Description
本發明係關於生產如條、棒等熱軋長形成品之連續輥軋工廠,尤其是關於一種在熱軋過程中在中間階段用於減速並暫時儲存此等成品的設備之操作的改進。
一種用於減速並暫時儲存熱軋長形成品的習知設備於美國專利NO.7,021,103中揭示,其說明在此被援用作為參考。例如於第1至3A圖中所示之設備型式,一熱軋成品10以速度V1
被引導通過一彎曲的輸送導件12。此導件具有一與軸心“A”對齊以接收成品之進入端12a,以及一沿徑向與軸心A隔離之出口端12b。出口端之朝向係用於使朝出口方向且相對於與軸心A垂直的基準平面“P”呈一角度θ來輸送成品。
導件12朝向與成品之出口方向相反的方向,並使導件之出口端12b具有一速度V2
的轉動速度以連續地繞軸心A轉動,藉此將從導件出口端輸送的成品減速至一較小的速度V3
,其係等於V1
-V2
。導件的曲率及角度θ可使被輸送的成品形成一螺旋,其被接收且暫時儲存在對齊於軸心A上的圓柱形鼓件14上。
鼓件14係繞軸心A朝彎曲之導件12其旋轉方向的反方向旋轉,藉以將暫時儲存的成品解繞鬆開。
一接收導件16可沿著一平行於軸心A的路徑“B”前後移動。在纏繞操作開始時,如第3及3A圖所示,導件12之出口端12b係旋轉地位於相對於接收導件16呈一角度α,且接收導件係位在鄰近導件之出口端12b之旋轉路徑外側的起始位置。
依照習知的操作,一旦成品的前端進入接收導件16,至目前均認為已足夠以漸進方式開始使接收導件沿著路徑B前進且從平面P經過一稍比成品直徑大的漸進距離離開。但是,現在已確定,此漸進之前進不足以防止成品由於彼此之扣緊及重疊而連續捲繞。當此現象發生時,會對成品有次序之解繞鬆開產生負面影響。且在極端情況下會完全斷裂。
依照本發明之實施例,在產品前端正進入接收導件16之時,接收導件沿著路徑B之漸進前進會被接收導件起始之快速移動超前至一足夠的距離,以防止後面的成品由於扣緊及重疊而捲繞。
依照本發明之實施例,如第4及4A圖所示,在成品前端剛進入接收導件16時,接收導件會沿路徑B移動離開平面P一個距離X=Lsinθ而至一第二位置16’,其中,
且D係鼓件14之外徑。
一般來說,α會視θ之值而定,位在15-30°的範圍間。
移動通過距離X的接收導件16,其較佳為在導件12繞軸心A轉動1至3圈的時間內完成。
一旦接收導件抵達其第二位置16’時,隨後依照習知的操作方式漸進地移動。

Claims (3)
- 一種減速並暫時儲存一縱向地沿一接收軸心以第一速度V1 移動之熱軋長形成品之方法,該方法包括:引導該成品通過一具有與該軸心對齊之進入端的彎曲輸送導件以接收該成品,及一出口端徑向地與該軸心隔開,且定向地為朝一送出方向,並相對於與該軸心垂直的一基準平面成一出口角度α輸送該成品;使該輸送導件朝與該出口方向相反的方向,並使該出口端具有一速度V2 的轉速以繞軸心連續地旋轉,藉此將從該出口端輸送的成品減速為一等於V1 -V2 之較小的速度V3 ,該輸送導件的曲率及該出口角度係使從該出口成品輸送成為螺旋形式;接收且暫時儲存該螺旋在一與該軸心對齊的圓柱形鼓件上;使該鼓件繞該軸心朝與該輸送導件之旋轉方向的反方向旋轉,藉以將暫時儲存在該鼓件上的成品解繞鬆開;在一起始位置配置一接收導件,以接收從該鼓件解繞鬆開之成品的前端;在藉該接收導件於接收該成品前端時,使該接收導件從該起始位置且沿一與該軸心平行的線性路徑快速地移動通過一起初距離X=Lsinθ,其中:
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中通過該起初距離的移動係在該輸送導件轉動1至3圈的時間內完成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之方法,其中α係在15-30°的範圍。
