Description

機箱
本發明涉及一種機箱。
對電磁輻射的遮罩,一般可透過以下幾個方法來實現:選擇具有遮罩性質的材料製造機箱、提高機箱的封閉性、設計良好的接地出路以及設計合理的開孔孔徑等,其中機箱上的開孔還用於滿足機箱的散熱需求。請參閱圖1及圖2,在習知機箱10上,其一機箱板11(前面板、側面板以及後面板均可)上的開孔12一般設計為圓形等,該等開孔12用於將機箱10內部的熱量散發至機箱10的外部。該開孔12的孔徑尺寸還滿足一定的要求,如此使得開孔12既能照顧到機箱10的散熱需求,又能部分防止電磁波的輻射,然,其對電磁輻射的遮罩效果仍然不是十分理想。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種能更有效地遮罩電磁輻射的機箱。
一種機箱,包括一機箱板,該機箱板上具有複數開孔,每一開孔內固定有一連接軸,該連接軸的兩側設有與機箱板不位於同一平面上的兩遮蔽片,該開孔的面積與該開孔對應的兩遮蔽片的面積之和相同。
上述機箱透過在開孔處設置一與機箱內部相連通的遮罩蓋,使得 機箱能在滿足散熱要求的情況下更有效地遮罩電磁輻射。

圖5是本發明機箱與習知機箱的電磁輻射遮蔽率類比結果比較圖。
請一併參閱圖3及圖4,本發明機箱的較佳實施方式呈一長方體,其一機箱板2上具有複數圓形的開孔3及複數遮罩蓋4。
該遮罩蓋4包括一第一遮蔽片40、一第二遮蔽片42及一連接軸43,該第一及第二遮蔽片40、42均為與開孔3的半徑相同的半圓形,即,該開孔3的面積與該開孔3對應的第一及第二遮蔽片40、42的面積之和相同。其中,該第一遮蔽片40與第二遮蔽片42的弦均與連接軸43相連且兩遮蔽片40及42不位於同一平面上。該連接軸43設置於開孔3的任一直徑處,其中每兩相鄰的開孔3內的連接軸43不平行(圖3中為互相垂直)。如此,該開孔3仍然與機箱內部相連通,從而可將機箱內部的熱量散發至機箱的外部,以滿足機箱的散熱需求。
在製作該機箱板2時,亦可首先在該機箱板2上衝出複數兩兩相對的半圓形折片,之後再將每兩相對的半圓形折片向機箱的外側彎折,即可形成如圖3所示的遮罩蓋4。其它實施方式中,該等折片 亦可為其他形狀,如方形折片等。
請參閱圖5,其中曲線A1代表圖1中習知機箱10的電磁輻射遮蔽率類比結果圖,曲線A2代表圖3中本發明機箱的電磁輻射遮蔽率類比結果圖。從圖5可以看出,圖3中機箱的電磁輻射遮蔽率比圖1中習知機箱10的電磁輻射遮蔽率較好。在頻率為4GHz時,圖3中機箱的電磁輻射遮蔽率較圖1中機箱10的電磁輻射遮蔽率有2.6dB以上的遮蔽率改善。
另,該開孔3的大小、形狀可根據設計者的需要進行變更,比如,該開孔3的形狀可為方形,此時該第一遮蔽片40及第二遮蔽片42則對應為方形。又,其他實施方式中,該連接軸43可樞轉連接於第一及第二遮蔽片40、42,如此即可使得用戶可自由調整第一遮蔽片40和第二遮蔽片42之間的夾角,且當第一遮蔽片40和第二遮蔽片42之間的夾角改變時,該機箱的電磁輻射遮蔽率亦會對應改變。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施例,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,在爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種機箱,包括一機箱板,該機箱板上具有複數開孔,每一開孔內固定有一連接軸,該連接軸的兩側設有與機箱板不位於同一平面上的兩遮蔽片,該開孔的面積與該開孔對應的兩遮蔽片的面積之和相同。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機箱,其中該開孔呈圓形,設於同一連接軸上的兩遮蔽片均為半圓形,該兩遮蔽片的半徑與開孔的半徑相等,且該連接軸沿該開孔的直徑設置。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之機箱,其中每兩相鄰的開孔內的連接軸不相平行。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之機箱,其中每兩相鄰的開孔內的連接軸相互垂直。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之機箱,其中該連接軸與兩遮蔽片樞轉連接。
