Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an athletic garment worn for various athletic competitions and exercises according to the athletic competition and a manufacturing method thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A joint that has been damaged by exercise or the like may recur the same failure due to exercise or the like even after the failure has been completely cured. Therefore, in general, a taping technique is used in which a recurrence of a failure is prevented by winding an adhesive tape around the damaged portion to protect and reinforce. In this way, taping is effective in preventing recurrence of damaged joints, but taping reinforces ligaments and tendons by stretching the tape along the ligament and tendon travel based on anatomical principles. Therefore, the taping method is closely related to the shape and direction of the muscles of the body, and in order to obtain a greater effect, it is ideal to obtain an appropriate tension in the necessary part and direction as much as possible. Limiting the exercise of the muscle to a portion where there is no obstacle especially during exercise is not preferable because it puts an unnecessary burden on the muscle and causes a decrease in exercise ability. Therefore, in order to actually do this, specialized knowledge about the body is required, which is not easy. In addition, depending on the part where taping is performed, there is a case where assistance from another person is required at the time of taping.
[0003]
In order to solve this problem, there has been a lower body garment that has elasticity and is worn in close contact with the body surface, and has a support function. In order to provide a support function for such lower body clothing, a method of attaching or switching an appropriate application cloth to a portion where the tightening force is desired to be increased or applying a flexible synthetic resin liquid has been proposed. .
[0004]
In recent years, attempts have been made to provide a support function by providing lower body clothes with circular knitting or warp jacquard knitting, and changing the knitting structure of the portion where the tightening force is to be increased to increase the tightening force. As such lower body clothing, there was a garment having a body shape correction function or a muscle support function disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-8203. This is a garment that is worn in close contact with the body, and this garment is a warp knitted fabric that is knitted by a warp knitting jacquard knitting machine. The tightening force is increased to provide a support function. And the part with strong tightening force is provided in a pattern shape, and this pattern is a continuous pattern with a band shape or a curve.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the above-described conventional technique, when a portion having a strong tightening force is formed by applying a patch or switching, there is a problem in that the seam portion restricts stretchability by performing sewing, thereby preventing the movement of the human body. Moreover, since there is much seam allowance, a seam allowance presses on a body, and a feeling of wear was impaired. In addition, the method of applying the synthetic resin solution has a problem that the air permeability is lowered and the steam is easily steamed because the stitches of the knitted fabric are blocked.
[0006]
And the method using a circular knitting has a problem in durability because it is easy to wire. Further, the method using the warp jacquard knitted fabric has a poor feeling of wearing because the portion where the tightening force is large is densely stitched and the air permeability is lowered and it is easy to get stuffy. In addition, a portion having a large tightening force provided in a belt shape has a uniform tightening force, and it is difficult to give an appropriate tightening force to a necessary portion, and there is a problem that movement of a human body is restricted.

[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the present invention, and the exercise clothing of this embodiment is a spats 10 that reaches the heel from the waistline. The stretchable portion 12 occupying the widest area on the surface of the spats 10 and formed of a knitted fabric having high stretchability is formed of the structure A. The structure A is thin, and four elastic yarns are knitted into a ground knitted with two inelastic yarns per unit section, and has high stretchability and appropriate air permeability. The portions other than the stretchable portion 12 are provided as tightening portions formed of other knitting structures B, C, D, and E. Each tightening portion will be described below.
[0015]
First, a buttock tightening portion 14 is formed on the heel portion 11 of the spats 10 in a circular arc shape that curves upward along the upper gluteus medius and the middle gluteal muscle. The buttocks tightening portion 14 is formed of the tissue B. The organization B is based on a thick fabric in which 6 elastic yarns are knitted in a ground knitted with 2 inelastic yarns per unit section, and the same thin fabric as the organization A of the stretchable portion 12 is fine polka dots in this thick fabric. The gap portions 13 are formed so as to be scattered. The tissue B has a high tightening force by widely using thick ground, and radiates sweat and heat from the polka-dot-shaped gap portion 13.
[0016]
Then, both end portions of the buttocks tightening portion 14 extend near the greater trochanter which is a connecting portion of the great calcaneus and the hip joint, and one rectangular greater trochanter tightening portion 16 is formed. The greater trochanter tightening portion 16 is formed of the structure C. The tissue C is based on the same thick ground as the tissue B, and a gap portion 17 is formed in the thick ground where the same thin ground as the tissue A is radially provided. The greater trochanter tightening portion 16 is provided with a thick portion in order to maintain the waist position, and controls the stretch direction of the knitted fabric. Since the gap portion 17 is provided by a radial straight line, the greater trochanter tightening portion 16 does not become hard and fits the body.
