Abstract
The present invention provides an automatic alignment inspection device of Liquid crystal module (LCM), which comprises a pair of parallel guiding rail across the frame; a base board carrying the distance detector and the CCD imager; and a driver to drive the base board to move on the guiding rail. The driver makes the base board slide on the path set by the guiding rail, so that the distance detector can get close to the inspected object (LCM), and transmit the distance, position, or angular deviation with respect to the inspected object to a middle control system. The computer of the middle control system drives an adjustment mechanism of a base board, so that the base board can compensate and align automatically with the inspected object for the CCD imager to capture the correct picture of inspection. Its main feature is: the adjusting mechanism of the base board comprises at least three sets of omni-directional pivots, which are assembled by both sides of the base board respectively in the ratio of 1:2. The first set of omni-directional pivots is a fulcrum without preset power, the second set and the third set of omni-directional pivots move the base board with a driver respectively, so that the base board can shift or rotate toward a designated direction until the CCD imager can completely align with the inspected object (LCM).
