In order to solve the Further, since the foam generated is concentrated in the foam chamber and drawn to the upper structure, the reliability can be improved. According to a second aspect of the invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the foam discharge portion is provided at a tip end of the circulation passage connected to the foam chamber, and the foam can be configured from the foam discharge portion from above the inner tank By discharging into the inner tank, since a large amount of foam can be sprinkled into the laundry in the inner tank, the cleaning power can be increased by 20. According to a third aspect of the invention, in the second aspect of the invention, the foam discharge portion is configured such that the discharge direction of the foam is the same as the rotation direction of the inner groove, and the discharged foam and the inner groove can be reduced. Or the speed difference of the laundry in the inner tank, and can prevent the falling foam from hitting the laundry in the inner tank or the inner tank 1252884 and splashing back. According to a fourth aspect of the invention, in the second aspect of the invention, the foam discharge portion is configured to extend the discharged foam from a substantially central portion to an outer peripheral portion of the inner groove, so that when the inner groove is rotated, The foam can be completely sprinkled into the laundry in the inner tank of 5, and the washing unevenness of the laundry can be reduced. The invention described in the fifth aspect is the invention described in the first aspect or the second aspect, in which the detergent having the inner tank is rotated to dissolve the detergent is dissolved before the foaming step of withdrawing or discharging the foam. Step, so the undissolved detergent is extracted together with the washing liquid to the bubble chamber, and the bubble bed 10 can be prevented from being sprinkled from the foam discharge portion to the laundry in an undissolved state, and the detergent can be prevented from being dissolved. And residual. According to the invention described in the sixth aspect, in the invention described in the above aspect or the second aspect, in the foaming step of withdrawing or discharging the foam, the inner tank is rotated at a high speed by a water level lower than a normal washing water level. By rotating the inner tank at a high speed of 15 revolutions, the mixing of the washing and the air can be accelerated to generate a large number of beads, and since the inner tank is rotated at a low water level, the washing liquid located below the bubble bed can be prevented from rising. A large amount enters the foam chamber, and the proportion of the bubble that is extracted can be increased. According to the seventh aspect, the invention described in the first aspect or the second aspect is characterized in that the second month of loading and the second portion of the foam chamber are located above the bottom of the outer groove. The washing liquid located below the foaming chamber rises and enters the bulb chamber in a large amount, and the proportion of the inserted swimming pool can be increased. In the invention described in the first aspect or the second aspect, the invention according to the first aspect or the second aspect has a side plate constituting a peripheral portion of the foam chamber, and the 1252884 is merged from the outer groove in the direction of the turn. The inner surface is extended to the outside, so the bubble: the heart force generates force to the outside, and concentrates efficiently to the beads to increase the amount of foam insertion. The invention of the invention is based on the invention described in the first aspect or the second aspect, because of the ambiguity. It has been used to prevent the separation between the foam chamber and the inside of the outer tank by increasing the amount of extraction of the beads. The foam of the w-shirt flows into the outer tank, and the invention of the two samples is the first aspect or the second aspect of the invention. 10 15 : mid-month 'because of the guide plate having the bottom surface constituting the foam chamber And the first two are formed to be inclined upward in the direction of rotation, so that the speed of the foam can be changed from the horizontal direction by A 千 々 a, and the direction of the horse is straight, and the amount of foam extraction can be increased. The date (4) of the above-mentioned first lg or second aspect is recorded, and the front plate has a guide plate that constitutes the bottom surface of the bubble chamber, and the front 'plate $ is bent upward in the direction of rotation. Therefore, the bubble splitting/leveling direction can be changed to the vertical direction, and the amount of foam extraction can be increased. *In the invention described in the first aspect or the second aspect, A is privately held - since the opening portion of the upper portion of the foam chamber is formed by the outer groove cover eight am and the cover portion The part-forming part of the circulation path can be configured as a simple