Description

凸部1 3 a、1 3 b之高度 及凹部1 4 a、1 4 b之深度係2 m m程度爲理想。 (5 technical field to which the invention belongs The present invention relates to a yarn tail cutting device in a spinning machine '§ Yang Gu's system relates to the insertion of a bobbin from a doffing device into an empty bobbin When the machine is restarted later, the yarn tail cutting device in the spinning machine which automatically performs the winding operation is executed. (2) In the prior art, ring spinning machines such as ring spinning machines and ring twisting machines that take up yarns with travellers are used to automatically perform tube changing operations when the tube is full. When starting, the yarn can be automatically taken up in the empty bobbin. It is required that the yarn connected to the roller part is still connected to the spindle through the traveller. In order to meet this requirement, the yarn tail cutting part was previously set at the base of the spindle, and the yarn tail winding part was set below it. After the tube was full, the ring plate was quickly lowered to perform the inclined winding (roll waist), and then the yarn tail winding part was wound. When the full bobbin yarn is pulled up, the yarn tail cut portion is used to cut the yarn connected to the full bobbin (yarn tail). However, in this cutting method, the yarn tail wound around the yarn end winding portion remains after the doffing at the yarn end winding 邰, and the amount of the residual yarn is increased every time the doffing is repeated, and the residual yarn treatment must be frequently performed. In addition, since the length of the winding yarn tail is long, it is difficult to remove the residual yarn. In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, it is proposed that the yarn connected from the traveler to the bobbin is held by an openable and closable holding portion, and the doffing device is pulled up by the bobbin, and the knife is cut from the holding portion to the bobbin with a cutter. (See, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). Patent Document 1 'Yang does not have a device which fixes the yarn tail to the spinner's foot wrap ring, and inserts a fixed spindle into the spindle, and slides the 1242059 moving sleeve to hold the device. As shown in Figures 6 and 7 of this specification, the fixed yarn loop 5 2 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 5 3 in the axial direction of the bobbin fitting portion 51 of the spindle 50. Below the foot loops 5 2. A 50 ° spindle (wh 〇r 1) 5 4 can be provided with a sliding sleeve 5 5 guided by the protrusion 5 3 in the upper and lower directions, and the upper end of the sleeve 5 5 can be topped with a foot covering yarn: the lower portion is compressed by The spring 5 6 is energized. The underfoot yarn loop 5 2 is disposed below the sleeve 5 5. In this setting, the ring rail 5 8 is lowered to the yarn end winding position during the doffing process. The rail 5 8 is a stopper 5 8 a and the stop ring 5 5 a of the sleeve 5 5 is connected with the lowering ring rail 5 8 sets. The barrel 5 5 resists the energization of the compression spring 5 6 and can move up and down the ring rail 5 8. As shown in Fig. 6, 'the ring rail 5 8 is arranged at the yarn position, and the yarn Y connected to the bobbin 60 0 via the traveler 5 9 becomes the lower end of the oversized yarn loop 5 2 and the upper end of the sleeve 5 5. Interstate. From this state, the ring rail 58 is again stopped at the doffing position, so it is in a state of being wound with the spindle 50 below one turn, and held by the bottom of the foot loop 5 2 and the upper end of 5 5. From this state, the bobbin 60 is doffed, and the cutter Y 7 cuts the yarn Y connected to the bobbin 60 during the doffing process. It is also revealed that the purpose of pulling yarn Y is not to set yarn 7 to crimp the yarn Y which is connected to the bobbin 60 0 in the course of doffing. It is also disclosed that there are marks on the underside of the foot covering loop 5 2, and a notch which is coupled with the notch is provided on the upper end of the sleeve 5 5. On the other hand, the method described in Patent Document 2 is provided with a bobbin inserting section 6a and a cutter end cutting member 61, which can be raised and lowered, as shown in the first paragraph of this specification. The upper part of the base 5 0 a is covered with the ingot spindle slide ring 52 knife 57. After the ring, the force and the tail roll are used to be used from the yarn tail sleeve, and the edge can be engraved 8 Figure 6 1 b Spindle -6 -1242059 5 0 b. The yarn tail cutting member 61 is always provided by the coil spring 62 