Information signals are transmitted to the CPU (central control unit) 105 through the input circuit unit 102 and the input port 108.

A DC brushless motor 131 that is a washing / dehydrating motor, a water supply electromagnetic valve 132, a drainage electromagnetic valve 133, a lid lock solenoid 134, and an end buzzer 135 are connected to the output drive circuit unit 103.

Various electric devices including the DC brushless motor 131 and the drain electromagnetic valve 135 are operated by electric power supplied through the output drive circuit unit 103 under the control of the control unit 101 (control means).

The water supply electromagnetic valve 132 controls the supply of fresh water from tap water by opening and closing. Fresh water from tap water is poured into the washing tub as washing water or rinsing water through the detergent charging device 7. At the time of washing, a used amount of detergent is put into the detergent feeding device 7, and the detergent is dissolved by fresh water from tap water and sprayed on the laundry in the washing tub. Further, at the time of rinsing, the soft finish is supplied into the washing tub via the soft finish input part of the detergent charging device 7 and used as rinse water. The drain electromagnetic valve 133 is opened and closed under the control of the CPU (central control unit) 105, and drains the rinse water used during washing and the rinse water used during rinsing out of the machine.

The detergent charging device 7 and its relation will be described with reference to FIGS.

The detergent charging device 7 is for pouring tap water into the washing tub 61 as washing water or rinsing water, and is provided at the laundry outlet / inlet 50 shown in FIG. The detergent charging device 7 includes a case storage frame portion 31 and a water injection case 32. The water injection case 32 fits in and out of the case storage frame 31.

As shown in FIG. 4, the detergent charging device 7 has a water supply unit 33 on the upstream side. The water supply part 33 is provided above the top plate 34 forming the case storage frame part 31. The surrounding wall portion 35 of the water supply portion 33 is formed integrally with the top plate 34. The upper plate 34 of the water supply portion 33 is formed separately from the surrounding wall portion 35 and is fixed with screws or locking means. By making the upper plate 34 separate, it is easy to integrally form the case storage frame portion 31, the surrounding wall portion 35 of the water supply portion 33, and the top cover 3.

The water supply unit 33 has a water guide tube 37 protruding outward from the surrounding wall unit 35. This water guide tube 37 is connected to a water supply electromagnetic valve 132 (shown in FIG. 9) via a pipe (not shown), and guides tap water to the water supply unit 33. The water supply unit 33 includes a rectifier 38 such as a sponge inside. The tap water that has flowed into the water supply section 33 is relaxed by the rectifier 38 due to the water pressure at the time of water supply, and flows into the water injection case 32 from the plurality of water supply holes 45 provided in the top plate 34 without deviation.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the water injection case 32 includes a detergent charging chamber 40 and a finishing agent charging chamber 41 that are adjacent to each other when viewed from the direction of loading / unloading. The detergent charging chamber 40 and the finishing agent charging chamber 41 are divided by a partition 42 extending in the front-rear direction in the water injection case 32.

The bottom of the detergent charging chamber 40 is high at both the left and right ends, and the center is lowered so that the detergent 44 is gathered at the center of the bottom. The detergent charging chamber 40 has a detergent outlet 48 on the back side. Since the bottom of the detergent charging chamber 40 is inclined downward from the front side toward the detergent outlet 48 on the back side, the melted detergent flows out from the detergent outlet 48 without stagnation into the detergent charging chamber 40. In addition, the detergent supply chamber 40 is supplied with water through a plurality of water supply holes 45, and the detergent contained in the detergent supply chamber 40 is melted throughout the water supply. The melted detergent flows out from the detergent outlet 48 together with the supplied washing water.

The detergent charging chamber 40 has a plurality of stop pins 43 standing from the bottom near the detergent outlet 48 side. The number of the stop pins 43 gradually decreases from the center toward both ends as it goes from the detergent outlet 48 to the front side of the water injection case. A detergent 44 is placed in the detergent charging chamber 40 as shown in FIG. The detergent 44 is placed between the stop pin 43 and the front side of the water injection case.

