1248287 九、發明說明： 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於自動電話轉接，尤其是有關於一種可供多 人共用的自動電話轉接的方法。 【先前技術】 電訊的自由化以及開放的競爭使得各種電訊的服務極為 音遍。一般人除了有豕裡的電話、辦公室的電話，還可能有 -支以上的行動電話號碼。這使得電話號碼的記憶成為每一 個人的負擔。 多數人解決這種困擾的做法可能是儘量將電話號碼記錄 在手機的電話薄裡。這樣在科機通話時，關省去記憶的 困擾’但是公眾電話、家裡的或辦公室的固定式電話就沒有 這種話機内建的電話薄。因此當使用公眾電話、家裡或辦公 室的固定式電糾’就得先_手機朗發輯象的電話號 碼。而且手機損壞、不在手邊或是手機沒有電時，就無計可 施了。因此許多人仍是採用隨身揭帶的紙本的電話薄或是 來解決記憶電話號碼的問題。還有—些人，為了讓自 己的電話號碼容易記憶，還特別去標購電信業者販售的特殊 門號。但是’這些門號是有限的資源，不是人人可得，標購 的費用更不是每一個人都可以負擔的起的。 基於這樣的困擾，有一些電信業去e 菜者疋在自己所提供的公 眾電話網路上提供簡碼撥號的功能。 疋廷種間碼撥號是不 1248287 能跨網路或是換不同門號的電話使用的，比如說，一個人可 、透過豕裡的m定式電話^定並使用他的固定電話服務業者 所提供的簡碼撥號的:力能。但是這些簡碼的設定，是不能在 別的電信業者的公眾電話網路使用、也不能透過不同門號的 裝置使用’所以當他到別人家裡使用別人的電話、或是使用 自己的手機時，是不能使用的家裡固定電話所設定的簡碼。 因此貝有而要—種可以解決大多數人記憶電話號碼的 困擾、而且可以跨網路、跨門號使用的方法。 【發明内容】 本發明提供一種可以供多人共用的自動電話轉接方法， 可以節省小人圮憶親朋好友的電話號碼的困擾，而且不侷限 只旎在某個特定的公眾電話網路、或是透過特定門號的手機 或固定式電話來使用。這個方法利用一組好記的電話號碼， 例如（02)3456-7800〜(02)3456-7899，或是 0987-654-300 〜 0987-654-399。這組好記的電話號碼是由可以發放門號的行動 電話、固定電話、或是網路電話的電訊業者所提供。所有使 用這個方法的人，都可以各自設定這些號碼表對應到哪些親 朋好友的哪些電話號碼。比如說，使用人某甲是將 (02)3456-7800設定為轉接給女友的手機，（02)3456-7801設定 為轉接給某客戶的辦公室電話等等；另外使用人某乙是將 (02)3456-7800設定為轉接給母親的手機，（02)3456-7801設定 1248287 為轉接給妹妹的宿舍電話等等。藉由這組好記的電話號碼， 這個方法的使用人不須記憶冗長、眾多的電話號碼，例如， 對某曱而言，他只需要記得〇〇是女友、01是某客戶、02是 某長官、03是某好友、04是某親戚就可以了，然後就直接透 過任何手機、固定式電話、甚至網路電話，直接撥打 (02)3456-7800 、 (02)3456-7801 、 (02)3456-7802 、 (02)3456-7803、（02)3456-7804就可以了。對某乙而言，他也 新的對應，查詢、修改或刪除已經建立的對應。另外也可透 過電話經由自動語音系統的導引、或是經由服務人員的代勞 來進行查詢、新增、修改、與刪除對應的工作。 本發明所提供的這種可以供多人共用的自動電話轉接方 法，是實施在公眾電話網路的電話交換機裡，或是與公眾電 話網路的電話交換機配合的獨立系統上。