發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係指-種玩具槍之後座力震動裝置結構改 ^尤指改進活塞與重顔__之玩具搶的後座力震 動裝置結構者。 【先前技術】 按,玩具搶(尤指俗稱之即搶)為求儘量達到斑真 搶之真實感’業者已創作出具有後座力震動之產品,此可 如我國專利公開第2007觀2號之專利前案,然由於其結 構設計未臻完善而具有缺失,如下: 第一圖所示者為該習用玩具搶之後座力震動裝置^ 之實施例圖’其主要指後座力震動裝置a,係配置在活塞 汽缸裝置b'的活塞1 0移動軸線上,且在活塞i 〇之後 方,該後座力震動裝置a '具有殼體2 〇、重體3 〇、反 撞彈簧4 0及後牆5 0,殼體2 0接設於活塞汽缸裝置b , 後侧之機殼c,後方,重體3 〇、反撞彈簧4 〇設於殼體 2 0内部’反撞彈箐4◦設於重體3◦與後牆5◦之間, 而活塞汽缸裝置b ’之活塞1 〇後方具有活塞彈簧1 〇 1 ’且活塞彈簧1〇1之一端容設於活塞工〇内部另端 抵頂於機殼C '内壁,又利用一桿狀之連結部6 〇穿過機 殼C' ’且穿組於活塞1〇與重體3 0之間。再者,玩具 槍於活塞汽缸裝置b,的下方設有傳動單元d,、扣扳單^ e,,以及子彈推送單元f,,實施時扳動扣扳單元e,而連 動傳動單元d '、活塞汽缸裝置b '、子彈推送單元f,而將 1324246 子彈射出,而於扳動扣扳單元e '而連動傳動單元d,時, 該活塞1◦係朝後退方向移動連結部60(如第二圖), 連帶藉由連結部6 0後移而使重體3 〇後壓該反撞彈菁 4 0 ’而於超過反撞彈簧4 0之壓縮限度時,其向前反 彈’同時活塞10前移而將子彈射出(另參酌第—圖), 且同時該重體3 0亦前移而產生反作用力而成後座力震 動。 承上’由於該活塞1〇與重體3 〇之間穿組有—桿狀 之連結部6 0,且於活塞1 〇後移時亦由活塞1 〇内壁撞 及該連結部6 0之前端,甚至重體3 〇前移之衝力亦會使 連結部6 0之前端撞及該活塞1 〇之内壁,故反覆實施後 會有導致活塞1 〇内壁之結構破壞,而減損其使用壽命。 再者,其後座力大小係由重體3 〇之重量、反撞彈簧4 〇 及活塞彈簧1 〇 1之彈力回覆力所決定,但因重體3 〇之 重量為固定,而反撞彈簧4 〇及活塞彈簧丄〇丄之彈力回 覆力可能隨使用日久而減少,故其後座力之震動情況將日 益減小而無法調節。因此,實有改進之必要性。 【發明内容】 承上所述,本發明人有感於此’而著手加以突破創 新思及若能使重體前端直接由該活塞彈簧頂接,免除 設置習用之連結部,則可避纽塞内部反覆衝撞f用之連 結部而致結構破壞,以排除上述之習时缺失。再者,可 於後座力震動裝置之後牆處設置調整*,則更可調節後座 力震動之大小,以促進使用進步性。 6 1324246 是以,本發明之技術結構指該該後座力震動裴置係設 置於玩具搶之活塞汽缸裝置之後方,其具有殼體、重體、 反撞彈簧及後牆,殼體接設於活塞汽缸裝置後側之機殼後 方,且殼體内部設有重體、反撞彈簧,而反撞彈簧設於重 體與後牆之間,且活塞汽缸裝置之活塞後方具有活塞彈 簧,而該重體之前端係直接抵接於活塞彈簧之後端;其 中,重體之前端設有套接部,且活塞彈簧之後端接合在套 接部;又該重體為一體具有重體本體、延伸部與套接部之 三部分,而延伸部設於重體本體與套接部之間,且由延伸 部、套接部穿過活塞汽缸裝置後側之機殼。