The detergent 44 melts with water poured from the water supply hole 45 and flows out from the detergent outlet 48. Since the detergent which is not melted and goes to the detergent outlet 48 is received by the stop pin 43, the undissolved detergent is prevented from flowing out. Further, since the number of the stop pins 43 is small at the center and is distributed at both ends, the detergent flow that flows while melting gathers in the center with a large amount of water, and the detergent dissolves well.

The finishing agent charging chamber 41 has a siphon mechanism 46. When the water level in the finish agent input chamber 41 exceeds a predetermined water level value, the finish agent dissolved in water from the siphon mechanism 46 is discharged from the finish agent input chamber 41 through the siphon mechanism 46 according to the principle of the siphon.

The water injection case 32 has a front panel 49 on the front side. The front panel 49 has a flat surface. The handle 47 is provided at the center of the surface of the front panel 49. Since the water injection case 32 is taken in and out by grasping the handle 47, the water injection case 32 can be easily taken in and out even when the surface of the front panel 49 is flat.

The case storage frame 31 of the detergent charging device 7 is provided on the top cover 3 as shown in FIGS. The top cover 3 has a laundry doorway 50 with a large opening at the center. The vertically placed washing tub 61 is located below the laundry entrance 50.

The case storage frame 31 provided on the top cover 3 has an inlet / outlet 51 through which the water injection case 32 is taken in and out. The entrance / exit 51 is provided so as to be located on the rear side of the laundry entrance / exit 50. When the laundry entrance / exit 50 is viewed from the front of the washing machine, the entrance / exit 51 that is edged in a rectangle can be seen clearly, and the operation of taking in and out the water injection case 32 is performed. Easy.

When the water injection case 32 is accommodated in the case storage frame 31, the front panel 49 is fitted inside the entrance / exit 51 of the top cover 3 as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, 5, and 6.

As shown in FIG. 4, the case storage frame 31 has a bottom 53 that extends from the back side to the entrance / exit 51 of the top cover 3. The bottom portion 53 is inclined downward toward the entrance / exit 51 and has a stepped portion 54 that falls in the middle of the entrance / exit 51. And the bottom part 53 has the bowl-shaped water injection guide part 55 extended toward the entrance / exit 51 from the lower end of the step part 54. FIG. The bowl-shaped water injection guide portion 55 is also inclined downward toward the entrance / exit 51. The angle of inclination is about 5 °. Since the bottom portion 53 is inclined downward toward the entrance / exit 51, the detergent, finishing agent, washing water and rinse water flowing out from the detergent outlet 48 and the siphon mechanism 46 flow well toward the entrance / exit 51.

As shown in FIG. 4, the gap 56 formed at the outer bottom surface of the bottom of the detergent charging chamber 40 and the bottom 53 of the case storage frame 31 has a shape that widens toward the entrance / exit 51. On the front side of the case storage frame portion 31, a water injection weir 57 surrounded by a step portion 54, a bowl-shaped water injection guide portion 55, and a front panel 49 is formed. The washing water containing the detergent and the rinsing water containing the finishing agent are temporarily stored in the water injection weir 57 and flow out of the gap 58 and poured into the washing tub 61.

The size of the water injection weir 57 is as follows.

The water injection weir 57 has an opening width W of 130 mm, a height H3 of the step portion 54 (where the height is the smallest in the middle of the opening width W) of 10 to 20 mm, and a depth length from the step portion 54 to the front panel 49. L1 has such a size that the volume is about 15 mm.

The gap 58 is a gap formed between the lower end of the front panel 49 and the bowl-shaped water injection guide portion 55, and the interval T1 is about 1 to 5 mm. The bowl-shaped water injection guide portion 55 that forms this gap extends from the surface of the front panel 49 so as to protrude toward the inside of the washing tub 61. The protruding length L2 is 1 to 3 mm.