當使用人撥打這組 好記的電話號碼之一時，公眾電話網路的電話交換機將這通 1248287 電話交給本方法處理。本方法利用使用人的發話號碼（即所 謂的Caller ID)以及他所撥的受話方號碼（也就是這組好記 的電話號碼之一），來查詢資料庫並找出對應的電話號碼來， 然後直接將使用人的來話轉接到對應的電話號碼去。這一系 列的動作都是自動完成，使用人幾乎完全不會感受到任何延 遲。因此，這個方法在接通的速度上和一般的撥號幾乎完全 一樣。此外這個方法的另一個優點是，這個方法還容許每一 茲配合所附圖示、實施例之詳細說明及申請專利範圍， 將上述及本發明之其他目的與優點詳述於後。然而，當可了 解所附圖示純係為解說本發明之精神而設，不當視為本發明 範疇之定義。有關本發明範疇之定義，請參照所附之申請專 利範圍。 【實施方式】 第1圖係說明依據本發明之一實施例之系統示意圖。在 1248287 此實施例中，如第1圖所示，本發明所提出的供多人共用的 自動電話轉接方法是實施於—個獨立於公眾電話網路交換機 200以外的轉接裝置1〇〇。公眾電話網路交換機可以是行 動電話網路、固定電話網路（包含市内與長途電話網路）、或 是網路電話的交換機’這幾者的區別主要在於本方法所利用 的-組好記的電話號碼是採用哪一種門號，如果是一組市内 電話號碼（像是（02)3456_7800〜99)，公眾電話網路交換機細 應是-市内或長途電話交換機。如果是—組行動電話的號碼 (像是_7_654侧〜99)，公眾電話網路交換機細則應是 订動電6舌網路父換機。如果是—組網路電話的號碼（像是 070 123-400〜99) ’公眾電話網路交換機2〇〇則應是網路電話 乂換機。無論如何’本方法不因所配合實施的電話網路、或 利用的電話號碼的種類而有不同。在本實施例裡，本方法是 以0987-654-3〇〇〜99共i 00個門號的行動電話號碼為例，在實 際實施時’本方法不限定這_碼的數目，也不需要這組號 碼是連號的。因此在第1 _，公$電話網路交換機200是 位於行動電話網路300上’行動電話並有和其他電 罔路銜接’例如固^電話網路彻，以接收從各電話網路 來的電話，或是轉接電話到其他電話網路。 在其他的實施财’本方法也可讀龍組的形式直接 實施於公眾電話網路交換機内，亦即直接整合在公眾電 1248287 話網路交換機200内。 轉接裝置100係同時具有運算功能與電話接聽、應答、 轉接、發話功能的所謂Computer Telephony的裝置，在一些 實施例裡，轉接裝置100通常是以加裝有特殊的語音卡的電 腦作為它的硬體架構。轉接裝置1〇〇和公眾電話網路交換機 200之間係採銅線、ΤΙ、E1、或ISDNPRI等語音連線的方式 之一的連線110。當公眾電話網路交換機200收到受話號碼為 1248287 另外，有些公眾電話網路300、公幕電話網路交換機2〇〇 還提供所謂發話號碼（Caller ID)的服務。也就是在接收這 通來話的同時，專接裝置100也可以透過某種訊號協定，從 公眾電話網路300、公眾電話網路交換機2〇〇取得這通來話 的發話號碼（例如第1圖中某甲的手機號碼〇937-457_351)。 但疋來活的發話號碼不見得必然可得，例如某甲將手機的「發 號碼表123，例如某甲的兩筆發話號碼記錄，就是對應到同 一個受話號碼表123。這樣不論某甲不論是透過自己的手機 运疋在家㈣豕裡的電話使帛本^法，都會經由他特定的受 _ 話號碼表123來轉接。在第2圖中，某甲只定義了 0987 654 300和0987-654-301二個號碼，所以他的受話號碼 . 表123尸、有兩筆吕己錄。在另一實施例裡，每個受話號碼表^
