.1315073 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明為一種具有熱保護功能的壓敏電阻,尤指一種 帶有自我失效保護功能;當遇到各種類型過電壓導致本體 溫度異常昇高而失效時,具有自我保護功能的壓敏電阻。 【先前技術】 壓敏電阻器以其優越的非線性伏安特性,廣泛使用於 線路、設備及元件的過電壓保護與浪湧吸收元件,不論壓 • 敏電阻器應用在電力線或電子線路,若各種類型的瞬時過 電壓頻繁出現,則壓敏電阻器就會頻繁動作來抑制過電壓 增幅和吸收釋放浪湧能量,以保護電器設備及元件,長此 以往則勢必會導致壓敏電阻器的性能劣化乃至失效。 再者,當壓敏電阻接受持續性過電壓時,壓敏電阻會 迅速局部擊穿導致起火燃燒現象,現有技術的壓敏電阻元 件中’其可具有熱保護功能’現有技術之具有熱保護功能 之屢敏電阻,一般係設有一貼附靠近壓敏電阻元件的熱熔 φ 絲於電流迴路中,利用熱熔絲之熔點低於其餘構件的原 理’當過大電流通過而產生高溫時’高溫將熱熔絲燒毀而 形成斷路,因而達到熱保護功能,然而,由於現有技術之 具有熱保護功能的壓敏電阻中作為過熱保護結構的熱熔絲 的響應速度過慢仍無法及時感測過高溫度而及時斷路,或 者是耐受大電流衝擊能力較弱容易失效,因此現有技術的 帶失效保護之壓敏電阻所具有之熱保護功能仍具有其缺

1315073 十、申請專利範圍: %曰修雖替換頁. • 1----------j 1 種具有熱保護功能的壓敏電阻’其中包括: 一本體; 一絕緣支架,其設於本體一侧上,絕緣支架與本體相 接侧内凹成型有複數個鑛齒狀凹槽,絕緣支架與本體相異 侧内凹成型有一容置長槽; 一第一接腳’其與本體上相異於絕緣支架一側形成電 連接; 一第二接腳’其設於絕緣支架之長槽中; 至少一熱溶絲’其設於絕緣支架之長槽中,熱熔絲兩 端分別透過一銲錫點與第二接腳及本體形成電連接。 2·如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有熱保護功能的 壓敏電阻,其中一熱可收縮性材料包裹於熱熔絲外且設於 絕緣支架之容置長槽中。 3 ·如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有熱保護功能的 壓敏電阻,其中包含有一熱傳導性電絕緣膠體材料,其覆 蓋於熱熔絲及銲錫點上並與本體相接觸。 4·如申請專利範圍第2項所述之具有熱保護功能的 壓敏電阻,其中包含有一熱傳導性電絕緣膠體材料,其覆 蓋於熱炼絲、熱可收縮性材料及銲錫點上並與本體相接 觸。 ' 5 · —種具有熱保護功能的壓敏電阻,其中包括: 一本體; 絕緣支架’其設於本體一側上’絕緣支架與本體相 1315073 異側内凹成型有複數個相互平行的容置長槽,一狹槽内凹 成型於絕緣支架相異於本體之一側且貫穿各長槽; 一第一接腳,其與本體上相異於絕緣支架一侧形成電 連接; 一第二接腳,其設於絕緣支架之其中一長槽中; 至少一熱熔絲,其設於絕緣支架之狹槽中,熱熔絲兩 端分別透過一銲錫點與第二接腳及本體形成電連接。 6 .如申請專利範圍第5項所述之具有熱保護功能的 壓敏電阻’其中一熱可收縮性材料包袠於熱熔絲外。 7.如申請專利範圍第5項所述之具有熱保護功能的 壓敏電阻,其中絕緣支架相對於本體一侧内凹成型有一容 置缺槽,一中介接腳設於該缺槽中且分別與本體及熱熔絲 形成電連接。 8 ·如申凊專利範圍第7項所述之具有熱保護功能的 壓敏電阻,其令一熱可收縮性材料包裹於熱熔絲外,熱熔 絲兩端透過銲錫點分別與第二接腳及中介接腳形成電連 接。 9如申凊專利範圍第5或γ項所述之具有熱保護功 此的壓敏電阻,其中包含有—熱傳導性電絕緣膠體材料, 其覆蓋於熱熔絲及銲錫點上並與本體相接觸。 10如申凊專利範圍第6或8項所述之具有熱保護 力月b的壓敏電阻,其中包含有—熱傳導性電絕緣膠體材 料其覆蓋於熱溶絲、熱可收縮性材料及録錫點上並與本 體相接觸。 12 1315073 货年必月义日修(#正替換頁| 十·一、圖式. 如次冥 13 1315073 ύ[ y / y5 tf 〇 I •·
