The conventional washing machine is configured as described above. The operation of the conventional washing machine will be described with reference to the flowcharts of Figs. 5 and 6 .

First, a description will be given regarding the washing step. When the washing step (step S100) is started, the opening and closing cover 115 is opened, and the laundry or the like of the laundry is put into the washing and dewatering tank 104 (step S101). Then, the power switch is turned on (step S102), and then the start switch is turned on (step S103), and the water supply valve 117 is turned on (step S104). Here, the drain valve 108 is in a closed state. Thereby, the washing and dewatering tank 104 is supplied with water. The water level detecting device 112 detects the water level (step S105). When the water level has not reached the predetermined water level A (No in step S105), the process returns to step S105, and the water supply is continued. When the water level reaches the predetermined water level A (Yes in step S105), the water supply valve is closed (step S106), and the water supply is stopped. Then, the motor 109 is started, and the pulsator 106 is rotated in the forward and reverse directions (step S107). Thereby, the laundry is carried out.

In step S108, it is determined whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed after the pulsator 106 starts rotating. When the predetermined time has not elapsed (No in step S108), the flow returns to step S108. When the predetermined time has elapsed (Yes in step S108), the motor 109 is turned off (step S109), and the pulsator 106 is stopped. Thereby, the washing step is ended (step S110).

When the washing step shown in Fig. 5 is ended, next, it is moved to the washing step shown in Fig. 6. When the washing step is started (step S200), the drain valve 108 is opened (step S201). Then, the clutch switching device inside the drive mechanism portion 111 is switched, and the brake of the dewatering shaft 105 is released (step S202). Thereby, the washing and dewatering tank 104 is in a rotatable state via the dewatering shaft 105.

In step S203, it is judged whether or not the drainage is finished. When the drainage is not completed (No in step S203), the process returns to step S203. When the draining has been completed (Yes in step S203), the motor 109 is started to be dehydrated in the washing step as intermediate dewatering, and the washing and dewatering tank 104 is rotated (step S204). Specifically, the laundry and dewatering tank 104 is rotated at about 700 to 800 r/min, and the clothes are dehydrated by centrifugal force. Thereby, the detergent component remaining in the clothes is separated from the clothes together with the washing water.

In step S205, it is judged whether or not the predetermined time has elapsed after the laundry/dehydration tank 104 starts rotating. When the predetermined time has not elapsed (No in step S205), the process returns to step S205. When the predetermined time has elapsed (Yes in step S205), the motor 109 is turned off (step S206). The rotation of the laundry and dewatering tank 104 is gradually reduced. The clutch switching device inside the drive mechanism portion 111 is switched, and the dewatering shaft 105 is braked (step S207), and the washing and dewatering tank 104 is temporarily stopped.

Then, the clutch switching device inside the drive mechanism portion 111 is switched again, and the brake of the dewatering shaft 105 is released (step S208). Thereby, the washing and dewatering tank 104 is in a rotatable state via the dewatering shaft 105. Then, the start of the motor 109 (step S209) and the closing of the motor 109 are repeated again (step S210). By the opening and closing of the motor 109, the number of rotations of the washing and dewatering tank 104 is maintained at a low speed of an average of 30 to 50 r/min for a predetermined period of time. At the same time, the water supply valve 117 is opened (step S211), and tap water or the like is sprayed into the washing and dewatering tank 104. Thereby, water is uniformly injected into the clothes adhered to the inner wall of the washing and dewatering tank 104. The detergent component remaining in the clothes is diluted or detached by the water-soaking clothes.

In step S212, it is judged whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed after the start of the water supply in step S211. When the predetermined time has not elapsed (No in step S212), the process returns to step S209 and step S211. When the predetermined time has elapsed (Yes in step S212), the process proceeds to step S213, step S214, and step S215. That is, the water supply valve 117 is closed (step S213), the drain valve 108 is closed (step S214), and the clutch switching device inside the drive mechanism unit 111 is switched, whereby the dewatering shaft 105 is braked (step S215). Then, the washing and dewatering tank 104 is stopped, and the washing step is terminated (step S216).