on the spindle base 50a side. When the doffing is stopped, the ring rail stops near the top end of the yarn tail cutting member 6 1 and the spindle base 50 a. Then, the spindle 50 is stopped in a state where the winding is called a lower position by about 1 turn. Next, the bobbin is taken up by the doffing device, and the yarn end cutting member 61 is raised together with the bobbin. During the drawing, the yarn connected to the traveler from the bobbin is passed to the yarn end cutting member 61 and the base 5 of the spindle. Between 0 a. Thereafter, the yarn is held between the yarn tail cutting member 6 1 detached from the bobbin and the spindle base portion 50 a, and the yarn is cut at the cutter portion 6 1 b at the same time. (Patent Document 1) Japanese Patent Publication No. 1 0- 3 1 72 3 3 (description paragraph) (Patent Literature 2) Japanese Patent Publication No. 2 0 0 2-1 7 3 8 3 7 (description paragraph) ( 3) Summary of the Invention (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The yarn tail cutting method described in Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2 can hold the yarn tail by a winding amount of 1 turn or less. However, the device disclosed in Patent Document 1 requires a compression spring 5 6 to hold the sleeve 5 5 of the yarn in cooperation with the underfoot yarn loop 5 2 so that the upper end thereof is pressed against the underside of the underfoot yarn loop 5 2. . Compression spring 5 6 series resistive sleeve 5 5 and stopper ring 5 5 a Push the sleeve 5 5 upwards at the same time. At the same time, the sleeve 5 5 is pressed against the underfoot yarn loop 5 2 with the force required for holding. necessary. Therefore, the compression spring 56 needs to have a larger spring force than the holding force. In a ring spinning machine, there are generally around 2000 spindles on one side, and in the case of a long machine, there are more than 400 rotations on one side. Therefore, it is necessary to make the ring rail 5 8 resistant to 1242059 against the majority of the compression springs 56 and to lower it. Therefore, a large power is required to become a ring rail. In addition, the weight of the ring rail is passively implemented by the lowering of the ring rail, and it becomes difficult to lower the loop end to a predetermined position. It also wants to complicate the control of the ring rail 5 8 from the doffing stop position to the stop. On the other hand, according to the method described in Patent Document 2, the yarn tail cutting member 6 1 moves with the doffing device from the holding position to the open position along with the doffing operation of the doffing device, and the ring rail only moves down to the doffing stop position. However, compared with the patent document 1, it is easy to control the fall of the ring rail. Yarn tail cutting member 6 丨 In order to hold the yarn between the lower surface of the yarn tail and the upper surface of the spindle base 50a, when the pushing force of the yarn tail cutting member 61 is small, the yarn is cut after the empty bobbin is inserted. At the start of winding, sometimes the yarn cannot be taken up from the grip. In order to increase the holding force of the yarn tail cutting member 61, to increase the weight of the yarn tail cutting member 61, or to increase the ability of the coil spring 62, there may be obstacles to the operation of the doffing device. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned previous problems, and its purpose is to provide an operation obstacle that does not prevent the moon from falling when the doffing is stopped, and can shorten the yarn tail cutting of the spinning machine at the residual yarn (yarn tail) at the base of the spindle. Device. (Means to solve the problem) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, for example, the invention of claim 1 of the scope of patent application, when the spindle of the bobbin drawn by the doffing device is inserted into the empty bobbin and restarted, the roll is automatically executed. The yarn tail cutting device of the take-up spinning machine includes a spindle bar extending upward from the spindle base. It also has a bobbin inserting part which is provided on the sharp rod so as to be able to be raised and lowered, and is also used for inserting a bobbin; and a cutter part provided below the insert part of the bobbin insert-8-1242059, and has a lower end portion A yarn tail cutting member which is abutted on the spindle base and can hold the yarn tail between the spindle base and the spindle base. There are a plurality of convex portions and concave portions provided at the lower end portion of the