Description

Solar water disinfection and fresh water separation equipment

The technology to which the present invention pertains provides a natural solar water disinfection and fresh water separation device, and more particularly, a device for obtaining fresh water from seawater by solar energy and disinfecting seawater.

According to the increasing population, the demand for fresh water is increasing. Generally speaking, most of the people's live water is obtained from river water, rain water or snow water, but it often lacks water source due to rainfall factors, and for many lack of water resources. In terms of countries, fresh water is usually one of the more difficult and expensive materials. However, more than 70% of the Earth's area is seawater, and there is inexhaustible water resources. Therefore, desalinated seawater is used to obtain fresh water. Technology and equipment have always been one of the goals of active research in many countries. However, in the current technology and equipment for desalinating seawater, fuel or electricity must be used in the process of evaporating seawater at high temperatures, while fuel or electricity is converting heat to evaporate. The energy consumed in seawater is considerable, and because fuel and electricity are economic resources, it takes a lot of money to obtain. It is a very large burden for countries and regions that are relatively backward and poor. There is a problem of water shortage, and the technology and equipment for desalinating water are not so popular.

Therefore, how to eliminate the above problems is the technical difficulty point that the inventor of the case wants to solve.

Therefore, the inventors of the present invention have collected the relevant materials in view of the above-mentioned shortcomings, and through multi-party evaluation and consideration, and through years of experience accumulated in the industry, through continuous trial and modification, the design of such desalination water by solar energy is designed. Invention patents.

The main purpose of the present invention is that it mainly consists of a transparent ring-shaped casing, a receiving groove and a plurality of collecting lenses. When the seawater enters the receiving groove, the sunlight directly enters the transparent ring-shaped casing, and The sunlight guided by the collecting lens illuminates the seawater in the receiving tank and evaporates the seawater, and the fresh water evaporated by the seawater condenses on the inner wall of the transparent ring-shaped casing and flows down the inner wall to the transparent ring-shaped shell. In the annular collecting tank at the bottom of the body, the purpose of obtaining fresh water from seawater can be achieved. The sunlight guided by the multiple condenser lenses also has the effect of disinfecting seawater.

In order to achieve the above objects and effects, the technical means and the structure of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments of the present invention.

It can be clearly seen from the figure that the seawater disinfection and evaporation device 1 mainly comprises a transparent a ring-shaped housing 2, a receiving groove 3 made of a dark opaque material, and a plurality of collecting lenses 5, wherein a ring-shaped collecting groove 20 is formed at the bottom of the transparent ring-shaped casing 2, and the receiving groove 20 is provided with a ring-shaped collecting groove 20 The nozzle 21 is provided with a venting hole 22 for releasing pressure, and the venting hole 22 is covered by a cover 4, and the receiving groove 3 is disposed at the center of the transparent ring-shaped housing 2. The bottom portion is provided with a water inlet 31 for seawater to enter, and a plurality of collecting lenses 5 are disposed on the upper edge surface of the transparent annular casing.

Please refer to the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh figures, which are diagrams of a preferred embodiment of the present invention. It can be clearly seen from the figure that the seawater disinfection and evaporation device 1 is used first. After the seawater 6 enters the receiving groove 3 from the water inlet 31 on the side of the receiving groove 3, the sunlight is directly entered into the transparent ring-shaped casing 2, and a plurality of collecting lenses are provided on the upper edge surface of the transparent ring-shaped casing 2. 5 guiding the incoming sunlight to illuminate the seawater 6 in the receiving tank 3, the seawater 6 is evaporated by the difference of the boiling point of the water and the salt, and the fresh water 7 evaporated by the seawater 6 is condensed in the transparent annular casing 2 The wall 23 flows down the inner wall 23 to the annular collecting groove 20 at the bottom of the transparent annular casing 2, and finally the fresh water 7 in the annular collecting tank 20 is taken out from the water outlet 21 on the side of the annular collecting tank 20. Furthermore, since the receiving groove 3 provided at the bottom of the center of the transparent ring-shaped casing 2 is made of a dark material, and the plurality of collecting lenses 5 are used to collect light to guide the sunlight to illuminate the seawater 6 in the receiving groove 3, the reinforcing groove can be strengthened. The efficiency of sunlight evaporating seawater 6 makes it possible to accelerate the effect of obtaining fresh water 7 and, in addition, the transparent ring-shaped shell 2, the venting hole 22 provided at the upper end, if the pressure is too large during the evaporation of the seawater 6, the cover 4 covering the venting hole 22 can be removed, so that the pressure can be released from the venting hole 22, so as to reach For the purpose of safety, it can be known from the above structure that the seawater disinfection and evaporation device 1 only needs to evaporate the seawater 6 by solar energy to separate the seawater 6 to obtain the fresh water 7 component without evaporating the seawater through fuel or electricity. Therefore, in addition to cost reduction, there is no problem of damage to the environment and pollution, and the sunlight guided through the plurality of condenser lenses 5 also has the effect of disinfecting seawater.