When the washing step is finished, the second step is to the dehydration step. In the dehydration step, the washing and dewatering tank 104 is rotated at a high speed of about 700 to 800 r/min. By this high-speed centrifugal dehydration, the water contained in the clothes is dehydrated. Thereby, a series of steps of the washing machine is ended.

In the conventional washing machine described above, for example, in the case of a washing machine having a washing capacity of 8 kg, the amount of water in the water level A in the washing step is approximately 50 to 70 liters. In addition, the amount of water in the washing step is about 15 to 25 L. That is, in the washing step, about 15 to 25 L of water which is less than the laundry step is sprayed into the clothes. As described above, in the conventional washing machine, the washing performance can be obtained with as little water as possible.

However, in the above-described conventional configuration, in the washing step, the water injection of the tap water into the clothes is performed by opening and closing the water supply valve 117 for a predetermined time. That is, when the water pressure of the tap water is low, the amount of water to be injected is reduced. In this case, it is impossible to supply sufficient water to the clothes. Especially in the case of clothing, since the water does not sufficiently penetrate into the inside of the clothes and moves to the next step, a washing distribution is generated. In other words, in the conventional washing machine, the problem of sufficient washing cannot be performed when the water pressure of the tap water is low.

The present invention has been developed to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine which can efficiently perform a stable washing with a small amount of water even when the water pressure of the tap water is low.

The washing machine of the present invention has: a laundry and dewatering tank in which the pulsator is rotatably disposed at the inner bottom; a tank which is surrounded by the laundry and the dewatering tank; an upper cover provided on the upper portion of the outer tank; and the laundry is taken off The motor that rotates the sink and pulsator. Moreover, the washing machine of the present invention has a drain port provided at the bottom of the outer tub, a drain valve for opening and closing the drain port, and a vane provided on the outer peripheral bottom surface portion of the washing and dewatering tank. Further, the washing machine of the present invention has a plurality of discharge ports, a lower inflow port, and a water supply portion which are provided above the washing and dewatering tank, and the lower inflow port is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the outer tank, and the water supply portion is used for the water supply portion. The lower inflow port and the spout outlet are connected. Further, in the washing machine of the present invention, in the washing step, the drain valve is closed, and when the water level in the washing and dewatering tank reaches the predetermined water level, the washing and dewatering tank is rotationally driven, and the blade is used from the lower portion of the outer tank. The washing water is sprinkled into the washing and dewatering tank through a plurality of water discharging portions through a plurality of water supply portions.

Thereby, even if the water pressure of the water pipe is low, a small amount of water can be circulated by the blades. That is, it is not affected by the low water pressure of the water pipe, ensuring stable washing performance, and reducing the amount of water used.

Further, when dehydration is performed, the drive mechanism unit 11 releases the brake of the dewatering shaft 5, opens the drain valve 8, and rotationally drives the washing and dewatering tank 18.

The washing water or the washing water in the outer tub 20 is discharged from the drain port 7 at the bottom of the outer tub 20 through the drain valve 8 to the outside of the washing machine. In the outer peripheral bottom surface portion of the washing and dewatering tank 18, a plurality of fins 19 having a fin shape are formed in a radial shape.

Further, the frame cover 14 covers the upper portion of the frame 1. The frame cover 14 has an opening and closing cover 15, a water supply valve 17, and a control device 25. The opening and closing cover 15 is provided such that the frame cover 14 can be opened and closed freely. The water supply valve 17 is connected to a tap of a tap water or the like, and supplies tap water to the washing and dewatering tank 18. The control device 25 has an operation display unit (not shown). Further, the control device 25 has a microcomputer (not shown) or the like for controlling the motor 9, the clutch switching device, the water supply valve 17, and the drain valve 8. Moreover, the control device 25 successively controls a series of steps of washing, washing, and dehydrating.