[0017]
Then, from the pair of greater trochanter tightening portions 16, an outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18 that extends above the patella portion 15, and a iliac ligament tightening portion 20 that extends below the patella portion 15 are formed. The outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18 and the intestinal shin ligament tightening portion 20 are both formed of the tissue D. The tissue D is formed in the same thick ground as the tissue B in a strip shape, and a linear gap portion 21 made of the same thin ground as the tissue A is provided substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the strip to form a striped pattern. Yes. As shown in FIG. 3, the tissue D can change stretchability and tightening force by changing the width and interval of the gap 21. Moreover, since it becomes easy to extend in the direction perpendicular to the gap 21, the expansion / contraction direction can be changed by changing the angle of the gap 21.
[0018]
First, in the outer broad muscle tightening portion 18, the width of the gap portion 21 becomes narrower as it approaches the greater trochanter tightening portion 16, and the tightening force becomes stronger. In the middle of the thigh 19, the width of the gap 21 is widened and the tightening force is slightly reduced. As the patella 15 is approached, the width of the gap 21 is narrowed again, and the tightening force is strong. As a result, the stretchability of the vicinity of the center of the outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18 is improved, the ability to cope with elongation is improved, and the shift during the movement is reduced.
[0019]
The intestinal shin ligament tightening portion 20 is provided in the vicinity of the greater trochanter tightening portion 16 with a linear gap portion 21 inclined upward to the right in the longitudinal direction of the intestinal ligament tightening portion 20 in FIG. Yes. As a result, in the vicinity of the greater trochanter tightening portion 16 of the intestinal shin ligament tightening portion 20, a strong tightening force is generated in the vertical direction of the body, a weak tightening force is generated in the front-rear direction of the body, and the movement followability is improved. And in the vicinity of the patella part 15, the width | variety of the clearance gap part 21 becomes narrow and a tightening force becomes strong.
[0020]
Further, on the inner crotch 23 side of the thigh, the long adductor elastic banding portion 22 that extends from the knee of the leg to the upper side of the patella 15 and the inner vastus muscle tightening portion that extends from the leg of the leg to the lower side of the patella 15. 24 is formed. The long adductor tightening portion 22 and the inner broad muscle tightening portion 24 are both formed of the tissue D.
[0021]
First, as the long adductor tightening portion 22 approaches the base of the foot, the gap portion 21 is provided so as to incline at an angle close to a right angle in FIG. 1 so that the tightening force in the vertical direction of the body becomes stronger. Yes. In the middle of the inner crotch 23, the gap portion 21 is provided substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the long adductor tightening portion 22, and the width of the gap portion 21 is widened and the tightening force is reduced. As the patella portion 15 is approached, the width of the gap portion 21 becomes narrower and the tightening force is increased again.
[0022]
The inner vastus muscle tightening portion 24 has a weak tightening force on the side where the foot is attached, the tightening force slightly increases in the middle of the inner crotch 23, and an almost uniform tightening force up to the patella portion 15.
[0023]
Here, the outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18 supports the intermediate vastus muscle and the sewing muscle of the thigh 19, and the intestinal shin ligament tightening portion 20 supports the outer vastus muscle below the thigh 19. The long adductor tightening portion 22 supports the long adductor and inner vastus muscle of the inner crotch 23, and the inner vastus tightening portion 24 supports the thin muscle. Thus, the outer vastus muscle and the inner vastus muscle are supported in an X shape by the outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18 and the long adductor muscle tightening portion 22, and the muscles are lifted from below and pulled up in a direction intersecting the X shape.
[0024]
Next, the outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18 and the long adductor muscle tightening portion 22 intersect at the quadriceps (upper knee) above the patella portion 15, and the outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18 and the long adductor muscle tightening portion 22. The quadrant of the quadriceps muscle tightening portion 26 is formed at the intersection. The quadriceps tightening portion 26 is formed of the tissue B and has a strong support force. The rectus femoris muscle locally supports the quadriceps that are locally applied during exercise to prevent tendon damage. Yes. A pair of linear gaps 27 intersecting each other are formed in the quadriceps tightening portion 26 and have appropriate stretchability. For this reason, it becomes three-dimensional easily at the time of wearing, and can respond to each movement.
