Description
本案應用標的為針對傳統無線式(Wireless)之資料處理與通訊用裝置所具有之無線傳輸功能裝置,如應用於無線滑鼠、無線鍵盤、無線掃瞄器、無線麥克風、無線喇叭、無線遙控器、無線上網裝置、無線電話、無線檢測裝置或無線警示裝置等,藉由射頻電磁波或紅外線或超音波作調幅、調頻、或數位之無線式(Wireless)作無線傳輸,以增進方便性,如近年之藍芽產品(Blue Tooth)皆為此項科技發展之指標。
傳統之無線傳輸方式為藉由射頻電磁波或紅外線或超音波作調幅、調頻、或數位之無線式(Wireless)無線傳輸,以增進方便性,如近年之藍芽產品(Blue Tooth)皆為此項科技發展之指標,唯由於無線式通聯須設置攜帶式電源,其儲存電能有限,目前此類產品之無線傳輸為固定於單一電壓,而隨信號大小而變化,應用較受限。
傳統無線式(Wireless)之資料處理與通訊用裝置所具有之無線傳輸功能裝置,如無線滑鼠、無線鍵盤、無線掃瞄器、無線麥克風、無線喇叭、無線遙控器、無線上網裝置、無線電話、無線檢測裝置或無線警示裝置等,藉由射頻電磁波或紅外線或超音波作調幅、調頻、或數位之無線式(Wireless)作無線傳輸,如近年之藍芽產品(Blue Tooth)皆為此項科技發展之指標,唯由於無線式通聯須設置攜帶式電源,其儲存電能有限,目前此類產品之無線傳輸為固定於單一電壓,而隨信號大小而變化,應用較受限。
此項可隨載控壓之無線傳輸裝置,為具有隨載增加無線式傳輸裝置相關電路驅動電壓之功能,並可依通聯距離及通聯環境所需之通聯信號強度,選擇無線傳輸裝置驅動相關電路之驅動電壓,以增強無線傳輸信號強度者。
圖1所示為此項可隨載控壓之無線傳輸裝置之電路方塊示意圖,其主要構成如下:--無線傳輸信號收發電路裝置101:為由積體電路或固態電子元件或機電元件所構成,並依需要選擇為藉射頻電磁波式、光學式(如紅外線)或超音波等作調幅或調頻或數位之無線傳輸構成相關發射電路裝置、或接收電路裝置、或發射與接收電路裝置,或同時設置兩種或兩種以上之無線傳輸方式者;--操控及放大電路102:為供將無線傳輸信號收發電路裝置101接收之電能或光能訊號,放大輸往隨機周邊介面電路103,或將隨機周邊介面電路103之電能信號,放大輸往收發電路裝置101作發射,或同時具有上述兩者功能者;--隨機周邊介面電路103:為依應用標的周邊裝置所屬之無線式資訊傳輸或無線通訊之功能,選定之電子電路元件所構成之應用標的專屬電路,供作為無線傳輸信號收發電路裝置101或操控及放大電路102,與應用標的周邊裝置之輸入裝置104,或應用標的周邊裝置之輸出裝置105之中間介面電路功能,此項隨機周邊介面電路103可依周邊裝置與系統匹配之需要而選擇設置或不設置者;前述具有無線傳輸功能之裝置及所屬無線傳輸信號收發電路裝置101、操控及放大電路102、隨機周邊介面電路103及輸入裝置輸出裝置,為可工作於較低之常態電壓及昇壓機制啟動後之最高電壓為工作電壓範圍者。
--電源裝置110:為由一個或一個以上包括由拋棄式一次電池、或可充放電電池、或蓄電電容、超級電容等直流蓄電裝置所構成,其特徵為可依需要設置由機電元件或固態電子元件所構成之輸出電壓調控裝置111,以由人工操作方式或接受隨機周邊介面電路103之操控,以啟動昇壓機制使其輸出電壓作線性或階級式之提昇電壓對前述具有無線傳輸功能之裝置及所屬無線傳輸信號收發電路裝置101、操控及放大電路102、隨機周邊介面電路103及輸入裝置輸出裝置供電者;此項電路之操控模式含:(1)開環式:為藉由無線傳輸信號啟動昇壓機制,增強收發性能及傳輸距離,並藉設定自動開關時間到達且無線傳輸信號中止時,自動恢復為常態電壓者;若到達自動所設定自動關機時間,而無線傳輸信號仍為持續,則自動開關機時間重新置於開始計時,並再度啟動昇壓機制直到無線傳輸信號中止,而於設定時間開始計時至到達設定時間恢復為常態電壓者;圖2為本發明之開環式運作流程圖;(2)閉環式:為藉由無線傳輸信號啟動昇壓機制,增強收發性能及傳輸距離,若到達設定自動開關時間而無線傳輸信號仍為持續,則維持昇壓機制,自動開關機時間置於開始狀態而不計時,直到無線傳輸信號中止,設定時間開始計時至到達設定時間恢復為常態電壓者;圖3為本發明之閉環式運作流程圖;(3)同步式:為於無線傳輸信號來臨時,同步啟動昇壓機制,並在無線傳輸信號中止時同步恢復正常電壓者;圖4為本發明之同步式運作流程圖。
此項可隨載控壓之無線傳輸裝置,其運作方式含:1.於無線傳輸時,接受隨機周邊介面電路103之操控,以調控其電源裝置110之輸出電壓為待機期間呈較低電壓供電之狀態,發射或接收狀態期間呈較高電壓供電之狀態者,圖5所示為本發明電源電壓呈較低之待機電壓及電壓較高之無線傳輸狀態示意圖;或2.可藉人工操作提昇驅動電壓作為緊急增強(Booster)之無線傳輸之功能者。