yarn tail cutting member and the upper end portion of the spindle base portion of the lower end portion, which are engageable with each other. Furthermore, there is provided a restriction means provided between the yarn tail cutting member and the spindle rod, and a restriction means for restricting the yarn tail cutting member from rising to a predetermined height or higher than the position abutting on the spindle base during doffing. The bobbin of the present invention is mounted on the spindle in a state where the lower part of the bobbin is fitted into the bobbin insertion portion of the yarn tail cutting member. When the doffing stops, the ring rail is lowered, and the yarn connected to the bobbin via the traveler passes the yarn tail cutting member and the position below the top contact portion of the spindle base to stop the ring rail. Then, the yarn is wound at a position where the yarn tail cutting member and the top contact portion of the spindle base stop the spindle. Secondly, the bobbin is drawn by the doffing device, and the yarn connected to the traveler from the bobbin is guided between the yarn tail cutting member and the base of the spindle during the drawing. After that, the raising of the yarn tail cutting member is restricted by the restriction means, and the yarn tail cutting member is separated from the bobbin and lowered. Then, the yarn is held between the yarn tail cutting member detached from the bobbin and the base of the spindle, and the yarn is cut by the cutter portion. It is connected between the end of the traveler yarn and the next doffing, and is held between the yarn tail cutting member and the base of the spindle. The yarn held between the yarn tail cutting member and the base of the spindle is detached from the spindle together with the bobbin at the next doffing. Since the yarn is held in a bent state by a plurality of convex portions and concave portions provided on the lower end portion of the yarn tail cutting member and the upper end portion of the spindle base, the force pushing the yarn tail cutting member on the side of the base end of the spindle , Do not give a small degree of obstacle to the operation of the doffing device, also reliably implement yarn holding. Therefore, do not perform complicated movements of the ring track when the doffing is stopped, and do not cause obstacles to the operation of the doffing device, and shorten the yarn (yarn tail) remaining on the base of the spindle -9-1242059. For the invention in the second scope of the patent application, the invention in the first scope of the patent application 'is set such that the plurality of convex portions and concave portions extend in the radial direction. In the present invention, the yarn is held in a zigzag shape in a state of a plurality of convex portions and concave portions, so that the yarn tail cutting member has a small pressing force, and the yarn can be held in a grasped state. For example, if the invention in item 3 of the patent application scope is in the invention in item 1 or 2 of the patent application scope, the lower end of the yarn tail cutting member has a spindle as the center of rotation, and is formed such that the outer periphery of the lower end portion is located at Above the sub-orthogonal surface, it constitutes a part of the hypothetical conical bevel. When a yarn wound in a spindle state with one roll or less is applied, a force acting in the direction of pulling the yarn from the gripping portion is applied to the yarn in a radial direction and outside. On the other hand, according to the present invention, when the gripping surface is inclined downward, the resistance of the yarn is increased compared with the state in which the gripping yarn is performed on a horizontal plane, and it becomes difficult to pull up the yarn. As a result, the pushing force of the yarn tail cutting member required to hold the yarn can be made smaller compared to a case where the holding surface is horizontal. If the invention in the fourth scope of the patent application is the invention in the first to the third scope of the patent application, it is provided with a centering means for ensuring the concentricity of the spindle base of the yarn tail cutting member. According to the function of the centering means of the present invention, the yarn tail cutting member and the spindle rotate concentrically, so it is not easy to generate vibration during rotation, and it can also rotate stably during high-speed rotation. If the invention in the scope of patent application No. 5 is the invention in the scope of patent application No. 4, the self-aligning means is provided