Claims (3)

  1. 一種使用於三相高性能之高電壓直流輸出電源裝置,包括有:主硬體電路裝置及控制驅動裝置,其中又包括:一主硬體電路裝置之三相交流電源供應器,提供一組相位各差120°之三相電源電壓;一主硬體電路裝置之昇壓電感器、矩陣式雙向電力開關,利用控制矩陣式雙向電力開關,產生一可調並具有高於輸入電源頻率之交替頻率的電流源,輸入至多階倍壓整流裝置,使輸出直流電源電壓具有升壓調整之能力,並且可以降低其漣波大小;一控制驅動裝置接收電壓感測、電流感測之訊號後,產生適當的輸出訊號可以觸發電力開關驅動電路,以啟閉雙向電力開 關,進而達到可調且穩定之輸出直流電壓及功率因數修正之功能。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之三相高性能之高電壓直流輸出電源裝置,其中該雙向電力開關係由高功率半導體元件,如二極體、雙接面電晶體、閘極隔離電晶體或金氧半場效電晶體所組成之高功率固態電子開關。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之三相高性能之高電壓直流輸出電源裝置,接收電壓及電流的訊號後,經控制程序處理後,產生輸出訊號以啟閉雙向電力開關,以使輸出直流電壓具有可調之功能,並具有修正電源側功率因數之功能。