The water level detecting device 24 detects the water level in the washing and dewatering tank 18. The water level detecting device 24 communicates with the lower portion of the outer tub 20 and is constituted by a pressure sensor or the like. The water level detecting means 24 converts the water pressure from the outer tank 20 into an electric signal, and detects the water level in the washing and dewatering tank 18 by comparing with the water level setting values set in advance in the control unit 25. The water level detecting device 24 detects the water level in the case of supplying water to a predetermined water level A in the washing step. Further, in the washing step, the water level of the predetermined water level B lower than the water level A is detected.

An inner wall 21 is formed between the outer tub 20 and the washing and dewatering tank 18. The space between the inner wall 21 and the side wall of the outer tank 20 becomes a water-permeable tubular water supply portion 23. A lower inflow port 22 is provided at a lower portion of the water supply portion 23 at the bottom of the inner wall 21. Here, by the rotation of the washing and dewatering tank 18, a plurality of blades 19 function as a pump, so that water flows in from the lower inflow port 22, and water is supplied upward through the water supply portion 23.

In the upper portion of the outer tub 20, a donut-shaped flat upper cover 26 having a garment-input opening 30 formed therein is provided. The upper cover 26 is fixed to the outer tub 20, for example.

28。A portion of the upper cover 26 is provided with a water injection portion 27 in which a plurality of holes are formed. The water injection unit 27 is a water passage which is a water when water is injected into the washing and dewatering tank 18 from the water supply valve 17. Further, a discharge port 29 is provided above the washing and dewatering tank 18. The discharge port 29 is located in the vicinity of the end portion on the side of the opening 30 of the upper cover 26, and discharges water into the laundry/dewatering tank 18 downward. Further, the outer tank 20 is formed with an upper inlet 28 so as not to leak water and communicate with the discharge port 29 at a position corresponding to the upper end of the water supply portion 23 formed by the side wall and the inner wall 21.

Thereby, the water supplied from the water supply valve 17 passes through the water injection portion 27 of the upper cover 26, and the discharge port 29 is sprinkled with water in the washing and dewatering tank 18. Further, the water that has flowed in from the lower inflow port 22 passes through the water supply unit 23 and the upper inflow port 28, and is sprinkled from the discharge port 29 into the washing and dewatering tank 18.

Therefore, when the water is stored to the low water level shown by the water level B in Fig. 1, when the washing and dewatering tank 18 is rotated, the water is stirred by the pumping action of the vanes 19, and the water is sent from the lower inflow port 22 to the water supply portion. 23, through the upper inflow port 28, and then sprinkle water from the discharge port 29 in the washing and dewatering tank 18. The water sprinkled with water flows below the washing and dewatering tank 18, and is again sent by the pumping action of the blades 19. Thereby, water is sprinkled as a circulating water stream. Further, the water level B of Fig. 1 is such that a part of the pulsator 6 is immersed in the water level.

The operation of the washing machine having the above configuration will be described using the flowcharts of Figs. 5 and 6 .

First, a description will be given regarding the washing step. When the washing step is started (step S400), the opening and closing cover 15 is opened, and the laundry of the laundry is put into the washing and dewatering tank 18 (step S401). Then, the power switch is turned on (step S402), and when the start switch is turned on (step S403), the water supply valve 17 is opened (step S404). Here, the drain valve 8 is in a closed state. Thereby, the washing and dewatering tank 18 is supplied with water. The water level detecting device 24 detects the water level (step S405). When the water level has not reached the predetermined water level A (No in step S405), the process returns to step S405 to continue the water supply. When the water level has reached the predetermined water level A (Yes in step S405), the water supply valve is closed (step S406), and the water supply is stopped. Then, the motor 9 is turned on to rotate the pulsator 6 in the forward and reverse directions (step S407). Thereby, the laundry is carried out.