at a position where the yarn tail cutting member and the base of the spindle are opposed to each other, and has a structure that makes The surface of the imaginary conical bevel of the center of rotation. In the present invention, at the time of doffing, the yarn tail cutting member moving away from the base of the spindle from the base of the spindle -10- 1242059 is moved upward and descends to re-engage with the base of the spindle. The centering yarn tail cutting member is coaxial with the spindle. If the invention in the scope of patent application No. 6 is an invention in any of the scope of patent applications No. 1 to 5, one side of the joint portion with the base of the spindle and the base of the spindle of the yarn tail cutting member is Metal, resin on the other side. When both are made of metal, the yarn tail cutting member is detached from the bobbin and lowered (dropped), and when the yarn is held between the base of the spindle and the fine yarn, the impact of the yarn held by the holding portion is Concerns about the cutting part at the end of the holding part. In this case, the yarn from the base of the spindle to the traveler is cut, and the yarn cannot be automatically wound when restarted. However, when one side is made of resin and the yarn is finely counted, it is possible to prevent the yarn from being cut at the end of the holding portion by the impact of the holding. (4) Embodiment (Embodiment of the invention) An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to Figs. 1 (a) and (b) to 4 (a) to (d). As shown in FIG. 1 (a), the spindle 1 is rotatably supported by a bearing 4 on a spindle 3 (bolster) fixed to the spindle rail 2. The spindle 1 includes a spindle shaft portion 5 and a spindle shaft 6 fixed to the lower center portion of the spindle shaft section 5. Hang the belt part 5 c. The part of the shaft part 5 other than the watch base part 5b is an ingot or an alloy made of an ingot base 5b, which is fitted and fixed to the lower part of the ingot shaft 5a. The spindle shaft 6 1242059 is embedded in the spindle portion 5. An upper portion of the spindle rod 5a is provided with a stopper member (for example, a button piece) 7 that stops the bobbin b from being rotatable integrally. The spindle shaft 5a extends from the spindle base b5b, and the yarn tail cutting member 8 is set to be liftable. As shown in FIG. 1 (b), the yarn tail cutting member 8 includes: a bobbin inserting portion 9 for inserting the bobbin B; and a cutter 邰 1 0 provided on the lower side of the bobbin inserting portion 8. The cutter part 10 has a ring-shaped cutting edge body 〇0 a as a different body, and has a plurality of system-stop protrusions 〇b for fixing the cutting edge body 10a. In this embodiment, the diameter of the front end of the blade body 10 a is larger than the outer diameter of the lower end of the bobbin b. The bobbin insertion portion 9 is formed in a circular shape, and a concave portion 9a for receiving the coil spring 11 is formed on the inside. The yarn tail cutting member 8 is configured to abut the lower end 锭 of the spindle base 5b, and can hold the yarn tail between the spindle base 5b and the spindle base 5b. The spindle rod 5a is in a state where the yarn tail cutting member 8 abuts on the spindle base portion 5b, and a collar 12 serving as a stopper is fixed at a lower portion of the spindle rod 5a relative to the upper end of the bobbin insertion portion 9. The outer diameter of the collar 12 is formed to be smaller than the inner diameter of the recessed portion 9a, and the yarn tail cutting member 8 slides along the collar 12. The bobbin insertion portion 9 is formed so that the outer diameter becomes smaller on the upper side. The lower end of the coil spring 11 is abutted on the lower end of the concave portion 9a, and the upper end of the coil spring 11 is abutted on the lower end of the collar 12 and accommodated in the concave portion 9a. The coil spring 11 is configured as a spring capable of constantly providing the yarn tail cutting member 8 to the spindle base 5b side. The coil spring 11 is provided before the yarn end cutting member 8 and the spindle 5a, and is configured to restrict the yarn end cutting member 8 when the doffing is performed. Restriction means for raising above the prescribed height from the abutment position with the base 5b of the spindle. As shown in Fig. 1 (b) and Fig. 2, the lower end portion of the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the upper end portion of the lower end portion 5b are provided with a 12-125959 coupling with each other if extending in the radial direction. Of convex parts 1 3 a,] 3 b and