Description

杯蓋
本發明係關於一種杯蓋，特別係關於一種用以蓋闔於一杯體上之可拋棄杯蓋者。
請參考圖1。習用杯蓋為了供卡扣於杯體頂緣，一般會在其卡扣部環設有凸部1，該凸部1並供抵頂於扣唇下緣外側，以達成固定效果。
惟，習用杯蓋在使用上常被人詬病之處在於，當使用者握持杯體時，稍一使力握持可能會導致杯體及扣唇略微變形，此時該凸部1容易自扣唇滑脫，是其缺失之一；又，不同廠商所製杯體，即便杯體規格相同，扣唇的厚度仍會隨著廠商不同而有大小的分別，因此亦常見杯蓋扣闔於扣唇較薄的杯體時，其卡扣效果薄弱，同樣會導致杯蓋容易脫落。
有鑑於習用杯蓋固定於杯體的能力不足，如何針對杯蓋結構更進一步改良之，自係本業界人士亟待努力的方向。
本發明之主要目的係提供一種可穩固蓋闔於杯體上的杯蓋。
本發明之另一主要目的係提供一種不易受扣唇厚度影響結合強度的杯蓋。
為了達成上述目的所提供之杯蓋係用以蓋闔於一杯體上，該杯體具有一杯身及一扣唇，該杯身係成筒狀而具有一上方開口，且該杯身具有一外表面，該扣唇係環繞該開口，該外表面係自扣唇向下延伸，於外表面與扣唇相交處形成有一溝槽，該溝槽距離扣唇最外緣的水平距離為H1，該杯蓋包括一杯面及一卡扣部，該卡扣部環設於該杯面周緣，且該卡扣部底端具有一可彈性外擴之環狀勾部，該勾部尖端係供勾設該溝槽，且當杯蓋蓋闔於杯體上時，該勾部尖端與扣唇最外緣的水平距離為H2，該勾部尖端更高於扣唇最下緣，其中H2約等於H1。
藉此，本發明之卡扣部由於係採勾部之設計創意，該勾部尖端恰可勾設該溝槽，因此當該杯蓋蓋闔於杯體後，即便杯體略微變形，該勾部也不會輕易地自溝槽脫出，且即便扣唇厚薄略有差異，該彈性勾部仍可適應扣唇外型，且勾部尖端仍可卡勾於溝槽內，因而得以確保與杯體的結合強度無虞。
以下將藉由較佳實施例說明本發明之結構特徵及其預期達成之功效，惟非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇，合先敘明。
請參考圖2至圖4、圖4A及圖4B。本發明之杯蓋係用以蓋闔於一杯體10上，該杯體10具有一杯身11及一扣唇12，該杯身11係成筒狀而具有一上方開口，且該杯身11具有一外表面13，該扣唇12係環繞該開口，該外表面13係自扣唇12向下延伸，於外表面13與扣唇12相交處形成有一溝槽14，該溝槽14距離扣唇12最外緣的水平距離為H1。在本發明之較佳實施例中，該杯蓋包括一杯面20、一卡扣部30及一內擋緣40。
該杯面20主要係用以封閉該開口，且該杯面20較佳者係設有至少一飲口供杯中溶液流出。
該卡扣部30係環設於該杯面20周緣，且該卡扣部30底端具有一可彈性外擴之環狀勾部31，該勾部31尖端係供勾設於該溝槽14，較佳者在該杯蓋蓋闔於杯體10的同時，該勾部31會受頂撐而彈性外擴，且當杯蓋蓋闔於杯體10後，該勾部31尖端與扣唇12最外緣的水平距離為H2，該勾部31尖端更高於該扣唇12最下緣，其中H2約等於H1。
該內擋緣40係設於該杯面20底部且位於卡扣部30內側，該內擋緣40係用以供扣唇12內緣抵頂，較佳者該內擋緣40係成環狀排列，藉此用以將扣唇朝外推抵，以利勾部31勾設該溝槽14。在本發明其他可能實施例中，該內擋緣40亦可具有若干段落或凸點而不連續地排列於杯面20底部。
請接著參考圖5及圖5A。在本發明之另一實施例中，該勾部31具有一平貼面32，該平貼面32係自該勾部31尖端向下延伸，且該平貼面32係供平貼於該杯身11外表面，藉此令內擋緣40與平貼面32雙向夾抵該杯體10，從而達到較佳固定功效。
請參考圖6。為了進一步增加該勾部31之彈性，於該卡扣部30上可設有多個軸向延伸之剖槽33，該些剖槽33將該勾部31分割成多個可獨立彈性外擴之段落，藉此提升該卡扣部30之結合性能。
請參考圖7A至圖7C。當欲將杯蓋扣合於杯體10時，先將該杯蓋向下移動至扣唇12上方(如圖7A所示)，而後施力下壓，令該卡扣部30及勾部31彈性外擴(如圖7B所示)，而當杯蓋更為靠近杯體10時，該勾部31會藉由彈力回彈，並勾設於該溝槽14內(如圖7C所示)，從而將卡扣部30緊密卡扣於扣唇12上，並防止勾部31脫出溝槽14。
本發明藉由令卡扣部具有勾部造型，並藉由勾部尖端卡勾於扣唇與杯身外表面溝槽內之設計創意，令杯蓋可更為緊密地與杯體結合，且杯蓋更不易因杯身變形而不慎脫出，也不會因扣唇厚薄之公差變化而顯著影響結合強度，顯然本發明已大幅改善了習用杯蓋長期以來存在的問題，是可滿足產業界及廣大消費者之需求。
由上可知，本發明不僅結構新穎實用，更具有顯著進步之功效，符合專利法相關規定，爰依法提起專利申請，鑑請　鈞局早日核予專利，實感德便。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種杯蓋，用以蓋闔於一杯體上，該杯體具有一杯身及一扣唇，該杯身係成筒狀而具有一上方開口，且該杯身具有一外表面，該扣唇係環繞該開口，該外表面係自扣唇向下延伸，於外表面與扣唇相交處形成有一溝槽，該溝槽距離扣唇最外緣的水平距離為H1，該杯蓋包括：一杯面；一卡扣部，環設於該杯面周緣，該卡扣部底端具有一可彈性外擴之勾部，該勾部尖端係供勾設該溝槽，且當杯蓋蓋闔於杯體上時，該勾部尖端與扣唇最外緣的水平距離為H2，該勾部尖端更高於扣唇最下緣，其中H2約等於H1。
  2. 如請求項1所述之杯蓋，更包括一內擋緣，該內擋緣係設於該杯面底部且位於卡扣部內側，該內擋緣係用以供扣唇內緣抵頂。
  3. 如請求項2所述之杯蓋，其中該內擋緣成環狀。
  4. 如請求項1所述之杯蓋，其中在該杯蓋蓋闔於杯體的同時，該勾部會受頂撐而彈性外擴。
  5. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述之杯蓋，其中該勾部成環狀。
  6. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述之杯蓋，其中該勾部具有一平貼面，該平貼面係自該勾部尖端向下延伸，且該平貼面係供平貼於該杯身外表面。
  7. 如請求項1至4中任一項所述之杯蓋，其中該卡扣部上具有多個軸向延伸之剖槽，該些剖槽將該勾部分割成多個可獨立彈性外擴之段落。