structure, so that it is possible to prevent uneven cleaning, etc., and reliability can be improved, and the number of parts can be reduced to reduce the cost. (Embodiment 1) 15 As shown in Fig. 1, the outer tank 1 The inner groove 2 is disposed on the inner side and is rotatable in the inner groove 2, and the inner side of the inner groove 2 is provided with a stirring wing 4 which can be freely rotated via the speed reduction mechanism 3. The upper part of the outer groove is separated from the opening. The lining art $ is provided with an outer tank cover 6, and the outer tank! is suspended by the boom 7 to the outer frame 8 of the washing machine. The motor (drive mechanism) 9 is rotatably driven to the inner tank 2 through the speed reduction mechanism 3. The water supply valve 10 The water is supplied into the inner tank 2, the water level detecting mechanism detects the water level in the outer tank 20, and the drain valve 12 is used to discharge the washing liquid in the outer tank 1. The control device 13 controls the motor 9 , water supply valve 1 排水, drain valve 12, etc., and gradually control the steps of washing, washing, dehydration. As shown in Figure 2, in the outer tank The inner surface of 1 is formed with a foam chamber 14 located above the inner bottom la of the outer tank, and the opening portion of the upper portion of the foam chamber 14 is sealed by a gasket 5 formed by the lid portion 15 10 1252884 of the outer tank cover 6 At the same time, a part of the circulation passage 16 is formed in a part of the cover portion 15, and a foam discharge portion 17 is provided at the front end of the circulation passage 16. Next, the side plate 18 constituting the outer peripheral portion of the foam chamber 14 is as shown in Fig. 2 The drawing is formed to extend from the inner surface to the outer side of the outer tub 1 in the rotational direction, and further has a partitioning plate 19 for partitioning the inner portions of the foam chamber 14 and the outer tub 1. The guide sheets 20 constituting the bottom surface of the foam chamber 14 are formed. The foam discharge portion 17 is bent in the direction of rotation. Next, as shown in Fig. 3, the foam discharge portion 17 is configured such that the discharge direction of the foam is the same as the direction of rotation of the inner groove 2, and the discharged foam is substantially from the inner groove 2 of the inner groove 2. The center portion 2a extends to the outer peripheral portion 2b. In the above configuration, the operation is described. When the laundry and the detergent are put into the inner tank 2 and the operation is started, the water supply valve 1 is operated by the control device 13 to supply the water therein. In tank 2, when the water level detection mechanism detects When the washing level is lower than the usual predetermined water level, the signal is sent to the control device 以 to stop the action of the water supply valve 10. Then, the detergent is transferred to the detergent detergent dissolving step, and by the control device 13 to drive the motor 9, the rotation of the inner groove is set to be lower than the subsequent bead step, so that the washing liquid is not discharged from the foam discharge portion 1 before the detergent is dissolved, but the dissolution is first dissolved. (3) ^ Next, transfer to the bubble step of withdrawing or discharging the foam, and rotate the inner tank 2' by rotating the inner tank 2' by the high number of revolutions of the detergent dissolution step: the washing liquid between the inner tank 2 and the outer tank 1 To make the washing liquid and air ^ = produce a lot of foam. Moreover, since a large amount of the generated foam (4) is light, it moves to the upper portion of the silk liquid, and the _ surface is called the money in the outer tank and (4) 20 1252884 forcefully enters the foam chamber 14. The foam entering the foam chamber 14 is displaced along the guide sheet 20 from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction and drawn upward, and is discharged from the upper portion of the inner tank 2 to the inner tank by the bubble discharge portion 17 through the circulation passage 16. 2 inside. At this time, since the foam discharge portion 17 causes the discharge direction of the bubble to be in the same direction as the rotation direction of the inner groove 2, the difference in speed between the discharged foam and the laundry in the inner tank 2 or the inner tank 2 can be reduced. The falling foam is prevented from hitting the laundry in the inner tank 2 or the inner tank 2 and splashes back. Further, since the foam discharge portion 17 is configured to extend the discharged foam from the substantially central portion 2a of the inner groove 2 1 to the outer peripheral portion 2b, once the inner groove 2 is rotated, the foam can be completely sprinkled into the inner groove 2 for washing. Things. Here, the foam is detailed. In general, when detergent molecule A is schematically displayed, as shown in Fig. 4, detergent molecule A is composed of hydrophilic group a and lipophilic group b. Therefore, if the state