Contrary to the gap 58, there is almost no gap between the upper end of the front panel 49 except for the lower end of the front panel 49, and both side ends with the rim frame 52 shown in FIG. The gap is small enough not to be damaged.

Further, the gap 58 has an arc shape as shown in FIGS. The gap 58 has an arc shape depending on the shapes of the water injection guide 55 and the front panel 49. The bowl-shaped water injection guide portion 55 has an arc shape with a radius of 100 to 150 mm, and has a configuration in which the center is at a high position and both ends are at low positions. Similarly, the lower end of the front panel 49 has a circular arc shape, with the center at a high position and both ends at a low position.

The gap 58 formed by the water injection guide 55 and the front panel 49 is maintained at the same dimensional interval (1 to 5 mm) over the opening width W of the entrance / exit 51 shown in FIG. The notch groove 59 is provided at both end positions of the gap 56. A notch groove 59 formed by cutting out the rim frame 52 of the entrance / exit 51 is located on the upper surface side of the water injection guide portion 55 at the lower corners on both sides of the rim frame 52.

Due to the notch groove 59, water is poured into the washing tub 61 with a wider width. Leakage from a small gap existing around the front panel 49 excluding the gap 58 is small, and most of the water poured into the washing tub 61 is from the gap 58.

As shown in FIG. 8, the water injection from the gap 58 spreads in a fan shape and is sprayed on the laundry in the washing tub 61 when viewed from above. Since there are notched grooves 59 at both ends of the gap 58, the water injection is further spread in a fan-like spread and is spread over a wide area in the washing tub 61.
The spreading on the laundry will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 1, 7, 8, and 9. FIG.

The detergent charging device 7 having the gap 58 where water is poured is located above the washing tub 61. The washing tub 61 is rotatably placed inside an outer tub 62 serving as a water storage tub, and rotates at high speed during centrifugal dehydration. A fluid balancer 63 is provided around the upper side of the washing tub 61, and unbalanced vibration generated by high-speed rotation of centrifugal dehydration is mitigated by the fluid balancer 63.

The tank upper cover 64 is provided on the upper inner periphery of the outer tub 62 so as to cover the washing tub 61 and the fluid balancer 63 from above, so that the laundry does not enter the gap between the outer tub 62 and the washing tub 61. The stirring blade 65 is rotatably provided at the center of the inner bottom of the washing tub 61. When washing is too easy, the stirring blade 65 is repeatedly rotated in the forward and reverse directions by driving the electric motor. In high speed rotation of centrifugal dewatering, the stirring blade 65 rotates together with the washing tub 61.

Now, as shown in FIG. 1, the water injection (I) discharged from the gap | interval 58 of the detergent injection | throwing-in apparatus 7 is spread on the laundry in the washing tub 61 in the expanded state. FIG. 7 shows a state where the sprayed water (i) flows down as seen from the side. FIG. 8 shows a state where the sprayed water (i) flows down as viewed from directly above.

Thus, since water injection becomes fan-shaped, it spreads over a wide range compared with the partial bias described in the background art. As a result, the dissolved high-concentration detergent is spread over the laundry 66 over a wide area, and the water is not partially offset. For this reason, the problem that the washing spot of the laundry occurs, the detergent component cannot be rinsed out and remains in the laundry, or the detergent burn depending on the type of the detergent is solved.

In addition, the wide-spreading that spreads in a fan-like manner is scattered to the far side reaching the central area of the washing tub 61 at the center of the fan. On the other hand, if it moves to the both ends from the center of a fan, dispersion will recede to the near place. This is because the gap 58 for generating the fan discharge flow (spreading) has an arc shape, the center is at the high position, and both ends are at the low position. Since this spraying is spherical, it looks good, and since it is a spray of widely spread washing water, splashing water splashing from the laundry can be reduced.

The flow from the washing process of the washing machine to the final dehydration process will be described with reference to FIGS.

Washing is completed after the transition from a water supply process, a washing process, a rinse process, a rinse process, and a final drainage process.