concave parts 1 4 a, 1 4 b. Therefore, the lower end portion of the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the upper end portion of the spindle base portion 5b are provided with a plurality of teeth that mesh with each other. The cross-sectional shapes of the convex portions 1 3 a and 1 3 b and the concave portions 1 4 a and 1 4 b orthogonal to the radial direction are formed in a quadrangular shape. The heights of the convex portions 1 3 a and 1 3 b and the depths of the concave portions 1 4 a and 1 4 b are preferably about 2 mm. The lower end portion of the yarn tail cutting member 8 is formed as a part of an imaginary conical inclined surface located above the orthogonal surface of the spindle 1 including the outer periphery of the lower end if the apex of the rotation center of the spindle 1 is formed. The upper end of the spindle base 5b is also formed as a part of an imaginary conical inclined surface located above the orthogonal plane of the spindle 1 including the periphery of the lower end with the spindle 1 as the center of rotation. The spindle end 5 b of each of the convex portions 1 3 b of the spindle base 5 b is formed with a curved surface formed by the inclined surface of the downward imaginary cone with the spindle 1 as the center of rotation. A wall 16 is formed on the side of the spindle 5 a of each of the recesses 14 a of the yarn tail cutting member 8 so as to be in abutment with the end surface 15 and using the spindle as the center of rotation to form an imaginary conical oblique mask curved surface 16 a. The end face 15 and the wall 16 constitute a centering means for ensuring concentricity with the spindle base 5 b of the yarn tail cutting member 8. A ring-shaped groove 9 6 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lower part of the bobbin inserting portion 9, and a rubber ring 17 is housed in the groove 9 6 with a part protruding from the groove 9 6. The rubber ring 17 is configured as a fitting force enhancing means for increasing the fitting force between the bobbin insertion portion 9 and the bobbin 8. The operation of the device constructed as described above will be described next. The bobbin B is fitted into the bobbin inserting portion 9 of the lower end of the yarn tail cutting member 8, and the upper portion is attached to the spindle 1 in a state of being tied to the stopper member 7 so as to be integrally rotatable. Then, the spindle 1242059 1 ′ and the spindle 1 are rotated integrally with the spindle 1 by a belt rotation 1242059 1 ′ which is crimped to the belt-hanging portion 5 c by a not shown. When the spinning is continued to full pipe, the prescribed stop action is performed. The ring rail 18 is rapidly lowered with the same action as before, and the tilting roll (waist roll) 19 a of the spindle 1 is performed. Thereafter, the ring rail 18 stops the yarn Y connected to the bobbin 19 via the traveler 20 at a position below the top contact portion of the yarn end cutting member 8 and the spindle base 5b. Then, at a position below the top contact portion of the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the spindle base 5 b, if the yarn is wound for about one turn, the brake is stopped to stop the spindle 1. Next, the hook guide plate is arranged at a dodging position which does not hinder doffing, and becomes a state shown in Fig. 4 (a). Next, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the bobbin (full bobbin) is taken up by the doffing device 22. The yarn tail cutting member 8 rises together with the bobbin yarn 19 until it is pulled up, and the yarn Y connected to the traveler 20 is introduced from the bobbin 19 between the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the spindle base 5b. The yarn γ wound in the state of the fine base 5 b is moved along the outer surface of the spindle 5 a when the yarn end cutting member 8 rises together with the tube yarn 19 from the state shown in Fig. 4 (a). When the yarn tail cutting member 8 that has risen together with the bobbin 19 reaches a predetermined height, the yarn tail cutting member 8 is detached from the bobbin 19 by the capacity imparted by the coil spring 11. Then the yarn tail cutting member 8 is lowered to the position where it is in contact with the spinning machine 5 b. 