之關係。又,如此組合後的束緊部之大腿外侧、大腿内側 上之連結部分其上下寬度,係5 cm以上者為較佳。更理想 者為’令於大腿外側上的連結部分之上下寬度為5至15 cm 程度’而令大腿内側上的連結部分之上下寬度為5至1〇咖 程度。有關寬度之以上記載於其他實施型態亦同。另外, 前述束緊部之組合除外’再加上支撐臀中肌(即為臀部上 部之肌肉)之束緊部’則能支撐髖關節之外旋動作。 又,將大腿部前側束緊部2a與大腿部後側束緊部2c 組合亦可。藉由這樣的组合,以支樓膝蓋之内轉運動以及 髖關郎之内轉動作。又’將大腿部前侧束緊部2b與大腿部 後側束緊部2d予以組合也可。藉由這樣的組合,以支樓膝 蓋之外轉、外旋動作。如此組合後的大腿部前側束緊部以 及大腿部後侧束緊部,係從伸縮褲〗的前側或後側之任一 侧觀察時,各束緊部之間存在有相對於上下方向朝反方向 傾斜之關係。 如上述,利用大腿部前側束緊部及大腿部後侧束緊部 將大腿部從前後方向予以支撐,藉此使髖關節或膝蓋關節 處的内旋、外旋運動,或内轉、外轉運動容易實行。又, 利用大腿部前側束緊部之一部份,以及大腿部後側束緊部 之一部份,將膝蓋從左右予以支撐,使膝蓋關節處的彎曲、 20 1330522 伸展運動容易實行。 接著,關於對應小腿部的部分之組合而言,將小腿部 前側束緊部2e與小腿部後側束緊部2h予以組合亦可。藉 由這樣的組合,以支撐膝蓋之内轉動作以及内膝蓋。又, 將小腿部前側束緊部2f與小腿部後側束緊部2g予以組合 亦可。藉由這樣的組合,以支撐膝蓋之外轉動作以及外膝 蓋。如此組合後的小腿部前侧束緊部與小腿部後側束緊 部,係從伸縮褲1的前側或後側之任一側觀察時,各束緊 部之間存在有相對於上下方向朝同方向傾斜之關係。 又,亦可將小腿部前側束緊部2e與小腿部後側束緊部 _ 2g予以組合。藉由這樣的組合,以支撐膝蓋之外旋動作以 及小腿之外旋動作。如此,可支撐如足球的腳内側踢球之 動作等。又,亦可將小腿部前侧束緊部2f與小腿部後側束 緊部2h予以組合。藉由這樣的組合,以支撐膝蓋之外旋動 作。如此組合後的小腿部前側束緊部與小腿部後側束緊 部,係從伸縮褲1的前側或後側之任一側觀察時,存在有 各束緊部之間相對於上下方向朝反方向傾斜之關係。 如上述,利用小腿部前側束緊部以及小腿部後側束緊 部將小腿部從前後方向予以支撐,藉此使膝蓋關節或腳踝 處的内旋、外旋運動或内轉、外轉運動容易實行。又,利 _ 用小腿部前側束緊部之一部份,以及小腿部後側束緊部之 一部份,將膝蓋從左右予以支撐,使得膝蓋關節處的彎曲、 伸展運動容易實行。 再者,可將上述對應大腿部的部分之各個組合,以及 上述對應小腿部的部分之各個組合予以組合。以下參照圖 向牢固地支撐。如上述,當於膝蓋上無束緊部接觸時,則 可確保膝蓋的自由度而能提高其運動跟隨性。相反地,當 膝蓋上有束緊部接觸時,雖然能提高其膝蓋之穩定性,但 其運動跟隨性則降低。在此,圖U ( a)、(b)所示之伸縮 褲上再形成大腿部後側束緊部2c亦可。在這樣的情況之 下’大腿部後側束緊部2c之下部以及膝下束緊部2v的内 膝侧上部,係於内膝部分相連結。如此,與膝下束緊部2v 的内膝所接觸之部分,係由大腿部前側束緊部2c朝大腿部 之外側上方拉伸的同時,與膝下束緊部2v的外膝所接觸的 部分,係由大腿部前側束緊部2a以及大腿部後側束緊部 23 1330522 2d以朝大腿部的内側上方拉伸。