Description

電視接收器以及相關之電視系統與電視控制方法
本發明係有關於可配合使用者的使用習慣之電視控制，尤指一種電視接收器以及相關之電視系統與電視控制方法。
習知的電視遙控器上通常提供一按鈕，以便使用者由目前觀賞中的頻道跳至在此之前剛觀賞過的頻道；使用者亦可重複地按這個按鈕，以便在這兩個頻道之間來回切換。這種過於簡要的設計不能滿足大多數使用者的需求。
尤其是，使用者必須熟記某幾個喜歡的頻道的號碼，以便迅速地切換至所欲觀賞的頻道。然而，對於記性不好的使用者而言，要求熟記其所喜愛之頻道的號碼並不可行，也非常不方便。使用者可能被迫要逐一、連續地切換頻道，才得以找到使用者印象中所喜愛之頻道。另外，有的電視遙控器上提供其它按鈕，以試圖解決上述問題。然而，這對於具有數個成員的一個家庭而言並不實用；實際上，家庭中每個成員都會有各自喜愛的頻道。
由上述可知，習知的設計過於簡單，即使有改善方案也不實用，均無法滿足使用者的需求。因此，習知之技術實在有待改進。
因此本發明之目的之一在於提供一種電視接收器以及相關之電視系統與電視控制方法，以解決上述問題。
本發明之較佳實施例中提供一種電視接收器，包含有：一無線模組，一資料庫，一使用者辨識模組，以及一頻道選擇模組。該無線模組係用來接收至少一無線訊號，該無線訊號載有一特定使用者之辨識資料。該資料庫係用來儲存對應於複數個使用者之頻道選擇資訊。該使用者辨識模組係用來依據該特定使用者之辨識資料，自該資料庫中取出對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊。該頻道選擇模組係用來依據對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊來選擇頻道。
本發明於提供上述電視接收器之同時，亦對應地提供一種相關之電視系統，包含有：一遙控器，一無線模組，一資料庫，一使用者辨識模組，以及一頻道選擇模組。該遙控器係用來傳送一無線訊號，該無線訊號載有一特定使用者之辨識資料。該無線模組係用來接收該無線訊號。該資料庫係用來儲存對應於複數個使用者之頻道選擇資訊。該使用者辨識模組係用來依據該特定使用者之辨識資料，自該資料庫中取出對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊。該頻道選擇模組係用來依據對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊來選擇頻道。尤其是，該遙控器包含一指紋辨識模組與一無線模組。該指紋辨識模組係用來產生該辨識資料，而該遙控器中之該無線模組係用來傳送該無線訊號。
本發明於提供上述電視接收器之同時，亦對應地提供一種相關之電視控制方法，包含有：接收至少一無線訊號，該無線訊號載有一特定使用者之辨識資料；依據該特定使用者之辨識資料，取出對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊；以及依據對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊來選擇頻道。
請參考第1圖，第1圖為依據本發明一第一實施例之電視系統100的示意圖。電視系統100包含一電視接收器110與一遙控器180，其中電視接收器110包含一無線模組112、一資料庫114、一使用者辨識模組116、一頻道選擇模組118、以及一分析模組120，而遙控器180則包含一指紋辨識模組182與一無線模組184。依據本實施例，電視接收器110係為機上盒，例如：數位電視機上盒。然而，這僅為了說明之用途而已，並非對本發明之限制。依據本實施例之一變化例，電視接收器110係內建於電視機；例如：電視系統100係為液晶電視系統或電漿電視系統。依據本實施例之不同的變化例，電視接收器110可內建於筆記型電腦、口袋型電腦、個人數位助理、或多功能行動電話。
