Claims (22)

  1. 一種編碼裝置,其包含:一編碼器(100),用於藉由以下來編碼關於多重視圖視訊內容之一影像區塊:(i)針對一影像區塊實行自一視圖間參考圖像列表集中選擇一視圖間參考圖像列表、自一視圖間參考圖像集之中選擇一視圖間參考圖像,及自一對應該視圖間參考圖像之不均等向量集之中選擇一不均等向量之至少一者,(ii)基於該視圖間參考圖像列表、該視圖間參考圖像及該不均等向量之至少一者來識別一對應視圖間區塊,及(iii)自該對應視圖間區塊擷取針對該影像區塊之運動資訊,其中該影像區塊對應該多重視圖視訊內容之一當前視圖,且該選擇對應使該視圖間參考圖像係基於相對於該影像區塊之相鄰巨集區塊來選擇。
  2. 如請求項1之裝置,其中該視圖間參考圖像列表、該視圖間參考圖像及該不均等向量之至少一者之該選擇係隱含的。
  3. 如請求項2之裝置,其中該不均等向量係基於相對於該影像區塊之該等相鄰巨集區塊來選擇。
  4. 如請求項2之裝置,其中該等相鄰巨集區塊包含一左巨集區塊、一上巨集區塊及一右上巨集區塊,且該視圖間參考圖像之選擇對應該等相鄰巨集區塊之至少一者僅使用視圖間預測的情況,且所選擇之該視圖間參考圖像在對應該等相鄰巨集區塊之該至少一者之該視圖間參考圖 像集之視圖間參考圖像之中具有一最小索引值。
  5. 一種編碼裝置,其包含:一編碼器(100),用於藉由以下來編碼關於多重視圖視訊內容之一影像區塊:(i)針對一影像區塊實行自一視圖間參考圖像列表集中選擇一視圖間參考圖像列表、自一視圖間參考圖像集之中選擇一視圖間參考圖像,及自一對應該視圖間參考圖像之不均等向量集之中選擇一不均等向量之至少一者,及(ii)基於該視圖間參考圖像列表、該視圖間參考圖像及該不均等向量之至少一者擷取針對該影像區塊之運動資訊,其中該視圖間參考圖像列表、該視圖間參考圖像及該不均等向量之至少一者之該選擇係隱含的,其中該影像區塊對應該多重視圖視訊內容之一當前視圖,且該選擇對應一第一情況、一第二情況、一第三情況及一第四情況中之一者,該第一情況使該視圖間參考圖像之該選擇係明確的,該第二情況使最接近該當前視圖之該視圖間參考圖像被選擇,該第三情況使該視圖間參考圖像與該不均等向量係基於相對於該影像區塊之相鄰巨集區塊來選擇,及該第四情況使該不均等向量係以一高層級明確地傳輸,且僅該視圖間參考圖像列表與該視圖間參考圖像之至少一者係基於該等相鄰巨集區塊來選擇,且其中對應該第四情況(1000)之該選擇進一步對應該等相鄰巨集區塊之至少一者僅使用視圖間預測的情況,且 所選擇之該視圖間參考圖像在對應該等相鄰巨集區塊之該至少一者之該視圖間參考圖像集之視圖間參考圖像之中具有該最小索引值(1035與1040)。
  6. 一種編碼方法,其包含:編碼與多重視圖視訊內容相關之一影像區塊,其中該編碼步驟包括:針對該影像區塊實行(315、320、325)自一視圖間參考圖像列表集選擇一視圖間參考圖像列表、自一視圖間參考圖像集之中選擇一視圖間參考圖像,及自一對應該視圖間參考圖像之不均等向量集之中選擇一不均等向量之至少一者;基於該視圖間參考圖像列表、該視圖間參考圖像及該不均等向量之至少一者來識別一對應視圖間區塊;以及自該對應視圖間區塊擷取(335)針對該影像區塊之運動資訊,其中該影像區塊對應該多重視圖視訊內容之一當前視圖,且該選擇對應使該視圖間參考圖像係基於相對於該影像區塊之相鄰巨集區塊來選擇。
  7. 如請求項6之方法,其中該視圖間參考圖像列表(315)、該視圖間參考圖像(320)及該不均等向量(325)之至少一者之該選擇係隱含的。
  8. 如請求項7之方法,其中該不均等向量係基於相對於該影像區塊之該等相鄰巨集區塊來選擇。

  10. 一種編碼方法,其包含:編碼與多重視圖視訊內容相關之一影像區塊,其中該編碼步驟包括:針對該影像區塊實行(315、320、325)自一視圖間參考圖像列表集選擇一視圖間參考圖像列表、自一視圖間參考圖像集之中選擇一視圖間參考圖像,及自一對應該視圖間參考圖像之不均等向量集之中選擇一不均等向量之至少一者;以及基於該視圖間參考圖像列表、該視圖間參考圖像及該不均等向量之至少一者擷取(335)針對該影像區塊之運動資訊;其中該視圖間參考圖像列表(315)、該視圖間參考圖像(320)及該不均等向量(325)之至少一者之該選擇係隱含的,其中該影像區塊對應該多重視圖視訊內容之一當前視圖,並且該選擇對應一第一情況(1200)、一第二情況(500)、一第三情況(800)及一第四情況(1000)中之一者, 該第一情況使該視圖間參考圖像之該選擇係明確的(1275),該第二情況使最接近該當前視圖之該視圖間參考圖像被選擇(525、535),該第三情況使該視圖間參考圖像與該不均等向量係基於相對於該影像區塊之相鄰巨集區塊來選擇(870、875),及該第四情況使該不均等向量係以一高層級明確地傳輸,並且僅該視圖間參考圖像列表與該視圖間參考圖像之至少一者係基於該等相鄰巨集區塊來選擇(1035、1040),且其中對應該第四情況(1000)之該選擇進一步對應該等相鄰巨集區塊之至少一者僅使用視圖間預測的情況,且所選擇之該視圖間參考圖像在對應該等相鄰巨集區塊之該至少一者之該視圖間參考圖像集之視圖間參考圖像之中具有該最小索引值(1035、1040)。

  12. 如請求項11之裝置,其中該視圖間參考圖像列表、該視圖間參考圖像及該不均等向量之至少一者之該選擇係隱含的。
  13. 如請求項12之裝置,其中該不均等向量係基於相對於該影像區塊之該等相鄰巨集區塊來選擇。
  14. 如請求項13之裝置,其中該等相鄰巨集區塊包含一左巨集區塊、一上巨集區塊及一右上巨集區塊,且該視圖間參考圖像之選擇對應該等相鄰巨集區塊之至少一者僅使用視圖間預測的情況,而所選擇之該視圖間參考圖像在對應該等相鄰巨集區塊之該至少一者之該視圖間參考圖像集之視圖間參考圖像之中具有一最小索引值。