In step S408, it is determined whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed after the pulsator 6 starts rotating. When the predetermined time has not elapsed (No in step S408), the process returns to step S408. When the predetermined time has elapsed (Yes in step S408), the motor 9 is turned off (step S409), and the pulsator 6 is stopped. Thereby, the washing step is ended (step S410).

When the washing step shown in Fig. 2 is finished, next, it is moved to the washing step shown in Fig. 3. When the washing step is started (step S500), the drain valve 8 is opened (step S501). Then, the clutch switching device inside the drive mechanism portion 11 is switched, and the brake of the dewatering shaft 5 is released (step S502). Thereby, the washing and dewatering tank 18 is made rotatable via the dehydration shaft 5.

In step S503, it is judged whether or not the drainage is finished. When the drainage is not completed (No in step S503), the process returns to step S503. When the drainage has been completed (Yes in step S503), the motor 9 is started to be dehydrated in the washing step as intermediate dewatering, and the washing and dewatering tank 18 is rotated (step S504). Specifically, by rotating the washing and dewatering tank 18 at about 700 to 800 r/min, the clothes are dehydrated by centrifugal force. Thereby, the detergent component remaining in the clothes is separated from the clothes together with the washing water.

In step S505, it is determined whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed after the washing and dewatering tank 18 starts rotating. When the predetermined time has not elapsed (No in step S505), the process returns to step S505. When the predetermined time has elapsed (Yes in step S505), the motor 9 is turned off (step S506). The rotation of the laundry and dewatering tank 18 is gradually reduced. The clutch switching device inside the drive mechanism portion 11 is switched to brake the dewatering shaft 5 (step S507), and the washing and dewatering tank 18 is temporarily stopped. Then, the drain valve 8 is closed (step S508). In other words, the water can be stored in the outer tank 20.

Then, the clutch switching device inside the drive mechanism portion 11 is switched again, and the brake of the dewatering shaft 5 is released (step S509). Thereby, the washing and dewatering tank 18 is made rotatable via the dehydration shaft 5. Next, the water supply valve 17 is opened (step S510), and tap water or the like is supplied to the washing and dewatering tank 18.

The water level detecting device 24 detects the water level (step S511). When the water level does not reach the predetermined water level B at the low position near the outer circumference of the pulsator 6 (No in step S511), the process returns to step S510 to continue the water supply. When the water level has reached the predetermined water level B (Yes in step S511), the water supply valve is closed (step S512), and the water supply is stopped.

Then, the motor 9 is turned on again to rotate the washing and dewatering tank 18 (step S513). In this case, the rotation of the washing and dewatering tank 18 is a rotation number of about 180 to 200 r/min for a predetermined time. That is, in step S514, it is determined whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed after the washing and dewatering tank 18 starts rotating. When the predetermined time has not elapsed (No in step S514), the process returns to step S514. In this case, the washing water is stirred in the circumferential direction by the vanes 19, flows in from the lower inflow port 22, and passes through the water supply portion 23 and the upper inflow port 28, and the clothes are sprinkled from the discharge port 29 into the washing and dewatering tank 18 from above. . Further, when the predetermined time has elapsed (Yes in step S514), the motor 9 is turned off (step S515).

The washing water is soaked in the clothes and passed through the clothes by centrifugal force. At this time, the detergent component inside the clothes is separated from the clothes by the water of the clothes. The water that has passed through the clothes is separated from the plurality of small holes 18a provided in the inner peripheral wall of the washing and dewatering tank 18 to the outside of the washing and dewatering tank 18, and is dropped to the bottom of the outer tub 20. The fallen water is again passed through the lower inflow port 22, the water supply portion 23, and the upper inflow port 28 by the pumping action of the blades 19, and the clothes in the washing and dewatering tank 18 are sprinkled from above through the discharge port 29. By repeating such forced circulation of water in the predetermined time period of step S514, the detergent components remaining in the entire clothing can be uniformly diluted. Further, since the circulating water continues to be sprinkled from above the washing and dewatering tank 18, it is visually possible to give an impression of good washing.

