Description
本發明係相關於一種背光模組及其組裝方法,尤指一種可提升效率之背光模組及其組裝方法。
由於液晶顯示面板無法自行發光,因此液晶顯示裝置必須利用背光模組提供光源給液晶顯示面板以顯示影像。一般而言,背光模組係設置於液晶顯示面板的背面,並利用光源和光學元件(如導光板、光學擴散片、光學反射片等)的組合,以提供液晶顯示面板高亮度且均勻之光源。液晶顯示面板再根據顯示資料控制像素顯示對應的色彩,以進而顯示影像。根據光源所在之位置,背光模組可分成直下式背光模組和側光式背光模組。直下式背光模組係將光源直接設於液晶顯示面板之背面,且直下式背光模組係之光源可分區獨立控制,因此直下式背光模組可於液晶顯示面板之不同區塊彈性地提供不同背光亮度。而側光式背光模組係將光源設於導光板的側邊,導光板再將光線導引至液晶顯示面板,因此側光式背光模組可以縮小液晶顯示器之厚度。
由於側光式背光模組之導光板係將光源產生之光線從導光板側邊之入光面導引至前方之液晶顯示面板,因此光源之發光面和導光板之入光面之間的接觸狀態會影響到側光式背光模組之效率。若光
源之發光面由於尺寸公差或是組裝對位不良而和導光板之入光面沒有面接觸,則光源產生之光線無法完全進入導光板,進而造成漏光及背光不均的問題,使得側光式背光模組之效率不佳。
本發明提供一種背光模組,包含導光板,具有至少一入光面,及光源結構,設置於該導光板之一側。該光源結構包含反射罩及至少一發光模組。該反射罩上至少具有一定位柱。該至少一發光模組係設置於該反射罩上,並對應於該至少一入光面,該至少一發光模組以可轉動之方式固定於該定位柱上,使該至少一發光模組可以該定位柱為軸,於該反射罩和該導光板結合時轉動,以使該至少一發光模組之發光面面對該至少一入光面。
本發明另提供一種光源結構,包含反射罩,及至少一發光模組。該反射罩上至少具有一定位柱。該至少一發光模組係設置於該反射罩內,且以可轉動之方式固定於該定位柱上,使該至少一發光模組可以該定位柱為軸,於該反射罩內具有旋轉自由度。
本發明另提供一種背光模組的組裝方法,包含設置反射罩,該反射罩至少具有一定位柱;將該定位柱穿過發光模組之穿孔,以使該發光模組安裝於該反射罩上;及將導光板之一側沿該反射罩之底板推進該反射罩,且推動該發光模組旋轉,以使該發光模組之發光面與該導光板之入光面面接觸。
相較於先前技術,本發明背光模組之發光模組可以於組裝時進行轉動,以使發光模組之發光面和導光板之入光面形成面接觸。因此本發明背光模組可解決因發光模組之發光面和導光板之入光面無法貼合而造成漏光及背光不均的問題,進而增加背光模組之亮度和效率。另外,本發明背光模組的組裝方法可輕易地調整發光模組之角度並固定發光模組於反光罩上,進而提升背光模組的組裝效率。
請同時參考第1圖至第4圖,第1圖為本發明一具體實施例的背光模組的爆炸圖,第2圖為本發明一具體實施例的背光模組的組合圖,第3圖為背光模組之反射罩的側視圖,第4圖為背光模組之發光模組的示意圖。如圖所示,背光模組100包含導光板110,及光源結構120。於此實施例中,導光板110具有二入光面112分別設置於導光板110之兩個角落。導光板110另具有一連接面114連接二入光面112。光源結構120係設置於導光板110之一側,用以和導光板110結合。光源結構120包含一反射罩122,及二發光模組126。反射罩122於導光板110之二入光面112之相對應位置上設有二定位柱124。發光模組126係用以設置於反射罩122上,並分別對應於導光板110之二入光面112。發光模組126具有一穿孔127,設置於背向發光模組126之發光面128之一側。發光模組126係可藉由穿孔127以可轉動之方式分別固定於定位柱124上。當反射罩122和導光板110結合後,反射罩122可包覆部分導光板110,且包
覆連接面114與二入光面112。
在上述實施例中,由於定位柱124之高度係高於穿孔127之高度,因此穿孔127係設置於發光面128之後方,然而在本發明其他實施例中,當定位柱124之高度不高於穿孔127之高度時,穿孔127亦可設置於發光面128之前方。另外,穿孔127較佳地係位於發光面128之中心軸上,以使發光面128能以定位柱124為軸進行角度調整,並且順時針與逆時針旋轉幅度相同。
依據上述配置,於組裝背光模組100時,可先將二定位柱124分別穿過二發光模組126之穿孔127,以使發光模組126設置於反射罩122上。如此發光模組126可分別以二定位柱124為軸,於反射罩122內具有旋轉自由度以進行轉動。之後將導光板110之一側沿反射罩122之底板125推進反射罩122,進而推動發光模組126旋轉,以使發光模組126之發光面128分別面對導光板110之二入光面112,並和導光板110之二入光面112形成面接觸。