實作上，使用者辨識模組116與分析模組120可透過執行一特定程式碼之控制電路110C來實現；此狀況下，使用者辨識模組116與分析模組120均代表該特定程式碼中之軟體模組，實體上可視為只有控制電路110C。依據本實施例，該特定程式碼係為硬體程式碼，例如：唯讀記憶體程式碼(ROM Code)。然而，這僅為了說明之用途而已，並非對本發明之限制。依據本實施例之一變化例，該特定程式碼可為韌體程式碼。依據本實施例之另一變化例，該特定程式碼可為軟體程式碼。而資料庫114係建立於一儲存裝置中，例如硬碟或各式的記憶體。
依據本實施例，資料庫114係用來儲存對應於複數個使用者之頻道選擇資訊，其中分析模組120在該些使用者平時的觀賞期間，分別統計該些使用者之觀賞習慣，尤其是從頻道選擇模組118分別收集並統計該些使用者所分別觀賞之各頻道的次數，以取得次數對頻道之分佈狀況。更明確而言，每當使用者在觀賞節目時，分析模組120從使用者辨識模組116得知目前使用者的身分，並統計該使用者之觀賞習慣，尤其是從頻道選擇模組118收集並統計該使用者所分別觀賞之各頻道的次數，以取得次數對頻道之分佈狀況。於是，分析模組120就產生分別對應於該些使用者之頻道選擇資訊，並將所產生之頻道選擇資訊儲存至資料庫114。依據本實施例，分析模組120可隨時或於預定排程中對資料庫114中該些使用者之頻道選擇資訊予以更新。在一較佳實施例中，分析模組120更統計每位使用者在不同時間點的觀賞頻道。
如第1圖所示，當遙控器180偵測到一特定使用者之碰觸後，能傳送該特定使用者之辨識資料予電視接收器110，而電視接收器110收到該辨識資料後再相應地進行選台(頻道選擇)。於本實施例中，該辨識資料包含該特定使用者之指紋資訊之代表資料，其對應於該特定使用者之指紋；例如：該辨識資料可為一組十六進位之代碼；又例如：該辨識資料可為一字串。
舉例來說，該些使用者的使用者名稱包含{“Neo”,“Trinity”,“Morris”,“Bob”}，他們的指紋辨識資料分別為{“a098fjkx”,“adsvk93”,“9839xkss”,“akavkek2”}，其中目前正拿著遙控器180之特定使用者是“Neo”。因應使用者“Neo”之碰觸，指紋辨識模組182產生使用者“Neo”之辨識資料“a098fjkx”，而無線模組184相應地傳送一無線訊號；而電視接收器110之無線模組112接收至少一無線訊號，尤其是來自無線模組184之無線訊號，該無線訊號載有使用者“Neo”之辨識資料“a098fjkx”。另外，使用者辨識模組116因應無線模組112所接收之無線訊號，自資料庫114中取出對應於使用者“Neo”之頻道選擇資訊。頻道選擇模組118就依據對應於使用者“Neo”之頻道選擇資訊來選擇頻道。
依據本實施例，無線模組112與184均為紅外線控制模組，而上述之無線訊號係為紅外線訊號。尤其是，無線模組184係為紅外線發射模組，且無線模組112係為紅外線接收模組。然而，這僅為了說明之用途而已，並非對本發明之限制。依據本實施例之變化例，無線模組112與184可為其它類型的無線收發模組；例如：無線模組112與184均為藍芽通訊模組；又例如：無線模組112與184均為射頻通訊模組。
第2圖為依據本發明一實施例之電視控制方法900的示意圖，其中電視控制方法900可應用於第1圖所示之電視系統100。如第2圖所示，電視控制方法900包含遙控器之控制流程910與電視接收器之控制流程920，分別對應於第1圖所示之遙控器180與電視接收器110。電視控制方法900說明如下：
於步驟912中，指紋辨識模組182取得該特定使用者之指紋。舉例來說，目前正拿著遙控器180之特定使用者是“Neo”；因應使用者“Neo”之碰觸，指紋辨識模組182會產生使用者“Neo”之辨識資料“a098fjkx”。
於步驟914中，無線模組184送出該特定使用者之辨識資料。尤其是，在該特定使用者是“Neo”的情況下，無線模組184會相應地傳送出載有辨識資料“a098fjkx”之無線訊號。
於步驟922中，使用者辨識模組116判斷目前使用者是否為有效使用者。尤其是，使用者辨識模組116依據接收自遙控器180之辨識資料，對資料庫114進行搜尋，以判斷目前使用者是否為有效使用者。若目前使用者係為有效使用者，則進入步驟924；否則，進入步驟928。例如：使用者辨識模組116依據辨識資料“a098fjkx”對資料庫114進行搜尋時，判斷辨識資料“a098fjkx”對應於使用者“Neo”，接下來就會進入步驟924。
