Description

螺絲
本發明係關於一種螺絲,特別是用以將至少二物件鎖固結合,並可迅速地旋入該物件之螺絲。
再參照第1圖所示,習知的螺絲係包含有一桿體81、一頭部82及一螺紋83。其中該桿體81一端形成一尖錐部811,該頭部82係形成於該桿體81之另一端,且該頭部82具有可供一工具嵌卡之結合槽821,該螺紋83係形成於該桿體81之外周面,並由該桿體81形成尖錐部811之一端朝向另一端呈螺旋延伸。而且該尖錐部811外周面之螺紋83設有數個缺口84,各該缺口84係於該螺紋83外周緣形成數個刃部,藉此,當利用一工具嵌卡於該結合槽821,以帶動該螺絲旋入一物件時,可利用各該刃部對該物件進行攻牙。
然而,此習知結構之各該缺口84係為形成刃部而設置,所以各該缺口84之空間不大,並不足以容屑,使得攻牙時所產生之料屑會卡於該螺紋83及物件之間,造成該螺絲難以順利地旋入該物件,甚至可能導致該物件被過度擠壓而迸裂或產生裂痕。
請參照第2圖所示,係另一種習知的螺絲結構,該螺絲係包含有一桿體91、一頭部92及一螺紋93。其中該桿體91一端形成一尖錐部911,該頭部92係形成於該桿體91之另一端,且該頭部92具有可供一工具嵌卡之結合槽921,該螺紋93係形成於該桿體91之外周面,並由該桿體91形成尖錐部911之一端朝向另一端呈螺旋延伸。此習知結構係於該桿體91之尖錐部911另設有一呈軸向延伸之容屑槽94,該容屑槽94係同時貫穿該尖錐部911外周面之螺紋93而形成數個刃口941,藉此,當利用一工具嵌卡於該結合槽921,以帶動該螺絲旋入一物件時,可利用該數個刃口941進行攻牙,且攻牙時所產生之料屑則可容納於該容屑槽94中。
惟,此習知結構之容屑槽94雖可提供逃屑空間,但由於容納於該容屑槽94內的料屑之間具有相當多的空隙,使該螺紋與物件之間的緊固力不足,相對造成該螺絲與物件之間鎖固力不足。而且此習知結構製造生產時,必須先經過搓牙形成該螺紋93後,再經過切削製程以形成該容屑槽94,所以必須經過至少二道加工程序,故生產程序較複雜,且設備及生產成本也較高。
本發明之目的係提供一種螺絲,具有集屑功能,以便於該螺絲能夠順利且迅速地旋入物件,且可避免被鎖固物迸裂或產生裂痕。
本發明之另一目的係提供一種螺絲,其係將攻牙所產生之料屑擠壓並填滿於容屑槽,以具有良好的鎖固力。
本發明之又一目的係提供一種螺絲,單次加工即可成型,故生產程序簡單且成本低。
根據本發明一種螺絲,係包含:一桿體,一端為尖錐 部;一頭部,形成於該桿體另一端,且該頭部具有一結合槽;及一螺紋,設於該桿體外周面並由該尖錐部朝向設有該頭部之另一端呈螺旋延伸,該螺紋具有二表面,該二表面之邊緣互相連接形成該螺紋之一切削緣;其中該螺紋係自該切削緣凹設至少一容屑槽,該容屑槽係鄰近該尖錐部,該容屑槽具有一導引面、一集屑面及一連接面,該連接面係連接於該導引面及集屑面之間,且該連接面設有呈凹凸紋之絞碎部,該導引面、集屑面及連接面係圍繞成一容屑空間,該容屑空間貫穿該螺紋之二表面。
為讓本發明之上述及其他目的、特徵及優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉本發明之較佳實施例,並配合所附圖式,作詳細說明如下:
請參照第3及4圖所示,本發明第一實施例之螺絲係包含有一桿體1、一頭部2及一螺紋3。其中,該頭部2係形成於該桿體1一端,該螺紋3係形成於該桿體1之外周面,藉此,可透過一工具將該桿體1及螺紋3鎖入至少一物件。
該桿體1一端較佳形成一尖錐部11,該頭部2係形成於該桿體1之另一端,該頭部2之外徑大於該桿體1之最大外徑,且該頭部2具有可供一工具嵌卡之結合槽21,該結合槽21可為十字槽、一字槽或多邊形孔槽等任何可與該工具互相配合之型態。
該螺紋3係呈螺旋設於該桿體1之外周面,且該螺紋3具有二端,其中一端係朝向該桿體1形成尖錐部11之一端延伸,該螺紋3另一端則朝向該桿體1形成頭部2之另一端延伸,該螺紋3具有二表面31,該二表面31之一邊緣均連結於該桿體1之外周面,該二表面31之另一邊緣則互相連接以形成該螺紋3之切削緣32。
再參照第3、4及5圖所示,該螺紋3之切削緣32處另設有至少一容屑槽33,該容屑槽33具有一導引面331、一集屑面332及一連接面333,該連接面333係連接於該導引面331及集屑面332之間,且該導引面331、集屑面332及連接面333係共同構成一容屑空間,該容屑空間係由該切削緣32朝向該桿體1方向延伸,並同時貫穿該螺紋3之二表面31,且該連接面333較佳不與該桿體1之外周面相鄰接。該容屑槽33係鄰近該尖錐部11,且該導引面331較接近該螺紋3朝向尖錐部11延伸之一端。另外,該連接面333設有呈凹凸紋之絞碎部,如本實施例所示,該絞碎部可由數個互為平行之凹凸溝紋所構成,亦可由數個呈陣列之凹凸稜格紋所構成,或者也可以是由複數任意幾何形狀之凹凸紋所構成。
