其中該指令可自動及透通地產生，或者來自使用者於一手持式裝置中之互動。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之系統，其中一遠端媒介係實行該通訊機制，以處理、顯示或儲存通過該互動式應用程式所 傳送之資訊及一多媒體內容。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之系統，其中一遠端媒介係實行該通訊機制，以發送該資訊及/或該多媒體內容至該互動式應用程式，其中藉由該可攜式裝置可產生及/或儲存及/或再傳送該資訊及/或該多媒體內容。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之系統，包含一機制，透過一配置介面以儲存使用者個人識別資訊及密碼。
  16. 一種利用如申請專利範圍第1項所述之系統以提供顯示於該可攜式裝置之內容與依該數位電視訊號中所傳輸的內容及/或節目同步之系統。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第1至16項中之任一項所述之系統，其中使用儲存於該手持式裝置上之資訊，以針對使用者在手持設備上所提供的內容，或選擇性地在該數位電視接收器中也考慮到所述發送至網際網路服伺服器之資訊的該系統，及/或儲存於該手持式裝置的資料與顯示給使用者選擇內容的目標。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第17項所述之系統，係用於生產互動式數位電視應用程式。
  19. 一種互動式數位電視系統，包含如申請專利範圍第1至18項中之任一項所述之系統。
