背景技术
众所周知,为了给电机,特别是潜水电机提供电力,普遍应用密封连接器,该连接器由可机械配合的两部分组成,一部分形如插头,另一部分形如插座,它们以保护方式将电机的电触点连接到取自电源的电源线。
一般地,这种连接器仅仅在外界环境和带电的导体之间提供电绝缘,没有对电源线施加任何影响。
然而,为避免无线干扰和过电压,实际中利用变阻器、充气二极管或其它电子元件提供的布置在绕组上的简单电子电路组成的滤波器,经常被插入电机的电源电路。
这些滤波器的装配和布线一般由特定的个人完成,他必须通过一系列重复的操作安装它们,这除了显著影响生产时间外,还可能导致连接错误,结果导致电机故障。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述问题,提供一种允许减少生产时间,同时在安装用于无线干扰和过电压的滤波器时避免任何错误的电源连接器。
在这种目标范围内,本发明的一个具体目标是提供一种符合应用安全标准的电源连接器。
本发明的另一个目标是提供一种易于提供并以具有竞争力的价格制造的电源连接器。
通过下文中的电源连接器,这个、这些以及其它目标的实现将变得更明显,该电源连接器包括支持多个电触点和多个接线导体的绝缘体,其特征在于它包括电气滤波装置,电气滤波装置置于电触点和接线导体之间,被整体地插入绝缘体。

具体实施方式
参考附图1到图5,电源连接器,一般由附图标记1表示,包括绝缘体2,该绝缘体由在电气和机械方面具有特殊属性的合成材料制成。更具体而言,为提高其抗高温和任何机械压力的能力,绝缘体2通过整体地模制电气绝缘、抗热和弹性合成材料而形成。
绝缘体2支持一对电触点3,电触点3用于将电源连接器1连接到取自电气分配电源的电源线,绝缘体2还支持一对接线导体4,接线导体4用于对电机100供电,该电机在目前情形下由潜水电机组成。
根据特定的需要,电触点2和接线导体4的数目和结构都可变化。
根据本发明,电源连接器1包括电气滤波装置5,该装置5由置于电触点3和接线导体4之间并同它们连接的多个变阻器,多个充气二极管或其它合适的电子元件组成。电气滤波装置5整体地插入绝缘体2,绝缘体2包围并保护电气滤波装置5,并使其安装简单快速。
绝缘体2包括弧形元件6,在弧形元件6上整体限定机械连接元件7,它部分地保护电触点3并且便于机械耦合到可选的形状上互补的插头上,该插头电气连接到电源线。
为了允许将电源连接器1可拆卸地固定到支持物上,弧形元件6具有两个安装孔8a和8b,它们形成在弧形元件6的相对端。
两接地导体9a和9b和安装孔8a和8b同轴关联,并通过和电机100的金属框架接触而形成电路的恒定参考电势。
在根据本发明的特别适于为单相三线电机供电的电源连接器的又一实施例中,如图6和图7所示,其中其一般用附图标记100表示,具有3个电触点2和3个接线导体4。
附图6和7的实施例中,对于已经参考在附图1到5中示出的实施例中描述过的元件相应的元件,用同一附图标记表示。
通过描述和说明,根据本发明的电源连接器的使用是明显的,特别明显的是它足以将接线导体4连接到电机100的电源导体上并随后通过安装孔8a和8b可拆卸地将绝缘体2固定到电机上。
实际结果是,接地导体9a和9b和电机100的金属框架接触,将其接地。
在这种方式下,通过电气滤波装置5执行的滤波,电源连接器1的连接可恰当地完成为电机100提供电力并避免无线干扰和过电压。
由于根据本发明的电源连接器允许减少处理时间,避免在安装用于无线干扰和过电压滤波器时任何错误,实际上已发现该电源连接器可完满地完成预定目标。
而且,根据本发明的电源连接器除了符合应用安全规定,还易于提供并以具有竞争力的价格制造。
这样构思的电源连接器容易具有多种变化和变形,所有这些都在本发明构思的范围内,而且所有元件还可用其它技术上等同的元件代替。
实际上,所使用的材料,只要符合特定的应用,以及可能的形状和尺寸,可以是根据需要和现有技术的任意材料。

Claims (9)

1.一种电源连接器,包括支持多个电触点和多个接线导体的绝缘体,以及置于所述电触点和所述接线导体之间的电气滤波装置,所述电气滤波装置被整体地插入所述绝缘体,所述绝缘体包括弧形元件,所述弧形元件具有两个主平面、沿着所述主平面的每一个的一侧的凸起的弧形面和沿着所述主平面的每一个的相反一侧凹下的弧形面,使得所述弧形元件基本上呈扇形,所述弧形元件被整体地形成,以配置连接器用于可潜水的电源,所述弧形元件在内部容纳所述电气滤波装置;其中,所述绝缘体包括连接至电触点的机械连接元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:为使所述电源连接器可拆卸地固定到支持物上,所述弧形元件包括至少一个形成在其一端的安装孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘体包括与所述弧形元件整体地形成的机械连接元件,所述机械连接元件至少部分保护所述电触点。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述电触点包括至少一个和所述安装孔关联的接地导体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述电气滤波装置包括多个变阻器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述电气滤波装置包括多个充气二极管。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘体由电气绝缘合成材料制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘体由抗热合成材料制成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电源连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘体由弹性合成材料制成。
