Description

自行車快拆結構改良
本創作係一種自行車快拆結構改良,乃使自行車快拆螺桿得具有操作順暢,並得增大鎖迫力而達到鎖定更穩固之功效。
查,習知之快拆螺桿結構,大體皆如圖一、二、三所示,係一螺桿10一端設螺帽18,另一端具有連接頭11、迫定套12,迫定套12設成中空狀,具有組合孔13,組合孔13中組裝驅動軸14,驅動軸14一邊具有偏心軸15連結螺桿10之連接頭11,驅動軸14另一邊配合螺栓17而組設一鎖迫柄16。其作用:當旋轉鎖迫柄16時,可連動驅動軸14、偏心軸15,而得迫使迫定套12動作,達到鎖迫或放鬆之效果;上述結構,其實存在有下列缺點:(1)如圖一、三所示,其設成迫定套12一邊只有一鎖迫柄16,因此其鎖迫柄16之耐力強度較小,產生之鎖迫力較小(2)如圖三所示,鎖迫柄16呈於迫定套12一邊,非是於迫定套12中心位置,因此,當旋轉鎖迫時,與螺桿呈「偏心」,故其平衡度較差,施力較不順暢。
本創作即是改良上述習知缺點,主要技術、目的為:鎖迫柄設成具有凹槽、兩連結部,兩連結部設有組合孔, 凹槽中組合迫定套、螺桿之連接頭,兩連結部套合於迫定套兩邊,連結部之組合孔中組設連結塊,連結塊具有偏心孔,兩連結塊之偏心孔組合驅動軸之連動軸,形成螺桿、迫定套、鎖迫柄連結一體。藉由兩連結部而得增大耐力強度,進而可得增大鎖迫力,且,兩連結部可與螺桿呈同一直線施力,而得施力平衡效果佳,進而可得旋轉順暢而得快速完成鎖迫、放鬆。
請參閱圖四、五、六、七,係一螺桿20一端具有螺帽26、另一端具有連接頭21及迫定套22,迫定套22呈中空狀、及具有貫穿之組合孔23,迫定套22中設有驅動軸24組合螺桿20之連接頭21,驅動軸24雙端具有連動軸25供組合鎖迫柄30;鎖迫柄30與連動軸25、迫定套22之組合結構,係設成鎖迫柄30具有凹槽310,而形成具有兩連結部31,兩連結部31設有組合孔32、穿孔33,兩連結部31套合於迫定套22兩邊,連結部31之組合孔32中組設連結塊34,連結塊34設有偏心孔35供驅動軸24之連動軸25組合,形成鎖迫柄30、驅動軸24、迫定套22、螺桿20之連接頭21連結一體,又,連結塊34設有螺孔36,配合螺栓37鎖合鎖迫柄30連結部31之穿孔33、連結塊34之螺孔36,而得防止連結塊34脫離。
藉由上述之結構,可得下列作用、功效:
(1)如圖四、五所示之鎖迫柄30、及圖六、七所示,鎖迫柄設成具有兩連結部31,當欲鎖迫、放鬆時,旋轉鎖 迫柄30形成兩連結部31同時動作,而得旋轉兩連結塊34,藉由其偏心孔35而使連動軸25、驅動軸24旋轉,即是可使迫定套22動作鎖迫定、放鬆。上述藉由兩連結部31、兩連結塊34之結構,具有耐力強度大之效果,因而可得較大之鎖迫力,而得更鎖定穩固之功效。
(2)如圖七所示,鎖迫柄30之兩連結部31與螺桿20呈一直線,因此,當旋力旋轉時,可得較佳之平衡效果,而得旋轉較順暢,並因此可得較省力鎖迫之功效。
(3)如圖五所示,連結塊34組入鎖迫柄30連結部31之組合孔32中,形成「埋入式組合一體」,而得耐力強度大之效果。
綜上所述,本創作之結構,確實具有極佳實用性與增進功效,誠符合新型專利要旨,懇請賜准專利。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種自行車快拆結構改良,係一螺桿一端具有螺帽、另一端具有連接頭及迫定套,迫定套呈中空狀、及具有貫穿之組合孔,迫定套中設有驅動軸組合螺桿之連接頭,驅動軸雙端具有連動軸供組合鎖迫柄;鎖迫柄與連動軸、迫定套之組合結構,係設成鎖迫柄具有凹槽,而形成具有兩連結部,兩連結部設有組合孔,兩連結部套合於迫定套兩邊,連結部之組合孔中組設連結塊,連結塊設有偏心孔供驅動軸之連動軸結合,形成鎖迫柄、驅動軸、迫定套、螺桿之連接頭連結一體。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述自行車快拆結構改良,其中,該鎖迫柄之連結部設有穿孔、連結塊設有螺孔,配合螺栓鎖合鎖迫柄連結部之穿孔、連結塊之螺孔,而得防止連結塊脫離。