[0025]
The outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18 and the long adductor muscle tightening portion 22 each extend below the quadriceps tightening portion 26, pass through both sides of the patella portion 15, and support semicircularly along the lower portion of the patella portion 15. This is the below-knee tightening portion 28. A pair of lower leg tightening portions 28a extending downward from both sides of the knee in a triangular shape is formed at the lower end of the lower knee tightening portion 28.
[0026]
The portion adjacent to the patella portion 15 of the below-knee tightening portion 28 and the crus tightening portion 28 a are provided with the same tissue B as the buttock tightening portion 14. The tissue B has a strong support force and is in a state close to fixation. A plurality of linear gap portions 29 are formed symmetrically about the patella portion 15 in the below-knee tightening portion 28 and have appropriate stretchability. For this reason, it becomes three-dimensional easily at the time of wearing, and can respond to each movement. Further, since the patella portion 15 is not fixed, the patella portion 15 becomes the stretchable portion 12. Then, the below-knee tightening portion 28 locally supports the patella tendon to protect the quadriceps femoris and patella tendons below the knee, and protects the inflammation of the patella 15 and the separation of the rectus femoris. It is preventing. The crus tightening portion 28a extending below the below-knee tightening portion 28 supports the upper part of the gastrocnemius, soleus and anterior tibial muscles.
[0027]
Further, the side edge portions 28 b on both sides slightly below the patella portion 15 of the below-knee tightening portion 28 are formed of the tissue E. The tissue E is based on the same thick ground as the tissue B, and a gap 29 in which the same thin ground as the tissue A of the above embodiment is arranged in a polka dot shape is formed in this thick ground. The size of the polka dot-shaped gap portion 29 is larger than the gap portion 13 of the tissue E used for the below-knee tightening portion 28, and the tightening force is slightly inferior to that of the tissue E, but sweat and heat divergence is greater. It is done efficiently.
[0028]
The method of making the exercise clothing of this embodiment is set so that the thin fabric of the tissue A and the thick fabric of the tissue B are arranged in a predetermined pattern by a warp knitting jacquard knitting machine that creates the stretchable portion 12 of the spats 10. The knitted fabric is automatically knitted together with each tightening part. The knitting structure is obtained by changing the number of elastic yarns per unit section by changing the amount of elastic yarn to be knitted into a ground knitting made of two inelastic yarns made of warp jacquard. Changes in knitted fabric thickness, elasticity, and tightening force. Then, the knitted fabric thus knitted is sewn so as to connect both legs in accordance with a predetermined procedure, and the spats 10 are made.
[0029]
According to the exercise clothing of this embodiment, it is possible to support the desired portion of the human body simply by wearing the stretchable portion 12 of the thin fabric and forming each tightening portion seamlessly by providing a thick tissue changing tissue. it can. Thereby, the local compression accompanying a motion and operation | movement and resistance can be reduced significantly. In addition, each tightening part simply sets a predetermined pattern on the warp jacquard knitting machine, and the structures B, C, D by warp jacquard knitting with different tightening force, stretching direction and air permeability can be easily and quickly performed. It can be formed and an appropriate tightening force can be applied to any part. When the thick knitted fabric is formed by warp jacquard knitting, the knitting structure of each tightening part becomes dense and the air permeability becomes poor. However, by providing the gap part 21, the air permeability is ensured, sweat and heat are radiated for comfortable exercise. can do. In addition, the gap portion 21 can provide appropriate tightening portions to the respective tightening portions, and fits to the body and improves the motion following ability.
[0030]
The buttocks tightening portion 14, the quadriceps tightening portion 26, and the below-knee tightening portion 28 are provided by the tissue B and the tissue E, have a strong tightening force, and can efficiently radiate sweat and heat. Is good. The tissue B and the tissue E can arbitrarily set the tightening force and the air permeability by changing the size and interval of the polka dots 13 and 29.
[0031]
The outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18, the long adductor muscle tightening portion 22, and the inner vastus muscle tightening portion 24 are provided by combining the tissue D and the high tightening portion 32, and have appropriate flexibility, so that the movement following ability is good. In addition, the high tightening part surely supports the body. In addition, since the gap portion 21 is provided in a striped pattern in the structure D, the tightening force can be finely adjusted by changing the width and angle of the gap portion 21 and the direction in which the gap is easily stretched can be arbitrarily set. it can.
[0032]
Furthermore, this clothing for exercise prevents the occurrence of obstacles, and is effective in reducing fatigue even for long-time continuous exercises, for example, those that continuously exercise for most of the activity time such as climbing. It is also effective in promoting blood flow (enhancing venous perfusion) and can maintain comfort even when worn for a long time.