於步驟924中，使用者辨識模組116讀取頻道選擇資訊。尤其是，使用者辨識模組116依據該特定使用者(於此即目前使用者)之辨識資料，自該資料庫114中取出對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊，並將所取出之頻道選擇資訊傳送至頻道選擇模組118。
於步驟926中，頻道選擇模組118選擇使用者之最喜愛頻道。尤其是，頻道選擇模組118依據對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊來選擇其最喜愛頻道。舉例而言，在該特定使用者是“Neo”的情況下，頻道選擇模組118就依據對應於使用者“Neo”之最喜愛頻道(於本實施例係為頻道5)來選擇頻道。依據本實施例，每一使用者之頻道選擇資訊包含一最喜愛頻道；例如：當資料庫114中目前為止統計所得的頻道選擇資訊指出使用者“Neo”的最喜愛頻道是頻道5，則頻道選擇模組118就據以得知使用者“Neo”的最喜愛頻道是頻道5，並選擇頻道5。然而，這僅為了說明之用途而已，並非對本發明之限制。依據本實施例之一變化例，每一使用者之頻道選擇資訊可包含一最喜愛頻道或複數個具有優先順序之最喜愛頻道；例如：當資料庫114中目前為止統計所得的頻道選擇資訊指出使用者“Neo”的數個具有優先順序之最喜愛頻道依序是頻道5、10、15、20，頻道選擇模組118就觸發110電視接收器將這數個具有優先順序之最喜愛頻道的號碼輸出顯示予使用者以供選擇。依據本變化例，若於一預定時間內(例如：數秒鐘以內)未取得使用者的回覆，則頻道選擇模組118就直接決定使用者之最喜愛頻道係為優先順序最高之最喜愛頻道，即頻道5。
於步驟928中，頻道選擇模組118依據一般方式來選擇頻道。然而，這僅為了說明之用途而已，並非對本發明之限制。依據本實施例之一變化例，資料庫114另儲存有一般使用者之頻道選擇資訊；於是，頻道選擇模組118就依據對應於一般使用者之頻道選擇資訊來選擇頻道。
第3圖為第2圖所示之電視控制方法900於一實施例中之實施細節，尤其是電視接收器110之控制流程930，其中本實施例是第2圖所示之實施例的變化例。依據本實施例，至少一個使用者之頻道選擇資訊可另包含一個或多個被禁止觀賞之頻道。例如：使用者是“Neo”是一個家庭的家長，擁有電視系統100的設定權限，並可針對家庭中每個成員設定禁止觀賞之頻道。另外，除了可為家中的未成年成員設定禁止觀賞之頻道之外，使用者“Neo”亦可針對其本身不願涉及之頻道，予以設定為禁止觀賞之頻道。
於步驟932中，電視接收器110透過無線模組112接收該無線訊號，以取得該特定使用者之辨識資料。
於步驟934中，使用者辨識模組116取出對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊。尤其是，使用者辨識模組116自資料庫114取出對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊，並將所取出之頻道選擇資訊提供予頻道選擇模組118。例如：在該特定使用者是“Neo”的情況下，使用者辨識模組116針對該無線訊號所載之辨識資料“a098fjkx”於資料庫114中進行搜尋，並據以取出對應於使用者“Neo”之頻道選擇資訊。
於步驟936中，於接收到使用者辨識模組116所提供之頻道選擇資訊之後，頻道選擇模組118就可以得知該頻道選擇資訊是否包含使用者被禁止觀賞之頻道。尤其是，於接收到來自使用者辨識模組116之對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊之後，頻道選擇模組118就可以得知該頻道選擇資訊中是否包含禁止觀賞之頻道的明細表(Prohibited Channel List)。若該頻道選擇資訊包含禁止觀賞之頻道，則進入步驟938-1；否則，進入步驟938-2。例如：使用者辨識模組116於步驟934取出對應於使用者“Neo”之頻道選擇資訊並將其提供予頻道選擇模組118之後，頻道選擇模組118得知該頻道選擇資訊中包含禁止觀賞之頻道54、55，接下來就會進入步驟938-1。