另外,該導引面331較佳為一弧面,該集屑面332較佳為一平面,且該導引面331及集屑面332均與該切削緣32形成有一鄰接端點331a、332a,該二鄰接端點331a、332a分別與該桿體1中心之連線係具有一夾角θ,且該夾角θ較佳為90度~270度。
請參照第4及6圖所示,當本發明之螺絲欲鎖入一物件4時,較佳係先於該物件4鑽有一導孔41,該導孔41之孔徑較佳等於或大於該桿體1之最大外徑,但不得大於該螺紋3之切削緣32的最大徑向距離。其實施時,係將該螺絲之尖錐部11對準該導孔41,並利用一工具嵌卡於該頭部2之結合槽21,以帶動該螺絲旋轉並使該螺紋3對該導孔41之內壁面進行攻牙而形成牙溝42,且其進行攻牙時,係藉由該尖錐部11外周面之螺紋3由淺而深地使該牙溝42逐漸擴徑。
再參照第4、6及7圖所示,當設於該螺紋3上之容屑槽33旋入該牙溝42時,該螺紋3令該牙溝42擴徑時所產生之大部分料屑會先經由該導引面331之引導而落於該容屑槽33中,接著該集屑面332會再將該牙溝42內殘留之料屑切斷並刮除乾淨,使該牙溝42內無殘留料屑,以便於該螺絲之螺紋3能夠順利且迅速地旋入該牙溝42。
隨著該螺絲之旋入動作,該容屑槽33會帶動料屑在該牙溝42內移動,並使料屑與該連接面333之絞碎部碰撞,而將料屑絞碎成更細小的碎屑,且透過該集屑面332之擠料作用而填滿於整個容屑槽33,因此在該螺絲旋入該物件4後,能夠增加該螺絲與物件4之間的鎖固力。
請參照第8及9圖所示,係本發明第二實施例螺絲亦具有桿體5、尖錐部51、螺紋6、表面61、切削緣62、容屑槽63、導引面631、集屑面632及連接面633等結構特徵。相較於第一實施例,本第二實施例之連接面633亦設有呈凹凸紋之絞碎部,該絞碎部係由數個互為平行且朝向同一方向之斜齒所組成,各該斜齒均具有一斜面及一直立面,且該直立面係朝向該導引面631,該斜面則朝向該集屑面633。
藉此,當料屑與該連接面633之絞碎部碰撞時,可更輕易地將料屑絞碎成更細小的碎屑,以增加該螺絲與物件之間的鎖固力。
如上所述,本發明攻牙時所產生之料屑係容納於該容屑槽中,且該容屑槽之集屑面能夠再將該牙溝內殘留之料屑切斷並刮除乾淨,使該牙溝內無殘留料屑,以便於該螺絲能夠順利且迅速地旋入該物件,並可避免該物件迸裂或產生裂痕。
本發明容屑槽呈粗糙面之連接面可將料屑絞碎成更細小的碎屑,並透過該集屑面之擠料作用而填滿於整個容屑槽,因此在該螺絲旋入該物件後,能夠增加該螺絲與物件之間的鎖固力。
本發明之螺絲製造生產時,只需要一道搓牙製程即可形成該螺紋及容屑槽,所以本發明單次加工即可成型,故生產程序簡單且成本低。
雖然本發明已利用上述較佳實施例揭示,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍之內,相對上述實施例進行各種更動與修改仍屬本發明所保護之技術範疇,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種螺絲,係包含:一桿體,一端為尖錐部;一頭部,形成於該桿體另一端,且該頭部具有一結合槽;及一螺紋,設於該桿體外周面並由該尖錐部朝向設有該頭部之另一端呈螺旋延伸,該螺紋具有二表面,該二表面之邊緣互相連接形成該螺紋之一切削緣;其中該螺紋係自該切削緣凹設至少一容屑槽,該容屑槽係鄰近該尖錐部,該容屑槽具有一導引面、一集屑面及一連接面,該連接面係連接於該導引面及集屑面之間,且該連接面設有呈凹凸紋之絞碎部,該導引面、集屑面及連接面係圍繞成一容屑空間,該容屑空間貫穿該螺紋之二表面。
  2. 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之螺絲,其中該絞碎部係由複數任意幾何形狀之凹凸紋所構成。
  3. 依申請專利範圍第2項所述之螺絲,其中該絞碎部係由數個互相平行之凹凸溝紋或數個呈陣列之凹凸稜格紋所構成。
  4. 依申請專利範圍第2項所述之螺絲,其中該絞碎部係由數個互為平行且朝向同一方向之斜齒所構成。
  5. 依申請專利範圍第4項所述之螺絲,其中各該斜齒均具有一斜面及一直立面,該直立面朝向該導引面,該斜面朝向該集屑面。
  6. 依申請專利範圍第1、2、3、4或5項所述之螺絲,其中該導引面為一弧面,該集屑面為一平面。
  7. 依申請專利範圍第6項所述之螺絲,其中該導引面相較於該集屑面係較接近該螺紋朝向尖錐部延伸之一端。
  8. 依申請專利範圍第1、2、3、4或5項所述之螺絲,其中該導引面及集屑面均與該切削緣形成有一鄰接端點,該二鄰接端點分別與該桿體中心之連線具有一夾角,該夾角之角度為90度~270度。
  9. 依申請專利範圍第1、2、3、4或5項所述之螺絲,其中該容屑槽之連接面不與該桿體之外周面相鄰接。