'The yarn y attached to the bobbin 19 to the traveler 2 0 is cut at the yarn tail cutting structure. The member 8 and the spinning machine 5 b between. Since the bobbin 19 continues to rise ', the yarn γ is crimped to the blade body 10 a in a tensioned state and cut, resulting in the state shown in FIG. 4 (C). When the yarn tail cutting member 8 detached from the bobbin yarn 19 during the descent, when the yarn Y was cut by the blade body 10a, the yarn tail cutting member 8 fell off from the bobbin 9 and immediately dropped to the base of the spindle. At 5 b, the yarn γ is held between the yarn end cutting member -14-1242059 8 and the spindle base 5 b. FIG. 3 is a partially expanded view showing a state in which the yarn Y is held in the fitting state of the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the spindle base 5 b. The yarn Y is provided between the plurality of convex portions 1 3 a, 1 3 b and the concave portions 1 4 a, 1 4 b of the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the spindle base portion 5 b and is held in a zigzag state. Because the height of the convex portions 1 3 a and 1 3 b and the depth of the concave portions 1 4 a and 1 4 b are about 2 mm, it is not necessary to cut the fine yarn to hold it.尙 In Fig. 3, in order to easily understand the relationship between the yarn Y and the convex portions 13a and 13b and the concave portions 14a and 14b, there is a gap between the yarn Y and the convex portions 13a and 13b and the concave portions 14a and 14b. The upper yarn γ is sandwiched between the convex portions 13a and 13b and the concave portions 14a and 14b. After the doffing bobbin 19 is brought into the state shown in FIG. 4 (d), the empty bobbin B is inserted into the spindle 1, and the hook plate 21 is turned to the winding position, and then the machine is started. The end of the yarn γ connected to the traveler 20 to the next doffing yarn is held between the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the spindle base 5b. Then, the yarn tail held between the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the spindle base 5 b is connected to the bobbin 19 and detached from the spindle 1 at the next doffing. This embodiment has the following effects. (1) The yarn tail cutting member 8 provided with the cutter part 10 is raised with the bobbin 19 during doffing, and the yarn y connected to the traveler 19 from the bobbin γ is held by the yarn tail cut due to the lowering At the same time, the cutting member 8 and the spindle base 5 b are cut by the cutter portion 10 at the same time. Therefore, unlike the previous device in which the winding tail is held on the spindle 1, it is not necessary to wind the winding tail several times, and the yarn (yarn tail) remaining on the spindle base 5b can be reduced. The yarn tail held between the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the spindle base 5 b is detached from the spindle connected to the bobbin 19 during the next doffing, so -15-1242059 is unnecessary. Carry out the yarn tail removal operation (2) Yarn Y 'is formed on the lower end portion of the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the upper end portion of the sharp base 5 b of the yarn end by a plurality of convex portions provided in the direction of the extension diameter. 3 a, 1 3b and the recessed parts 14a and 14b are grasped in a bent state. Therefore, the action of pushing the yarn tail cutting member 8 on the side of the spindle base 5b to the doffing device 22 does not require a small amount of obstacles or obstacles, and the yarn γ is reliably carried out. As a result, the complicated movements of the ring rail 18 are not required when the yarn is stopped, and the early version of p which does not cause the doffing device 22 to operate can be short of the yarn (yarn tail) remaining at the base of the spindle. (3) The bottom surface of the convex portion 1 3 a and the bottom surface of the concave portion 1 4 a that become the lower end of the yarn tail cutting member 8 are each formed with the spindle 1 as the rotation center and formed as a vertex containing the lower end. The intersecting surface is part of the upper hypothetical conical bevel. When the yarn γ that is wound within one turn of the spindle is used, a force in the direction of extracting the yarn is applied from the gripping portion, and a force outward in the radial direction is applied to the yarn Y. At this time, when the bottom surface of the convex portion 1 3 a or the bottom portion of the concave portion 1 4 a which becomes the gripping surface is inclined downward, compared with the case where the gripping yarn γ is performed in a horizontal plane, the resistance of the yarn Y is added to the edges of the convex portion 1 3 a and the concave portion 14 a. It becomes large and becomes difficult to pull out the yarn. As a result, the pushing force of the yarn tail cutting member 8 required for holding the yarn γ can be made smaller than that when the holding surface is horizontal. (4) Equipped with a centering means for ensuring concentricity with the spindle base 5b of the yarn tail cutting member 8. Therefore, due to the self-aligning means, the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the spindle 1 rotate concentrically. Therefore, vibration is not easy to occur during rotation, and stable rotation can be performed even at high speed. (5) Self-aligning means is provided at the position where the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the spindle base 5 b are opposite to each other, and is provided with an end surface 15 and a curved surface of an imaginary conical oblique -16-1242059 surface with a spindle] as a rotation center. 