於步驟938-1中，頻道選擇模組118依據頻道選擇資訊來選擇頻道，並於頻道切換時略過被禁止觀賞之頻道。尤其是，使用者“Neo”透過遙控器180觸發電視接收器110選擇其最喜愛頻道時，頻道選擇模組118可控制如同步驟924與926所述之運作；一旦使用者“Neo”進行逐台的頻道切換時，就會略過頻道54、55。例如：由頻道40一直向上切換頻道53時，再向上切換就跳到頻道56。又例如：由頻道70一直向下切換頻道56時，再向下切換就跳到頻道53。
於步驟938-2中，頻道選擇模組118依據頻道選擇資訊來選擇頻道。例如：該特定使用者透過遙控器180觸發電視接收器110選擇其最喜愛頻道時，頻道選擇模組118可控制如同步驟924與926所述之運作；由於此狀況下沒有禁止觀賞之頻道，一旦該特定使用者進行逐台的頻道切換時，就正常地向上或向下切換頻道。
第4圖為依據本發明一實施例之資料庫114的示意圖，其中本實施例係為第一實施例之變化例。如第4圖所示，除了使用者之指紋辨識資料、使用者名稱、最喜愛頻道、與禁止觀賞之頻道之外，本實施例之資料庫114另包含允許觀賞之時間，也就是每次開機之觀賞時限。本實施例與前述實施例相仿之處不再重覆贅述。
第5圖為依據本發明一第二實施例之電視系統200的示意圖，其中本實施例係為第一實施例之變化例。本實施例中沒有上述之分析模組120相應之功能。依據本實施例，分別對應於該些使用者之頻道選擇資訊係藉由分別記錄該些使用者之前一次觀賞頻道來產生。尤其是，分別對應於該些使用者之頻道選擇資訊各自有預設值，一旦該特定使用者觀賞某個頻道，對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊中之最喜愛頻道就被更新為這個頻道的號碼。本實施例與前述實施例相仿之處不再重覆贅述。
依據本實施例之一變化例，其中於資料庫114中，分別對應於該些使用者之頻道選擇資訊係藉由對應的使用者所設定。本實施例與前述實施例相仿之處不再重覆贅述。
依據第一、第二實施例之一變化例，分別對應於該些使用者之頻道選擇資訊可於一第一產生模式中藉由分別統計該些使用者之觀賞習慣來產生，或於一第二產生模式中藉由使用者定義來產生，或於一第三產生模式中藉由分別記錄該些使用者之前一次觀賞頻道來產生，其中上述三種產生模式之選擇可藉由使用者之設定來選擇。本實施例與前述實施例相仿之處不再重覆贅述。
相較於習知技術，本發明之電視接收器以及相關之電視系統與電視控制方法能自動地針對一組使用者中之任一使用者提供最喜愛頻道的選擇，且這項個人化的服務不會受到其他使用者的使用習慣的影響。因此，本發明可提供每一位使用者絕佳的觀賞經驗。
本發明的另一好處是，本發明之電視接收器以及相關之電視系統與電視控制方法能針對一組使用者中之任一使用者設定禁止觀賞之頻道，而不會影響到其他使用者個別的使用權限。
以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施例，凡依本發明申請專利範圍所做之均等變化與修飾，皆應屬本發明之涵蓋範圍。

Claims (17)

  1. 一種電視接收器，包含有：一無線模組，用來接收至少一無線訊號，該無線訊號載有一特定使用者之辨識資料；一資料庫，用來儲存對應於複數個使用者之頻道選擇資訊；一使用者辨識模組，用來依據該特定使用者之辨識資料，自該資料庫中取出對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊；一頻道選擇模組，用來依據對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊來選擇頻道；以及一分析模組，用來從該頻道選擇模組分別收集該些使用者觀賞頻道的資訊，以產生分別對應於該些使用者之頻道選擇資訊，並將所產生之頻道選擇資訊儲存至該資料庫。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電視接收器，其中該無線模組係為一紅外線控制模組，而該無線訊號係為一紅外線訊號。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電視接收器，其中該辨識資料包含該特定使用者之指紋資訊之代表資料。