in which the detergent is dissolved in water is shown, as shown in Fig. 5, the detergent molecules A are arranged in a row on the surface (water surface), and the detergent molecules which are not discharged are one by one or micro. The state of the cell (group) exists in the water. Moreover, once the surface detergent molecules are removed, the detergent molecules in the water will immediately move to the surface as a supplement. Therefore, for example, as shown in Fig. 6, if the bubble B is sent to the washing liquid, 20, the bubble B rises and reaches the surface, and the detergent molecule A which is arranged in a row on the surface is kept as it is in the film of the foam. The foam c in the shape of the inside, that is, the foam C which is discharged as much as possible into the detergent molecule A, causes the detergent concentration to become the intermediate/initial degree. At this time, the detergent molecules in the liquid will move to supplement the detergent molecules taken away in the bubble state, and if the bubble B is continuously fed, the 12 1252884 will continue to produce the bubble C. At this time, the lipophilic group 1) of course faces the inside and outside of the film of the foam. By causing the foam C generated as described above to pass through the surface of the dirty laundry to form a laundry, the oil and the particles adhering to the oil are soiled and oleophilic to remove oil and particles. Further, if the foam C is broken when it passes through the laundry, the high-flush detergent liquid will permeate into the laundry, thereby causing the soil to be easily dropped. In this way, the laundry can be washed. As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the bubble chamber 14' is formed on the inner surface of the outer tank 1 and the inner tank 2 is rotated, the washing between the inner tank 2 and the outer tank generates foam, And the foam in the upper part of the generated washing liquid is concentrated to the foam chamber 14 and the foam is sucked up, so that the washing wave can be mixed with the air by the rotation of the inner tank 2, thereby generating a large amount from the dissolved washing liquid. The foam is sprinkled from above the inner tank 2 to the laundry and passed through the surface of the laundry or the laundry, thereby improving the detergency. Further, since the volume of the washing liquid can be increased by foaming, it is possible to cause the detergent component to act on the dirt of the laundry by a small amount of the washing liquid. Further, since the generated foam is concentrated in the foam chamber 14 and is drawn to the upper structure, the reliability can be improved, and the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts. Further, since the foam discharge portion 17 is provided at the front end of the circulation passage 16 connected to the foam chamber 14, and the foam discharge portion 17 discharges the foam from the upper portion of the inner tank 2 into the inner tank 2, a large amount of foam can be taken. The laundry is sprinkled into the inner tank 2 to improve the detergency. Further, since the foam discharge portion 17 is configured such that the discharge direction of the foam is in the same direction as the rotation direction of the groove 2 in 13 1252884, the difference in speed between the discharged foam and the laundry in the inner tank 2 or the inner tank 2 can be reduced. It can prevent the falling foam from hitting the laundry in the inner tank 2 or the inner tank 2 and picking up and rebounding. Further, since the bed/outlet portion 17 is configured to extend the discharged foam from the substantially central portion of the inner 5 groove 2 to the outer peripheral portion, once the inner groove 2 is rotated, the foam can be completely sprinkled into the inner groove 2 for washing. It can reduce the washing unevenness of the washings. Further, since the detergent having the rotating inner tank 2 to dissolve the detergent dissolves before the foaming step of withdrawing or discharging the foam, the undissolved washing agent is concentrated and collected together with the washing liquid to the foam chamber 14, but The foam is prevented from being discharged from the bead discharge portion 17 to the laundry under the condition of no/cold solution, and the detergent can be prevented from remaining without being dissolved. Moreover, in the foaming step of withdrawing or discharging the foam, the inner tank 2 is rotated at a high speed by a water level lower than the usual washing water level, and by rotating the inner tank 2 at a high speed for 15 revolutions, the mixing of the washing liquid and the air can be accelerated to generate A large amount of bubble swimming, and at the same time, the inner tank 2 is rotated at a low water level, so that the washing liquid located below the beads can be prevented from rising and entering the foam chamber 14 in a large amount, and the proportion of the extracted foam can be increased. Moreover, since the foam chamber 14 is located at a position 2 above the bottom of the outer tank 1, it is possible to prevent the washing