Abstract

A biosensing microchip comprises a first chip substrate, a second chip substrate, and a printed circuit board. The first chip substrate has at least one microfluid channel and at least two openings. The second chip substrate has at least two conductive via which are filled with electrically conductive material and substantially corresponding to the openings of the first chip substrate. The electrically conductive material of the conductive via is exposed on a bottom of the second chip substrate. The printed circuit board is attached to the second chip substrate, and electrically connected at least two electrical terminals with the electrically conductive material of the conductive via. Therefore, the printed circuit board conducts a high voltage into the openings through the conductive via for detecting electric properties of experimental biomolecules.