承此組構於 活塞後移時直接由活塞彈簧向後壓移重體,以取代習用之 連結部,而避免活塞被碰撞而損壞,再者,重體之體積重 量可較習用者大,而可提升其後座力震動效果。 其次,後座力震動裝置之後牆係接合於殼體之後側, 且可被拆下與組合,及由後牆後方設一調整鈕穿透後牆, 調整钮之前端接設-抵片,由抵片之前施接於反撞彈f 之後端。據此而使反撞彈簧及活塞彈簧之彈力回 整,進而調節後座力大小,且可利於構件之維修。β 是以,本發明之主要目的在於提供—種玩具搶之後座 力震動裝置結構改良,藉由後座力震動裝置之重體前端直 接受活塞後侧之活塞彈簧頂接,免除設置制之連結部, 以避免活塞内部反⑽撞㈣結構破壞,吨升其使 命者。 本發明之另_目的在於提供—種玩具搶之後座力震 7 丄J厶兮Z40 =裝置、、’。構改良’其藉由後牆可拆解及設置調整紐,使反 才里彈簧及•塞彈簧之彈力回覆力可調整,進而調節後座力 大小,且可利於構件之維修者。 【實施方式】 今為使貴審查委員對本發明有更進一步之瞭解, 茲佐以下列之實施例加以說明。 首先’請參閱第三圖,本發明「玩具槍之後座力震動 裝^結構改良」’係指該雖座力震練置a係配置在活 塞汽紅裝置b的活塞1移動軸線上,且在活塞丄之後方, 活塞後方具有塞彈簧丨丨,且活塞彈簧Η之—端容設 於活塞1之内部:玩具搶於活塞汽缸I置b的下方設有傳 動單兀d、扣扳單元e,以及子彈推送單元f,實施時扳 動扣扳單元e而連動傳動單元6、活塞汽紅裝置乜、子彈 推送單S f而將子彈射出,其連動、擊發實施方式均與前 述習用者相同,於此不再贅述。 ^承上,該後座力震動裝置a具有殼體2、重體3、反 撞彈簧4及後牆5 ’該殼體2係接設於活塞汽紅裝置g 側之機殼c的後方’且殼體2之内部設有重體3、反撞彈 簧4,後牆5係接合於殼體2之後侧,反撞彈簧4設於重 體3與後牆5之Ρβ ’且該重體3之前端係直接突穿機殼c 而抵接於活塞彈簧11之後端,其中該重體3係f體具有 重體本體31、延伸部3 2與套接部3 3之三部分,前端 為套接部3 3,延伸部3 2設於重體本體3 套接部3 3之間,且活塞彈簧1 1之後端係接合在套接部3 3,並 8 1324246 可由延伸部3 2、套接部3 3穿過活塞汽缸裝置b後側之 機殼c。又如第七圖,為反撞彈簧4與重體3組接之另一 具體實施例圖。 另外’後座力震動装置a之後牆5係可拆組式地接合 於殼體2之後側(如螺接,見第六、七圖)’且由後牆g 後方設一調整鈕6穿透該後牆5,而調整鈕6之前端係抵 接於反撞彈簧4之後端’如於調整鈕6之前端接設一抵片 6 1 ’且抵片61之前方抵接於反撞彈簧4之後端。 承上結構改良而實施時,扳動扣扳單元6而連動傳動 單元d時,該活塞1係朝後退方向移動(如第四圖),此 時藉由活塞彈簧1 1彈性後壓該重體3,使其後移及壓掣 該反撞彈簧4,而反撞彈簧4受壓縮後向前反彈,同時活 塞1前移而將子彈射出(如第五圖),及該重體3亦前移 而產生反作用力成後座力震動,得到類似真搶的後座力震 動。其次,若欲調節後座力大小時,吾人可由調節該調整 鈕6,旋進時即向内壓縮該反撞彈簧4,及使活塞彈簧工 1被稍微壓縮,而可增加其反彈之回覆力,亦即增加後座 力之震動大小,反之’若欲減小後座力則將調整鈕6向後 旋,再若欲更換零件時可將後牆5拆解,而可利於更換。 