After the predetermined time of step S514 has elapsed, the motor 9 is turned off (step S515), and the clutch of the drive mechanism portion 11 is switched by the clutch switching device. Then, the dewatering shaft 5 is braked (step S516), the washing and dewatering tank 18 is stopped, and the washing step is terminated (step S517).

When the washing step is finished, the second step is to the dehydration step. In the dehydration step, the washing and dewatering tank 18 is rotated at a high speed of about 700 to 800 r/min. By this high-speed centrifugal dehydration, the water contained in the clothes is dehydrated. Further, the dehydration here is carried out for a longer period of time than the intermediate dehydration of the washing step. Thereby, a series of steps of the washing machine is ended.

In the washing machine of the present embodiment, for example, in the case of a washing machine having a washing capacity of 8 kg, the amount of water in the water level A in the washing step is approximately 50 to 70 liters. Further, the amount of water in the washing step is about 15 to 25 L which is displayed at a low water level B near the outer periphery of the pulsator 6. That is, about 15 to 25 L of water is temporarily stored, and the washing water is forcibly circulated by the rotation of the washing and dewatering tank 18. As a result, the water is sprinkled on the entire garment, so that the water is allowed to permeate the entire garment, and the detergent component inside the garment is removed, and the washing action of sprinkling water again is repeated. Therefore, the effect of diluting the detergent component remaining in the entire clothing with a small amount of water can be improved. That is, it is possible to ensure stable washing performance with a small amount of water used. In addition, unlike the case of controlling the water supply valve 17 in the conventional washing machine, the water is injected into the clothes, and after washing with a small amount of water, the washing can be prevented even if the water pressure of the water pipe is low. produce. That is, it is not affected by the low water pressure of the water pipe, and stable washing performance can be ensured.

Further, in the washing machine of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the water supply unit 23 is provided at the rear of the washing machine (the right side in FIG. 1), and the water supply unit 23a may be provided in front of the washing machine. In this case, the circulation path of the washing water becomes two locations. That is, by increasing the amount of circulating water, the washing performance can be further improved.

23、23a。As shown in Fig. 1, the upper cover 26 has an upper inflow port 28a and a discharge port 29a at respective diagonal positions when viewed from the direction of the rotation axis of the upper inflow port 28 and the discharge port 29. Further, on the inner peripheral surface of the outer tub 20, lower inflow ports 22, 22a are provided at respective corresponding positions of the upper inflow ports 28, 28a. Further, water supply portions 23 and 23a that connect the upper inflow ports 28 and 28a and the lower inflow ports 22 and 22a, respectively, are provided.

Here, one of the lower inflow ports 22, 22a of the two portions (the lower inflow port 22 in Fig. 1) is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the bottom of the outer tub 20, and the other side (the lower inflow port 22a in Fig. 1) It is a slightly central inner peripheral surface provided in the upper direction of the outer groove 20. Thereby, when the water level is low, the sprinkling water generated by the circulation from the lower inflow port 22 is performed, and when the water level is high, the sprinkling water generated by the circulation from both of the lower inflow ports 22 and 22a is performed. That is, different water can be sprinkled depending on the amount of water.

Further, when the water level is low, that is, when the amount of water is small, when the water is sprinkled from the upper discharge ports 29 and 29a which are not 2, the amount of circulating water may be insufficient, and the washing performance may be lowered. In the present embodiment, when the amount of water is small, water is sprinkled only by the circulation from the lower inflow port 22, so that sufficient washing performance can be obtained even with a small amount of water. Therefore, when the water level is low, that is, when the amount of water is small, water is sprayed from the first place, and when the water level is high, that is, the amount of water is large, a large amount of water is sprinkled from the two places, so that the water amount can be washed. Further, in the present embodiment, two sets of the lower inflow port, the water supply unit, and the discharge port are provided. However, the same effect can be obtained by providing three or more sets of the lower inflow port, the water supply unit, and the discharge port.