1 6 a. Therefore, at the time of doffing, the yarn tail cutting member 8 moved away from the base of the spindle 5 b and moved above the base of the spindle 5 b, dropped, and then joined with the base of the spindle 5 b. On the curved surface 16 a, the centering yarn tail cutting member 8 is coaxial with the spindle 1. A centering means is not necessary to ensure a special space. (6) The base of the spindle 5b is made of resin, and the part that is joined to the sharp base 5b of the yarn tail cutting member 8 is made of metal. When both the spindle base 5 b and the yarn tail cutting member 8 are made of metal, the yarn tail cutting member 8 is separated from the bobbin 19 and lowered (dropped), and the yarn Y is held between the spindle base 5 b In the meantime, the impact of being pinched by the gripping portion during the fine yarn count may cause the yarn Y to be cut at the end portion of the gripping portion. However, since the spindle base 5b is made of resin, it is possible to prevent the yarn Y from being cut at the ends of the gripping portion by the impact of the gripping when the yarn is finely counted. (7) Since the yarn end cutting member 8 is often provided on the side of the spindle base 5 b by the coil spring 11, the yarn end cutting member 8 can surely hold the yarn connected to the traveler 20 even when it is a light yarn end cutting member 8. Y ° When the bobbin insertion portion 9 is detached from the bobbin B, the yarn tail cutting member 8 is energized downward by the coil spring 11 so that the yarn Y is cut during the fall of the yarn tail cutting member 8 'The yarn tail cutting member 8 can quickly reach the position of holding the yarn γ in contact with the spindle base 5 b. (8) A fitting force enhancing means (rubber ring 17) is provided in the bobbin insertion portion 9 to increase the fitting force with the bobbin B. Therefore, the yarn tail cutting member resists the imparting ability of the coil spring 11 and the tube yarn 19 can be reliably raised to a predetermined cylinder degree. The embodiment is not limited to the above-mentioned, for example, and may be embodied as follows. ◦The self-aligning means is provided on the 8 side of the yarn tail cutting member. 'It is not limited to the wall 16 which has a curved surface with a curved surface 1 6 a with a mirror > 17-1242059 as the center of rotation, and 5 b side with the base of the spindle. The combination of the convex portion 1 3 b and the end surface 15. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, a wall 2 3 having a curved surface 2 3 a formed on the inclined surface of the downwardly imaginary cone with the spindle 1 as the center of rotation is formed on the outer peripheral side of the concave portion 14 b of the spindle base 5 b. Then, it forms the shape of an imaginary conical bevel by forming the outer end of the convex part 1 3 a of the yarn tail cutting member 8 with the curved surface 2 3 a and abutting on the curved surface 2 3 a. 〇 Self-aligning means: After the yarn tail cutting member 8 is raised from the spindle base 5 b to the disengaged position, the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the spindle are disposed when the yarn tail cutting member 8 is lowered and moved to the engagement position with the spindle base 5 b. The sub base portion 5 b may have a concentric function, and may not have a portion that forms a hypothetical conical bevel with the spindle 1 as the center of rotation. For example, 'a plurality of push-shaped bevels may be provided at plural positions of the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the spindle base 5b. Further, a convex portion or a concave portion may be formed in a part of the bottom surface of the concave portions 1 a, 1 4 b, and a concave portion or a convex portion may be formed in the convex portions 1 a, 1 3 b and fitted to the convex portion or the concave portion. ◦The cross-sectional shape of the convex sections 13a and 13b and the concave sections 14a and 14b perpendicular to the radial direction is not limited to a rectangular shape, but may be a triangular shape or other shapes. 