When the power switch 121 is turned on and the start button is pressed, the resistance of the laundry 66 is detected by the rotating stirring blade 65. This resistance is proportional to the amount of the laundry 66, and the laundry amount is calculated by the cloth amount sensor 127.

Further, the amount of detergent corresponding to the amount of washing is calculated, and the calculated amount of detergent 44 is put into the detergent charging chamber 40 shown in FIGS. Further, the amount of washing water is calculated according to the amount of washing, and the water supply electromagnetic valve 132 is opened to supply the calculated amount of tap water as washing water.

The tap water is supplied to the washing tub 61 through the detergent charging device 7. The detergent in the detergent charging device 7 is melted and supplied to the washing tub 61. In this water supply step, tank rotation water supply is performed to supply water while rotating the washing tub 61 halfway. Thereafter, blade rotation water supply is performed while the stirring blade 65 is rotated.

The amount of washing water corresponding to the amount of the laundry 66 previously detected by the cloth amount sensor 127 is supplied into the washing tub 61. When the amount of water detected by the water level sensor 122 reaches the amount of washing water calculated in advance, the water supply electromagnetic valve 132 is closed and water supply is completed.

It moves to a washing process and washing of the laundry 66 is performed. The washing / dehydrating motor, which is the DC brushless motor 131, rotates in the forward and reverse directions to perform washing. In this washing step, only the stirring blade 65 rotates forward and backward while the washing tub 61 is stopped, and the laundry 66 is stirred and washed.

When the washing process is completed, the process proceeds to the first rinsing process. In the first rinsing step, drainage dewatering is first performed. In drainage dewatering, when the drainage electromagnetic valve 133 is opened and the washing water in the washing tub 61 is drained, the washing tub 61 is rotated by one-way dewatering rotation of the washing dewatering motor. In this dehydration rotation, the washing tub 61 is rotated at a high speed of about 900 to 1300 RPM. Water contained in the laundry 66 is centrifugally dehydrated and drainage dewatering is performed.

When drainage dehydration is completed, the process proceeds to two steps of dehydration and rinsing. In the second rinsing step, dehydration rinsing similar to the first rinsing step is performed.

When the dehydration and rinsing in the two rinsing steps are completed, the process proceeds to the final dehydration step. In the final dewatering step, drainage dewatering is performed in the same manner as in the first rinsing step. Since the water remaining in the laundry is sufficiently dehydrated in the final dehydration step, the time is made longer than the drainage dehydration in the first rinse step.

Now, the water supply process described above will be described in more detail with reference to FIG.

In the tank rotation water supply, water is supplied while the washing tank 61 is rotated at (100 to 150) RPM. This tank rotation water supply amount is about 1/4 of the rated water supply amount. That is, when the height H2 of the rated water supply amount is 400 mm, the height H1 of water supplied by the tank rotation water supply is 100 mm. While the water is supplied to a height of 100 mm, the detergent 44 in the detergent charging chamber 40 is completely dissolved, and the laundry 66 in the washing tub 61 is immersed in the high-concentration detergent.

In this tank rotation water supply, the high concentration detergent is sprayed over a wide range by fan-shaped spreading while the washing tub 61 rotates at a slower speed than the dewatering rotation. As a result, since the laundry 66 in the washing tub 61 is uniformly sprinkled with the high-concentration detergent, it is possible to eliminate detergent components remaining in the laundry due to washing spots, rinse spots, or detergent burns. .

In blade rotation water supply following the tank rotation water supply, forward and reverse rotation of the stirring blade 65 is repeated while supplying water up to the rated water supply amount of H2. As the high-concentration detergent is diluted, it is stirred by the stirring blade 65, so that the detergent can be dissolved quickly and completely, and the dirt can be removed without any spots in the washing process. Further, the forward and reverse rotation of the stirring blade 65 performed while supplying water up to the rated water supply amount also serves as preliminary washing in the washing step, so that the washing effect is enhanced.
