Abstract

This invention provides a composite material and assembly structure for shielding an electric/magnetic field and a method of making the same, comprising a composite material structure and an amorphous ferrous highly magnetic grating located in the composite layer. The amorphous ferrous highly magnetic grating has a crisscross structure disposed on a high carbon steel board having Fe/Ni/Mo/Mn and is spaced from the high carbon steel board with an insulation layer for preventing the generation of magnetic field vortex. The device adopts a light-weight flexibly magnetic metal material, such as aluminum alloy, and high carbon steel board of amorphous iron coated with zinc and nickel, wherein composite material of pure Fe/Ni/Mo/Mn alloy can be used to reinforce the magnetic permeability when the strength of the magnetic field is too strong. Alternatively, magnetic metal nano-particle material can be mixed into epoxy resin for the adhesion of layers. The composite material for shielding low frequency electric/magnetic field and the shielding material structure use material with high magnetic permeability to form low reluctance passage, such that most of the magnetic field is limited in a shielding body; accordingly, damage caused by low frequency electric/magnetic field on human bodies can be prevented.
