Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present invention is described by taking a pulsator washing machine as an example, the washing apparatus may be a washing and drying all-in-one machine or a sub-machine including a pulsator washing unit, etc. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are merely for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the pulsator washing machine 1 mainly includes a cabinet 15, a tray 12 disposed at the top of the cabinet, an outer tub 13 and an inner tub 14 accommodated in the cabinet, and a pulsator disposed at the bottom of the tub, and is driven by a driving motor disposed at the bottom of the cabinet to rotate so as to complete a washing process of laundry. The pulsator washing machine of the present invention further comprises a suspension rod 16 disposed inside the cabinet 15, which can reduce vibration caused by rotation during washing to improve user experience. The impeller washing machine of the invention is provided with a spraying device which mainly comprises a water supply pipeline and a spraying component, when the washing machine carries out washing operation, a water source provides spraying water for an inner barrel 14 through the water supply pipeline and the spraying component, namely, the water source leads to the spraying component through the water supply pipeline, and the spraying component can be aligned to clothes to be washed placed in the inner barrel in an assembled state. The pulsator washing machine further comprises a reserved structure, wherein a plurality of spraying members are arranged on the disc seat and the reserved structure, for example, the spraying members are circumferentially surrounded, the spraying members can be in a single row or multiple rows in the radial direction, and the spraying members can be uniformly or non-uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction and the radial direction. For example, two circles of spraying components are circumferentially surrounded from inside to outside along the peripheral circumference of the clothes throwing opening, and two rows of spraying components are circumferentially distributed at intervals.
The pulsator washing machine further comprises a controller, wherein the controller is mainly used for enabling the disc seat and the spraying component on the reserved structure to operate according to the set spraying parameter combination, so that the spraying modes are diversified, and the spraying effect is improved. Such as spray parameters, may include the spray cycle and the amount of water sprayed.
In particular, since the seat is provided at the upper portion of the washing machine and the spray members may be provided at different radial/circumferential positions on the seat, providing the spray members on the seat may achieve a wider spray range. The provision of the spray member on the preformed structure enables a different spray range to be obtained than the spray member on the seat, due to the different radial dimensions of the preformed structure and the seat. Because the disk seat and the reserved structure are usually not of equal height, the disk seat and the spraying component on the reserved structure can be matched to obtain the layered spraying effect of the upper layer and the lower layer.
Particularly, by adjusting the spraying time of the spraying components at two positions, the diversification of the spraying modes can be realized, and the washing effect is improved. Specifically, the tray seat has a laundry input port communicating with the inside of the inner tub 14, and the reserved structure may be an outer tub cover 131 in which an outer tub is disposed at a position corresponding to the laundry input port and/or an upper cover 11 capable of exposing the inner tub to the environment. For example, the spraying member is provided on both the tray 12 and the outer tub 13 of the washing machine, and particularly, the top of the outer tub 13 is provided with an opening aligned with the laundry input port, the opening is provided with an outer tub cover 131, in which case the spraying member should be provided on the outer tub cover 131. For another example, spraying members are provided on both the seat and the upper cover 11 of the washing machine, and particularly, the upper cover 11 capable of exposing the inner tub to the environment is disposed at the laundry input port, in which case the spraying members should be provided on the upper cover 11.
Next, a method of controlling the spraying by the spraying member will be described by taking an example in which the spraying member is provided on both the tray base and the outer tub cover. An example of a control method of a spraying period of the spraying member on the tray and the outer tub cover is shown in fig. 2.
As in one possible embodiment, the tray seat and the spray member on the outer tub cover may be opened simultaneously to obtain the maximum range of auxiliary spraying. For example, during the rinsing stage, the spray water can reach any position in the inner barrel, and the washing foam on the clothes at any position in the inner barrel can be quickly washed clean, so that the washing efficiency is improved.