亦即,膝下束緊部2v的 内膝側接觸部與外膝側接觸部,於Λ腿部前後處皆被朝彼 此逆向拉伸,因此,更能增加對膝蓋之支樓。又,再與膝 下束緊部2ν的内膝侧上部予以連結而形成束緊部後,將此 一束緊部之上部與大腿部前側束緊部2a或與大腿部後側 束緊部2d予以連結亦可。或者,將大腿部前侧束緊部2b、 大腿部後側束緊部2c以及膝下束緊部2v予以組合亦可。 在這樣的情況下’大腿部前侧束緊部2b之下部、大腿部後 側束緊部2c之下部以及膝下束緊部2v之内膝側上部,係 於内膝蓋部分相連結。在此,再加以設置將膝下束緊部2V 之下部與運動用伸縮褲的下擺所連結之束緊部,藉此^位 於膝下以及膝蓋内外側之束緊部予以更大的張力,故能提 高其支撐效果。又,將膝下束緊部2v之下部與運動用伸縮 褲的下擺連結的束緊部,一般情況係一條即可,但若形成 2條以便將膝下束緊部2V朝左右下方拉伸,則能容易產生 更大張力。另外’即使不形成膝下束緊部2v而僅形成大腿 部前侧束緊部2a與大腿部後側束緊部2d亦可。 圖12 (a)為運動用伸縮褲之前視圖,表示於腳部的 緊σ卩和小腿部後側束緊部將小腿部從前後予以支撑,俾使 髖關節、膝蓋關節以及腳踝之内旋、外旋運動或内轉、外 轉運動更容易地進行。另外,由於各束緊部之一部份從左 右方向支撐膝蓋,故能使膝蓋關節之彎曲、展運動亦容 易進行。 人,位於大腿部剛側與小腿部前側,或位於大腿部後 二二小腿部後側各處的各個束緊部的傾斜角度之關係,係 ^腿部的束緊部之斜度,與於小腿部的束緊部之斜度彼 方向者為較佳。如此,包含大腿以及小腿部之整體 譴,更能平衡支撐進行内旋、外旋運動以及内轉、外 轉運動所需之肌肉。 又,形成於大腿部及小腿部之束緊部,其形成於大腿 腿部之任一方的束緊部,係以前後夾住之狀態予以 形成即可。此時,形成於另—方的束緊部,係將大腿部或 1330522 小腿部從左右夾住之狀態予以形成。具體而言,例如,於 大腿部處從前後夾住之狀態以形成束緊部,並接觸於膝蓋 内側以及外側’而在小腿部處’從左右方向夾住之狀態以 形成束緊部,而使其達到下擺處。又,若於大腿部從左右 夾住之狀態以形成束緊部’並與膝蓋之内側以及外側所接 觸時,於小腿部處則從前後夾住之狀態以形成束緊部而使 其達到下擺處。如此形成束緊部之後,能將大腿部或小腿 部從前後方向牢固地支撐’加上將膝蓋從左右方向牢固地 支撐,因此能平衡地支撐進行内旋、外旋運動、内轉、外 轉運動以及屈彎、伸展運動所需之肌肉。 另外,藉由大腿部前侧束緊部與大腿部後側束緊部將大 腿部從前後予以支撑時,即設有上述之小腿部前側束緊部 或小腿部後侧束緊部之至少任一方即可。 又’藉由大腿部前側束緊部與大腿部後側束緊部,將 大腿部從前後方向予以支撐時,在對應大腿部的前侧或後 側之部分’將大腿部前側束緊部與大腿部後側束緊部從大 腿的前側或後側之任一側觀察時,令兩者彼此位於略相同 位置的方式以形成,或令大腿部前側束緊部與大腿部後側 束緊部朝上下方向稍微錯開的方式以形成亦可。在此,具 體說明將上述兩個束緊部以上下方向稍微錯開的方式形成 之情況’例如’將大腿部前側束緊部形成於對應於大腿部 的前側之部分的上方,而將大腿部後側束緊部形成於對應 大腿部的後側之部分的下方。或者,亦有將大腿部前側束 緊部形成於對應大腿部的前側之部分的下方,而將大腿部 後侧束緊部形成於對應大腿部的後侧部分的上方之情況。
