  該內套筒,其套設於外套筒內,於內套筒外緣凸設有限位凸環,限位凸環下緣抵靠於外套筒之抵靠凸環緣上端,且於內套筒外緣對應限位凸環上端套設有第二彈性元件,第二彈性元件頂端頂撐於外套筒之第一頂撐件下端,並於內套筒底緣形成有導斜面;