As one possible embodiment, the spraying members on the tray seat and the outer tub cover may be opened at intervals to assist in spraying the clothes at different positions in the inner tub. Preferably, in this case, the plurality of spray members at each position are in the same spray state, that is, all the spray members on the tray are in the uniform spray state, and all the spray members on the outer tub cover are in the uniform spray state. For example, in the rinsing stage, the proper water amount is sprayed to promote the clothes to overturn, so that the stain in the clothes is promoted to be leached, and the washing effect is improved.
As a possible embodiment, the spray state of a plurality of spray members on the seat can be adjusted. For example, the plurality of spraying members on the tray may be divided into four groups along the circumferential direction: two sets of opposing arrangements are part. One spraying period comprises spraying duration and spraying interval, and the controller controls a part of the disk seat to spray water to the inner barrel in the spraying duration and stop spraying water in the spraying interval; accordingly, another part stops spraying water for the spraying duration and sprays water to the inner tub for the spraying interval. In the washing stage, a small amount of water is sprayed, and more water containing detergent is retained in the inner tub to rub against the laundry, thereby improving the washing effect.
It should be noted that the division of the two-part spraying member is only exemplary, and is only used for explaining the principle of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention. Those skilled in the art will be able to adapt themselves to particular applications without departing from the principles of the present invention. For example, the method can be divided into more groups, each group forms more parts, and the corresponding parts are reasonably controlled. It will be apparent that similar control of multiple spray members on the outer drum cover is possible.
In addition, it should be noted that the duration of the water spraying and the interval time of the water spraying may be the same or different. Such as the washing stage, the water spraying duration and the water spraying interval time may be set to be the same and the duration is shorter to ensure that the washing water containing the detergent stays in the inner tub for a sufficient time to sufficiently rub against the laundry, thereby improving the washing effect. Or the first time of rinsing, the water spraying duration and the water spraying interval time can be set to be the same and longer in duration so as to fully wash the inner barrel wall and the foam on the clothes. Or the second rinsing, the water spraying duration and the water spraying interval are set to be different so as to increase the auxiliary spraying water amount and promote the tumbling of the laundry, so that the residual stains on the laundry can be sufficiently washed.
In addition, the spraying water amount of the single spraying component can be equal or unequal, for example, the spraying water amount of the spraying component on the tray seat can be larger than that of the spraying component on the outer barrel cover, and the purpose of better moistening the clothes can be realized by matching the spraying component arranged on the tray seat with the larger spraying water amount because the spraying component has a wider spraying angle. It will be appreciated that different numbers of spray members are put into a spray state at different stages of the washing program to obtain different amounts of spray water. For example, in the washing stage, less spraying members can be in a spraying state to obtain smaller spraying water quantity, and the washing water containing the detergent is ensured to stay in the inner barrel for enough time to be sufficiently rubbed with the clothes, so that the detergent in the washing water is fully utilized and the water quantity required by normal washing is not influenced. In the rinsing stage, more spraying components can be in a spraying state to obtain larger spraying water quantity so as to fully clean residual stains on the clothes. Obviously, the setting scheme of the spraying water amount is only described by way of example, and the technical personnel in the field can flexibly adjust the setting scheme according to actual requirements.
The water supply line of the present invention can take water in the following two ways. One is to draw water from the outside, such as water supply lines can be connected to the water inlet of the washing machine, or directly externally connected to the outside of the washing machine. The other method is to guide the circulating water between the outer barrel and the inner barrel, namely, the water supply pipeline is connected to a water pump at the bottom of the outer barrel, and the circulating water is pumped to the upper part of the inner barrel by the water pump and then is sprayed into the inner barrel from the upper part through the spraying component. It is understood that the two water source acquisition modes can be alternatively or simultaneously configured.
Possible implementations of the water supply of the spray member of the present invention are shown in fig. 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D.
Referring to fig. 3A, fig. 3A is a schematic structural view of a spray member of a pulsator washing machine supplying water through a water inlet pipeline according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3A, the spraying components disposed on the tray seat 12 and the outer tub cover 131 are all supplied with water by the water inlet pipe 21, and the external water is divided into two paths after passing through the water inlet valve 27: one path is sent to the spraying component on the disk seat 12 through a water inlet pipeline; the other path is sent to the spraying component on the outer barrel cover 131 through the water inlet pipeline.
