Abstract
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the jumping-out of a rolling element according to high speed and to cope with high speeding in a winding core support device for externally inserting a hollow winding core and transmitting rotation from a rotary drive shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The hollow winding core A such as a paper pipe is externally inserted. An annular groove 5 is provided in the outer peripheral part width direction center of a collar body 3 provided rotatably and transmittable in relation to the rotary drive shaft 2. In the annular groove 5, a plurality of recessed parts 6 having bottom surfaces inclined so that each one end side or both side end sides may be shallow are formed at required intervals in a peripheral direction via a partition part. Magnets are provided in each long groove 13 corresponding to each of the inclined bottom surfaces and the partition part on the deeper side of the bottom surfaces on an inside wall in each of the recessed parts 6. A slip ring 7 is rotatably fitted to be flush without clearance on the whole width of the annular groove 5.