[0033]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. Here, the same members as those in the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted. The exercise clothing of this embodiment is a spats 30 that reaches the heel from the waistline.
[0034]
The greater trochanter tightening portion 16 that is continuous with the buttocks tightening portion 14 is provided in the structure C. The tissue C is based on the same thick ground as the tissue B, and the same thin ground as the tissue A is put in a radial pattern in the thick ground to form a gap portion 17.
[0035]
The outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18 extending from the pair of greater trochanter tightening portions 16 to above the patella portion 15 is formed of the tissue D, and the width of the thick portion formed linearly by the gap portion 21 is greater than the greater trochanter. The closer to the tightening portion 16, the larger the tightening force. In the outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18, a high tightening portion 32 is formed on the left side edge in FIG. 4 along the longitudinal direction of the outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18 so that the thick ground portions are connected to each other to form a band shape. Yes. As the high tightening portion 32 approaches the greater trochanter tightening portion 16, the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the outer broad muscle tightening portion 18 becomes longer. Thus, when the high tightening part 32 is provided in the edge part of the structure | tissue D, as shown to FIG. 5, FIG. 6, the expansion / contraction direction is not uniform, but curves to the high tightening part 32 side. Utilizing this, the outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18 is easy to raise or bend the leg forward and maintain a strong tightening force.
[0036]
In addition, the iliac ligament tightening portion 20 that reaches the lower part of the patella portion 15 from the pair of greater trochanter tightening portions 16 is formed of the tissue D.
[0037]
The inner adrenal muscle tightening portion 22 is provided on the inner crotch 23 side of the thigh 19 and reaches the upper part of the patella 15 from the leg hook, and the inner vastus muscle tightening reaches the lower portion of the patella 15 from the leg hook. The part 24 is formed of the tissue D. Further, the long adductor tightening portion 22 and the inner broad muscle tightening portion 24 are provided with high tightening portions 34 and 36 along the longitudinal direction of each tightening portion at the right side edge portion in FIG. The high tightening portions 34 and 36 are formed wider as they approach the patella portion 15.
[0038]
The method of making the spats 30 of this embodiment is the same as that of the above embodiment and has the same effect. The outer vastus muscle tightening portion 18, the long adductor muscle tightening portion 22, and the inner vastus muscle tightening portion 24 are provided by combining the tissue D and the high tightening portion 32, and have an appropriate flexibility so that they can follow the movement. Good and high tightening part will support the body surely. In addition, since the gap portion 21 is provided in a striped pattern in the structure D, the tightening force can be finely adjusted by changing the width and angle of the gap portion 21 and the direction in which the gap is easily stretched can be arbitrarily set. it can.
[0039]
The exercise clothing and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention are not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the method for adjusting the tightening force is not limited to changing the knitting method or the number of knitting yarns. The type (thickness, cross-sectional shape, composition, expansion / contraction process, elasticity, etc.) may be changed during knitting. Then, as a method of changing the expansion / contraction direction of the tightening portion provided by the tissue D, a linear high tightening portion 40 that penetrates the center along the longitudinal direction of the tightening portion 38 as shown in FIGS. It may be provided. And the pattern of the gap | interval part provided in the thick ground of each fastening part is not limited to each structure | tissue of said each embodiment. For example, a zigzag gap 44 that leaves the fastening portion 42 in a triangular dot like the fastening portion 42 shown in FIG. 9, a branch-like gap 48 such as the fastening portion 46 shown in FIG. 10, and the fastening shown in FIG. It is possible to freely change the striped gap portion 52 that is inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the tightening portion 50 as in the portion 50.
[0040]
Further, the arrangement of the tightening portions of the exercise clothing is only required to be provided at a suitable site, and as shown in FIG. 12, a tightening portion 54 is provided on the outer side surface of the leg, and the tightening portion 54 extends in the vertical direction. The high tightening portion 54a and the low tightening portion 54b made of the tissue D attached to the front side along the high tightening portion 54a may be used. In this case, there is a significant difference between the inner tone and the outer length due to the bending and stretching of the patella portion 15, but the bending and stretching movement is not suppressed while maintaining the tightening force. Further, as shown in FIG. 13, a tightening portion 56 is provided on the shin portion 25, and the tightening portion 56 is attached to the right and left with the high tightening portion 56a extending in the vertical direction at the front center of the shin portion 25 and the high tightening portion 56a. A low tightening portion 56b made of the formed tissue D may be provided. Further, the tightening portion 56 may be provided at the calf portion.
[0041]