〇 The convex portions 1 a, 1 3 b, and the concave portions 1 a, 1 4 b are not limited to the configuration in the radial direction (radial), and may be formed to extend parallel to each other, for example. 〇 The convex portions 1 a, 1 3 b, and the concave portions 1 a, 1 4 b may be formed into a ring shape with the spindle 1 as the center. In this case, the front ends of the convex portions 1 3 a and 1 3 b are formed in a thin push-out shape at the front, or the open ends of the concave portions 1 4 a and 1 4 b are formed in a wide push-out shape at the end portions. Doubles as a means of aligning. 1242059 〇 The spindle base 5 b is made of metal, and the yarn tail cutting member 8 may be made of resin other than the blade body 10 a. In this case, the yarn Y can be prevented from being cut when the yarn γ is finely held. Alternatively, both the spindle base 5b and the yarn tail cutting member 8 may be made of metal. 〇 In the state where the yarn tail cutting member 8 is in contact with the sharp base 5 b, instead of a single policeman, a magnet may be used as a means of giving the yarn tail cutting member 8 to the base of the spindle 5 b. Empowerment means. For example, a magnet is embedded on the base of the spindle 5b, and a magnetic material (e.g., iron) is fixed below the bottom of the yarn tail cutting member 8. A magnet may be provided on both sides of the spindle base 5 b and the yarn tail cutting member 8 ′, or a magnet may be provided on the yarn tail cutting member 8 side, and a magnetic material may be provided on the spindle base 5 b side. In this case, as a restriction means for restricting the yarn tail cutting member 8 from rising, a stop ring or a pin serving as a stopper may be fixed to a predetermined position of the ingot. The yarn tail cutting member 8 is disengaged from the yarn tail cutting device 19 of the spinning machine because it is in contact with the stop ring or the pin while rising with the bobbin 19. 〇The coil spring 11 is not provided, instead of forming a recess 9a in the bobbin inserting portion 9, a guide groove in the direction of the extension axis is formed on the inner peripheral surface, or a slit in the direction of the extension axis is formed. On the other hand, an engaging protrusion (for example, a pin) engaged with the guide groove or slit is provided on the spindle 5a. In this state, after the yarn tail cutting member 8 is detached from the bobbin 19, it is lowered straight. 〇 The front end surfaces of the convex portions 1 a and 1 3 b and the bottom surfaces of the concave portions 1 a and 1 4 b are not limited to the shape of the downward sloping outside and may be horizontal. However, when the held yarn Y is subjected to a lifting force, the resistance of the lowered and inclined shape to the pulled yarn becomes larger, making it difficult to pull out the yarn. ◦The means for increasing the fitting force is not limited to the rubber ring 17, but it is also possible to use a plate-shaped or wire-shaped -19-1242059 spring two material. The spring material is not limited to a complete ring shape, and a ring shape having a part of a notch may be used. The spring material may be accommodated in the recessed portion formed outside the bobbin insertion portion 9 as a protruding arc portion. It is also possible to provide a button which is energized by a spring. 〇 The cutter portion 10 is not limited to the configuration in which the other blade body 10a is fixed by the retaining projections 10b ', and the blade portion may be integrally formed with the yarn tail cutting member 8. The shape of the blade portion is not limited to a circular shape, and may be, for example, a zigzag shape. 〇 Can also be used as the outer diameter of the tool section 10 is smaller than the outer diameter of the bottom of the bobbin] B. In this case, the yarn Y connected from the bobbin 19 to the traveler 20 at the time of doffing is held between the yarn tail cutting member 8 and the spindle base 5b without any possibility of cutting. The driving method of the ingot 1 is not limited to a belt drive, and may be a so-called single ingot driving method in which a motor is provided for each ingot. The inventions (technical ideas) that can be grasped from the above embodiments are described below. (1) The invention according to item 1 in the scope of the patent application, the limiting means is that the yarn tail cutting member is abutted on the base side of the spindle, and the yarn tail cutting member is also used to impart energy to the spindle base. means.
