Abstract

The invention relates to a sterilization processing method for a food cooling device, in particular relates to a sterilization processing method capable of producing sterilization effects by using heat temperature difference. Accordingly, with the heat temperature difference effect, lethality of Escherichia coli and Salmonella can be promoted to peel off the food residue remained on an outer wall of the energy transfer tube, thereby effectively promoting cleanness effect of the energy transfer tube and increasing food processing sanitation of the food cooling device.