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電視接收器，其中於該資料庫中，該些使用者中之每一使用者所對應之頻道選擇資訊包含一喜愛頻道或複數個具有優先順序之喜愛頻道。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電視接收器，其中於該資料庫中，該些使用者中之至少一使用者所對應之頻道選擇資訊包含一個或多個被禁止觀賞之頻道。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電視接收器，其中於該資料庫中，分別對應於該些使用者之頻道選擇資訊包含藉由對應的使用者所設定之資訊。
  7. 一種電視系統，包含有：一遙控器，用來傳送一無線訊號，該無線訊號載有一特定使用者之辨識資料；一無線模組，用來接收該無線訊號；一資料庫，用來儲存對應於複數個使用者之頻道選擇資訊；一使用者辨識模組，用來依據該特定使用者之辨識資料，自該資料庫中取出對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊；一頻道選擇模組，用來依據對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊來選擇頻道；以及一分析模組，用來從該頻道選擇模組分別收集該些使用者觀賞頻道的資訊，以產生分別對應於該些使用者之頻道選擇資訊，並將所產生之頻道選擇資訊儲存至該資料庫。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之電視系統，其中該遙控器包含有：一指紋辨識模組，用來產生該辨識資料；以及 一無線模組，用來傳送該無線訊號。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之電視系統，其中於該資料庫中，該些使用者中之每一使用者所對應之頻道選擇資訊包含一喜愛頻道或複數個具有優先順序之喜愛頻道。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之電視系統，其中於該資料庫中，該些使用者中之至少一使用者所對應之頻道選擇資訊包含一個或多個被禁止觀賞之頻道。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之電視系統，其中於該資料庫中，分別對應於該些使用者之頻道選擇資訊包含由對應的使用者所設定之資訊。
  12. 一種電視控制方法，包含有：接收至少一無線訊號，該無線訊號載有一特定使用者之辨識資料；依據該特定使用者之辨識資料，取出對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊；依據對應於該特定使用者之頻道選擇資訊來選擇頻道；儲存對應於複數個使用者之頻道選擇資訊至一資料庫中；以及收集該些使用者觀賞頻道的資訊，以產生分別對應於該些使用 者之頻道選擇資訊，並將所產生之頻道選擇資訊儲存至該資料庫。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之電視控制方法，其中該無線訊號係為一紅外線訊號。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之電視控制方法，其中該辨識資料包含該特定使用者之指紋資訊之代表資料。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之電視控制方法，其中於該資料庫中，該些使用者中之每一使用者所對應之頻道選擇資訊包含一喜愛頻道或複數個具有優先順序之喜愛頻道。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之電視控制方法，其中於該資料庫中，該些使用者中之至少一使用者所對應之頻道選擇資訊包含一個或多個被禁止觀賞之頻道。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之電視控制方法，其中於該資料庫中，分別對應於該些使用者之頻道選擇資訊包含由對應的使用者所設定之資訊。