以下係對本發明之創新結構達成之功效做說明: 一、因為該重體3之前端係直接抵接於活塞彈簧1 1 之後端’而無習用之連結部,因此絕不會有活塞i内部被 撞損壞之情形,而可大大改善習用之缺失,亦即可大大延 長活塞1之使用壽命,再者,與習用者相較之下,本發明 9 積、重量均較習用者大,故其產生之後座力 之力量r失且^彌補活塞彈簧11彈性後壓該重體3 力量㈣’此即為本發明所達致之主要功效所在。 節;=:::置’可使後座力震動大小可調 實用後牆5可拆組,可利於零件之更換及維修,提升 利用本案所發明之新穎結構已具有產業 件。惟以上進步㈣毫無㈣,符合發明專利要 所述者,僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,並非 所==發明實施之範圍。即凡依本發明申請專利範圍 【圖飾’皆為本發明專利範圍所涵蓋。 例及具搶之後座力震動裝置的結構實施 ^圖係第—圖之活塞後移時的作動結構實施例圖。 弟二圖係本發明之一具體結構實施例圖。 第四圖係第三圖之活塞後移時的作動結構實施例圖。 構實==係第四圖之活塞鮮及作射㈣的作動結 第六圖係本發明之後踏設置調整叙之結構放大及作 動示意圖。 第七圖係本發明之重體與反撞彈簧之另一組接結構 實細*例圖。 1324246 【主要元件符號說明】 (習用實施例) a 後座力震動裝置 c ....機殼 e '….扣扳單元 1 〇....活塞 2 0....殼體 4 0....反撞彈簧 6 0....連結部 (本發明實施例) a ....後座力震動裝置 c ....機殼 e .…扣扳單元 1.. ..活塞 2.. ..殼體 3 1....重體本體 3 3 —套接部 4.. ..反撞彈簧 6.. ..調整鈕 b 活塞汽缸裝置 d 傳動單元 f 子彈推送單元 1 0 1.…活塞彈簧 3 0....重體 5 0....後牆 b·...活塞汽缸裝置 d....傳動單元 f ....子彈推送單元 1 1.…活塞彈簧 3....重體 3 2....延伸部 5 —後牆 6 1….抵片

Claims (1)

  1. 、申請專利範圍: 1、 一種玩具搶之後座力震動裝置結構改良,該後座 力震動裝置係設置於玩具搶之活塞汽缸裝置的活塞移動 軸線上,其具有殼體、重體、反撞彈簧及後牆,該殼體係 接設於活塞汽缸裝置後側之機殼的後方,且殼體之内部設 有重體、反撞彈簧,反撞彈簧設於重體與後牆之間,後牆 係設於殼體之後側,且活塞汽缸裝置之活塞後方具有活塞 彈育,而其特徵係在:重體之前端係直接抵接於活塞彈箐 之後端者。 ’ 2、 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之「玩具搶之後座力 震動裝置結構改良」,其中,重體之前端設有套接部,且 活塞彈簧之後端接合在套接部者。 3、 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之「玩具搶之後座 力震動裝置結構改良」,其中,重體_體具有重體本體、 延伸部與套接部之三部分,而延伸部設於重體本體與套接 部之間’且由延伸部、套接部穿過活塞汽缸裝置後側之機 殼者。 4如申明專利fe圍第1、2或3項所述之「玩具搶 之後座力震動裝置結構改良」,其中,後座力震動裝置之 後牆係可拆㈣地接合純體之賴,且岐牆後方設一 調t紐穿透後牆,調整叙之前端抵接於反撞彈簧之後端 者。 ' 5、如申請專利範圍第4項所述之「玩具搶之後座力 震動裝置結構改良」,其中,調她之前端接設一抵片, 1324246 且抵片之前方抵接於反撞彈簧之後端者。