另外,請同時參考第5圖至第7圖,第5圖至第7圖為本發明將發光模組126安裝於反射罩122之方法的示意圖。如第5圖所示,於發光模組126安裝於反射罩122上之前,可將雙面膠130黏貼於發光模組126上,且雙面膠130的離型紙132長度較黏膠面134長。之後,如第6圖所示,反折雙面膠130之離型紙132,以使雙面膠130之離型紙132突出反射罩122邊緣。最後,如第7圖所示,當
導光板110之一側和反射罩122結合後,抽出雙面膠之離型紙132,並按壓發光模組126,以使發光模組藉由黏膠面134固定於反射罩122上。另外,請參考第8圖,第8圖為雙面膠黏貼於發光模組之底部的示意圖。如第8圖所示,黏膠面134之黏貼範圍必須避開穿孔127,並且離型紙132由穿孔127朝邊緣破開一缺口,如此一來,當反折並抽出離型紙132時,離型紙132不會與定位柱124干涉。
請再參考第4圖,發光模組126上可另形成有導槽129,用以於將發光模組126安裝於反射罩122時導引定位柱124和穿孔127結合。另外,發光模組126係為側發光式發光模組。
在上述實施例中,本發明背光模組100係為側光式背光模組,且本發明背光模組100係於導光板110之兩個角落入光,因此本發明背光模組100可具有較小之尺寸及較佳之效率。
相較於先前技術,本發明背光模組100之發光模組126可以於組裝時進行轉動,以使發光模組126之發光面128和導光板110之入光面112形成面接觸。因此本發明背光模組100可解決因發光模組之發光面和導光板之入光面無法貼合而造成漏光及背光不均的問題,進而增加背光模組之亮度和效率。另外,本發明背光模組100的組裝方法可輕易地調整發光模組126之角度並固定發光模組126於反光罩122上,進而提升背光模組100的組裝效率。

Claims (19)
- 一種背光模組,包含:一導光板,具有至少一入光面;及一光源結構,設置於該導光板之一側,該光源結構包含:一反射罩,其上至少具有一定位柱;以及至少一發光模組,設置於該反射罩上,並對應於該至少一入光面,該至少一發光模組以可轉動之方式固定於該定位柱上,使該至少一發光模組可以該定位柱為軸,於該反射罩和該導光板結合時轉動,以使該至少一發光模組之發光面面對該至少一入光面。
- 如請求項1所述之背光模組,其中該至少一發光模組之發光面係分別和該至少一入光面面接觸。
- 如請求項1所述之背光模組,其中該導光板具有二入光面,該反射罩具有二定位柱,該光源結構包含二發光模組。
- 如請求項3所述之背光模組,其中該導光板另具有一連接面連接該二入光面,該反射罩係包覆部分該導光板及包覆該連接面與該二入光面。
- 如請求項1所述之背光模組,其中該至少一發光模組具有一穿孔。
- 如請求項5所述之背光模組,其中該穿孔係設置於該發光面之前方或後方。
- 如請求項6所述之背光模組,其中該穿孔係位於該發光面之中心軸上。
- 如請求項6所述之背光模組,其中當該定位柱之高度高於該穿孔之高度時,該穿孔係位於該發光面之後方。
- 如請求項5所述之背光模組,其中該至少一發光模組上形成有一導槽,用以導引該定位柱和該穿孔結合。
- 如請求項1所述之背光模組,其中該至少一發光模組係為側發光式發光模組。
- 一種背光模組的光源結構,包含:一反射罩,其上至少具有一定位柱;以及至少一發光模組,設置於該反射罩內,且以可轉動之方式固定於該定位柱上,使該至少一發光模組可以該定位柱為軸,於該反射罩和該背光模組的一導光板結合時轉動,以使該至少一發光模組之發光面面對該導光板的一入光面。
- 如請求項11所述之光源結構,其中該至少一發光模組具有一穿孔。
- 如請求項12所述之光源結構,其中該穿孔係設置於該發光面之前方或後方。
- 如請求項13所述之光源結構,其中該穿孔係位於該發光面之中心軸上。
- 如請求項12所述之光源結構,其中當該定位柱之高度高於該穿孔之高度時,該穿孔係位於該發光面之後方。
- 如請求項12所述之光源結構,其中該至少一發光模組上形成有一導槽,用以導引該定位柱和該穿孔結合。
- 如請求項11所述之背光結構,其中該至少一發光模組係為側發光式發光模組。
- 一種背光模組的組裝方法,包含:設置一反射罩,該反射罩至少具有一定位柱;將該定位柱穿過一發光模組之穿孔,以使該發光模組安裝於該反射罩上;及將一導光板之一側沿該反射罩之一底板推進該反射罩,且推 動該發光模組旋轉,以使該發光模組之發光面與該導光板之一入光面面接觸。
- 如請求項18所述之組裝方法,另包含:於將該發光模組安裝於該反射罩上之前,黏貼一雙面膠於該發光模組上,該雙面膠的離型紙長度較黏膠面長;於將該發光模組安裝於該反射罩上之前,反折該雙面膠之離型紙,以使該雙面膠之離型紙突出該反射罩邊緣;及於該導光板之一側和該反射罩結合後,抽出該雙面膠之離型紙。