綜合上述,此項可隨載控壓之無線傳輸裝置,可供使用於無線傳輸功能之無線滑鼠、無線鍵盤、無線掃瞄器、無線麥克風、無線喇叭、無線遙控器、無線上網裝置、無線電話、無線檢測裝置或無線警示裝置等應用標的,以在無線傳輸時,藉由接受隨機周邊介面電路103之操控,以提昇對前述具有無線傳輸功能之應用標的裝置及所屬無
線傳輸信號收發電路裝置101、操控及放大電路102、隨機周邊介面電路103及輸入裝置輸出裝置之工作電壓,進而增強通訊性能,如增加通訊距離及雜訊識別者;此項發明構思新穎、功能確切,爰提專利申請,請依法核審為祈。

Claims (6)
- 一種可隨載控壓之無線傳輸裝置,為具有隨載增加無線式傳輸裝置相關電路驅動電壓之功能,可依通聯距離及通聯環境所需之通聯信號強度,選擇無線傳輸裝置驅動相關電路之驅動電壓,以增強無線傳輸信號強度;其主要構成如下:無線傳輸信號收發電路裝置101:為由積體電路或固態電子元件或機電元件所構成,並依需要選擇為藉射頻電磁波式、光學式(如紅外線)或超音波等作調幅或調頻或數位之無線傳輸構成相關發射電路裝置、或接收電路裝置、或發射與接收電路裝置,或同時設置兩種或兩種以上之無線傳輸方式者;操控及放大電路102:為供將無線傳輸信號收發電路裝置101接收之電能或光能訊號,放大輸往隨機周邊介面電路103,或將隨機周邊介面電路103之電能信號,放大輸往收發電路裝置101作發射,或同時具有上述兩者功能者;隨機周邊介面電路103:為依應用標的周邊裝置所屬之無線式資訊傳輸或無線通訊之功能,選定之電子電路元件所構成之應用標的專屬電路,供作為無線傳輸信號收發電路裝置101或操控及放大電路102,與應用標的周邊裝置之輸入裝置104,或應用標的周邊裝置之輸出裝置105之中間介面電路功能,此項隨機周邊介面電路103可依周邊裝置與系統匹配之需要而選擇設置或不設 置者;前述具有無線傳輸功能之裝置及所屬無線傳輸信號收發電路裝置101、操控及放大電路102、隨機周邊介面電路103及輸入裝置輸出裝置,為可工作於較低之常態電壓及昇壓機制啟動後之最高電壓為工作電壓範圍者;電源裝置110:為由一個或一個以上包括由拋棄式一次電池、或可充放電電池、或蓄電電容、超級電容等直流蓄電裝置所構成,其特徵為可依需要設置由機電元件或固態電子元件所構成之輸出電壓調控裝置111,以由人工操作方式或接受隨機周邊介面電路103之操控,以啟動昇壓機制使其輸出電壓作線性或階級式之提昇電壓對前述具有無線傳輸功能之裝置及所屬無線傳輸信號收發電路裝置101、操控及放大電路102、隨機周邊介面電路103及輸入裝置輸出裝置供電者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可隨載控壓之無線傳輸裝置,其電路之操控模式含開環式:為藉由無線傳輸信號啟動昇壓機制,增強收發性能及傳輸距離,並藉設定自動開關時間到達且無線傳輸信號中止時,自動恢復為常態電壓者;若到達自動所設定自動關機時間,而無線傳輸信號仍為持續,則自動開關機時間重新置於開始計時,並再度啟動昇壓機制直到無線傳輸信號中止,而於設定時間開始計時至到達設定時間恢復為常態電壓者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可隨載控壓之無線傳輸裝置,其電路之操控模式含閉環式:為藉由無線傳輸信號 啟動昇壓機制,增強收發性能及傳輸距離,若到達設定自動開關時間而無線傳輸信號仍為持續,則維持昇壓機制,自動開關機時間置於開始狀態而不計時,直到無線傳輸信號中止,設定時間開始計時至到達設定時間恢復為常態電壓者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可隨載控壓之無線傳輸裝置,其電路之操控模式含同步式:為於無線傳輸信號來臨時,同步啟動昇壓機制,並在無線傳輸信號中止時同步恢復正常電壓者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可隨載控壓之無線傳輸裝置,其運作方式含:於無線傳輸時,接受隨機周邊介面電路103之操控,以調控其電源裝置110之輸出電壓為待機期間呈較低電壓供電之狀態,發射或接收狀態期間呈較高電壓供電之狀態者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可隨載控壓之無線傳輸裝置,其運作方式含:可藉人工操作提昇驅動電壓作為緊急增強(Booster)之無線傳輸之功能者。
