Description

電源供應連接器
本發明係關於一種特別適合電動馬達之電源供應連接器。
如所知,為了供應電力至電動馬達、並且特別是沉水式馬達,密封式連接器一般係被使用,其係由能夠機械配對之兩個部分所組成,其中一個之形狀類似一插頭而另一個之形狀類似一插座,並且以保護形式將馬達之電氣接點連接至源自於主電源的電源供應線路。
通常,此種類型的連接器係僅僅在外界環境與存留導體之間給予絕緣特性,而沒有施加任何動作至該電源供應線路。
爲了避免無線電干擾與過載電壓,藉由簡單電子電路之多個濾波器通常係被插入電動馬達的電源供應電路中,其中該簡單電子電路係被配置於線圈處並且實際上係經由可變電阻器、充氣式二極體或其它電子構件所提供。
該些濾波器之裝配與配線通常係由專業人員必須藉著重複一連續作業進行安裝後所實行,其中該連續作業除了相當地影響實效時間外係可能在連接上導致多個錯誤,而造成馬達故障的後果。
本發明目標係在解決上文所述問題,以提供電源供應連接器允許降低實效時間,並且同時允許避免在爲無線電干擾與過載電壓而安裝濾波器期間的任何錯誤。
於本目標範疇內,本發明一特定目的係提供一種順應於適用安全標準之電源供應連接器。
本發明一進一步目的係提供一種容易提供並且能以競爭成本製造之電源供應連接器。
爾後將變為更加顯明之目標、該些目的與其它目的係由一電源供應連接器所達成,其係包含支持複數個電氣接點與複數個配線導體之一絕緣本體,其中的特徵在於包括一經插入該複數個電氣接點與該複數個配線導體之間的電氣濾波裝置,該電氣濾波裝置係被整個插入該絕緣本體中。
參考引用之圖1至5,通常被指定為元件符號1的電源供應連接器係包括一絕緣本體2,其係具有來自一電氣觀點以及來自一機械觀點之特定特徵的合成材料所製作。更具體來說,該絕緣本體2係藉由模製電氣絕緣、耐熱與彈性合成材料所單塊形成,以爲增加對高溫與對機械應力的抗性。
該絕緣本體2係支持一對電氣接點3,其係被調適為連接該電源供應連接器1至源自於配電主電源的一電源供應線路、以及一對配線導體4,其係被調適為供應電力至目前事例中由一沉水式馬達所構成的一電動馬達100。
傳統上,該對電氣接點3與該對配線導體4兩者係能依據特有需求來變化其之數量與組態。
依據本發明,該電源供應連接器1係包括一電氣濾波裝置5,其傳統上係由複數個可變電阻器、複數個充氣式二極體、或適合此用途之其它構件所構成,其中該電氣濾波裝置5係被插入該對電氣接點3與其所連接的配線導體4之間。該電氣濾波裝置5整體係被插入該絕緣本體中,該絕緣本體2除了使該電氣濾波裝置5容易且快速組裝外係亦將其封閉且對其保護。
有利地,該絕緣本體2係包括一其上單塊定義一機械連接配件7的弧形配件6,該機械連接配件7係部分地保護該電氣接點對3、並且係促進機械耦合至一選用形狀互補插頭,其係電氣連接至該電源供應線路。
該弧形配件6係設有兩個定孔8a與8b,其係形成於該弧形配件6之相對末端處以爲允許將該電源供應連接器1可拆卸地錨定至一支撐件。
兩個接地導體9a與9b係同軸地關聯於該等定孔8a與8b,並且係藉由與該電動馬達100之金屬框架進行接觸來構成用於電路的一恆定參考電位。
在特別適於供應後附圖式6及7所示單相三線馬達之依據本發明電源供應連接器的進一步實施例中,係存有三個電氣接點2以及三個配線導體4,其中該單相三線馬達通常被指定為參考符號100。
在圖6及7所示實施例中,相對應已經參考圖1至5中所示實施例而作出敘述之元件的元件係已經被指定為相同的參考符號。
從已經作出之敘述與說明中,依據本發明電源供應連接器之使用係明白的,並且特別明白的是:連接該等配線導體4至該電動馬達100之電源供應導體、並且隨後經由該等定孔8a與8b來可拆卸地錨定至該絕緣本體2係足夠的。
此事實的結果來說,該等接地導體9a與9b係接觸於該電動馬達100之金屬框架,而連接至地。
依此方式,藉由該電氣濾波裝置5所實行的濾波效果,該電源供應連接器1之連接係適當地完成以供應電力至該電動馬達100並且避免無線電干擾與過載電壓。
實際上已經發現到依據本發明電源供應連接器係完整地達成意指目標,其係允許降低處理時間且避免在爲無線電干擾與過載電壓而安裝濾波器期間的任何錯誤。
再者,除了順應於適用安全標準外,依據本發明電源供應連接器係亦容易提供並且能以競爭成本來製造。
因而所設想之電源供應連接器係容易受到多種修改與變化的影響,其之所有係於本發明概念的範疇內;此外,所有細節係可以其它技術上等效之元件進行取代。
實際上,所使用材料只要相容於特有使用以及附帶形狀與維度係可為依據必要條件與現行技術的任何材料。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種電源供應連接器,其係包括一絕緣本體,該絕緣本體係支持複數個電氣接點與複數個配線導體,該電源供應連接器之特徵係在於包括一電氣濾波裝置,其係被插入該複數個電氣接點與該複數個配線導體之間,該電氣濾波裝置係被整個插入該絕緣本體中,該電源供應連接器之特徵在於:該絕緣本體係包括一單塊所形成之弧形配件,該弧形配件之內部係容納該電氣濾波裝置。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之電源供應連接器,其特徵在於:該弧形配件係包括於其末端中一處所形成之至少一個定孔,以用於將該電源供應連接器可拆卸地錨定至一支撐件。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之電源供應連接器,其特徵在於:該絕緣本體係包括一機械連接配件,其係與該弧形配件一起單塊地形成,該機械連接配件係至少部分地保護該複數個電氣接點。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之電源供應連接器,其特徵在於:該複數個電氣接點係包括關聯於該至少一個定孔之至少一個接地導體。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之電源供應連接器,其特徵在於:該電氣濾波裝置係包括複數個可變電阻器。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之電源供應連接器,其特徵在於:該電氣濾波裝置係包括複數個充氣式二極體。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之電源供應連接器,其 特徵在於:該絕緣本體係由電氣絕緣合成材料所製作。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之電源供應連接器,其特徵在於:該絕緣本體係由耐熱合成材料所製作。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之電源供應連接器,其特徵在於:該絕緣本體係由彈性合成材料所製作。