Referring to fig. 3B, fig. 3B is a schematic structural view of a spraying member of a pulsator washing machine supplying water through a circulation pipeline according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3B, the tray 12 and the spraying component disposed on the outer tub cover 131 are both supplied with water by the circulation pipeline, and the water at the bottom of the outer tub of the washing machine is pumped out by the drainage hose 26 under the action of the circulation pump 24, and is divided into two paths by the three-way valve 25: a spraying member provided to the outer tub cover 131 through the circulation line 231; another routing circulation line 232 leads to spray means on the tray 12.
Referring to fig. 3C, fig. 3C is a first structural schematic view of a spray component of the pulsator washing machine supplying water jointly through a water inlet pipeline and a circulation pipeline according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3C, external water is supplied to the spraying member provided on the tray 12 through the water inlet valve 27 via the water inlet pipe 21, and water at the bottom of the outer tub of the washing machine is pumped out via the drain hose 26 by the circulating pump 24 and then supplied to the spraying member on the outer tub cover 131 via the circulating pipe 23.
Referring to fig. 3D, fig. 3D is a structural schematic diagram of a spraying member of the pulsator washing machine supplying water by a water inlet pipeline and a circulation pipeline together according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3D, water at the bottom of the outer tub of the washing machine is pumped out through the drain hose 26 by the circulation pump 24, and then is supplied to the spraying member provided on the tray 12 through the circulation pipeline 23, and external water is supplied to the spraying member on the outer tub cover 131 through the water inlet pipeline 21 after passing through the water inlet valve 27.
Obviously, the detergent at the bottom of the inner barrel can be pumped out by circulating water supply and sprayed on clothes again for recycling so as to improve the utilization rate of the detergent, and additional fresh water can be supplied into the inner barrel by external water supply so as to improve the rinsing effect, so that the water supply modes of the spraying components on the tray seat and the outer barrel cover can be adjusted as required by diversified water supply modes, and the washing effect is effectively improved.
In addition, the arrangement mode of the spraying component on the tray seat and the outer barrel cover can be the same or different. Taking the tray as an example, in one possible embodiment, the tray 12 is formed with mounting locations, and the spray member is disposed on the mounting locations at corresponding positions. Wherein, the spraying member mainly comprises a base body and a spraying opening 22 arranged on the base body, the base body is fixedly or removably arranged on the base seat 12, and the spraying opening 22 is aligned with the inner tub of the washing machine so as to spray water from the spraying opening 22 to the unwetted clothes above the inner tub. By way of example, the base is arranged on the seat 12 in a fixed or removable manner, and may be, for example: the spraying component and the disk seat are integrally formed or the spraying component is arranged at the mounting position of the disk seat in a clamping manner.
Preferably, an adjusting unit may be disposed on the mounting position, and the adjusting unit may adjust the position of the base body in the mounting position within a set range, and thus adjust the orientation of the spray opening 22 aligned with the inner tub, so as to wet the laundry more effectively. Such as the spray opening 22 can be in different positions in the spraying and non-spraying states, or the spray opening 22 can be moved in a set manner in the spraying state to obtain better spraying effect.
In a possible embodiment, the adjustment unit comprises a first adjustment member capable of adjusting the position of the spray member within a set range in the axial direction of the spray member, such as in the case where the spray member is vertically mounted on the tray, in the thickness direction of the tray, so as to enable at least a part of the spray member to be extended or retracted into the mounting position. Illustratively, the first adjustment member is a telescoping spring having one end connected to the base and the other end movable. In the case of the spraying work, a pressing force is provided to the other end of the extension spring so that the base body can be extended by a certain length to expose the portion where the spray opening 22 is located to the environment, thereby preventing the outer edge of the spray opening 22 from being blocked by the seat, and enabling the spraying work to be performed better. In the case of non-spraying operation, the pressing force is withdrawn, and the base body retracts, for example, to a position approximately flush with the lower surface of the tray seat, so as to prevent the clothes from being caught by the part of the spraying port 22 under the condition that the inner tub has a large amount of clothes, thereby causing damage to the clothes or damage to the spraying member. After the base body retracts, the installation position can be closed so as to isolate the spraying component from the inner barrel, and therefore the phenomena that the spraying component is polluted or corroded by washing water or foam mixed with stain and detergent are effectively prevented.