liquid located below the foam from rising and entering the bubble chamber 14 in a large amount, and the foam which is extracted can be increased. proportion. Further, since the side plate constituting the outer peripheral portion of the bubble chamber 14 is formed and the side plate 18 is formed to extend from the inner surface to the outer side of the outer groove 1 in the rotational direction, the beads generate force toward the outer side by centrifugal force, and high efficiency The ground is concentrated to the foam 1252884 chamber 14' and the bubble is increased for extraction. Moreover, since the utility model has 19, it is possible to prevent the crucible from separating the partitioning plate n of the foam chamber 14 and the outer tank 1 from the inside, and the foam of the encapsulating chamber 14 flows back to the inside of the outer tank 1 and can be increased. The amount of foam extracted. Further, the guide & has a guide plate 2 constituting the bottom surface of the foam chamber 14, and the r-level material is tilted in the upward direction, so that the speed of the foam can be changed by the direction of the water and the vertical direction of the horse. Increase the amount of foam extracted. Further, since the lid portion 15 of the blister 10 15 is sealed, the opening portion of the π ^ portion is formed by the outer groove cover 6 and a portion of the lid portion 15 forms a circulation path 16 : Since it is a simple structure, it is possible to prevent the bubble from leaking out and improve the reliability, and further, the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts. 'Although it is described that the bubble that draws or discharges the foam rises the water level and the stirring wing 4 is stirred, in the present embodiment, the foaming step is carried out, but then the ordinary washing step can be performed, and the step of the package is not included. 'Not only the bubble, but also the mixture of foam and washing liquid. In the embodiment, the inner groove is rotated clockwise to discharge the beads, but it may be configured to rotate counterclockwise to discharge the beads. 2 〇 (Embodiment 2) # As shown in the figure, the outer groove 21 is formed with a foam chamber located above the inner bottom portion 2U of the outer groove 21, and the side plate of the outer peripheral portion of the bubble chamber η is rotated. The direction extends from the inner face of the outer groove 21 to the outer side. The guide sheets 24 constituting the bottom surface of the package 22 are formed to be bent upward by 15 1252884 in the direction of rotation. Other configurations are the same as those of the foregoing embodiment 1. The operation is described in the above configuration, and in the foaming step of withdrawing or discharging the foam, the same as in the first example, by rotating the inner tank 2, the inner tank 2 and the resulting upper liquid outer tank 21 can be produced. The intervening solution generates a foaming foam to the blister 22, and draws the material to the top, and causes the bubble to be discharged from the upper side of the inner tank 2 through the bubble discharge portion 丨7 through the passage I6. Inside slot a. According to the present embodiment, since the guide sheets 24 constituting the bottom surface of the bubble chamber 22 are formed to be inclined upward in the rotational direction, the sub-speed of the H) bubble can be efficiently converted from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction. The amount of extraction that can be increased. Moreover, although there is no reduction in the amount of extraction of the partitioning plate=j吏bubble for separating the inside of the swimming pool 22 and the outer tank 21, the bubble bed can be extracted and the foam can be discharged 'by this' to form a more conventional embodiment.丨 More simple structure. In the present embodiment, although the side plate 22 of the outer peripheral portion of the constituent material (four) is formed to extend from the inner surface of the outer groove 2! to the outer side in the rotational direction, the extension may also be as shown in FIG. 8 'the side plate 23 is not formed, but The rib-shaped guide sheets 25 projecting to the inner surface of the outer tank are substituted for the guide sheets 24 constituting the bottom surface of the scent chamber 22. As described above, according to the invention described in the aspect of the invention, since the bead chamber is formed on the inner surface of the outer tank of 2 turns, and the washing liquid between the inner tank and the outer tank can be made by rotating the inner tank The foam is generated, and the foam on the upper part of the generated washing liquid is concentrated to the swimming chamber, and the bubble is pumped upward, so that the washing liquid can be brought into the air by the rotation of the inner groove to generate the swimming. Thereby, a large amount of foam is generated, and the reliability is improved by forming a simple structure in which the generated bubble is concentrated to the bubble chamber and the bubble taste 16 1252884 is drawn upward.
