a.塗佈基材:於中空滾筒內部利用內氣旋塗佈系統進行基材塗佈,使基材均勻塗佈於中空滾筒內緣;
b.曝光顯影:利用角度步階旋轉中空滾筒的方式來進行曝光使圖形達到無接縫式,而於曝光時係紫外光曝光源導入中空滾筒內部經過光罩進行曝光,而最後再經過顯影,即得到具無接縫微結構的圖形於中空滾筒內緣之基材上,作為母模;
c.翻製:於製作出中空滾筒母模後,於中空滾筒母模內直接灌注高分子材料,待其固化後再予以脫模翻製成軟性之滾印模仁。