Through the arrangement, the stretching or retracting action of the spraying component on the installation position can be adjusted according to whether the spraying operation is carried out or not, so that the spraying operation can be better carried out on clothes to be washed, and the probability of avoiding damage to the clothes in the barrel or the spraying component during the non-spraying operation is reduced.
In a possible embodiment, the adjusting unit comprises a second adjusting member which can rotate the spray member in the respective mounting location in order to obtain a richer spray angle by rotation of the spray member during the spraying operation. Such as a hinge. If the mounting position is approximately a hole with an inverted cone structure, the spraying component can revolve around the axis of the hole with the inverted cone structure at the position of the generatrix of the hole with the inverted cone structure, thereby realizing multi-angle and multi-position spraying. If the specific form of the inverted cone-shaped structure can be adjusted according to actual conditions, for example, when the included angle between a bus and an axis is large, the inner wall of the inner barrel can be cleaned on the basis of realizing spraying, for example, residual foam on the inner wall of the inner barrel is cleaned, and the self-cleaning capability of the washing machine is improved; when the included angle between the bus and the axis is small, clothes far away from the inner wall of the inner barrel can be sprayed better.
It is understood that the above-mentioned adjusting unit adjusts the extension of the spray member on the installation position by the first adjusting member and adjusts the rotation of the spray member in the installation position by the second adjusting member is only an exemplary description, and is only used for explaining the principle of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention. Those skilled in the art will be able to make any number of modifications to the above described arrangements without departing from the principles of the present invention to adapt it to a particular application.
On the basis of controlling the spraying parameters and the water supply mode, the controller controls the first adjusting component and the second adjusting component to adjust the orientation of the control component on the disk seat, so that a richer spraying effect is obtained. During the rinsing stage, the water sources of the spraying components on the outer barrel cover and the tray seat are all led from circulating water, the spraying components on the outer barrel cover and the tray seat are in a mode of spraying water simultaneously, the spraying components on the tray seat are arranged on the tray seat in a telescopic mode, the spraying components on the outer barrel cover are fixed on the outer barrel cover, the spraying components on the tray seat are controlled by the controller to stretch out, the spraying components on the outer barrel cover retract, at the moment, the bus of the installation position corresponding to the spraying components on the tray seat is controlled to be positioned at a larger included angle with the axis, the foam on the inner barrel wall and clothes can be quickly washed, a wider spraying angle and a wider spraying range are obtained, and the washing effect is improved. It will be appreciated that the above-described arrangements are merely illustrative and that those skilled in the art can readily adapt the same to more specific applications without departing from the principles of the present invention.
In summary, under the action of the controller, the spraying period and the spraying water amount of the spraying components on the reserved structure and the disk seat can be the same or different, and the water supply modes of the spraying components on two positions can also be flexibly configured. In addition, the arrangement mode of the spraying component on two positions can be flexibly configured according to requirements.
In summary, in the preferred technical solution of the present invention, the spraying members on the tray and the reserved structure operate in combination of the set spraying parameters, so that a richer spraying angle and spraying range are obtained, and the spraying effect is improved. For example, the water supply mode of the spraying component and the spraying time of the spraying component on the disk seat and/or the reserved structure are controlled, so that the diversification of the spraying mode is realized, and the auxiliary spraying effect is improved. The washing effect is improved by the mode of combining the rotation of the impeller and the auxiliary spraying. On the basis, the performance of the whole machine is further optimized by adjusting the water supply mode of the spraying component and the direction of the spraying component on the disk seat.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
