Description

顯示裝置及其組裝方法
本發明有關於一種顯示模組,特別是有關於一種使用於顯示裝置的顯示模組。
隨著半導體元件及顯示技術的進步,電子產品不斷朝向小型化、多功能及易於攜帶發展。最常用的可攜式電子產品包含筆記型電腦、平板電腦及行動電話等。使用者能攜帶並使用筆記型電腦在很多地方,例如在家裡、在辦公室或在公眾場合。
圖1A繪示相關技術的顯示裝置100的前視圖,圖1B繪示圖1A的顯示裝置100的分解圖。顯示裝置100包括蓋體102及顯示模組104。顯示模組104包括一框架106及一面板模組108。圖1C繪示顯示裝置100在顯示模組104組裝至蓋體102以後的剖面圖。圖1D繪示圖1C的顯示裝置100的左側部分的放大圖。當組裝時,在方向A上直接施力至顯示模組104,因而允許框架106的突出部114移動經過蓋體102的對應的一突出部110。一旦突出 部114在對應的突出部110的下方並進入凹口112,顯示模組104及框架106固定至蓋體102。
一種顯示裝置包括一蓋體及一顯示模組,而顯示模組包括一面板模組及一框架。蓋體包括一底板及至少一蓋體限位件。蓋體限位件從蓋體底部的內面向內突出。底板及蓋體限位件之間形成一空間。框架具有至少一框架限位件,而框架限位件設置於框架的一末端並突出於蓋體限位件及底板之間的位置。框架限位件設置在前述空間內且在蓋體限位件及底板之間,以將顯示模組固持於蓋體。
一種顯示裝置組裝方法,包括下列步驟。提供顯示模組及蓋體。沿著平行於蓋體的平面滑動顯示模組。將框架限位件插入蓋體限位件及底板之間的空間,以將顯示模組固持於蓋體。

下文將參考圖式中所繪示的較佳實施例來充分地說明本發明。然而,本發明可以多種不同的形式體現,而不應限制於下文所提供的這些實施例;對於本技術領域中具有通常知識者而言,所提供的這些實施例將徹底而完整地揭露,並充分傳達本發明的範圍。舉例而言,「較低的」及「在下面的」並不限於特定側;在視角改變的情況下,「較低的」也可能是「較高的」。類似的符號在下文中代表類似的元件。
圖2A繪示一顯示模組204與一蓋體202在組合前的俯視立體圖。顯示模組204在方向B上置放在蓋體202上。
圖2B繪示顯示模組204置放在蓋體202上的俯視立體圖。圖2C繪示圖2B的蓋體與顯示模組沿線C-C的剖面圖。請參 考圖2C,蓋體202包括一底板206及一蓋體限位件208。蓋體限位件208可從蓋體202的內面向內突出。在底板206及蓋體限位件208之間形成一空間210。蓋體限位件208可為任意形式,例如突出物、鉤狀物、突片或類似物。顯示模組204可包括一面板模組211及一框架212。框架212可包括一框架限位件214,其形成在框架212的一末端且在相對於蓋體限位件208的一個較低的位置。框架限位件214可為任意形狀,只要其能容納在空間210內且能受到蓋體限位件208所固持。當顯示模組204沿著實質上平行於蓋體202的平面D滑動,框架限位件214可插入空間210。圖2D繪示組裝有蓋體202的顯示模組204的剖面圖。如圖所示,框架限位件214插入蓋體限位件208與蓋體202之間的空間210。將顯示模組204移動以耦接及固持於蓋體202受到蓋體限位件208及空間210所限制。顯示模組204因而固持於蓋體202。由於是將顯示模組204滑動至空間210內以將顯示模組204固持於蓋體202,所以沒有正向力施加在顯示模組204上迫使顯示模組204及蓋體202發生對應突出。蓋體限位件208及框架限位件214各自可為單一構件或多個獨立構件。
除了達成蓋體限位件208及框架限位件214的耦接,顯示模組204可經由多個面板緊固件,例如螺釘、墊圈、鉚釘、螺母和類似緊固件,固定至蓋體202。接著,如圖2E所示,可將一面框218置放在蓋體202上。面框218可經由多個面框緊固件,例如螺釘、墊圈、鉚釘、螺母和類似緊固件,固定至蓋體202。
圖3繪示本發明的一實施例的一種顯示裝置組裝方法的流程圖。請參考圖2C及圖2D,蓋體202具有底板206及至少一蓋體限位件,例如蓋體限位件208。蓋體限位件208從蓋體202的底板206的內面向內突出。在底板206與蓋體限位件208之間形成一空間210。顯示模組204包括一框架212,框架212可包括至少一框架限位件,例如框架限位件214,其設置在框架212的一末端且且突出於蓋體限位件208及底板206之間的一個較低的位置。在圖3的步驟S402及S404中,提供了蓋體202及顯示模組204。在步驟406中,沿著平行於蓋體202的平面滑動顯示模組204的面板模組211。在步驟408中,框架限位件214插入蓋體限位件208及底板206的空間210以將顯示模組204的面板模組211固持於蓋體202。在步驟410中,經由至少一緊固件將面板模組211固定至蓋體202。在步驟S412中,經由至少一緊固件將面框218固定至蓋體202。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種顯示裝置,包括:一蓋體,具有一底板及至少一蓋體限位件,該蓋體限位件從該蓋體的底部的一內面向內突出且沿一延伸方向延伸,該底板與該蓋體限位件之間形成一空間;以及一顯示模組,包括一面板模組及一框架,該框架具有至少一框架限位件,該框架限位件設置於該框架的一末端並突出於該蓋體限位件與該底板之間的位置,其中該顯示模組沿著平行於該蓋體的一平面且在相反於該蓋體限位件的該延伸方向的一滑動方向上滑動,使得該框架限位件設置於該空間,且在該蓋體限位件與該底板之間以將該顯示模組固持於該蓋體。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的顯示裝置,其中該顯示模組受到該框架所支持。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的顯示裝置,其中該顯示模組經由至少一緊固件固定至該蓋體。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的顯示裝置,更包括一面框,該面框經由至少一緊固件固定至該顯示模組。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的顯示裝置,其中該蓋體限位件包括一突出物、一鉤狀物及一突片其中之至少一。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的顯示裝置,其中該框架限位件包括多個突出物、多個鉤狀物及多個突片其中之至少一。
  7. 一種顯示裝置組裝方法,包括: 提供一顯示模組及一蓋體,其中該蓋體具有一底板及至少一蓋體限位件,該蓋體限位件從該蓋體的該底板的一內面向內突出且沿一延伸方向延伸,而該顯示模組具有一面板模組及一框架,其中該框架具有至少一框架限位件設置於該框架的一末端;沿著平行於該蓋體的一平面且在相反於該蓋體限位件的該延伸方向的一滑動方向上滑動該顯示模組;以及將該框架限位件插入該蓋體限位件與該底板之間的一空間,以將該顯示模組固持於該蓋體。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的顯示裝置組裝方法,其中該框架限位且突出於該蓋體限位件及該底板之間的一個較低的位置。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的顯示裝置組裝方法,更包括經由至少一緊固件將該顯示模組固定至該蓋體。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的顯示裝置組裝方法,更包括經由至少一緊固件將一面框固定在該蓋體。
